Recently, most companies are using information technology and its importance is emphasized daily. In an environment where technology is changing rapidly, organizations focus on making good use of reasonable information technology. However, having excellent human resources and reducing turnover is a problem for most organizations. Accordingly, job satisfaction is a factor that can reduce negative factors and enhance positive factors. Therefore, this study explored the factors that can improve job satisfaction. In this regard, this study conducted an empirical analysis on employees who work in small and medium-sized Korean enterprises. We focused on mobile instruction and mobile information sharing as reasonable factors that improve employee job satisfaction. In addition, we examined the effects of employee self-efficacy to increase the influence of reasonable mobile task instruction and mobile information sharing on job satisfaction. Through the results, this research suggests ways to improve employee job satisfaction in the field of small and medium-sized Korean enterprises. It also provides practical implications and discusses future research directions.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for bookstart programs to public libraries and related institutions by investigating and analyzing bookstart preferred programs, user satisfaction and reuse intentions based on the current status of bookstart services and programs for multicultural families nationwide. It is to propose an improvement plan for the multicultural family bookstart program. To this end, user satisfaction and reuse intention were surveyed and hypotheses were verified through a survey of bookstart program participants. For statistical analysis, SPSS 25 was used. As a result of this study, First, there was a significant difference in the bookstart program for multicultural families according to their children's age and average monthly education expenses. Second, in the satisfaction of the multicultural family bookstart program, only the use and service support, and the quality of facilities and environment were found to have a significant positive (+) effect. Third, it was found that the re-use intention of the multicultural family bookstart program had a significant positive (+) effect only on the quality of use and service support. Fourth, it was verified that satisfaction with the book start program for multicultural families had a significant positive (+) effect on the intention to reuse. In addition, it suggested the improvement plan for the multicultural family book start program.

The purpose of this study is to improve the neiboring environment in the internal and external university campuses. For this purpose, survey to 567 students in 7 universities in Daegu-Kyungbuk area. According to the changes of location pattern of campuses, the external facilities are play a role to help the function of internal facilities, and to accommodate the daily life of students. Therefore this study plan to find out their satisfaction and need of the neiboring facilities.

This research had intended to find out regarding the present influences of the Smart Work on the intention to use continuously with the staff members working in the small- and medium-sized enterprises as the subject. And, finally, it had intended to find out about the Smart Work environments of the IT corporations and the non-IT corporations. For this research, the questionnaire survey data were collected from the staff members working at the small- and medium-sized enterprises. Through the questionnaire survey data that were collected, an empirical analysis was carried out. And, through the reliability analysis, the feasibility analysis, the discriminatory feasibility analysis, and the inspection of the degree of suitableness of the structural equation model, finally, the research model was verified and, finally, a difference analysis of the IT corporations and the non-IT corporations was carried out. Regarding the results of the analysis of the research, it appeared that the factors of the job efficiency and the job autonomy of the special characteristics of the job had the positive influences on the usefulness and the job satisfaction, which were the parameters and which were perceived. And it appeared that the time flexibility of the job form could not have any influences on the usefulness and the job satisfaction, which were the parameters and which were perceived. And it appeared that the spatial flexibility had the influences on the job satisfaction only. The perceived usefulness, which was a parameter, had the positive influences on the job satisfaction and the intention to use continuously. And, finally, the job satisfaction had the positive influences on the intention to use continuously. And it appeared that there were the differences, too, between the IT corporations and the non-IT corporations. It is thought that, through the results of this research and through the Smart Work environment, the positive influences on the workers and the organizations could be induced and that a better working environment than previously can be provided to the workers to fit the special characteristics of the corporations.

According to the Korean National Statistics Office(KNSO), more than 90% of Korean adolescents aged from 15 to 19 use a computer for more than 10 hours per week. The KNSO also reveals that this age group mostly uses a computer in their own room, followed by a commercial place. It is also found that the house for the adolescent is not simply a physical environment, but is rather a center of their personal lives where their personal and social developments are formed. Therefore, the physical environment where computers are used is very important. The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics and needs of computer furniture for the adolescent. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires and 414 adolescents participated. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Most of the respondents(42%) used the internet for less than one hour per day and it was used for community visits and operations, game, and chat rooms. (2) The desks where computers were used were specially designed and made of wood. Chairs were typically height adjustable with armrests and there was no task lighting for computer use. (3) The preferences of computer furniture were chairs with a high back, casters and armrests. The overall satisfaction of individual computer rooms was low. However, it is important for an adolescent to be provided with a user friendly environment for sound growth and development. Further study is therefore needed regarding environmental variables through empirical study.

This study investigated current status of lighting environment, residents' awareness of lighting and lighting use according to behavior in the living room of apartment to determine current lighting trends and their related problems. The living rooms of newly-built apartment units(133~165[$m^2$] and larger than 166[$m^2$] within the past five years) were examined. The results are summarized as follows. 1. Resident satisfaction with current living room lighting was the highest in 'illumination' and the lowest was 'energy savings' regardless of the size of living room. 2. This kind of ceiling lighting layout, 133~165[$m^2$] unit used central lighting and larger than 166[$m^2$] units used central lighting and cove lighting. Regarding light sources, 133~165[$m^2$] linear FL, halogen, larger than 166[$m^2$] bulb-type FL are widely used. LED are now being found in the living room corridor and kitchen walls of newly-built apartment houses. 3. Watching TV and reading books were commonly behaved in the living room. Conversations between family, having desserts, resting, housekeeping, and entertaining were usually done weekdays, while having desserts and conversations between family were done weekends. Use of lighting as main behaviors is properly and differently required due to the distinct uses of lighting as residents' behaviors or their life style.

Purpose : Aim of the this study was conducted to determine whether hearing aids are responsible for the quality of life by comparing quality of life between the elderly who are suspected of difficulty in hearing selected by Hearing Handicap Inventory of Elderly (HHIE) without using hearing aids and who are using hearing aids. Methods : For the study, two groups of 33 people were analyzed for independent t-test based on whether they wore Hearing Aids (HA) or not whom wearing hearing aids (hearing aids users) and suspected difficulty in hearing. who are attending the Religious organization Senior Welfare Center in the OO region. Result : The quality of life of hearing aid users is generally observed to be higher than that of non-users in general, and by the section, psychological (p=0.019) and living environment (p=0.032) were appeared statistically signigicant. The elderly showed a significant difference. In the section, "Operation Satisfaction (p=0.038)" in the physical health area, "relationship of reason (p=0.018)" in the social relationship area, "Economic margin (p=0.021)" in the environmental area, "Information accessibility (p=0.020)", In the psychological area, hearing aid was used for "self satisfaction (p=0.033)", "concentration of work (p=0.045)". Conclusion : The use of hearing aids by hearing loss elderly improves the quality of life in the psychological health and living environment section.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the preference and needs of leisure facilities of residents living in apartment complexes. The questionnaire survey was conducted in the selected apartment complexes, and 676 responses were used for data analysis. The statistical techniques used for data analysis included frequencies, percentage, mean, $X^2$-test, and multiple regression. The major findings were as follows: 1) Subjects needed the diverse leisure facilities such as sports center and resident's self government facilities. And they needed diverse facilities for sports. 2) In terms of location, they needed leisure facilities which was closer to their house. 3) The degree of satisfaction of leisure facilities was lower than neutral. The satisfaction of leisure facilities related with diversity of leisure facilities and program, and poor environment. 4) It was found that the respondents preferred safe and various leisure facilities, and the leisure facilities were exclusively used for the residents only, and the use by non-residents should be charged at the expense. Also, respondents were willing to pay additional fee for the better quality of leisure facilities, and sports leisure facilities congregated in one building were highly desirable.

This study examines and analyzes residential environment and factors with partial region of Chungjang-dong, Dong-gu, Gwangju based on land register and questionnaire. Consequently, most of residents are in their forties or over and working at downtown or place near it. It is found that rate of their own house is high and they live in the current house over 10 years. Residential factors at downtown area include its convenience, distance to workplace, convenient transportation and easy use of cultural and commercial facilities, but their consciousness of residence shows a low satisfaction with children education, air pollution, noise, parking facilities, green zone for making community, resting place, sunshine, view and privacy.

This study researches the dwelling satisfaction about apartment remodeling by inspecting ten apartments located in Gwang-Ju, Jun-Nam province. The method of study is to use the field study method, which is based on cultural anthropology, and the participant observation method at same time. According to the research, we find those things as they follow. First, the participation of residents and the mutual agreement are necessary in the process of the selecting a company. Furthermore it's hard to solve the problem about an uniform design and an inferior construction. These things are the most serious factor in dissatisfaction of resident environment. Second, the space of storage and veranda should be separated for the proper functions and the space for laundry is necessary. The rooms, except bedroom, and the bathroom in the main living room should be used for practical application because they are not used so often and if we make the veranda as a inner space, we've got to make a gardening plan, too. Through this research we find out that the participation of an expert company and residents for enough communication and mutual agreement and the space plan for the satisfaction of occupants are necessary for the proper apartment remodeling.
