  • Mushroom is a high in protein, low calorie food and has dietary fiber, vitamins, iron and minerals such as zinc. It is called that mushroom is one of the biggest concerns for healthy foods. When we make the artificial cultivation of mushroom, one of the greatest influence element is temperature. In this regard, farmers passively measure temperatures in the greenhouse as inaccurate way such as by the naked eyes. In this paper, we constructed a display system in order to improve the efficiency of manual management of temperature based on the influence of temperature on the mushroom. In related to the methods of mushroom cultivation, the recent technology apply the new technology such as sensors and IT convergence services. And then cultivating mushroom is managed effectively. In this paper, we implement an automatic display system for sensing data. By using this function, farmers could effectively manage environment needed to be grown mushroom, and anticipate the improvement of sales by increasing quality of mushrooms as well.

  • The current business environment has been characterized as less munificent, highly uncertain and constantly evolving. In this environment, the company with dynamic capability is reported to be more successful than others in building competitive advantage. Dynamic capability focuses on the link between a dynamically changing environment, strategic agility, architectural reconfiguration, and value creation. Being characterized to be flexible and adaptive to market circumstance changes, an organization with dynamic capability is described to have high resource fluidity, which represents business process, resource allocation, human resource management and incentives that make business transformation faster and easier. Successful redeployment of the resources for dynamic adaptation requires organizational forms and reward systems to be well aligned with firm's technological infrastructures and business process. The alignment is considered to be an executive level commitment. Building dynamic capability is knowledge driven; relying on new knowledge to reconfigure firm's resources. Past studies established the link between the effective execution of a knowledge-focused strategy and relevant setting of architectural elements such as human resources, structure, process and information systems. They do not, however, describe in detail the underlying processes by which architectural elements are adjusted in coordinated manners to build knowledge-driven dynamic capability. In fact, understandings of these processes are one of the top issues in IT management. This study analyzed how a Korean corporation with a knowledge-focused strategy aligned its architectural elements to develop the dynamic capability and thus create value in the dynamically changing markets. When the Korean economy was in crisis, the company implemented a knowledge-focused strategy, restructured the organization's architecture by which human and knowledge resources are identified, structured, integrated and coordinated to identify and seize market opportunity. Specifically, the following architectural elements were reconfigured: human resource, decision rights, reward and evaluation systems, process, and IT infrastructure. As indicated by sales growth, the reconfiguration helped the company create value under an extremely turbulent environment. According to Ancona et al. (2001), depending on the types of lenses the organization uses, different types of architecture will emerge. For example, if an organization uses political lenses focusing on power, influence, and conflict. the architecture that leverage power and negotiate across multiple interest groups would emerge. Similarly, if an organization uses economic lenses focusing on the rational behavior of organizational actors making choices based on the costs and benefits of action, organizational architecture should be designed to motivate and provide incentives for the actors (Smith, 2001). Compared to this view, information processing perspectives consider architecture to be designed to maximize the capacity of information processing by the actors. Using knowledge lenses, the company studied in this research established architectural elements in a manner that allows the firm to effectively structure knowledge resources to form dynamic capability. This study is revelatory single case with a historic perspective. As a result of this study, a set of propositions and a framework are derived, which can be used for architectural alignment.

  • This study aims to figure out the progression of Hyundai motor's corporate cultural marketing by conducting semantic network analysis. Although the previous research has focused on conception, categorization, impact, and performance of cultural marketing, they hardly pay attention to changes in cultural marketing over time. To explore the identified gap, we collected 2,315 articles concerning Hyundai motor's cultural marketing on daily newspapers printed from 2001 to 2018. The 18-year time period was classified into four periods, and lists of words were extracted and analyzed by Korean language analysis program, Textom and social network analysis program, called 'UCINET'. The outcome of our analysis indicates that Hyundai Motor's cultural marketing has been developed from the strategy of merely increasing sales to the means of distinguishing their corporate and brand identity. In the early 2000s, the words 'customer', 'The Age of Great Paintings: Rembrandt and the 17th century Dutch paintings', and 'performances' were extracted with high frequency. It shows Hyundai Motor held performance-oriented events and provided benefits to specific consumer groups under the type of 'Cultural Promotion'. In addition, as the exhibition sponsored by Hyundai motor was reported in the media with high publicity effect, the concept of 'Cultural Support' is also emerged. In the late 2000s, the top exposures were 'Seoul Arts Center' and 'Seoul Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra'. Under the concept of 'Cultural Support', both organizations and cultural events were sponsored by Hyundai motor. Hyundai Motor has the tendency to cooperate with high profile parties who have already accomplished high publicities to attract social interests and issues. In the early 2010s, Hyundai Motor created cultural marketing brand and space ('Brilliant' and 'Hyundai Art Hall') that broadened the potential target groups, which represented both 'Cultural Support' and 'Cultural Enterprise'. In the middle and late of the 2010s, as shown by the high frequency of 'brand' and 'global', Hyundai Motor has focused on the global market and viewpoint has expanded to brand building focusing on the type of 'Cultural Enterprise'.

However, the ANN analysis shows that customer satisfaction is the first most important factor influencing customer loyalty, followed by utilitarian value, hedonic value, brand reputation, menu, and employee service. Conclusions - This study provides practical implications for enhancing customer satisfaction and customer loyalty by applying the ANN technique that complements the limitations of the linear structural relationship analysis using the proposed model and the alternative model. In other words, the SEM-ANN model provides guidelines on how Korean franchise restaurants should formulate facilities & atmosphere, employee service, and menu mix strategies in China. In addition, ANN 's analysis shows that restaurant brand reputation plays a pivotal role in increasing customer loyalty. The fact suggests that Korean franchise companies should establish their domestic brand reputation prior to their entry into overseas markets such as China.

  • Purpose - Recently, the franchise business has made remarkable progress, but many conflicts have occurred. From this perspective, this paper explains how to improve the long - term relationship between franchisor and franchisee by integrating the relationship between franchisor of franchise business and franchisee. This study aims to identify the franchisee's economic and social satisfaction and to examine their influences on calculative and affective commitment, and loyalty. The trained researchers contacted owners and managers of the franchise stores. The questionaires were distributed to owners and managers consented to respond. The collected questionnaires were used for the final analysis of 324 copies(243 store owners and 81 store managers), except for 26 copies of the untrustworthy response out of 350 copies. The data were analyzed with SPSS, 21.0 and SmartPls 3.0 Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, economic satisfaction effects both calculative and affective commitment, but social satisfaction does not. Second, both calculative and affective commitment have positive effects on loyalty. Third, economic satisfaction has a positive impact on loyalty, but social satisfaction does not. Conclusions - The implications of this study are following as: From the theoretical perspective, this study analyze the satisfaction and commitment of the franchisee from the multidimensional perspective by analyzing the effects of the franchisee on two dimensions of economic and social satisfaction and on calculative and affective commitment. That is, this study explains the trade-off between economica and social satisfaction, and between calculative and affective commitment. From the managerial perspective, the results of this study suggest that the economic satisfaction of the franchise headquarters felt by franchisees should be prioritized over social satisfaction. Especially at the early stage of the contract, economic satisfaction should be given priority over social satisfaction. However, since affective and calculative commitment have a significant effect on loyalty, social satisfaction factors should not be excluded by focusing on only economic ones. In other words, the franchisors should not only think of franchisees as a source of sales and profits, but should respect franchisees and maintain loyal relationships with friends.
