  • In this study, focusing on workers wholesale optical frame, analyze the distribution of the optical frame, we studied the improvement of distribution. Has a work in the distribution industry and education in the various age groups, size of the company was small-scale. For the inventory management of the optical frame, systematic management is not performed, expectations for a better distribution system also was not large. In order to ensure better sales, wholesale optical frame company role intermediate of the spectacle manufacturers optical frame consumer deemed it is necessary to ensure the activation of internet sales and joint sale.

  • Customer satisfaction level is usually measured in terms of price, quality, customization, after-sale-service, product variety etc. Each finn sets up a distinctive production/marketing strategy to gain competitive advantage by prioritizing the customer satisfaction measures. The market differentiation strategy directly results in supply chain performance such as lead time, inventory, customer fill rate and market share. Product proliferation desirable in customization sense often conflicts the economies of scale effect in production side. This paper focuses the relationship between product variety and market share. Specifically, we investigate how introduction of new product affects the current market share, i.e.,) formation of customer preference and provide some insight into the optimal range of product variety.

  • The severe shortage of the available sites in the highly developed downtown area in Korea necessitates the construction of high-rise buildings which meet the need of residence and commercial activity simultaneously. The objective of this study is to investigate the seismic performance of this type of building structures. For this purpose, two 1 :12 scale 17-story reinforced concrete model structures were constructed according to the similitude law, in which the upper 15 stories have a bearing-wall system while the lower 2-story frames have two different layouts of the plan The one is a moment-resisting frame system and the other is a moment-resisting frame system with a infilled shear wall. Then, this model was subjected to a series of earthquake excitations. The test results show that the existence of shear wall reduced the shear deformation at the piloti frame, but has almost the negligible effect on the reduction of the overturning-moment angle.

  • As the Korean economy continues to grow, the desire to own art increases. Despite a number of recent controversies surrounding the sale of counterfeit art pieces, the scale of the problem remains small. Nevertheless, there is a lack of relevant analysis and research. Given the increased interest in Korean arts and crafts and the growing awareness of counterfeit art, it is useful to study legal problems related to counterfeit art. The purpose of this review is to examine the concept and range of counterfeit artwork and explore corresponding legal problems and solutions.

  • This study estimated the size of ornamental fish market as the basis survey for the development of the ornamental fish industry in Korea. It presents improvement projects agendas for the development of the Korean ornamental fish industry by investigating the challenges of the ornamental fish industry and consumer awareness. First, looking at the size of the ornamental fish market, calculated on the basis of survey results, the size of ornamental fish market is analysed as 231.8 billion won. The actual ornamental fish market is presumed to be much larger than this considering unclear gross sales from e-commerce and group sales, goods excluded from the ornamental fish export, expensive ornamental fish transaction from smuggling are missing. Ornamental fish industry and consumer awareness survey results can be described as follows: First, revenue structure of the ornamental fish market depends on a handful of expensive purchasing group rather than on low-cost consumption group. Second, many members of the ornamental fish producers, wholesalers, road shops are small-scale. Third, the sale of aquarium fish and aquarium fish related supplies in road shop have different market structures. Fourth, ornamental fish consumption is in the ongoing recession. Fifth, ornamental fish industry hopes for expansion of distribution and Research & Development. Sixth, satisfaction of ornamental fish consumers is generally low. As described above, ornamental fish industry in Korea are vulnerable in the market structure and industry is small and the consumer's satisfaction degree is staying in the 'normal' level. If current state will continue, future consumption can be reduced. It is necessary to increase the competitiveness by using various method including reorganization of the structure of the ornamental fish industry even though it is hard to reach conclusion only with the results of the survey.

Diverse and predominantly sub-adult Epinephelus sp. groupers from small-scale fisheries in South Sulawesi, Indonesia

  • Groupers (Family Epinephelidae) are commonly caught in data-poor small-scale multi-species fisheries for sale on both export and domestic markets. This study presents data on the species composition and size/life-stage structure of Epinephelus spp. groupers caught by small-scale fishers and sold locally in the Indonesian province of South Sulawesi. Data were collected from fishing ports and local markets at 12 sites representing the three seaways around South Sulawesi (Makassar Strait, Flores Sea, Gulf of Bone). Each specimen (n = 3,398) was photographed alongside an object of known length, and total length (TL) was obtained using the Rapid Scaling on Object (RASIO). Of the 23 species identified, four (Epinephelus areolatus, Epinephelus ongus, Epinephelus quoyanus, and Epinephelus fasciatus) collectively comprised 69% of the catch, while the 13 least abundant species contributed less than 5%. The catch was dominated (67%) by the subadult life-stage, with just under 20% in the adult class. Juveniles dominated the catch of Epinephelus fuscoguttatus, a valuable export commodity. Observations of early maturity as well as the sizeable gap between length at first capture (Lc) and length at first maturity (Lm) indicate recruitment overfishing of most species, with the notable exception of Epinephelus rivulatus. The proportion of adult fish was low (≈5%-30%) for the twelve most abundant species (E. areolatus, E. ongus, Epinephelus quoyanus, E. fasciatus, Epinephelus coioides, Epinephelus faveatus, Epinephelus sexfasciatus, Epinephelus maculatus, Epinephelus bleekeri, Epinephelus corallicola, E. fuscoguttatus, Epinephelus polyphekadion). For two moderately abundant species (E. faveatus and E. malabaricus), TL < Lm for all specimens. The limited data available indicate spawning ratio is lower than reported from deep-water fisheries of E. areolatus and E. coioides. The results call for targeted research to fill knowledge gaps regarding the biology and ecology of groupers exploited mainly for domestic markets; highlight the need for species-level data to inform management policies such as minimum legal size regulations; and can contribute towards species-level status assessments.

It is strongly not also connected with globalism but proof an excellent worldwide things. To achieve this papers' purpose the followings should be solved in the near future. and so as to carries culture on food and regional specialities as valuable inheritances. It involves (1) the similarity in food taste, (2) the assistances of governmental support (3) adjusting to the taste of foreigner and visitors from other countries.   • This research is about global investment for managing the important position, what Korea is doing in World's main market. Considering there are some differences between developed countries' model and developing countries' model in doing direct overseas investment, they target to get political agreement and develop the new invest plan and strategy by understanding changes of Korean manufacturing companies in direct overseas investment between 2001 and 2008 and analyzing the change of yearly investment motivation. The result from this result let us know that company should develop their own idea for their competitive advantage by doing direct overseas investment. And, the overseas investment, which was already done in other countries, 1. Review its realities and tendency in terms of investing countries, industries, and its scale and then Set up an actual model, based on strategic combination of investing location select and determination of Korean manufacturing companies. 2. Analyze how the situational factors have influenced and what factors would be considered for direct overseas investment. From the analyzing result, even though it is fairly true that raising wage and getting resources, and developing alternating industries for export had influenced at the beginning, overseas investing companies' policy will be influenced by the results from studying marketing-pursuit type, local producing and manufacturing by using low-wage people for local sale, and situation for changing investing tendency as service industry.

  • Internet shopping has transformed our daily lives as well as the pattern of consumption. In the word, the development and the growth of online shopping site have led to new pattern of consumption. This applies in particular to clothing, among the product on sale, on the internet. The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristic of colors and images on internet fashion soho mall web site, and to provide efficient color information which is usefull in color planning and suitable for brand image on fashion web site. 147 color sample used by 40 fashion soho mall web site were collected and analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, dominant color on fashion web site is static color as black and it's ratio is 33$\%$. Second, G color is not used. Third, Hue and tone mainly used It tone of P color except V tone. And the color image on internet fashion soho mall web site are modern, chic, dandy, formal. Results from analyzing the fashion soho mall Web site. it is important to unity the company's image but its more important to make a color plan considering the sites feature and the customers's sensitivity.
