중소병원 간호사의 감정노동과 간호전문직관이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Emotional Labor and Nursing Professional Values on Job Satisfaction in Small and Medium-sized Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate the correlation among emotional labor, nursing professional values, and job satisfaction and identify factors that affect job satisfaction of nurses working in small and medium-sized hospitals. Methods: Data were collected from 214 nurses in S city. The following measurement tools were used: Emotional labor by Morris et al. (1996), Nursing Professional Values Scale by Yeun et al. (2005), and Index of Work Satisfaction by Stamps et al. (1978). Collected data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 18.0 using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Results: Participants' scores for emotional labor, nursing professional values and job satisfaction were $3.11{\pm}0.48$, $3.46{\pm}0.39$, and $3.02{\pm}0.29$ respectively. Emotional labor showed a negative correlation with job satisfaction (r=-.33, p<.001), while nursing professional values showed a positive correlation with job satisfaction (r=.58, p<.001). Emotional labor and nursing professional values were identified as factors influencing job satisfaction. The model explained about 39% of the variance in job satisfaction (F=67.40, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that it is important to manage emotional labor as well as to improve professional values and job satisfaction of nurses working in small and medium-sized hospital.

스마트 폰을 활용한 객관적 임상시험 후 자기평가와 자기효능감 및 만족도 (Self-assessment, Self-efficacy and Satisfaction after OSCE using Smart Phone)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among self-assessment, self-efficacy, and satisfaction after OSCE(Objective Structured Clinical Examination) using smart phone. Methods: The convenience sample was consisted of 90 nursing college students. The data were collected from November 15 to November 18 in 2011. The data were analyzed using SPSS win 19.0 program. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics including t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient to compare self-efficacy and satisfaction by subject's general related characteristics and to examine the relationships among variables. Results: The level of self-efficacy was 3.48(${\pm}0.27$). The level of satisfaction was 4.01(${\pm}0.54$). Self-efficacy was significant relationship satisfaction with practice education (r=.380, p=.045), satisfaction with the method of practical tests (r=.270, p=.009), and satisfaction with major (r=.250, p=.015). There was significant relationship between satisfaction with major and satisfaction with practice education (r=.240, p=.020). Conclusion: Comprehensive intervention promoting self-efficacy, interpersonal relationship, and perceived image of nurses after practicum is needed to improve self-efficacy and satisfaction, for those who can not better interpersonal relationships, perceived image of nurses after practicum.

성별에 따른 이공계 전공교육만족이 일자리 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Satisfaction on the Major Satisfaction of Science and Engineering College Students According to Gender Differences)

  • This study is aim to the effects of job satisfaction on the major satisfaction of science and engineering college students and also analyzed the mediating effects of future outlook of job and major relevance in career choice. To do this, structural equation modeling(SEM) and multi-group SEM were applied to data from 2016 Graduate Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS). In the results of this study, the major satisfaction, future outlook of job and major relevance were positive effects on job satisfaction and the mediating effects of future outlook of job and major relevance were verified. And results of analysis according to gender difference, the coefficient of woman was smaller than man. Among major satisfaction had a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction fell for women who value their relevance to the major when choosing a job. Based on such results, universities need to further strengthen their role in helping them enhance their expertise through skills and learning about their majors.

  • 본 연구는 보건교사를 대상으로 직무만족도, 학교조직문화 및 감정노동과의 관계를 알아보고, 보건교사의 직무만족도를 높이고, 감정노동을 감소시켜 바람직한 학교조직문화를 형성하도록 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구는 상관성 조사연구로써 경기도 초등, 중 고등학교에 재직 중인 보건교사 60명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 자료수집기간은 2018년 6월 1일부터 6월 30일까지였다. 자료는 SPSS Program 21.0을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, 최소값, 최대값, Correlation coefficient로 분석하였다. 연구결과 보건교사의 직무만족도와 학교조직문화는 순상관관계로 나타났다. 이는 학교조직문화의 수준이 높을수록 학교직무에 대하여 긍정적인 태도를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 보건교사의 학교조직문화를 긍정적으로 자각하고 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 효율적인 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 간호전문직 자아개념 및 임상실습만족도 (Critical Thinking Disposition, Professional Self-Concept and Satisfaction of Clinical Practice in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 간호전문직 자아개념 및 임상실습만족도 정도를 파악하고 이들 간의 관계를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2015년 6월 1일부터 12일까지 214명의 간호대학생을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집 하였다. 설문에 응답한 212명의 자료를 서술적 분석, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향은 3.61점(5점 만점), 간호전문직 자아개념은 2.94점(4점 만점), 임상실습만족도는 3.54점(5점 만점)이었으며, 비판적 사고성향과 간호전문직 자아개념, 임상실습만족도와 전문직 자아개념은 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 비판적 사고성향과 간호전문직 자아개념을 증진시킬 수 있는 관련된 프로그램의 개발과 임상실습 만족도를 높이기 위한 임상실습체계의 정비가 필요하다.

Kano 모델과 Timko의 고객만족계수를 이용한 이러닝 만족 및 불만족 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factor of Satisfaction or Dissatisfaction of e-Learning Using Kano Model and Timko's Customer Satisfaction coefficients)

  • 본 연구는 Kano 모델과 Timko의 고객만족계수를 이용하여 이러닝 학습자인 대학생들의 만족 및 불만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 경상북도에 소재한 Y대학의 대학생을 대상으로 실증조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 시 청각적으로 학습하기 편리하고 궁금한 사항에 대해 언제든지 질문이 가능하며 교수자가 관심을 가져줄 때 학생들은 높은 매력을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 성적과 과제에 대한 합리적인 기준과 정확한 평가는 당연히 충족해야하는 요소로 나타났다. 셋째 기초연구의 결과에서 언급한 대학생들이 이러닝을 이용하는 가장 큰 이유인 학습시간 및 학습공간의 편의성과 학습과정의 용이성은 더 이상 이러닝을 이용하는 매력적 요소로 작용하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 이원적 인식방법으로 분류된 각 요인들의 전략적 활용방안과 이러닝 교육 개발에 있어 효과적인 방향을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

대학생의 성격강점과 의사소통유형이 대인관계만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Character Strengths and Communication Types on the Interpersonal Relationship Satisfaction among University students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 성격강점과 의사소통유형이 대인관계만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 대학생의 건강하고 원만한 학교생활을 위한 상담 프로그램 개발 및 교육과정을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 시행하였다. 연구 대상자는 서울과 충청권 거주 대학생으로 2018년 5월 7일부터 5월 28일까지로 총 204부의 자료를 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, Multiple regression으로 최종 분석하였다. 연구결과는 지성적 성격강점과 감성적 성격강점, 의사소통유형 및 이성친구 유무를 예측변수로 대인관계만족도를 설명하는 선형회귀모형은 통계적으로 유의하였고(F=26.57, p<.001), 회귀모형의 설명력은 대인관계만족도 총 변화량의 45%를 설명하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 대학생의 대인관계만족도를 증가시키기 위해서 의사소통 교육프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 성격강점에 관한 자기인식을 높이는 상담프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 유용할 것이다.

모바일 러닝의 특성이 만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향: 성별에 따른 분석 (An Effect on Satisfaction and Loyalty of the Characteristics in Mobile Learning: According to Gender)

  • This study analyzes a model appling value in the mobile learning. We investigate the interaction, ease of use, hedonic value, and utilitarian value considering importance factors in the mobile learning, and the customer values are found to influence the customer satisfaction. We analysis a relationship between these factors and the customer satisfaction, and the relationship between the customer satisfaction and the loyalty. Finally, we research difference among gender of the satisfaction on the mobile learning. To fulfill this purpose, the research model was designed from literature review, and the structural equation modeling technique was used to evaluate hypotheses. The major results of this study are as follows. First, the ease of use, hedonic value, and utilitarian value positively influenced the satisfaction, and the satisfaction had positive influences on the customer loyalty. But the interaction didn't have positive influence on the satisfaction. Second, gender difference was found for some path coefficient. Male user's interaction and ease of use has effect on the satisfaction, and Female user's hedonic value and utilitarian value have influenced the satisfaction. When it consider the market share or the growth potential of the mobile learning industry, the results of this study will provide the useful information to manage mobile learning.

요양보호사의 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (The Study on Job Satisfaction of Care Helpers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate Job Satisfaction of Care Helpers. Method: Subjects included 306 Care Helpers. working at geriatric care facilities; these data were collected from May 4 to May 15, 2012. The SPSS WIN 12.0 program was used for statistical analysis of collected data, including actual number, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA, and Cronbach alpha coefficient. Results: 1. The average Job satisfaction was 3.76 and the average of each job satisfaction was the task (3.83), co-worker (2.23), and job turn over (2.25). 2. The satisfaction of the job itself, depending on back ground, had a significantly effect on age, protective person for a day, duty pattern, contract pattern, and motive. 3. The job satisfaction of human relationships, depending on their back ground, had a significant effect on degree, care-giving experience, duty place, protective person for a day, duty pattern, contract pattern, and duty motive. 4. The Job satisfaction of job turn over, depending on back ground had an. effect on job satisfaction statistically: age, degree, duty place, protective person for a day, duty pattern, and motive. Conclusion: These results found showed to contribute to job satisfaction of care helpers.

안동지역의 외래물리치료실 이용환자의 만족도 (Out-Patient Satisfaction with Physical Therapy Service in the Andong Region)

  • The purpose of this study was to contribute to the relatively neglected area of out -patient satisfaction with physical therapy service by measuring and determining the factors affecting patient satisfaction in the Andong region. One hundred and forty-five subjects (81 males and 64 females) at 11 facilities with a mean age of 39.2 years (SD=16.2) responded to the satisfaction questionnaire. Each questionnaire contained a set of demographic questions and 19 patient satisfaction items. Cronbach's alpha test of reliability was used as the measure of internal consistency . The satisfaction scale had a good reliability coefficient : Cronbach's alpha=.8688. The average satisfaction score (minimum score=19, maximum score=95) was 75.4 ranging from 38 to 90. Respondent variables including sex, education, marital status, religion, medical security, average monthly income, and number of physical therapy out-patient department treatment visits were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, and ANCOVA. Satisfaction with the service was largely unrelated to mallets of sex, education, occupation, or other demographic variables. However, marital status, age, average monthly income, and number of treatment visits in the out-patient department were significantly related to patient satisfaction. The analysis presented here could be replicatied with a larger sample in other areas. Other factors such as physical therapist availability, physical therapist competence, accessibility, waiting time, and atmosphere of the treatment area should be considered in further studies.
