This study identified the meaning of mathematical justification and its characteristics for middle school math gifted students. 17 middle school math gifted students participated in questionnaires and written exams. Results show that the gifted students recognized justification in various meanings such as proof, systematization, discovery, intellectual challenge of mathematical justification, and the preference for deductive justification. As a result of justification exams, there was a difference in algebra and geometry. While there were many deductive justifications in both algebra and geometry questionnaires, the difference exists in empirical justifications: there were many empirical justifications in algebra, but there were few in geometry questions. When deductive justification was completed, the students showed satisfaction with their own justification. However, they showed dissatisfaction when they could not deductively justify the generality of the proposition using mathematical symbols. From the results of the study, it was found that justification education that can improve algebraic translation ability is necessary so that gifted students can realize the limitations and usefulness of empirical reasoning and make deductive justification.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of the residents of the new city by examining the consciousness of the occupants to understand the characteristics of the residents of the city of Bundang. As a result of evaluating and analyzing the durability by visual inspection and some equipment tests at the site of the on-site investigation, it was found that there is a problem with the quality, and continuous maintenance is required to improve the durability and usability of the apartment house. In particular, many cracks appearing in the rapidly deteriorated part should be repaired promptly, and a systematic plan should be formulated and carried out. In the apartment housing perception survey of Bundang new city residents, about 93.4% showed above-average satisfaction, and 43.4% showed a favorable preference toward the residential area.

Purpose: At the moment, a lot of poor older people live in permanent rental housing in Korea. But many rental apartments are not suitable for elderly living because most of them have many problems related to the lack of accessibility and adaptability for older people with physical and mental disabilities. So it is necessary to upgrade the old permanent rental housing for convenience of elderly living. The purpose of this paper is to construct basic data for remodeling of worn out and small rental housing block in order to realize the concept of "Aging in Place". Methods: Questionnaires and interviews about elderly living have been conducted on 104 elderly who live in Suwon Wooman permanent rental apartment block which was constructed 21 years ago. From the collected data, dining pattern, inconvenient area, small area, satisfaction level on unit area and demand for unit expansion type have been analysed in order to find out the direction for remodeling of permanent rental apartment unit. Results: The problems of existing permanent rental apartment can be summarized into improper laundry space, small dining area, inconvenient bath and so on. According to the family size, the elderly resident has the different preference about the expansion type of his resident unit. Big families usually want to enlarge their living unit though they pay for additional monthly rental fee. Implications: Lifetime home concept adopting Universal Design has to be applied to the whole residential block especially to the social rental housing. And this concept had better be expanded to Lifetime neighbor design.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between female gradation angle and angles of female gradation according to the angle of the treatment. A total of 100 questionnaires were analyzed using questionnaires. The results showed that sophisticated images were observed at $5^{\circ}$, $31^{\circ}$, and $85^{\circ}$ of gradation, and elegance images were observed at $15^{\circ}$ and $65^{\circ}$, and modern images were observed at $50^{\circ}$. Through this study, we will be able to conduct in-depth follow-up research on female gradation cuts classified by the trend position of trends in Korean men, and it will be possible to use it as basic data for deeper haircut education at the same time as creating customer satisfaction.

A street, as a linear factor constituting the city, is an axis of urban development. The substantial function of the street is the traffic space for the passage but now it plays the important role of the place of community where contains various activities such as meeting between people and people, rest, entertainment etc. A street is basically the 3 dimensional space consisted of the sidewalk, roadway and the roadside structures surrounding the street. In this case, the roadside structures are the physical composition factors for the street space and the facade of the roadside structures acts as important variables to form the image of street space. Thus, this study is to provide the basic data to be applied in the future urban street landscape plan by extracting the superior factors in visual and perceptional aspects which affect the image of street view from the shape composition factors which constitute the facade of the roadside structures, and by searching and analyzing the satisfaction degree and preference of each factors.

Recently, the sound design of the electric vehicle has emerged as one of the new research objects. This study was conducted to explore and examine major values of interior driving sound of the electric vehicle from the perspective of user experience. An exploratory study based on the ground theory extracted contextual information and quietness as independent variables, and then we analyzed the main and interaction effects of those two variables on the usefulness, emotion, and satisfaction through a $2{\times}2$ factorial experimental design. The experimental study demonstrated that the effect on the user experience of electric vehicle can be conditioned by the combination of contextual information sound and quietness. Based on the results of this study, we suggested future research agendas for the optimization of user needs which reflect individual preference of interior driving sound values.

This study analyzes the present condition of the elements of a healing environment of the waiting rooms in outpatient clinics of children' hospitals (3 hospitals in Seoul) so as to propose a design to build a healing environment within the children' hospital. And analyzing the importance, satisfaction and preference of the healing environment in the waiting rooms, this paper has come to the following conclusions: 1)The study shows that the space structure of outpatient clinics in children' hospitals are composed of 1 story or 2 stories and designed in a duplication design or a dispersed alcove design. 2)The waiting room of the SC Hospital, with an area of 66.56$m^2$, and the waiting room of the SU Hospital, with an area of 38.78$m^2$ received the highest score for its space. 3)As most patients visit the hospital with their guardian, the waiting room should also be someplace families can rest and share information with others. 4)It is essential to build an environment that eliminates stress elements that patients may come to face by minimizing noise and elements that obstruct the view for mental stability. 5)The results show that those who took part in the survey preferred the following, respectively, healing environment design for the waiting room in the outpatient clinic at children' hospital: Pleasantness>Easiness in finding one' destination>Artificial materials>Natural materials>Environment like that at home>Co-promotion spaces>Space that supports the patients'activities>Openness>Sociality>Safety/Security>Approachability and Privacy. The results also show that healing conditions respect these preferences.

This study analyzes consumers preferences and price sensitivity when buying domestic wine. Data were collected from the consumers (n=200) living in Daegu, Korea. Statistical analyses evaluated purchase, frequency, perceptual mapping, and price sensitivity measurement (PSMs) using SPSS software. Among three domestic wines, ice wine (Vin Coree) attracted most customer satisfaction. The second most popular wine was a white wine (Vin Coree) and the third was a red wine (Royal Campbell). The colors of the red and white wines were highly valued, and bottle design was reported to be the best feature of ice wine. Red wine needs to increase in price and to improve in quality because the price is lower than the point of marginal cheapness. White wine should be reduced in price because the price is higher than the optimal pricing point. The price of ice wine is equal to the point of marginal expensiveness; Thus, the price of ice wine should be reduced.

There are various schemes to improve the environment of a rir in which we dwell. Among them environment color is one of formative elements that compose a city environment, the recognition about it is coming to be high gradually. A stabilized appropriate color of city environment gives a psychological social cultural effect to the people and also can be a useful method even in public information of city image, To give a citizen sensitive aesthetic and emotional satisfaction, a systematic rational design approach is necessary in an environment color plan. Hereupon, this study suggests one model of a concrete substantial color design through analyzing a present condition, for example, an existing environment, a case study about similar space, and a question investigation for finding out preference image and applying them to the color design. Through a rational systematic environment color design one can expect several effects making identity in a region, increasing a peculiar image or unity reinforcement by total application of color scheme, creating a visual environment with aesthetic characteristic, and efficiency of continuous color management system.

The existing social search has a problem that search results are not suitable for a user since it does not take into account the recency of the user profile and the interests of similar users. Therefore, studies on a social search considering a temporal attribute and the interests of other users are required. In this paper, we propose a social search scheme that takes into account the recent interests of a user by time and the interests of the most similar users. The proposed scheme analyzes the activity information of a social media user in order to take into account the recent interests of the user. And then the proposed scheme improves the satisfaction and accuracy of search results by combining the interests of similar users with the analyzed information and performing ranking, It is shown through performance evaluation that the proposed scheme outperforms the existing scheme.
