이 연구는 이용자의 안전과 도서관의 재난대비를 비롯한 위기관리와 관련한 최근의 사회적 관심을 반영하는 한편, 공공도서관에서 발생할 수 있는 사고에 대하여 도서관 업무현장에서 참고할 수 있도록 구체적인 안전관리 매뉴얼을 제시하였다. 제시된 안전관리 매뉴얼은 '안전관리 계획의 수립', '위기별 안전관리', '정보자원 복구', '안전관리 점검 체크리스트'의 4가지 영역과 각각의 영역별 세부 위기별 안전관리 요소로 구성하였다. 이를 통해 개별 공공도서관 현장에서 자관의 상황에 맞추어 안전관리계획의 수립과 직원교육에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

The primary focus of this study is to develop a practical safety management manual that can be served as a guideline for building deconstruction works over the entire deconstruction processes; say, pre- and during the deconstruction process. Built upon the analysis findings of domestic deconstruction codes and laws, deconstruction manuals from several countries, and actual deconstruction practices, a safety manual is proposed. Total of 940 safety items are included in the manual according to the predetermined 15 safety categories. To improve the efficiency of end users' utilization, the proposed manual is embodied in the form of e-safety manual. Detailed descriptions and discussions on research findings are elaborated. in the main text.

This thesis is to provide procedures for documenting implementation performance and methodology of practical SMS enactment for Approved Training Organization(ATO). As an example, C flight training center, according MOLIT "Guidance on SMS Implementation", derived 32 implementation documents after writing the SMS manual to implement it. The 32 implementation documents are divided into 5 fields. In detail, they are (1) 2 documents on SMS Manual, (2) 7 documents on Safety policy and objectives (3) 3 documents on Safety risk management (4) 15 documents on Safety assurance (5) 5 documents on Safety promotion. By describing the documented performances according to these 32 implementation documents that was in use for 1 year in 2017, it is suggested that this procedure can be a methodology for practically enactment and implementing the SMS manual.

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 중·소규모의 사립 박물관을 대상으로 안전관리 업무에 대한 개선을 위하여 매뉴얼을 개발하는 것이다. 연구방법: 현행 사립 박물관의 안전관리에 대한 문제점을 조사하여 위해서 국내에 위치한 50개소의 사립 박물관을 조사대상으로 선정하였다. 그리고 안전관리 업무를 담당하는 실무자들에게 면담과 시설물의 안전점검을 수행하였다. 연구결과: 사립 박물관의 경우 비영리형태의 개인에 의해 운영되고 있으며, 열악한 재정상황 및 박물관 종사자의 안전관리 업무에 대한 비전문성을 보완하기 위해서 안전관리 매뉴얼 작성이 최우선적으로 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 결론: 중소규모 사립 박물관 종사자의 안전관리 업무에 대한 전문성 향상과 업무의 효율적인 운영을 위해서 그림과 도표를 활용한 시나리오 기반의 표준행동절차 매뉴얼을 제시하였다.

When picking up cargo, workers manually load and unload the cargo. Workers have different intensity of work depending on the amount and weight of cargo. In particular, as the intensity of manual work increases, workers are exposed to cumulative traumatic diseases. A manual for picking safety work for workers cargo handling in the distribution center is required. In this study, the worker's picking safety work based on the cargo volume and weight was presented as an experimental design model. Like the research results, the disease begins when the worker feels the number of pains presented by the model.

Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the related factors of performance of radiation safety management in dental hygienists. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 183 dental hygienists using dental radiography in 110 dental clinics in G area by convenience sampling methods. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects, radiation-related characteristics, and performance and management of radiation safety. Results: Performance score of radiation safety management was $35.71{\pm}12.49$ in dental hygienists. The performance score of radiation safety management were associated with sex, numbers of dental hygienists, the average numbers of admitted patients per day, the total clinical experience, existence of manual for radiation safety management and perceived need for education of radiation safety management. Conclusions: The performance score was relatively low. The performance score was associated with radiation safety manual and safety equipment. The preparation of radiation protective environment and equipment will improve the performance of radiation safety management in dental hygienists.

The manual handling of people (MHP) is known to be associated with high incidence of musculoskeletal disorders for aged care staff. Environment-related MHP interventions, such as appropriate seated heights to aid sit-to-stand transfers, can reduce staff injury while improving the patient's mobility. Promoting patient mobility within the manual handling interaction is an endorsed MHP risk control intervention strategy. This article provides a narrative review of the types of MHP environmental controls that can improve mobility, as well as the extent to which these environmental controls are considered in MHP risk management and assessment tools. Although a range of possible environmental interventions exist, current tools only consider these in a limited manner. Development of an assessment tool that more comprehensively covers environmental strategies in MHP risk management could help reduce staff injury and improve resident mobility through auditing existing practices and guiding the design of new and refurbished aged care facilities.

The existing safety-management manual is confined to list data based on regulations, and only provide ways to prevent accidents/incidents for particular work which accidents occur frequently. As it is difficult to understand the complete process involved the work, we can not expect the manual to function as a guide to prevent unfortunate events. When establishing WBS(work breakdown structure) of railway line engineering, consideration of the characteristics of train operation will enable many benefits. Therefore in this research it is conducted to materialize it in the manual. Main contents in this research are to review the way that change complete work performance process and person in charge of different tasks into WBS(work breakdown structure), and trough the newly developed WBS , the ways to improve roles and functions of the manual which Korean Railroad made are recommended.

연구목적: 고용노동부에서는 사업장 내 화재·붕괴 등의 대형재난이 발생하면 사업장 대규모 인적사고 위기관리 표준매뉴얼에 근거하여 재난을 관리하고 있다. 현재 운용중인 표준매뉴얼을 점검하고 미흡한 항목에 대해 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법:이에 따라, 재난관리 매뉴얼 내·외부 전문가, 본부·지방관서의 재난업무 담당자 등과 함께 표준매뉴얼을 점검하였고 우선적으로 개선해야 할 항목을 도출하였다. 연구결과: 붕괴사고의 경우에는 재난관리 주관부처 선정의 논란을 제거하기 위해 행정안전부에서 선정기준을 정확히 제시할 필요가 있으며, 인파밀집사고의 경우에는 표준매뉴얼 보다는 행동·실무 매뉴얼에 구체적으로 반영하여 유사시 근로자 대피 안전성을 확보해야 할 것이다. 이 외에도 재난안전 통신망 운영 및 대피요령에 대해 상세한 내용의 추가 보완이 필요해 보인다. 결론: 향후에도 국민의 눈높이에 부응하는 재난관리 제도 개선을 위해서 해당 분야별 전문가, 재난업무 담당자, 그리고 일반시민 등의 의견수렴을 통해 근로자의 생명과 안전을 보장하고 좀 더 현장감 있는 사업장 대규모 인적사고 위기 관리 표준매뉴얼 마련을 기대한다.

최근 기능 안전에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 다양한 산업 분야에서 기능 안전 표준의 적용이 요구되고 있다. 기능 안전 표준은 시스템의 오작동을 방지하기 위해 필요한 기능 안전 관련 활동들을 정의한 문서이다. 이 표준에 정의된 모든 활동들은 시스템의 위험 분석 및 평가를 통해 산출된 등급 분류 결과에 따라 차등적으로 요구된다. 국내 무기체계 분야에는 방위사업청에서 발간한 무기체계 소프트웨어 개발 및 관리 매뉴얼이 존재한다. 이 매뉴얼은 기능 안전 관련 활동으로 소프트웨어 정적 및 동적 분석 활동을 요구한다. 하지만 해당 매뉴얼에는 선행 활동으로 요구되는 위험 분석 및 평가를 통한 등급 분류 활동 관련 내용이 구체적으로 언급되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대표적인 기능 안전 표준들을 기반으로 무기체계 소프트웨어 개발 및 관리 매뉴얼의 문제점을 분석하고 이에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하도록 한다.
