In the Russian 'spirituality' which played an important role in realization of 'abstraction' in modern arts, the three elements of Universalism - Oriental thoughts, Universal ideas, and Froebelian influence - can be found with no difficulty. More notable is the fact that, along with theosophy, the emergence of modern existential thoughts such as Bergson, Schopenhauer, Nietzsche is a new search and a new recognition of nature and human as views of panentheism and humanism, essentially of Humane and Divine. Therefore, it goes without saying that the thoughts constituting the Suprematism or Constructivism in Russia are, in a word, implicit in the existential humanistic ideas of Panpneumatism or Panentheism that is explained as the nature of Russian religious ideas. Furthermore, which is not only Suprematist's metaphysical principle but also the expression of universal thoughts; interestingly, which is closely akin to several Oriental mystic ideas including Taoist thoughts, as well as the contents of Universalism including mystic Christianity, by extension, which ideas and principles have a remarkable resemblance with thoughts and principles of Froebel.

Recently, CMP (chemical mechanical polishing) technology has been widely used for global planarization of multi-level interconnection for ULSI applications. However, COO (cost of ownership) and COC (cost of consumables) were relatively increased because of expensive slurry. In this paper, we have studied the possibility of recycle of roused silica slurry in order to reduce the costs of CMP slurry. The post-CMP thickness and within-wafer non-uniformity (WIWNU) wore measured as a function of different slurry composition. As an experimental result, the performance of reused slurry with annealed silica abrasive of 2 wt％ contents was showed high removal rate and low non-uniformity. Therefore, we propose two-step CMP process as follows , In tile first-step CMP, we can polish the thick and rough film surface using remaked slurry, and then, in the second-step CMP, we can polish the thin film and fine pattern using original slurry. In summary, we can expect the saying of high costs of slurry.

In November 2013, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) sent a warning letter to 23andMe, Inc. and ordered the company to discontinue marketing of the 23andMe Personal Genome Service (PGS) until it receives FDA marketing authorization for the device. The FDA considers the PGS as an unclassified medical device, which requires premarket approval or de novo classification. Opponents of the FDA's action expressed their concerns, saying that the FDA is overcautious and paternalistic, which violates consumers' rights and might stifle the consumer genomics field itself, and insisted that the agency should not restrict direct-to-consumer (DTC) genomic testing without empirical evidence of harm. Proponents support the agency's action as protection of consumers from potentially invalid and almost useless information. This action was also significant, since it reflected the FDA's attitude towards medical application of next-generation sequencing techniques. In this review, we followed up on the FDA-23andMe incident and evaluated the problems and prospects for DTC genetic testing.

As the hydrogen era comes near future, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are core of hydrogen economy. Until now, Korea has 17 hydrogen refueling stations but 9 hydrogen refueling stations have been retired already and 8 hydrogen refueling stations are still running. With a limited number of hydrogen refueling stations, it is very difficult to get scientific data for the economy of hydrogen refueling stations in Korea. Thus, based on NREL(National Renewable Energy Laboratory) study, we analyzed most recent data for the construction of hydrogen refueling stations in one specific site in Korea. The cost comparison data between Korea and USA shows 14% difference, saying higher costs of Korea. Korea looks 5 years delay compared to USA. This data will be an important tool for the investment from every industrial parties.

We spend a quarter of every night on the dream, it means for us to spend about six years having a dream. But, any portion of the dream are remained the mystery in these days and it goes without saying that these mystery have not been solved from old times. So. the people have not known about the essences of dream for a long time although they have experienced in dreaming in the early days of human history. But, It is necessary to consider the dream to modality of disease diagnosis because many evidences that the dream represents the physiologic and pathologic changes in the human have been proved in recent days. So, we are going to inquire into the things being scattered over many texts of the Oriental Medicine, including the Internal Classics(內經). about the dream and to look the diagnostic significances of the dream with some examples of the modern psychiatric accomplishments.

There are many countermeasures collected by field experts, safety managers with their subjective decisions, without analysis. Subcontractor does not know which one of those can be more defective countermeasures. More weighted countermeasures should be taken for subcontractor's economical aspects. But there are almost no measures with useful weight so that subcontractors can select some as they need more effective even though there are not many measures at construction sites. AHP technique has been introduced into the analysis of counter measures for subcontractor. Countermeasures which car collected from field-experienced safety engineers have been weighed with frequency rate saying how many responders selected. And then, they are analyzed by AHP Technique for making out relative important level of the countermeasures, by each step such as Direct, Indirect, Management level, and policy level, quantitatively. AHP level in the study is composed of two stories, not three stories, in order to make respondents easier when they are asked. At least 15-year-experienced expert are asked for AHP questionnaire.

According to 「Hwangnyongsa Temple Central Column Record」 among the remaining documents, under reconstruction the pagoda of Hwangnyongsa&s 9th floor was completed in July 872 on the lunar calendar. At that time, King Kyeongmun worried about sarira under its central column, saying the central column does not move, and then He ordered to lift the central column. So his servants lifted it on November 6th 872 and checked the sarira and put it back on November 25th on the lunar calendar. 「Hwangnyongsa Temple Central Column Record」 did not document how to lift the central column which is tens of meters. therefore, this study inferred the way the central column of the pagoda of Hwangnyongsa was lifted in 872, left as a mystery. For that, this study set various hypotheses and it researched and analyzed hoisting technique that is a way to lift the pagoda of Hwangnyongsa and a column. In conclusion, this study inferred the most suitable hoisting technique for the pagoda of Hwangnyongsa at that time, based on the research and analysis of each chapter.

Although the dermoscopy had very long history since its introduction in 17th century, only recently it has been possible to see the widespread application of dermoscopy in the dermatology clinic. One of the most promising areas where the dermoscopy can be applied is the diagnosis of skin cancer, especially malignant melanoma. Due to its inherent limitation to obtain in-depth information-literally, from more than skin-deep and more importantly, from microscopic structures-of skin cancers, dermoscopy cannot replace the present gold-standard 'biopsy' in the diagnosis of skin cancer. However, several advantages of dermoscopy over biopsy merit further considerations. For example, as a non-invasive tool, dermoscopy is best suited for the follow-up of suspicious skin lesions, and as an all-at-a-glance tool, dermoscopy can aid the selection of the best biopsy-site to obtain the most meaningful pathological information from the minimal tissue specimen. There goes a saying that 'it takes two to tango,' similarly, we might need the two (biopsy and dermoscopy) to cope rhythmically with the varying tempos of everprogressing skin tumorigenesis and to reveal the true face of skin cancers usually hidden in various disguises.

This article looks back and also looks forward at the values aspect of school mathematics teaching and learning. Looking back, it draws on existing academic knowledge to explain why the values construct has been regarded in recent writings as a conative variable, that is, associated with willingness and motivation. The discussion highlights the tripartite model of the human mind which was first conceptualised in the eighteenth century, emphasising the intertwined and mutually enabling processes of cognition, affect, and conation. The article also discusses what we already know about the nature of values, which suggests that values are both consistent and malleable. The trend in mathematics educational research into values over the last three decades or so is outlined. These allow for an updated definition of values in mathematics education to be offered in this article. Considering the categories of values that might be found in mathematics classrooms, an argument is also made for more attention to be paid to general educational values. After all, the potential of the values construct in mathematics education research extends beyond student understanding of and performance in mathematics, to realising an ethical mathematics education which is important for thriveability in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Looking ahead, then, this article outlines a 4-step values development approach for implementation in the classroom, involving Justifying, Essaying, Declaring, and Identifying. With an acronym of JEDI, this novel approach has been informed by the theories of 'saying is believing', self-persuasion, insufficient justification, and abstract construals.

Artificial intelligence may be said like a human being. What is different thing between artificial intelligence and human intelligence? The people think that the artificial intelligence understands the meaning of the word to see artificial intelligence saying. However, it is different that artificial intelligence is identified as understanding a human being. We apply Wittgenstein's philosophy to this problem whether the artificial intelligence understands a meaning of language. We think that the artificial intelligence does not understand a live meaning of human life.
