본 연구는 OTS 표면 처리 유무에 따른 $HfO_2$ 위에서의 pentacene의 grain growth를 비교 연구하였다. OTS 처리에 의해 $HfO_2$의 표면은 hydrophilic에서 hydrophobic으로 변화되었으며, pentacene의 grain size는 50 nm 에서 90 nm으로 증가되었다. 이러한 pentacene의 크기 증가와 더불어 pentacene은 3-dimensional island 구조를 가지며, bulk phase 없이 thin film phase만의 출현으로 인해 OTS/$HfO_2$ 박막 위에서 pentacene은 보다 방향성을 가지며 정렬되었다.

According to the progress of multimedia technology and growth of high speed network, plenty of multimedia contents are produced and in circulation. Because of these reasons, it is required that the method which can manage efficiently and make multimedia contents, for which are saved in Storage as different used, synchronize. In this paper, the metadata schema that can manage the method with being database using each Device metadata that are produced by extracting the needed information to multimedia contents is suggested. And the method that can make synchronized multimedia contents metadata on connecting between heterogeneous devices is proposed.

In this paper we introduce a design and implementation of an agent for multimedia retrieval and personalized broadcasting service. It is compliant with TV Anytime Forum specifications and supports searching location resolving, storing and streaming of remote multimedia contents. For this service, we implemented a contents server, a 메타데이터 database server, a location resolution server and a client terminal is implemented The Client terminal gathers content information by SOAP of operation, and it has a user preference module and usage history module that make user information. The personalize service agent recommends suitable contents to user by similarity algorithm.

Mg2SiO4 열형광체에 란탄계 금속 Tb, Tm, La, Ho, Dy 및 Nd를 활성체로 첨가하여 열형광체를 제작했으며, Peak shape법으로 활성화에너지를 계산한 결과 0.53-1.77eV였으며, 발광과정의 차수는 전부 2차였다. 저 에너지 X-선에 대해 매우 높은 감도를 나타내었으므로 방사선 센서 소자로 개발하기 위한 기초 자료가 될 것이다.

Purpose of this research wishes to present way to more safe and reliable operation way to shopping mall operation companies as well as consumerism through general utilization present condition of customers and satisfaction investigation that use internet shopping mall and establish wholesome commercial transaction order. This research draws criteria and items about success factor through each precedent research literature investigation about internet shopping mall success factor, and made up a questionnaire criteria and items that affect important internet shopping mall company's selection to college students and graduate students with learning connected with electronic commerce course. Execute pair comparison that require in AHP and analyzed priority weight about criteria and items to shopping mall company selection. As the result, Appeared that 'Credibility about internet shopping mall company's transaction' is considered most heftily by importance criteria at internet shopping mall selection. Appeared that think 'Credibility of personal information leakage prevention' most important to each criteria.

This study deals with the analysis on the consciousness and image character of the internet shopping mall. As consciousness analysis result of internet shopping mall consumer, 'cheap price' and 'convenience' are evaluated high by reason that buy goods/service. 'Delivery delay' shows that deficiency of swiftness is indicated preferentially by shortcoming when the goods/service are purchased at the internet shopping mall. Consumer is prferring most 'deferred payment' with consumer's protection system of internet shopping mall. In image character of internet shopping mall, computer system speed and swiftness of reaction time, intimacy of shopping mall site design, delivery system trustability, goods/service contiguity, trustability of billing system, recognition shopping mall company, consistency about good service etc., showed high assessment, but comparative satisfaction is not high in solution at authoritativeness of personal information leakage prevention, problem occurrence.

Elliptic curve cryptosystems based on discrete logarithm problem in the group of points of an elliptic curve defined over a finite field. The discrete logarithm in an elliptic curve group appears to be more difficult than discrete logarithm problem in other groups while using the relatively small key size. An implementation of elliptic curve cryptosystems needs finite field arithmetic computation. Hence finite field arithmetic modules must require less hardware resources to archive high performance computation. In this paper, a new architecture of finite field multiplier using conversion scheme of normal basis representation into polynomial basis representation is discussed. Proposed architecture provides less resources and lower complexity than conventional bit serial multiplier using normal basis representation. This architecture has synthesized using synopsys FPGA express successfully.
