소비자 특성에 따른 화장품 품질 인식 및 만족도 연구 (Research on Cosmetic Quality Perception and Satisfaction According to Consumer Characteristics)

  • 본 연구는 서울·경기 지역의 화장품을 사용하고 있는 18세부터 50대까지 남녀 317명을 대상으로 소비자 특성에 따른 화장품 품질(안전성, 안정성, 기능성, 사용성) 인식과 만족도의 차이를 분석하였고 부작용 경험에 따른 화장품 품질인식이 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 화장품 품질 요인 중 사용성에는 만족하고 있었으나 안전성, 안정성, 기능성 인식은 낮게 나타나 전반적인 품질 개선이 필요하였고 특히 남성과 40대의 화장품 품질 인식과 만족도가 낮게 나타나 이를 위한 맞춤형 솔루션이 필요하였다. 화장품 부작용을 경험한 경우와 안 한 경우 모두 사용성과 기능성의 순서로 만족도에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미쳐 사용성과 기능성 인식의 제고가 만족도를 높이는 주요 요인으로 나타났다. 제품의 품질을 개선하고 소비자 인식에 긍정적 영향을 주는 요소들을 보완하는 것이 품질 인식과 만족도 향상에 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 생각된다.

  • In the 21st century the service industry, particularly the hospitality industry, has the potential to develop into its golden age. In preparation for this hotels must maximize management proficiency by introducing reasonable and scientific systems into their current operations. The hotel industry takes it for granted that it can meet the final business goal by way of effective management of human resources. However, comprehensive papers on the subject of employee satisfaction have not appeared or been presented in Korean business studies. And although papers from abroad have touched on the subject they are not focused on the specialized domain of human resources as it applies to the comprehensive matters relating to job satisfaction as a corelationship to business success. This study focuses on some problems that must be overcome in achieving business objectives while striving at the same time to maintain satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to find the factors that measure employee job satisfaction in the hotel industry. To establish the purpose I reviewed the definition of the job satisfaction. An antecedent study of job satisfaction and Questionnaires were used to acquire data, specifically, hotel employees were selected randomly from the six super-deluxe hotels in Seoul to respond to thorough questionnaires. As a result of the study on the variables of Sex, Position, Length of Service, Opportunity for Promotion, Working Conditions, Wages and Hotel Situation. As a whole, promotional opportunity, wages and working conditions were frequently cited as negative factors in the responses. A comprehensive approach that includes improving wages and that reflects management's sincere concern with the working conditions of the employees is urgently needed. Hotel management that is willing to examine employee satisfaction periodically and provide proper solutions can prevent dissatisfied employees from separating from their jobs. This study has some limitation in that it is restricted geographically and in research method. That is, only six super-deluxe hotels in Seoul were selected as the subject of study and only the questionnaire method of obtaining data was used out of various available research methods.

중년기 기혼여성의 노후준비와 위기감이 결혼생활만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Degree of Preparation for Later Life and Mid-life Crisis on the Marital Satisfaction of Married, Middle-aged Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the degree of preparation for old age and the sense of crisis on the marital satisfaction of married mid-life women. The participants in this study were 300 women ranging in age from 40 to 59 years residing in Gyeonggi-do. Two hundred and forty-nine self-reported questionnaires were used for final analysis by SPSS PASW 18.0. The major results of this study were as follows. First, the mean score on the sense of crisis scale was $2.56{\pm}0.65$, representing a medium level. The mean scores for degree of preparation for later life and marital satisfaction were $3.54{\pm}0.57$ and $3.67{\pm}0.88$, which were somewhat high. Second, socio-demographic characteristics have a significant influence on married, middle-aged women. There were primarily differences in the sense of crisis by age cohort(such as women in their 50s) and level of education. Moreover, there were differences in the degree of preparation for later life by marriage duration and differences in marital satisfaction by level of education, monthly average income, and employment status. Third, in multiple regression analysis, the variables significantly influencing the marital satisfaction of married, middle-aged women included health status and monthly average income as control variables. Mid-life crisis also had a significant effect. The degree of preparation for emotional later life had a significant effect as an independent variable. These findings suggest that the level of sense of crisis and the degree of preparation for emotional later life affected the women's marital satisfaction. Other factors did not have a significant affect. Based on the above results, intervention alternatives are needed to improve the marital satisfaction of married, middle-aged women.

전문간호사 역할의 중요도, 만족도 및 기여도에 대한 의료인의 인식 - 전문의, 간호사, 전문간호사를 대상으로 - (Importance, Satisfaction and Contribution of Advanced Practice Nurses' Role Recognized by Health Care Professionals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify level of recognition of the importance, satisfaction and contribution of APNs' role by physicians, nurses, and advanced practice nurses. Method: Perceived importance and satisfaction were measured with a 23-item questionnaire on APN role with 5 subcategories. APNs' contribution was investigated using a 13-item outcome questionnaire developed by the researchers. Between August 15 and October 31, 2009, the researchers collected data from 68 physicians, 265 nurses, and 23 APNs all working in a single tertiary hospital. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Kruskal-Wallis Test with Bonferroni's Correction and scatter plot. Result: The importance (3.24~3.39, 4 point scale), satisfaction (3.02~3.13, 4 point scale), and contribution of APNs' role (3.39~4.12, 5 point scale) were well recognized by the health care professionals. All the three health care professional groups rated APNs' contribution high in medical service management, continuity of care, patient accessibility, improvement in patient satisfaction, and patient and family education. 'Importance-Satisfaction Analysis' showed that patient data management by APNs needed greater effort. Conclusions: The findings show that the importance, satisfaction, contribution of APNs' role are recognized, and indicate a need for further development of APNs' role through efforts to overcome the gaps identified through this research.

노인의 우울, 영양상태 및 인지기능이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Depression, Nutritional Status and Cognitive Function on Life Satisfaction of the Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 노인의 우울, 영양상태 및 인지기능이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 변수들 간의 관계와 효과를 규명하는 위해 이루어졌다. 자료는 한국보건사회연구원에서 시행한 2017년도 노인실태조사 자료를 사용하여 2차 자료분석을 실시하였다. 65세 이상의 노인 9089명을 대상으로 경로모형을 만들고 상관분석 및 경로분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 그 결과, 우울, 영양상태, 인지기능 및 삶의 만족도는 모두 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 영양상태에 영향을 주는 요소로서 우울(.46, p=.007)의 효과 크기가 유의하였으며 인지기능에 대해서도 우울(-.27, p=.014)의 효과 크기가 유의하였다. 영양상태(.08, p=.009)와 인지기능(-.03, p=.010)은 모두 삶의 만족도에 유의한 효과를 보였는데, 우울(.50, p=.012)은 영양상태와 인지기능을 매개로 하여 삶의 만족도에 영향을 주었다. 따라서 노인의 삶의 만족도를 증진시키기 위해서는 우울에 대한 중재 뿐 아니라 영양상태와 인지기능에 대한 간호 중재가 필요하다.

간호대학생의 외모만족과 학교생활적응: 자아존중감의 매개효과와 성별의 조절효과 (Appearance Satisfaction and School Adjustment in Nursing Students: Mediating Effect of Self-esteem and Moderating Effect of Gender)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생들의 외모만족과 학교생활적응의 관계를 조사하고 자아존중감과 성별의 매개 또는 조절효과 파악을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구는 서술적 상관관계 연구로서 연구대상자는 D시에 소재한 간호대학에 재학하고 있는 188명의 학생을 대상으로 하였다. 분석결과 외모만족은 학교생활적응에 직접적인 영향을 주었고 자아존중감을 통해 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 자아존중감은 외모만족과 학교생활 적응의 관계에서 부분 매개효과가 있었다. 또한 성별은 외모만족과 자아존중감 사이에서 조절효과가 있었으나 외모만족과 학교생활적응, 자아존중감과 학교생활적응 사이에서는 조절효과가 유의하지 않았다. 그리고 여학생이 남학생보다 외모만족이 자아존중감에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생들의 학교생활적응을 증진하기 위한 전략으로 외모에 대한 긍정적 인식을 증진하고 자아존중감의 강화가 필요함을 의미하며 여학생을 대상으로 특화된 프로그램의 필요성을 제시하고 있다.

한방의료에 대한 인식 및 만족도 조사 (The Research about Recognition and Satisfaction on Korean Medicine)

  • Object: Recently, demend for Korean Medicine have been rapidly increasing in Korea. However, there are still a few studies for recognition, satisfaction and satisfaction factors of Korean Medicine to increase competitiveness of Korean-Medical service. Thus, the purpose of this study is to grope ways to strengthen the competitiveness of Korean-Medical service by investigating recognition and satisfaction factors on Korean medicine. Method: People who have been experienced Korean Medicine were targets of investigation. Questionnaire was consisted of questions about awareness for the Korean Medicine, awareness of Korean-Medical treatment, satisfaction level for Korean Medicine, satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors. This questionnaires were conducted through personal interviews. Result: Total 315 members responded to the survey and the results of the analysis were as follows. 1. Korean Medicine treatment was recognized as the scientific medical act to protect human body wellness. 2. Korean-Medical service can be represented by acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, physical therapy, Korean medicine. And care for diseases such as pain disorders, chronic fatigue, anti-aging, and geriatric disease were wanted. 3. The factors that influence on satisfaction of the Medical Services was the perception that Korean Medicine is scientific and safe. Conclusion: To strengthen the competitiveness of Korean-Medical service, first, efforts to enhance the effectiveness of the basic treatment such as acupuncture and moxibustion, herbal medicine are required. Second, scientific development of Korean Medicine is necessary. Finally, the effort to offer various services of Korean Medicine are needed.

병원 아웃소싱직원과 정규직원의 직무만족 및 직무몰입, 이직의도에 대한 차이분석 (A Study on Differences of Job Satisfaction and Involvement According to the Job Status between Outsourcing Staff and Permanent Staff)

  • The point of this study is to analyze the difference between the outsourcing staff and the permanent staff. Also, to do a comparative analysis of the degree of understanding of the two groups with regards to elements of the major organization culture. The subjects of the study carne from 9 Catholic hospitals, the outsourcing staff being 198 and the permanent staff being 206. A survey was conducted with them, using SPSS 12.0 and carrying out t-test and ANOVA. A summary of the actual results of this analysis are as follows: Among the elements of organization culture (principles of understanding, practice, education, values, work environ) there appeared a high level of understanding among the permanent staff. As for satisfaction about the facilities, the outsourcing staffs' satisfaction level was higher. Second, the results of analyzing the effectiveness of the factors in job satisfaction and involvement - show that as the elements of education, values, work environ etc. were rated higher, job satisfaction came out higher. Contrary to that, job satisfaction was lower as the work hours lengthened. Through the results of the above study, education program for the outsourcing staff are helped to understand the hospital's special characteristics, unique philosophy and values. Therefore, it is needed the development of new techniques of management for the outsourcing staff; through setting up a department whose whole responsibility is the education and administration of the outsourcing staff, their job satisfaction and involvement will improve.

호텔 조리종사자의 메뉴개발 직무만족도에 대한 평가시스템의 영향 및 상호관계 (Effect and Interrelationship of Evaluation System in Employee's Job Satisfaction at Deluxe Hotel Kitchen)

  • This study investigated the effect and interrelationship of evaluation system in employee's job satisfaction at deluxe hotel kitchen in the Seoul area. The questionnaires developed for this study were distributed to 400 chefs during June to August, 2012. A total of 364 questionnaires were used for analysis (91.0%) and the statistical analysis was completed using PASW (SPSS) 18. The status of operating menu evaluation and menu development was analyzed by dividing the questionnaires into three categories: 'menu idea', 'menu evaluator' and 'menu evaluation system'. The 'menu idea' category showed the highest concern for 'Is the selected idea differentiated from competitors' menu?' (3.10 Likert scale), the 'menu evaluator' category showed the highest concern for 'Do the evaluator's individual factors affect menu evaluation?' ($3.88{\pm}0.96$), and the 'menu evaluation system' showed the highest concern for 'Is the menu commercialized by the menu evaluation system?' (3.32 Likert scale). Overall job satisfaction was studied into three categories: 'human field', 'material field' and 'evaluation field'. Overall satisfaction about one's job was 3.24 Likert scale. For satisfaction in each category, satisfaction for 'human field' was the highest with 3.30 Likert scale compared to 'material field' and 'evaluation field' with 2.76 Likert scale and 3.27 Likert scale, respectively. In conclusion, establishment of a unified evaluation system to improve employee's job satisfaction related to menu development is needed.

간호대학생의 학년별 임상실습 스트레스 대처 및 실습만족도의 차이 비교 (The Comparison of Stress Coping and Satisfaction with Clinical Practice according to the Grade of Nursing College Student)

  • Purpose: The study was to identify the relationship among perceived stress, coping strategies and satisfaction f clinical experience in nursing students and to examine difference of grade. Methods: A total 238 nursing students (second grade: 141 students, third grade: 97 students) from K. Womens' College were provided with self reported questionnaires from July 26, 2006 to July. 30, 2006. Perceived stress was measured using Perceived Stress Scale. Coping was measured using Coping Responses Inventory-Adult form. Satisfaction of clinical experience was measured using Satisfaction Inventory. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient with SPSS 12.0 program. Result: Participants showed that a high level of perceived stress score $2.71{\pm}.47$ of total 4 (2nd grad) and $2.67{\pm}.35$ of total 4 (3rd grade). Approach Coping Scales score of coping strategies was $68.19{\pm}6.06$ (2nd grade), $63.38{\pm}6.69$ (3rd grade) of total 96, then coping mechanism's mean among 2nd grade nursing students was higher than 3rd grade nursing students. Satisfaction score of clinical experience in 2nd grade nursing students was $3.01{\pm}.32$ and higher than 3rd grade ($2.99{\pm}.38$). There was a negative correlation r=-.264 (p=.000) between perceived stress during clinical practice and satisfaction. It was statistically significant. There was a positive correlation r=.154 (p<.05) between satisfaction score of clinical experience in nursing students and approach coping scales score. Conclusion: With these findings, we found that the more approach coping level, the more satisfaction of clinical practice. It is needed to developing effective teaching method and coping strategies for nursing students to improve their coping ability and prepare qualified nursing profession.
