Intussusception is a serious disease where part of the intestine slides into an adjacent part of the intestine. Adult intussusception is mainly due to benign or malignant neoplasm. Therefore, in most cases of adult intussusception, treatment by surgery would be preferable to conservative therapy. However, we report on a 28-year-old female patient who underwent intussusception operation delayed 3 months. Abdominal computed tomography 3 months ago showed a small bowel intussusception measuring 20 cm long. Three months later, the previously identified small bowel intussusception appeared without change. The patient underwent surgery, and ectopic gastric mucosa was observed in the biopsy. Therefore, Meckel's diverticulum was diagnosed.

The incidence of Brucellosis is increasing in Korea. Spondylitis is the most frequent complication, but it is difficult to diagnose because its clinical symptoms are non-specific. It should therefore be included in the differential diagnosis of back pain. We report three rare cases of brucellar spondylitis successfully treated by medical and surgical therapy.

Spontaneous spinal epidural hematoma (SSEH) is a relatively rare but significant spinal condition. Urgent surgical evacuation of a hematoma is generally indicated to prevent serious permanent neurological deficits. We encountered three cases of spontaneous spinal epidural hematomas associated with motor weakness that were treated successfully by surgical intervention.

맹자가 언급한 '성인'은 이상 속의 존재가 아닌 현실세계 속에 존재하는 사람이라고 할 수 있다. 맹자는 모든 인간들은 하나같이 선한 단서를 가지고 있는데, 만일 그러한 선한 단서를 확충한다면 모두가 요임금이나 순임금과 같은 '성인'이 될 수 있다고 생각했다. 또한 이러한 선한 단서를 확충하기 위해서는 반드시 먼저 선한 단서에 대한 인식이 필요하며, 그것에 대한 인식은 선천적으로 인식하는 것과 후천적인 노력을 통하여 점진적으로 인식하는 것이 있다. 맹자는 '성인'을 선천적인 것과 후천적인 것으로 구분하여, 태어나면서부터 선한 단서를 인식하는 것과 배워서 선한 단서를 인식한다고 하는 것이 모두 '성인'이라고 하는 사실을 분명하게 긍정한다. 맹자는 '성인'의 경지에 이르는 방법론으로 본심의 보존을 제시하고 있는데, 그것의 구체적인 보존 방법은 '인仁'과 '예禮'로써 보존하는 것이라고 했다. 또한 이러한 본심을 잘 길러야한다는 것 역시 강조했는데, 그것의 구체적인 양성방법은 물질적 욕망에 의해서 본심이 해침을 당하지 않도록 하는 것이라고 했다. 또한 '성인'이 되기 위해서는 반드시 자신을 돌이켜 반성하는 도덕실천의 수양이 필요한 것이다. 이러한 수양이 바로 맹자가 언급한 '사성思誠'이다. 자신을 돌이켜 반성하게 되면 진실하지 않은 것이 진실한 것으로 귀결되는 것이며 이러한 것을 사람의 도道라고 하는 것이다. 인간이 만일 선함을 택하여 그것을 굳건하게 지키고 실천한다면 진실함은 자연히 수반되는 것이다. 이러한 인간의 내적 진실함이 외부로 발현되면 인간과 사물이 서로 교감하고 소통하게 되는 것이다. 본문에서는 이러한 맹자의 '성인관'에 대하여 본문에서는 '성인'의 내적 수양과 사회적 구현을 중심으로 조명해보았다.

The concept of intergenerational and intercultural approaches in education and learning are changing nowadays. Intergenerational approach in the third age education and learning programs can be defined as planned activities that link various generations with the goal of exchanging knowledge, experiences and receiving mutual benefits. The goal is to connect people by using mutually beneficial activities that encourage understanding, cooperation and respect between generations, as well as contribute to the society. Intercultural approach in the third age education is connected with activities that link people of various cultures aimed at receiving mutual benefits. This paper discusses the development of third age education in Saint Petersburg, Russia and shows how the intercultural and intergenerational approaches are used in this type of education. The third age universities in Saint Petersburg do not have a lot of experience in this. In the article examples of the using intercultural and intergenerational approaches in the third age education are showed.

Continuous epidural analgesia has been used widely for treatment of acute abdominal postoperative pain. Neurologic complications related to epidural analgesia occur infrequently but may be caused by various chemical, mechanical, ischemic or idiopathic factors. We report a case of abdominal hysterectomy in which unilateral lower extremity paralysis occurred after continuous epidural analgesia.

전본 실험에서는 r-GO graphene을 이용해서 CV를 측정하였다. graphene이 있을때와 없을때의 capacitance의 차이가 확연하게 발생하였다. 또한 가해주는 시작 전압에 의해서 hystersis 현상을 관찰하였다. 이 graphene은 밴드갭이 없기 때문에 장파장영역의 빛에서도 광전자가 발생한다. 이를 이용해서 장파장의 빛에 의한 CV 특성을 관측하였다. 이 결과로 인해서 전자들이 charge 되는 것을 알 수가 있었다. 이 특성은 메모리나 기타 다른 소자에 유용하게 적용될 것으로 생각된다.
