지식공유의 내재적 외재적 동기가 사회적 유대감과 만족감에 미치는 영향 (Knowledge Contributors' Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation on Social Connectedness and Satisfaction)

  • 목적 온라인 커뮤니티에서 지식교류의 질과 양은 지식공유자의 재량에 달려있다. 지식공유자의 공유동기에 대한 이해는 지식교류의 질과 양을 향상시키는데 중요한 첫걸음이 될 수 있다. 이 논문은 온라인 커뮤니티 상에서 지식공유 시에 느낄 수 있는 사회적인 효과에 대한 이해를 돕고자한다. 설계/방법론/접근 지식공유 모델에서, 숙련레벨에 따른 내재적 외재적 동기가치와 변수의 변화를 연구하여 그룹 간 비교한다. 연구모델에서는 명성과 이타주이가 내재적 외재적 동기가치의 선행변수로, 사회적 유대감과 만족이 종속변수로 쓰였다. 자기 결정 이론을 바탕으로 숙련레벨이 선행변수와 종속변수에 다르게 미치는 영향을 연구하고 설명한다. 시사점 2005년 한국 인터넷 커뮤니티에서 정보공유 경험이 있는 사람들을 대상으로 한 설문 중 262개의 샘플을 분석한 결과 사회적 유대감이 중요한 종속변수로 밝혀졌고, 숙련레벨에 따른 그룹 비교 분석은 이타주의가 숙련레벨이 높은 정보 공유자에게만 외재적 동기가치에 반 (-)의 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 내재적 동기가치는 숙련레벨이 낮은 그룹과 높은 그룹에서 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 끼치나 두 그룹은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 가지면서 숙련레벨이 높은 그룹이 더 강한 영향을 미친다는 결과를 나타냈다.

20-30대 여성 소비자들의 소비가치 유형에 따른 해외 패션명품 브랜드 가방 구매행동 (Purchase Behaviors on Imported Fashion Luxury Brand's Bag according to the Types of Consumption Values of Female Consumers in 20's and 30's)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify the consumption values of 20's and 30's female consumers, identify the differences among the consumption value groups, and analyze purchase behaviors of imported fashion luxury brands according to the consumption value types. The subjects were 518 women who purchased luxury bags. The results of the study were as follows. First, as a result of cluster analysis to classify the consumption values of 20's and 30's female consumers, 4 groups were identified as "rare and emotional pursuit group", "functional pursuit group", "fashion pursuit group", and "social and conspicuous pursuit group". Second, 4 groups showed different luxury bag purchase behaviors, such as purchase motivation, purchase selection criteria, information source, purchase frequency, purchase cost of one time, purchase cost of year, the number of possession, purchase place, and store selection criteria. Third, rare and emotional pursuit group ranked the first in terms of product, price, and store satisfaction. Therefore, consumption values were identified as the important factor suggesting purchase behaviors of female consumers in 20's and 30's.

여가활동을 통한 작업치료가 노인 환자의 여가 만족도, 일상생활활동 수행 능력, 재활 동기에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Leisure Activity, Based on the Model of Human Occupation, on Leisure Satisfaction, Activities of Daily Living and Rehabilitation Motivation in Elderly Patients: Implications for occupational therapy)

  • 본 연구는 여가를 통한 작업치료가 노인 환자의 여가 만족도, 일상생활활동 수행 능력, 재활 동기에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 방법은 실험집단 10명, 통제집단 14명을 대상으로 실험집단에는 인간작업모델(MOHO) 이론 및 Dattilo(2015)의 여가 교육 프로그램 4th Ed. 을 참고하여 구성한 여가를 활용한 작업치료를, 통제집단에는 전통적 작업치료를 실시하였다. 캐나다작업수행측정(COPM)과 일상생활활동 수행 능력 평가(K-ADL·K-IADL), 재활 동기 설문지(PAREMO)를 사용하여 여가 만족도, 일상생활활동 수행 능력, 재활 동기를 측정하였으며 이를 통하여 중재 전, 후 비교와 각 변수 간 상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 여가를 통한 작업치료는 여가 만족도, 재활 동기에 유의한 효과를 주는 것으로 나타났다(p<.01). 둘째, 일상생활활동 수행 능력에서는 전통적 작업치료 중재 집단이 통계적으로 더 유의한 결과를 보였다(p<.01). 셋째, 기본적 일상생활활동, 수단적 일상생활활동 사이에서 유의한 상관관계를 보였다(p<.01). 마지막으로, 재활 동기-여가 만족도 사이에서 유의한 상관관계를 보였다(p<.01). 따라서 여가를 활용한 작업치료 중재는 노인 환자의 여가 만족도, 재활 동기에, 전통적 작업치료 중재는 노인 환자의 일상생활활동 수행 능력에 더 긍정적인 효과를 가져온다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 후속연구를 진행하여 효과의 일반화 및 지속성, 과정 분석의 객관성을 검증해 나가야 할 필요성이 있으며 구조화된 작업치료 중재 프로토콜에 대한 연구가 추가적으로 진행되어야 할 필요성이 있다.

브랜드농산물에 대한 소비자인식 및 만족도 연구 (A Study on Consumers' Recognition and Satisfaction to the Brand Agricultural Products)

  • Purpose - This study was conducted to present a study on the perception and satisfaction with the brand agricultural products targeted at consumers who use a lot of local products. According to the data of 2011, the total number of the brand agricultural products of Korea is 5,291 with various kinds. Research design, data and methodology - The survey shows that the brand agricultural products are being used by some specific people. However, it can be a useful idea which can help the consumption of brand agricultural products to be expanded if we understand how consumers' recognitions are different between various groups. For an empirical Analysis, the response data of 110 adult patients residing in the metropolitan area were used and conducted with a factor analysis, frequency analysis in order to ensure the validity and conducted a regression analysis and correlation analysis using SPSS statistical program. Results - According to the analysis, it showed consumers with an interest in brand agricultural products are 40-50 age housewives and the middle class of about 5 million won in monthly income more than 3 million won with a college education. As for consumers' purchasing status, all the subjects said that they had experienced buying brand agricultural products and the level of satisfaction for them was very high. Relatively, consumers' satisfaction level with high income and education is high. And recognition of the brand agricultural products was found mainly goes through word of mouth. The age and income are very important factors in customers' repurchase for brand agricultural products. The result of the analysis for the influences on brand agricultural products of customer satisfaction suggests even if the recognitions for safety, quality, and value are vital factors, the recognition of quality doesn't influence on brand agricultural products statistically and significantly. It was analysed if there were any differences between recognitions by group to brand agricultural products, that is to say recognition of safety, quality and value and the result can be summarized as follows. There are all statistical significant differences depending on their age, educational background and income. In the case of 30 or 40 aged, as they got the education level of college and graduate school and earned relatively high income, most customers have positive recognition on the brand agricultural products. This implies the group which can buy and consume the brand agricultural more easily has much more positive recognition. Conclusion - The results of this study shows consumers' brand awareness and satisfaction with brand agricultural products are affected by their age and income level. The purpose of this study is to find the information that can help brand agricultural products markets to be expanded by understanding the factors which encourage consumers to behave repurchase as well as customers' various levels of recognition to the brand agricultural products. The survey says that brand agricultural products are being used by some specific people.

식생활 라이프 스타일에 따른 편의점도시락 이용 현황과 만족도에 관한 연구: 서울, 경기 및 충청지역 성인을 대상으로 (A Study on the Utilization and Satisfaction of Convenience Store Lunchbox by Food-Related Lifestyle: On the Adults in their 20s and older in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungcheong Provinces)

  • 본 연구는 편의점 도시락을 이용한 경험이 있는 성인 817명을 대상으로 식생활 라이프 스타일에 따른 편의점 도시락 이용현황과 만족도 차이를 분석하였고 편의점 도시락 시장에 효율적인 메뉴 구성과 개선 방향을 제안하는 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 식생활 라이프 스타일 유형을 군집분석한 결과는 미각추구 집단, 경제추구 집단, 편의추구 집단, 건강추구 집단 등의 4가지 집단으로 군집화되었다. 도시락 이용현황을 살펴보면 도시락 제품 구매가격은 3,500~4,000원이었고, 도시락은 주로 점심 식사용으로, 혼자 먹는 것으로 나타났다. 편의점 도시락에 대한 정보를 얻는 곳으로는 편의점 매장, 인터넷 SNS 순이었다(p<0.05). 도시락은 영양성분을 고려하여 구매하였고(p<0.001) 중요한 영양소는 단백질, 열량, 나트륨이라고 하였다. 도시락의 용기는 위생적이고 청결해야 하며 용기 표면에 제품에 대한 정보를 부착하는 것을 중요하게 생각하고 있었다(p<0.01). 4개의 군집 중 경제추구집단은 도시락의 맛(3.66점)과 양(3.60점)에서 가장 만족도가 높았고(p<0.001), 다음은 가격(3.49점), 열량(3.43점)순이었다(p<0.01). 건강추구 집단은 메뉴의 다양성(3.76점)에서 만족도가 높은 반면 편의추구 집단은 메뉴의 다양성(3.47점)에서 만족도가 낮게 나타났고(p<0.05), 모든 집단에서 도시락 구매의 편리성(p<0.001)과 제품브랜드의 신뢰성, 다양한 할인제공도 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 음식의 영양과 조미료의 첨가 여부는 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 보였다. 도시락의 밥종류로는 백미밥을 선호하였고(p<0.001) 좋아하는 식재료는 육류인 것으로 나타났다(p<0.01). 모든 집단에서 밥과 찬으로 구성된 도시락을 좋아하였고 저염식과 고단백식을 지향하였으나 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 앞으로도 편의점 도시락은 계속 이용할 것이며(p<0.01), 주변인에게 구매의 편리함과, 저렴한 가격, 신선한 재료, 풍부한 영양 등으로 도시락 이용을 추천하겠다고 하였다. 본 연구의 조사결과 모든 집단에서 가장 중요한 요인은 맛으로 나타났으며, 편리성에서 가장 높은 만족도를 보였지만 음식의 영양과 조미료의 첨가 여부는 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 나타냈다. 따라서 편의점 도시락 시장이 성장하기 위해서는 도시락의 품질개선과 다양한 메뉴 개발 등이 이루어져야 할 것으로 보인다.

도시문화와 공동체 의식의 영향 관계 (An Influential Relationship between Urban Culture and Community Spirit)

  • With regard to urban culture this study aims to essential understanding and systematic approach to the culture. The "2012 Seoul Survey" report has been used to find out causality among the related variables. In the first place 'satisfaction of cultural condition' was operationally selected as a dependent variable for regression. For the purpose of controlling the third factors for ceteris paribus effect correlation analysis was previously done between the dependent variable and all other variables respectively, which resulted in two groups of variables: group (1) - 2 variables of very significant correlations(p-value<0.01) and (2) - the other 6 variables of significant correlations(p-value<0.05). Then hierarchical regression was adopted to these 2 groups to analyse statistical significance of independent variables, and multicollinearity(VIF; variance inflation factor). Additionally to OLS robust and bootstrapping regressions were done to confirm the validity of this model specification. At last a regression model specified by group (1) as independent variables(they are 'community spirit caring for women, the disabled, the poor and the old,' 'satisfaction of bicycle riding condition' shows that the variables have statistically significant and substantially strong effect on 'satisfaction of cultural condition.' This finding implies the following understanding; (1) urban festivals are regarded as the main of the urban culture as of now and this results from the low level of today's culture, (2) culture is telling and hearing stories but the influential relationship between urban culture and community spirit on the weak is negative, which says that the cultural perception among citizen is somewhat selfish and far from the essential understanding of the urban culture. In spite of restrictive external validity this finding can be used as a direction for promoting culture and a basis for related policy choice in cities.

A Study on the Usage Factors of Mobile Banking Apps by Korean Banks in Vietnam: Focused on the Viewpoints of App User and App Provider

  • Purpose - Vietnam has the fastest growing digital economy in Southeast Asia and is emerging as a critical overseas market for Korean banks in the post-COVID-19 era. Accordingly, many Korean banks entered the Vietnamese market to overcome the limitations of the saturated domestic financial market and create new revenue sources. This study examined the current status of digital finance in Vietnam and the cases of Korean banks that have succeeded in the Vietnamese market. Then, importance-performance analysis (IPA) was conducted on local customers, managers and staff members of Korean banks in Vietnam. Design/methodology - In this study, we analyzed the importance and satisfaction factors of mobile banking app usage in Vietnam through IPA. In particular, we identified the differences between the two groups by considering the viewpoint of customers who use mobile banking apps and that of managers and staff members who provide mobile banking services. Findings - The IPA results from the customer group and managers and staff members group were generally similar, but differences were observed in Ease of Use (Technology), Innovativeness (Organization), and Increase in Revenue (Economic). In the case of the customer group, Ease of Use (Technology) is located in the second quadrant, which shows low satisfaction compared to high importance. However, in the managers and staff members group, Ease of Use (Technology) is located in the first quadrant, which indicates high importance and high satisfaction. This difference in perception can cause complaints from local customers; thus, it is necessary to change the perception of the technological aspect for ease of use of mobile banking apps in consideration of the customer's position. In addition, it is necessary to allocate the resources invested in the Innovativeness (Organization) and Increase in Revenue (Economic) to Ease of Use (Technology). Originality/value - In this study, based on the HOTE framework, factors for using mobile banking apps were derived, and IPA was conducted targeting local customers (app user) and managers and staff members (app provider) of Korean banks in Vietnam. Through this, we presented the results of empirical analysis that can help Korean banks efficiently utilize limited resources and budgets.

Comparison between Clothing Sizing Systems of Korean and Foreign SPA Brands for Clothing Size Satisfaction of Tall Women in their Twenties

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the differences between clothing size satisfaction and clothing sizing systems of Korean and foreign SPA (specialty retailer of private label apparel) brands according to height group, and provide foundation material that can be used to establish product strategy from the perspective of Korean SPA brand clothing sizes in order to secure competitiveness in the international market. Satisfaction of tall women in their twenties with the clothing sizes of SPA brands was researched, and t-test was conducted to examine differences between clothing size satisfaction of Korean and foreign SPA brands between the two height groups. Then, differences in the size minimum and maximum values, size ranges, size intervals and size numbers between clothing sizing systems of Korean and foreign SPA brands were researched and comparatively analyzed. Existing clothing sizes need to make improvements considering the lengths and shoulder width of tall consumers. And Korean SPA brands need to diversify the range and number of sizes in the clothing sizing system, and set a separate tall-size group, or apply the relationship between vertical and horizontal sizes of clothing to establish a clothing sizing system. A product strategy that applies the results of this study will solve the clothing size dissatisfaction of tall female consumers and stimulate sales of Korean SPA brand clothing products. The study has value in that it extracted realistic problems by researching clothing sizing systems of products that are actually sold.

인터넷마케팅에서 CRM을 통한 지불의사 상승효과에 관한 연구 : 프로야구 산업을 중심으로 (The Implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to Increase Willingness to Pay by Internet Marketing : The Case of Domestic Professional Baseball Industry in Korea)

  • As the numbers of Internet users have grown dramatically in recent years due to increased use of mobile devices, businesses using internet are also expanding rapidly. Internet marketing has the advantage of expanding business without any constraint of time and space using the global network which connects tens of thousands of world's computers and mobile devices. In a way of utilizing internet marketing, the present study examines the applicability of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to the domestic professional baseball industry in Korea. The study focuses on the issue of whether the intangible value of customer satisfaction can create higher profits. We combine both inductive and conductive methods for this study. First, we carry out a random survey of baseball spectators and find that customers are willing to pay more when their satisfaction level is improved. Next, we recognize satisfaction factors that are considered as important by customers through literature survey. Then we use Decision Tree to find which satisfaction factors are most important to each clustered customer group. Finally we estimate how much they would pay more when the most important satisfaction factor improves by each customer group. Therefore, this study demonstrates that CRM implementation to one-to-one internet marketing can improve the profitability of baseball industry. The major contribution of the present study is to show that the introduction of CRM can be used as a profit-generating strategy in various industries for future internet marketing.

국내 전문대학교 문헌정보과 여대생의 전공만족도가 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Major Satisfaction on the Employment Preparation Behavior among Female College Students of the Department of Library and Information Science)

  • 본 연구는 국내 전문대학교 문헌정보과 여대생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시함으로써 취업준비행동에 영향을 미치는 전공만족도 요인(교과만족, 수업만족, 관계만족, 인식만족, 일반만족 요인)을 파악하였고, 전공만족도와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 취업효능감이 조절효과를 보이는지에 대하여 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교과만족(C.R.=3.847, p<0.001), 수업만족 (C.R.=3.244, p<0.01), 관계만족(C.R.=3.045, p<0.01), 인식만족(C.R.=2.464, p<0.05) 요인이 전문대학교 문헌정보과 여대생의 취업준비행동에 유의미한 정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 취업효능감 고집단과 저집단 간의 조절효과는 p값이 0.05보다 작은 p=.040으로 나타나 통계적으로 유의미한 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 전문대학교 문헌정보과의 취업률을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 학령인구의 급감 및 대학기관평가인증에 대비하기 위한 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
