Until now, most of the studies about the internet service have focused mainly on the adoption of on-line(wired) internet services, while there have relatively been very few studies about the adoption and usage of wireless or mobile internet services. The generic model explaining the adoption behaviors of wireless internet services has not been made yet. Previous studies of that area is not so easy to find. The purposes of this paper are two-folds. The first is to find the factors affecting the users' intention and commitment behavior of mobile internet services. The second is to find the relative importance of the factors in users making decisions about users' usage intention and commitment behavior. In the theoretical part of this paper, the precedent studies concerning the technology acceptance model and the theories of on-line internet services adoption, the theories of the mobile internet services, are reviewed and analyzed.

For a vision-based driver assistance system, unusual motion detection is one of the important means of preventing accidents. In this paper, we propose a real-time unusual-motion-detection model, which contains two stages: salient region detection and unusual motion detection. In the salient-region-detection stage, we present an improved temporal attention model. In the unusual-motion-detection stage, three kinds of factors, the speed, the motion direction, and the distance, are extracted for detecting unusual motion. A series of experimental results demonstrates the proposed method and shows the feasibility of the proposed model.

This study was conducted to provide information about weight control behavior in adolescent females. To explain the behavior intention of dieting, conceptual framework based on "Social Support, Control and the Stress Process Model" and "Theory of Reasoned Action" was used. The survey was carried out by self-questionnaires with 463 female high school and college students in Daegu. Analysis of data was done using mean, correlation and multiple regression analysis with the SAS computer program. A society preoccupied with thinness gives a burden to women, and this burden may stress dissatisfaction with body image. Social perception of ideal body image except parents' perception, and salient others'perception, and salient others' expectation of subjects' body image except parents' expectation, were much thinner than normal figures in this study. The influencing factors for behavior intention of dieting of the subjects were perceived stress and attitude toward diet behavior, especially beliefs of behavioral outcome. Influencing factors related to perceived stress-that is dissatisfaction of body image-were current figure, social perception of body image, effect of mass communication and others' estimation of subjects' body image with self-comparison with others, in order.th others, in order.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify risk factors that influence the probability and severity of elder abuse in community-dwelling older adults. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional descriptive study. Self-report questionnaires were used to collect data from community-dwelling Koreans, 65 and older (N=416). Logistic regression, negative binomial regression and zero-inflated negative binomial regression model for abuse count data were utilized to determine risk factors for elder abuse. Results: The rate of older adults who experienced any one category of abuse was 32.5%. By zero-inflated negative binomial regression analysis, the experience of verbal-psychological abuse was associated with marital status and family support, while the experience of physical abuse was associated with self-esteem, perceived economic stress and family support. Family support was found to be a salient risk factor of probability of abuse in both verbal-psychological and physical abuse. Self-esteem was found to be a salient risk factor of probability and severity of abuse in physical abuse alone. Conclusion: The findings suggest that tailored prevention and intervention considering both types of elder abuse and target populations might be beneficial for preventative efficiency of elder abuse.

본 논문은 일반적으로 사업의 성공적인 요인을 측정함에 있어, 각 요인이 사업 기간 내에 주요하게 인식되는 시점을 예측하기 위한 통계적 방법론을 연구하였다. 일반적으로 사업 성공을 위한 요인의 중요성은 사업을 수행하는 환경의 변화에 따라 변화된다. 환경의 변화는 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화되기 때문에 시간에 따라 요인의 중요성도 각각 상이할 수밖에 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Rogers의 혁신확산(Diffusion of Innovations) 이론을 기반으로 기술적 기반의 산업 구조에서 추진되는 사업의 성공 요인의 연구에 있어 각 요인의 중점적으로 인식되는 시점을 정확히 예측할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하고자 한다.

In order to establish a stability and buoyancy criteria of a floating vessel, the geometrical property as well as external forces and moments be dealt with. This paper discusses in general terms hidden but more salient factors of forces and moments of both natural and artificial origin, particularly wind, with regard to vessels of more general type such as oil drilling rigs.

The objectives of this study were to identify the dimensional structure of female impression formation based on ornaments and color of jacket, and to analyze the effect of ornaments, color of jacket, and perceiver's gender on impression formation. The experimental design was 3$\times$4$\times$2(ornaments$\times$color of jacket$\times$gender) factorial design by 3 independent variables. The stimuli of color photographs of female model and the semantic differential scale were used. Samples were 288 college males and females. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, ANOVA, duncan's multiple range test, and t-test. Four factors derived to account for the dimensions of impression formation. These were potency, elegance, evaluation, youthfulness, and feminine. Wearing of large ornaments(a necklace and earrings) had a negative effect on impression of elegance and positive on potency. Red jackets increased the impression of positive evaluation, potency, feminity, and youthfulness. On the jackets of achromatic color such as white and black, wearing of large ornaments increased the effect of potency, and large ornaments increased matured impression on black jacket. The results of this study mean that perceiverss used large ornaments and red jackets as a salient cue.

본 연구는 경마산업에서 중요한 요소 중의 하나인 경마방송을 살펴보고자 한다. 한국의 경마방송과 해외선진국과 비교했을 때 어떤 차이점이 있는지를 Hughes(1987)의 기술시스템(Large Technological Systems) 관점에서 분석함으로써 향후 경마산업의 한 전문분야에 비전을 제시할 수 있는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 크게 두 가지 관점에서 접근하는데, 우선 한국의 경마방송을 기술시스템 구조를 적용하여 연구 대상들을 개념화하고 두 번째로는 개념화를 기준으로 해외 비교대상들과 공통점과 차이점을 파악하고자 한다. 비교를 통해 한국 사례에서 방해가 되는 역돌출 요소는 무엇인지 분석하고 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 시행체 직접 운영에 의한 빠른 정책결정, 경쟁력 있는 콘텐츠 개발, 해외 개방정책 및 방송통신 융합흐름에 따른 미래 정책 개발 등 경마방송을 활용한 경마산업의 균형적인 발전을 위한 비전과 시사점을 제시하였다.

Most incidents and accidents involved human during operating NPPs have a tendency to be structured by complicated and various organizational, individual, and environmental factors. The salient feature of the human error in NPP was extremely low frequency, extremely high complicated and extremely serious damage of human life and property. Our research team defined as 'rare human errors'. To prevent the rare human errors, the most researchers and analysts insist invariably that the root causes be made clear. The making them clear, however, is difficult because their root causes are very various and uncertain. However, These tools have limits that they do not adapt all operating situations and circumstances such as design base events. The purpose of this study is to improve the rare human error hazards consider the situational contex. Through this challenging try based on evidences to the human errors could be useful to prevent rare and critical events can occur in the future.

With the explosion of internet users, there are many enterprises and organizations that regard the internet as the great marketing superhighway. Although fascination and speculation surrounds the impact of the cyber shopping mall on consumer shopping behavior, there is little empirical evidence underlying all this speculation. This article reports on the critical issues that consumers found salient as they browsed through cyber shopping malls. We gathered consumers’reactions via open-ended survey. We relate the reactions to the factors of tangibility, assurance, responsibility, empathy, and reliability which we had identified from the existing literature on service quality. Two additional questionnaires were administered to translate these factors to the cyber shopping mall context and to explore their relative salience. We also evaluated SERVQUAL and SERVPERF as service quality measures for cyber shopping malls. The results show that SERVPERF seems more promising than SERVQUAL. The results also suggest that cyber shopping mall merchants need to think more about how they perform on the issues known to affect customers’decision making for purchasing. We offer advice for enhancing the design of cyber shopping mall.
