비만인의 정서적 문제에 관한 문헌적 고찰 (Literature Review for the Emotional Troubles of the Obese Men and Women)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the emotional roubles of the obese and their's relationship with obesity so as to be useful for treating the obesity and estimating it's prognosis. Method : This study investigates the fifteen statistical treatises for the emotional troubles of the obese, and distributes their's results into depression, perception of obesity, satisfaction of body shape, eating behavior, and other emotional troubles. Conclusions: 1. In the obese dissatisfaction and inferiority complex for body shape are one of the causes bring about depression. 2. Masked depression is often, so exact examination is needed and the treatment of depression is useful for treating the obesity and estimating it's prognosis. 3. In the obese correcting wrong body shape image and making them gain confidence in treatment of obesity is needed because they have low self-efficacy in overeating, high perception of obesity, and dissatisfaction of body shape. 4. The obese has a abnormal eating behavior and it is related with the emotion troubles such as depression, low self-esteem, and so forth.

새로운 기관튜브 고정기구 적용이 비계획적 발관과 구강·안면 피부 통합성에 미치는 효과 (Effects on Unplanned Extubation, Oral Mucosa, and Facial Skin Integrity of New Method to Secure Endotracheal Tube)

  • Purpose: Examination was done of the effects on unplanned extubation, oral mucosa, and facial skin integrity in patients with oral intubation secured with a new method using Multifix Endo II. Methods: A prospective quasai-experimental design was used. Data were collected during a 3-week EICU admission period between Jun. 1 and Nov. 30. Two hundreds seventeen (conventional taping group: 105, Multifix Endo II group: 112) orally intubated adults were enrolled in the study at the EICU of the C University Hospital. Results: The incidence of unplanned extubation (${\chi}^2=11.580$, p=0.03) and scores for the facial skin integrity impairment of the Mutifix Endo II group (t=5.28, p=.000) were significantly lower than those of the conventional taping group even though the scores for oral mucosa impairment were not different. The nurse's evaluation of the clinical effectiveness of the two methods including convenience, comfort, safety, and satisfaction were also higher for the new securement method compared to the conventional taping group. Conclusion: The securement method using Mutifix Endo II was more effective than the conventional method in the prevention of unplanned extubation and maintenance facial skin integrity.

특1급 호텔 조리사의 위생교육 현황과 위생관련 조리업무 인지 및 직무수행도 (Status of Sanitary Education and Recognition and Perceived Performance of Cooking Operations Related to Sanitation for Cooks in a Super Deluxe Hotel)

  • A survey on the status of sanitary education and recognition and perceived performance of cooking operations related to sanitation for cooks at nine deluxe hotels in the Seoul area was conducted. The frequency of a food sanitary training program inside the hotel was 94.0%, and the frequency of training was 'once a month' at 68.5%. The program was taught by a hygienist in the hotel (62.7%), and 64.2% of cooks always attended. Cooks' recognition of HACCP was 3.52, and the importance of education on HACCP was higher at 3.77. Cook's' level of sanitary management was satisfactory with an average of 3.83 out of 5 in a Likert scale. The results showed a high average (4.08) for importance of personal hygiene during cooking, but satisfaction of personal hygiene was rather low at 3.92. Cooks' recognition of food sanitation in work field was very high at 4.15. The average scale of recognition on personal hygiene was 4.36, and out of 10 items related to personal hygiene, 'maintaining hand hygiene' showed the highest recognition (4.43). In a performance scale, the average was 4.24, and 'performing annual health examination' was the highest at 4.38. Perceived recognition of 18 items related to food sanitation had an average of 4.41, whereas the average for performance was lower at 4.31. Perceived recognition of 12 items related to cooking equipments had an average of 4.39, and average scale of performance was 4.28. Therefore, cooks' high recognition of food sanitation but rather low recognition of satisfaction of personal hygiene and perceived performance indicated that systematic sanitation management monitoring tools are necessary for higher performance.

조직문화에 대한 구성원들의 인식차이가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향: 심리적 메커니즘 검증 (An Effects of Organizational Cultural Perception Gap on Organizational Effectiveness: Examination of Psychological Mechanism)

  • 본 연구에서는 조직문화에 대한 효과성을 실증적으로 증명하는데 있어서 조직구성원들의 인식의 차이(현실 vs. 이상)에 초점을 맞추어 탐색하고자한다. 조직문화에 대한 인식의 차이에 관한 연구는 실무계에서 오랫동안 사용되었음에도 불구하고 학계에서의 연구는 상대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 조직구성원들이 인식하는 조직문화의 현실과 미래에 바라는 이상적인 문화에 대해 함께 파악하는 것은 경영자로 하여금 어디에 경영의 초점을 두어야하는지 경영의 방향성을 제시해준다. 따라서 본 연구는 현실과 이상적인 조직문화간의 차이에 따른 효과를 파악함으로써 보다 구체적인 경영의 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 단일 기업 근로자 220명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 최종 134명의 자료를 분석한 결과, 문화인식 차이는 직무만족 및 정서적 몰입과 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 공동체 문화에 대한 이상과 현실의 차이가 많이 날수록 직무만족에 부정적인(-) 관계가 있고 이는 정서적 몰입의 감소로 이어졌다. 따라서 조직문화인식차이에 따른 부작용을 줄이기 위해서는 조직차원에서 이상적으로 생각한 조직문화에 대해 구성원들과 합의를 이루는 것이 우선적으로 필요하며 이에 적합한 조직관리를 위해서는 구성원들의 내재적 동기부여 과정을 이해하는 것이 중요하다는 사실을 밝혀냈다.

한국 남자대학생의 체형에 따른 기성복 구매실태 및 치수적합도 조사 (A Study on the Purchasing Practice and Size Fitness of Ready-made Clothes for Male College Students according to Body Types)

  • This study was performed to investigate purchasing practice and size satisfaction in order to offer basic data to establish marketing strategy and produce ready-made clothes for the male college students according to their body type. For data analysis, crosstabs, factor analysis and one-way ANOVA were used. Results were as follows; first, this study considered the somatotype distribution of male college students. The results showed that inverted triangle -shaped torso was the ideal somatotype in all the classified four actual somatotypes. Second, people in standard body types significantly considered price and appearance such as design, color, pattern and price while people in triangle-shaped torso placed the most importance in the practicality and wearability. People with inverted triangle-shaped torso was found to significantly consider the perceptual quality such as brand, a/s and fashion. Third, this study considered the wearing satisfaction of ready-to-wear. The respondents placed more emphasis on the practicality and wearability as their actual somatotypes were not ideal for them. Fourth, the examination of the difference in size fitness depending on clothing by somatotype when wearing ready-to-wear showed that breast on the top was small when wearing it in the remaining somatotypes except for standard somatotype. The upper body showed better size fitness in triangle-shaped torso. There is a difference in fitness according to somatotypes classified by the form factors even though they have the same body mass index.

대전지역의 대학도서관 상호이용 협력활동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the University Library Cooperation in Daejeon)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 대학도서관의 상호이용 협력활동에 대한 이용자들의 이용 현황과 사서의 인식을 조사하여, 그 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 질문지의 조사문항은 인구 배경적 특성과 장서만족도, 상호이용 협력활동의 인지도, 이용경험 및 활용도, 개선요구사항 등으로 구성하였다. 분석방법으로는 가설검정과 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 이용자는 자관의 장서에 대해 만족도가 50% 미만으로 낮았고, 도서관 상호이용 협력활동을 인지하지 못하고 있었다. 단, 그 서비스의 필요성에 대해 높은 비율로 동의하였다. 한편 사서는 도서관 상호이용을 위한 홍보나 안내가 부족하다는 것을 인정하고 있었다.

대학생 스마트폰 이용자의 만족도와 테크노스트레스: 스마트폰 이용 동기에 따른 소비자 유형화를 중심으로 (Is Smartphone Smart for Everybody? A Study of Smartphone User Typology)

  • 본 연구에서는 대학생들의 스마트폰 이용에 영향을 미치는 이용 동기들을 살펴보고 이에 따라 대학생 스마트폰 이용자가 어떻게 유형화될 수 있으며, 유형화에 따른 스마트폰 이용 행동에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 스마트폰 이용동기의 요인분석 결과, 효용추구, 관계추구, 짜투리시간활용, 타인의식의 4가지 요인으로 이용동기가 분류되었다. 둘째, 이용동기에 따른 집단 유형화를 실시한 결과 '기능추구형', '타인의식형', '무(無)동기형'의 세 가지 유형으로 분류되었으며, 각각의 집단은 스마트폰 구매 시 고려사항, 스마트폰 이용행동 및 인식에서 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 스마트폰 만족도와 테크노스트레스에 영향을 미치는 변수를 알아보기 위하여 중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 구매 시 고려사항, 스마트폰 이용행동, 스마트폰에 대한 인식, 스마트폰 이용 동기 성향이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

파렛트 Pool 서비스품질 측정에 있어서 SERVQUAL과 SERVPERF 모형비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of SERVQUAL and SERVPERF in Measuring the Pallet Pool Service Quality)

  • Currently, interest on physical distribution is increasing due to burden of oil cost increases as oil price rises day by day. As interest grows, there are number of studies have been conducting on saving the cost of distribution. On the other hand, number of study on service of distribution is insufficient. Actually, subject of service of physical distribution have been studied by number of survey organizations, research organizations and mass media. Although, configuration for each organization is different from each other and it is hard to measure objective satisfactory factor of customers. This means needs for constructing standardized measuring tool as well as research on measuring service quality of distribution is not active. Therefore, this research is to compare and analyze compatibility of service quality measuring using SERVQUAL and SERVPERF and trying to clarify differences affected by importance service quality by each level to actual service quality. Also, this research is to make basic and standardized measuring model to improve quality of physical distribution especially using analysis of service quality and customer satisfaction of pallet pool service which contributes rationalization of distribution and reduce the cost by standardizing specification and size of pallet, allowing sharing of pallet. To conduct this research, case study of a company A is used where it is in a pallet pool business. Using this example, the goal is to give help on pallet pool business a strategic exercise if the business by point out major factors that affect customer satisfaction by collecting customer assessment along with examination of SERVQUAL and SERVPERF in measuring service quality if pallet pool service.

한방 영유아 건강검진 필요성에 대한 일반인 대상 설문 - 환아의 부모를 대상으로 (Survey on Parent's Recognition for Necessity of Health Examinations for Infants and Children by Korean Medicine)

  • Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the satisfaction and improvement points of the current health checkup in infants and children, and recognition of parents about introduction of health examinations for infants and children by Korean medicine. Methods We conducted an online survey through the website of Dongguk University Bundang Korean medicine hospital for the parent of infants and children between 4 and 71 months age who received at least one health checkup. Statistical processing was performed using the SPSS Version 23.0 program. Results As a result of correlation analysis between the degree of necessary improvement point of current health checkup for infants and children and the degree of strength of health examinations for infants and children by Korean medicine, there was a statistically significant positive correlation (r=0.957). With the participation of Korean medical doctors, it can be expected that the number of health examinations centers for infants and children will be expanded, screening services will be increased, and oriental medicine childcare and education to prevention of major pediatrics disease can be provided. Conclusions These results show that health examinations for infants and children by Korean medicine can increase the satisfaction of the parent and the inspection rate.

CT 조영제의 부작용 예방을 위한 표준진료지침서의 개발과 적용 (Development and Implementation of a Critical Pathway for Prevention of Adverse Reactions to Contrast Media for Computed Tomography)

  • CT 조영제의 부작용을 예방하여 환자만족도와 방사선사 및 간호사의 업무만족도를 향상을 위해 표준진료지침서를 개발하고 적용하였다. 표준진료지침서 개발은 팀으로 구성하여 단계적으로 실시하였다. 대상은 환자 및 방사선사와 간호사를 대상으로 만족도를 평가하였다. 표준진료지침서를 적용하는 군이 만족도가 높게 조사되었고, 방사선사와 간호사는 표준진료지침서를 적용하는 경우 환자의 조영제 부작용 정보를 사전에 파악하는 효과와 조영제 부작용을 예방 효과가 있어 만족도가 증가하였다. 조영제 부작용은 표준진료지침서를 적용하기 전 90명에서 적용 후 66명으로 감소하는 효과가 있었다. 표준진료지침서를 적용하여 환자 정보제공(24%), 조영제 예방효과(19%), 조영제 부작용의 사전 인지효과(39%), 지식정도(19%)로 업무 만족도 향상 효과가 있었다. 혈관외유출은 표준진료지침서 적용전은 13건이었고, 적용 후는 6건으로 감소하였다. 혈관외유출 위치와 조영제 용량을 종합의료정보시스템(HMIS)에 입력하여 혈관외유출 예방과 검사 만족도를 높이는 효과가 있다. 환자 정보를 파악하여 조영제 부작용 예방효과와 처치로 의료 질 향상 및 만족도 증가하였다. 표준진료지침서를 지속적으로 적용하여 환자, 검사자의 만족도 및 의료질을 증진하도록 한다.
