국내 소규모취약시설 안전점검 데이터기반 안전 및 유지관리 수준 평가 (Assessment Level of Safe and Maintenance Based on Safety Inspection Data of Small Vulnerable Facilities in Domestic)

  • 최근 국내 소규모취약시설은 시설물의 노후화가 가속되고, 다양한 안전사고 발생 및 이용빈도 증가 등에 따라 안전 및 유지관리에 대한 새로운 접근과 인식의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 특히 대부분의 사회복지시설을 포함하는 소규모취약시설은 안전취약계층의 다수가 이용하는 시설로 안전관리의 중요성이 매우 높다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 소규모취약시설을 대상으로 최근 13년간(2008년~2020년) 수행한 안전점검 결과(총 31,114개소)를 토대로 다양한 현황을 조사하였고, 데이터기반의 분야별 특성과 안전 및 유지관리에 관한 성과수준을 평가하였다. 이는 향후 국내 소규모취약시설의 안전기준 개선, 유지관리 전략 등 기초자료로 활용하고자 하며, 취약계층 대상 이용시설의 안전관리 강화에 대한 정책적 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

주제분석을 통한 사회복지 종사자의 감정노동 경험 연구: P시 사례를 중심으로 (Study on about Emotional Labor Experience of Social Workers through Thematic Analysis : Focusing on Social Workers in P City Case)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지시설, 공공기관에서 근무하는 사회복지 종사자 8명을 대상으로 감정노동에 대한 인터뷰한 결과를 주제분석 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 6개의 범주와 22개의 주제가 도출되었다. 6개의 범주는 '분풀이 대상으로서의 직장생활', '살얼음판에 놓여있음', '안전하지 않은 일터', '생활세계를 잠식하는 감정노동', '감정의 상함, 이겨내야 하는 난제', '감정노동, 함께 가야 하는 숙명'이다. 사회복지 종사자들은 실천현장에서 이용인들에게 서비스를 제공하는 상황 속에서 감정노동을 지속적으로 경험하며 폭언과 욕설을 듣기도 한다. 또한 실수를 용납할 수 없는 업무환경 속에서 업무압박감을 경험하며 안전에 취약한 근무환경 속에서 자신의 안전은 스스로 지켜야 한다. 감정노동 경험 속에서 감정노동은 종사자의 신체, 정신적 건강에 영향을 미치며 소진을 경험한다. 감정노동은 해결될 수 없는 난제이며 참고 감내할 수밖에 없다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 사회복지 종사자의 안전보장을 위한 대책마련, 종사자 지원을 위한 거점시설 마련, 이용인, 보호자, 시민에게 사회복지 종사자에 대한 인식 개선 및 인권교육 실시, 슈퍼비전 체계마련, 감정노동 수준이 높은 종사자를 대상으로 하는 정신건강관리 체계 마련을 제안하였다.

한국농촌노인의 건강증진관리요구에 관한 연구 (A Study on Health Promotion Needs Assessment of the Rural Elderly in Korea)

  • This study was purposed to find health promotion and care needs of the elderly in rural area of Korea. As the rural elderly are limited in accessibility to health care resources and could not immediately solve their health care needs when they need. health promotion and care services are expected to bring better and more practical solutions of their health care needs. Thus, the type of health care services to be developed in Korea rural area is discussed to have emphasis on health care service component in addition to health promoting components. Methods of this study was based on survey data analysis : total 322 persons aged older than 55 living at one 'Kun' in Korea administrative unit were interviewed by health workers working at the region and also get trained for this study data collection. The data collection interview was continued from February till May in 1996. The interview questions were modified with adjustment to Korea situation. with basis of the WHO's health promotion program components. The collected data were analyzed using SAS program for frequency, correlation, regressions. The major findings were as follows : (1) $74.8\%$ of the surveyed were sick at the survey time point. and $95.9\%$ known the diagnosis name of the disease. The most frequently complained diseases were Muscular-Skeletal diseases $(43.7\%)$. $34\%$ of those sick had never treated or discontinued therapeutic procedures. so that shown the necessity of systematic and usual health care services with health promotion program development for the elderly. (2) The percent of those who make social participation was $95.3\%$. and the activities were visiting neighbors $(70.4\%)$ and lack of qualified social activity programs. (3) $78.1\%$ of the surveyed had health counseling and education from professional health workers. Those ceased smoking and drinking were $59.6\%,\; 60.3\%$. respectively. Those had no application of therapeutic drugs or nutrion supplements was $40.7\%\;and\;94.1\%$ had regular meals. Those practiced exercises was low remarking $17.7\%$. (4) Positive health behaviors were better carried out by sick groups than by the healthier. except smoking. regular meals. and exercise. $17.5\%$ of sick group smoke more than one case of cigarettes. in contrast to $9.5\%$ of the healthier. (5) Mental health status was heathier among positive health behavior earners. Health counseling and education shown better score of mental health than those never counseled. (6) Positive health behavior practice frequency did not show significant differences when crossed by social activity participation status. (7) Health behaviors of the rural elderly people were carried out better when they had positive 'continuency in therapeutic procedure' 'health status'. 'familial relationship'. 'Health Status' of the rural olderly were explained by 'exercise'. 'drinking'. 'familial relationship'. 'activities of daily living'. Thus, health behaviors practice mutually interact with health status. In conclusion. the health promotion and care program component are recommended to include ation on the necessity of positive health promotion active social acitivities. pleasant life style, adaption into changes on the elderly, safety in residential area. community acitivity and resource utilization. etc .. in addition to the elderly's disability and sickness caring services.

Multimorbidity and Its Impact on Workers: A Review of Longitudinal Studies

  • Objective: This study investigates the impact of multimorbidity on work through a literature review of longitudinal studies. Methods: A systematic review was carried out in the databases Lilacs, SciELO, PAHO, PubMed/Medline, Scopus, Web of Science, and Cochrane. There were no restrictions regarding the year of publication or language to maximize the identification of relevant literature. The quality of studies was assessed by the protocol STrengthening the Reporting of OBservational studies in Epidemiology (STROBE). Results: An initial database search identified 7522 registries, and at the end of the analysis, 7 manuscripts were included in the review. Several studies have demonstrated direct and indirect impacts of multimorbidity on the health of workers. For this, the number of missed days due to health-related issues was evaluated, as well as the reduction in work productivity of the unhealthy worker, vulnerability of the worker with multimorbidity regarding higher indices of dismissal and recruitment difficulties, and incidence of early retirement and/or receipt of benefits due to disabilities. Conclusions: Multimorbidity has a negative impact on work, with damages to quality of life and work productivity, worsening the absenteeism/presenteeism indices, enhancing the chances of temporary or permanent leaves, and lowering employability and admission of individuals with multimorbidity.

사회인지론과 건강신념모델을 적용한 저소득층 아동 대상 영양교육 프로그램 개발 (The Development of a Nutrition Education Program for Low-income Family Children by applying the Social Cognitive Theory and Health Belief Model)

  • Objectives: Based on individual and environmental characteristics of low-income children, we developed a nutrition education program for school-aged children from low-income families according to effective use in social welfare centers. Methods: We conducted in-depth group interviews to assess program needs in 28 participants, 10 low-income school-aged children and 9 of their care givers, 9 social workers and 9 care-givers. Theoretical backgrounds of our program were heath belief model and social cognitive theory considering motivation, action and environment characteristics. Results: Based on the findings of this qualitative study, we developed major program themes and contents. Five selected key themes were 'balanced diet', 'processed food', 'food hygiene and safety', 'Korean healthy traditional diet', and 'family cooking' to induce changes in dietary behaviors. Main findings of in-depth group interviews included 'child's active participation', 'simple and easy to understand messages', and 'environmental constraints' such as a lack of child care at home, limited budget of social welfare centers, and less qualified educators for nutrition and health. Each lesson was constructed as a 1-hour program particularly emphasizing activity-based programs, including cooking and teamwork exercises. Program contents in each session consisted of activities that could induce outcome and value expectations, self-efficacy, perceived benefits, and barriers and cues to actions regarding diet behavior. Conclusions: We developed a nutrition education programthat is rarely available for low-income children in Korea, considering theoretical bases. Further studies are needed to validate our program.

나노기술 응용식품에 대한 리스크 커뮤니케이션 전략 및 사회적 수용 방안 모색을 위한 대학생의 인식도 및 구매의도 분석 (Analysis on the Perception and Willingness to Purchase of College Students for Strategy for Risk Communication and Social Acceptance of Nanotechnology-Based Foods)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception and willingness to purchase of nanotechnology-based foods to find out the strategy for risk communication and social acceptance. The data were collected from 253 college students in Yeungnam region through a self-administered questionnaire. Frequency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted by SPSS Windows V.20.0. The level of concern about nanotechnology was relatively low, and the level of the perception about necessity for the development of nanotechnology-based foods was average. In addition, the respondents showed somewhat positive thoughts for the development of nanotechnology-based foods with beneficial effect, but they were worried about the risk for it. Percentage of correct answers on knowledge of nanotechnology and nanotechnology-based foods was not high, and the level of willingness to purchase them was average. According to the result of multiple regression analysis, factors affecting the willingness to purchase of nanotechnology-based foods were concern about health, perception about importance of food safety, perception about necessity for the development of nanotechnology-based foods, and perception about the development of nanotechnology-based foods with beneficial effect. On the basis of these results, it is necessary for consumers to offer the exact and reliable information on nanotechnology-based foods.

일본 장애아 요육시설의 설치 및 이용현황의 특성에 관한 연구 - 일본 동경권의 '아동 데이서비스'를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Characteristics of the Current Situation of the Child Care Centers for the Children with Disability in Japan - Focus on the 'Day Service for Children' in Tokyo -)

  • This paper aims to identify the characteristics and the current situation of the architectural characteristics, children's characters using facilities, and status of management and utilization by surveying 'Day Service for Children' in Tokyo-do. First, About the status of management and utilization, 'Day Service for Children' is operated by a local government, NPO corporate group and social welfare corporate. There are not big differences of the care program or running hours depending on operating principals but there are differences depending on staff organization, number of children and space constitution. Also, infants ratio at 'Day Service for Children' is high for the purpose of detecting disability early and supporting their development early. They have diverse disabilities but developmental disabilities' ratios high and most children are using both this facility and normal nursery centers together. Samples for proper child care based on status of space constitutions were installing lock, raising door knobs and using softer floor materials which are for children's safety. For the problem of space utilization, most comments were about lack of space which is not enough for teaching and training materials. Therefore, as an example, observation rooms for parents and teachers were sometimes used as storages and it changes teachers' moving direction, staying area and behavior zone. The programs of 'Day Service for Children' are divided to group teaching and private one. It will be the best if they have separate spaces such as group class room, private class room and play room. When they were operated by NPO corporate group or Social welfare corporate, there are many cases that their space was not properly zoned for each activity.

청소년의 가정폭력노출경험이 인터넷 게임중독에 미치는 영향 - 부모애착의 매개효과 - (Pathway from Domestic Violence to Adolescents' Internet Game Addiction - Focusing on Mediating Effect of Parental Attachment -)

  • 본 연구는 청소년의 가정폭력노출경험이 인터넷 게임중독에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 부모애착의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 청소년의 인터넷 게임중독 예방 및 개입에 필요한 근거를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 여성가족부의 "2010년 전국가정폭력 실태조사" 중 '아동 및 청소년 가정폭력 실태 조사' 자료를 사용하였으며 최종 분석대상은 중 고등학생 총 709명이다. 구조방정식을 이용한 분석결과, 가정폭력노출경험은 청소년의 인터넷 게임중독에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않았고 부모애착의 감소를 통해 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 애착 대상인 부모가 폭력행동의 주 객체가 될 때, 청소년은 부모에게 정서적 유대감이나 안정감을 얻지 못하게 되고 현실세계의 부모와의 관계에서 애착 안정감이 결여됨에 따라 이를 대체하기 위하여 가상의 게임세계에 유대감이나 애정을 두어 몰입하게 된다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 통해 청소년의 인터넷 게임중독 예방 및 개입을 위한 실천방안이 논의되었다.

아내폭력 피해여성의 위험 음주 실태와 영향요인에 관한 연구 (Factors Influencing Hazardous Drinking of Women who Experienced Intimate Partner Violence)

  • 본 연구는 피해여성의 건강한 적응과 안전을 도모하고자 위험수준의 음주를 하는 피해여성의 실태와 위험음주에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 본 연구를 위해 2006년도 8월부터 2007년도 8월까지 실시한 여성가족부 과제용역 "가정폭력행위자 교정 치료프로그램효과성 분석" 데이터 중 행위자의 배우자 124명을 대상으로 한 심층전화조사 데이터를 사용하였다. 세계보건기구(WHO)의 빈도량법에 의한 위험음주 기준을 적용한 결과, 조사대상자의 15.7%가 위험음주자로 분류되었다. 위험음주에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 가계소득과 폭력책임에 대한 귀인 변인이 유의미한 영향요인으로 확인되었다. 이를 바탕으로 위험수준의 음주를 하는 아내폭력 피해여성에 대한 임상실천적 개입 방안이 논의되었다.

소비자 맞춤형 식품안전 정보 제공 웹 디자인 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Web Design Development for Consumer-Oriented Information for Food Safety)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the gender difference in adolescent's problem behavior and depression, and The main aim of this study was to develop a fundamental web design to provide information content that would be easy for average consumers to understand based on the classification of information related to food safety. Based on the information obtained through in-depth interviews, the researchers developed an information classification system that meets the needs of consumers, and which serve as a basic framework for a homepage for a food safety information center. A total of 62 food items in 6 areas were selected based on reports of food safety related events occurring between 1998-2009 (KFDA 2008). The classification system of risk factors such as chemical risk factors and biological risk factors were categorized. The specific features of the information content for individual food items provided for classification based on evaluation by professional food scientists and the importance of risk factors. By providing a consumer participation section and company participation section, it was anticipated that the food safety information center would be able to act as a moderator for food safety information communication among consumers, the food industry, and the government. Based on the development of a classification system and framework, a design plan and tree-map for the internet site was developed.
