Our society is changing into the society of knowledge and information since the advent of 21st century. This may require that schooling need to have a new paradigm. Korea has already entered into the aging society with the help of various population control policies such as birth control from 1960s, and is expecting to go into the so called ultra- aging society. Elementary and middle schools have been facing the rapid decrease in the number of students since the mid-1980s, which high schools are now confronting with. The present study investigates how to effectively utilize extra classrooms at schools. The present study offers eight basic directions that may help establish the utilization planning of extra classrooms. One direction is offering an appropriate space utilization environment, another is to present a plan for having special classrooms. Others are having multi-purpose classrooms, management on the unified rooms for library and audio-visual teaching, securing facilities rooms for the school staff. And others are the planning of the diversion of living space for improving sanitation and the provision of meals, the necessity of the extension or rebuilding of school buildings for other uses according to school development schemes, the utilization planning for community residents to which each school belong.

The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation indicator of institutional repositories to be used by participating university libraries of dCollection. Based on the literature reviews of digital library evaluation, core evaluation measures and criteria were identified. In order to verify the applicability and appropriateness of those evaluation criteria for institutional repositories, two methods were employed: A case study with sixteen university libraries and a Delphi study with twenty university libraries. The results of both studies led the development of an evaluation model which consisted of four evaluation dimensions and 29 criteria. This evaluation model should be utilized as tools for objective assessment and guidelines for improving institutional repository services by universities libraries in which the dCollection is currently Implemented or the future plan of the dCollection is underway.

1) Purpose : The purpose of this research is to identify the trend of job stress of hospital nurses based on last 10 years of domestic research and to suggest directions for systematic future research. 2) Methodology : 101 studies between 2006 and 2016 were selected using key words such as registered nurse and job stress from Academic Information Service(Riss4u), the National Assembly Library and Korean studies Information Service System(KISS). 3) Findings : The researches on job stress of hospital nurses were increasing. The result showed that job stress increased for shift nurses. Especially, nurses of small-medium sized hospital showed remarkable effects to organization such as turnover intention. In addition, although the importance of approach to management is emphasized, there is little research on these aspects. 4) Practical Implications : It is necessary to develop systematic research on job stress directly effecting turnover intention of hospital nurses from hospital management aspect. The development of job stress measuring tools reflecting the characteristics of the medical institution, and the human resources management plan to resolve the imbalance in manpower for nurses should be required.

In this paper, I analyze the difficulties of web service development education for non-IT majors through the Q&A of students posted in the k-mooc lecture, and propose methods to improve them. Through Q&A analysis, it was confirmed that non-majors mainly had difficulties in using unfamiliar tools, cost of cloud service, setting up server environment, and writing code while taking web service development courses. To solve this problem, I propose a method to reduce the server cost problem and the complexity of the server environment by using BaaS(Backend as a Service), which is one of the cloud service models. It also shows that it is possible to reduce the length of code that needs to be written at once by using the React library to modularize long code into smaller units. Finally, I propose an improvement plan that even non-IT majors can easily learn by implementing a web application that works by using the design output obtained by using Figma.
