관계형 데이터베이스와 지형정보를 이용한 농업구조물의 안전점검 및 이력관리 지원시스템 (Supporting System far Safe Appraisal and Management of Agricultural Structures using Relational Database and Geographic Information)

  • Most of the agricultural structures are in shortage of feasible facility management because these structures are small in size and spacially distributed in rural area. Inspection tools based on visual inspections are generally used for agricultural structures in most of the countries, including Korea. It is necessary to survey data of the irrigation structures to maintain records, and to develop the interface program by constructing database of inspection data. This study was conducted to develop a system for safe appraisal and repair works on agricultural irrigation structures. Repair and rehabilitation method can be chosen from an optimum viewpoint if the information between the method and life-cycle management cost of agricultural structures is constructed in the database. In this study, the system assisting onsite field investigation and determining the typical rehabilitation method of typical agricultural structural problems such as fractures and cracks of members was developed.

  • As one of ancillary services, voltage support and reactive power service should be compensed properly for its contribution. In this paper, a cost-based reactive power planning is presented. which minimizes the total cost of reactive power support of generators and VAR compensation facility installation. Reactive power support of generator is evaluated by the opportunity costs of reduced energy sale considering the varying SMP(system marginal price) in power market, Gradient projection method is applied to solve this reactive power planning using IEEE14 bus system.

  • 국내 건축물들이 다양한 변모를 보이면서 화재안전을 위한 성능설계가 도입되고, 화재 영향평가제도와 화재위험성평가제도가 시행되고 있지만 이러한 방재관련 특별법에 대한 방법론이 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 고에서는 국내보다 앞서 성능설계를 도입하여 시행하고 있는 일본의 동경소방청 화재피난시뮬레이션(FEA)을 국내 성능설계의 방법론으로 적용시키기 위하여 FEA를 중심으로 국내에서 범용적으로 사용되고 있는 SIMULEX와 EXDOUS를 활용하여 사례분석을 통한 각 시뮬레이션의 특징에 따른 차이점을 분석하고 FEA의 한국 적용방안에 대한 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.

The Ship in the New Saudi Commercial Maritime Law

  • The new commercial maritime law in the Kingdom came comprehensive and detailed for all topics related to commercial maritime navigation, thus responding to most of the problems that arise in the field, specifically regarding the ship as the focus of the rules of maritime law. This system defines the ship in law, regulates its civil status, determines how to name it, determine its domicile, and the conditions for acquiring Saudi nationality. It also contained a regulation of the rights granted to ships by ownership, as well as their lease and mortgage, the mechanism of attachment to them to settle debts and the rights in kind dependent on them and controlling the rights of third parties on ships and the procedures for forcibly selling them from precautionary seizure and executive seizure and then forced sale in public auction. Until this research was an effort to present a clear picture about the legal system of the ship in the new Saudi commercial maritime system and confirming the extent of the success of the Saudi legislator with the ship system in highlighting the legal frameworks for this facility prepared for maritime navigation.

직접석탄액화 공정의 경제성 평가 (Economic Evaluations of Direct Coal Liquefaction Processes)

  • 석유를 대체할 수 있는 현실적 대안으로 주목받고 있는 직접석탄액화(direct coal liquefaction, DCL) 공정의 경제성을 평가하고자하였다. 이때 역청탄을 이용하여 주요 제품(디젤, 나프타) 생산량 50,000 bbl/day의 규모에 대하여 각 공정에 적합한 검토기준을 세워 비용 및 매출액등을 산정하였다. 또한 각 공정별 민감도 분석을 실시하여 공정에 대한 중요 변수들의 가격 변동에 따른 경제성을 평가하였다. 본 생산량을 기준으로 Illinois #6 유연탄을 원료탄으로 사용하였을 때, 총 투자액은 $3,994,858,000로 나타났다. 내부수익률(internal rate of return, IRR)의 경우, 기본조건에서 각각 6.60%로 나타났으며, 원료석탄 가격과 생산 제품 판매가에 가장 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 원금상환 기간은 12.8년으로 긴 시간을 요구하며, 이는 현재의 고석탄가 때문으로 해석된다. 또한 민감도 분석 결과 제품가격, 원료석탄 가격, 건설비의 변동률 순서로 수익률에 변화를 주는 것으로 나타났다.

위탁급식 산업체 영양사의 직무 현황 및 교육 요구도 분석 (Task Analysis and Education Need of Dietitians in the Contracted Business & Industry Foodservice)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate importance level and performance frequency of the dietitians' duties and task elements, to examine the actual condition of education and need for education, to analyze the interrelation between their tasks and education, and to provide the direction of education for the contracted Business & Industry (B & I) foodservice dietitians. The task elements of receiving, ordering, HACCP management and directing serving process were done almost every day. In terms of the importance of tasks, food sanitation management, personnel sanitation management, receiving and ordering were high. Meanwhile, the computerization of their works was being carried out on the whole, showing a higher frequency in all the details of procurement management and accounting management, as well as task elements such as menu planning, leftover and food waste management, HACCP management and human resource management. In the past three years, HACCP management, cost management, planning work schedule and allotting a task, general business and sale bond management were increased most and rapidly. For the actual condition of education, dietitians got more education for the duty of sanitation, safe and facility/utility management than any other duty, while they did less education of procurement management and office management than others. Meanwhile, the education for sanitation, safe and facility/utility management and accounting management were very much required. For the relationships of frequency of duty and the necessity of education, seven task elements including food sanitation management were correlated positively. Eighteen tasks besides menu planning had a significant positive correlation between the importance of duties and the necessity of education.

골프장의 경기성 및 운영관리 향상을 위한 평가항목 개발 (Development of Evaluation Items for Play Ability & Operation Management in Golf Course)

  • The purpose of this study is to discovered assessment items for improving athletic efficiency and management of golf courses. Through this, the study intended to provide basic data for creating competitive golf courses and management. Important assessment items were selected by inducing preliminary assessment items and conducting a preliminary survey and a main survey for specialists through a theoretical study. For the survey results studied, reliability and average value for importance were calculated using SPSS/PC Window Release 12.0. As assessment of importance by assessment area, in athletic efficiency assessment, course management level was the highest, followed by fairness of games and operation of games. In management assessment, importance of service level, information management, facility management, management of game assistants, etc. were high. As assessment of importance by assessment item, it was found that 'variety of golf shot' and 'the length of a course' were important in course layout. Also 'start interval among teams' and 'disturbance of play' were assessed as important items in game operation, while 'fair reservation' and 'rounding rotation time' were important in fairness of games. In addition, in information management, 'kind service of golf course staffs' and 'prompt reservation and notification' were found to be important assessment items. In facility management, all assessment indexes were over 4.0, which means all of them are important for quality of golf course and competitiveness. In membership service, 'appropriate price of goods for sale' and 'service for members' were relatively important assessment items. Further, in management of game assistants, 'qualifications and skillfulness of game assistants' was assessed as a very important index. Although the current study only selected important items to assess excellent golf courses, it is necessary to apply the study results to the actual sites and verify them for golf course both at domestic and abroad.

모바일 키 및 RCU에 기반한 공유공간 출입관리 시스템 개발 (Development ofn Sharing Space Access Management System based on Mobile Key and RCU(Room Control Unit))

  • 최근 코로나 19로 인해 비대면의 중요성이 강조되고 있으며, 공유공간의 이용 부분에 대하여도 확대되고 있다. 공유공간 출입관리에 언텍트 체크인 기술을 이용하면 대기시간을 감소시키며, 근무자의 효율을 최적화함에 따라서 운영비 절감효과가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 키 및 RCU(Room Control Unit)에 기반한 공유공간 출입관리 시스템을 제안하여 모바일 키를 사용하여 시설에 대한 출입을 진행하고, RCU를 사용하여 시설에 대한 모니터링을 제안한다. 제안시스템은 공유 숙박, 임대 분야(레지던스, 분양형 호텔), 공유 오피스 등을 대상으로 특정 요일과 시간에 일회성 방문자가 있는 경우, 그에 맞는 비밀번호를 모바일 플랫폼 기반으로 전달함으로써 기존 비밀번호에 대한 노출 및 열쇠 전달 등의 불편함을 줄일 수 있는 현장적응형 시스템으로 지원한다. 제안 통합시스템의 동작을 시험하기 위해 사용자의 예약, 입실, 퇴실 등의 상태를 전반적으로 파악하기 위한 시나리오에 따라 테스트를 시행하였으며, 테스트의 신뢰성을 위해 성능지표를 설정하여 각 항목에 대한 100%의 성공률을 도출하였다.

항만부잔교시설의 전략적 운영 개선 방안 (Strategic Improvement of Harbor Floating Pier Facilities)

  • 항만부잔교는 조석 간만의 차가 심한 곳에서 조위에 관계없이 선박이 접안할 수 있도록 부유식 함체를 1개 혹은 여러 개 연결하여 부두 기능을 갖도록 한 구조물이다. 국내 항만부잔교는 233개가 설치되어 있고, 30년 이상 경과된 부잔교는 27.5%에 달한다. 30년 이상 경과된 항만부잔교는 잠재적으로 사고의 위험성이 높지만 노후화된 항만부잔교에 대한 명확한 폐기, 매각 등의 처리기준이 없고, 유지점검 및 보수시기 등에 관한 관리규정이 모호한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 항만별 담당자 인터뷰와 기존 문헌연구를 통해 항만부잔교시설 운영의 문제점과 개선 요인을 분류하여 AHP 모형 설계하였다. AHP 분석결과 상위계층 평가요인의 상대적 중요도는 법제도 개선, 운영관리 개선, 기술적 개선의 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국내 항만부잔교시설 운영 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용이 가능하다.
