The need for Advanced LOSA arises from the limitations and drawbacks of traditional LOSA. Amended LOSA aims to address some of the shortcomings of the original methodology and make it more effective and relevant to current aviation safety needs. Some of the key reasons for developing Advanced LOSA include Enhancing the scope, Improving data collection and analysis, Providing more targeted safety recommendations. First, Traditional LOSA mainly focuses on flight deck operations, but Advanced LOSA expands the scope to include other operational areas such as cabin operations, ground handling, and maintenance. Second, Advanced LOSA can build a Forecasting System that can predict the future through data collection and data analysis. Third, Advanced LOSA aims to provide more specific and targeted safety recommendations based on the Aviation data collection and Aviation data analysis. Overall, Advanced LOSA seeks to improve aviation safety by addressing the limitations of traditional LOSA and providing a more comprehensive and effective methodology for identifying and mitigating safety risks in aviation operations.

In the future, all kinds condition of industrial safety is a primary need in all advanced countries in which workplace safety is an issue. Furthermore, the increasing complexity of production systems and the rapidity of technological innovation have consolidated the recognition of the strategic value of safety, alongside the traditional competitive factors such as quality, costs, delivery time and flexibility, In this paper, the some critical issues of changes and counter-plan in an adequate safety management were identified by above considerations as follows： needs of systematic identification and analysis of safety factors； requirements to define priorities and budgeting to support the decision-making process; and needs of audit activities and indicators which measure company performance in terms of safety improvements, and so on.

In China, different from the private enterprises or the locally-administered state enterprises, central state-owned enterprises generally spread over cornerstone industry which is greatly influenced by the public policy, which results in the objective existence of government influence in their productive activities. As the strategic resource, listed companies controlled by central state-owned enterprises, mostly distributed in the lifeblood and security of key industries. Therefore, listed companies controlled by central state-owned enterprises' governance efficiency play an important role in optimal allocation of state-owned assets, improve capital operation, improve the return on capital, and maintain state-owned assets safety. As the immune systems of national governance, the government audit strengthen the supervision of listed companies controlled by central state-owned enterprises in case of the loss of state-owned assets and significant risk events occur, to ensure that the value of state-owned assets. As an important component of national governance, government audit produced in entrusted with the economic responsibility of public relationship. Government audit can play an important role in maintaining financial security and corruption, and also improve listed company's accounting stability and transparency. While government audit can improve governance efficiency and maintain state-owned assets safety, present literature is scarce. Under the corporate governance theory and the economical responsibility theory, the thesis select data from 2010-2017 to verify the relationship between government audit and listed companies controlled by central state-owned enterprises' corporate performance. Results show that listed companies controlled by central state-owned enterprises are more likely to be audited by government of poor performance. Results also show that the government audit will have a promoting effect on listed companies controlled by central state-owned enterprises, and through to the improvement of the governance efficiency will enhance its companies' value. The results show that China's government audit has appealing role in accomplishing central state-owned enterprises to realize the business objectives and in promoting the governance efficiency.

This study tried to figure out the framework of safety culture in railway industry to analyze root causes of railway incidents and accidents at Korean National Railway. Through the literature survey, authors found some critical dimensions common to railway safety culture such as employees' belief in the managers' management weight on safety and productivity, recognition of safety importance, risk taking attitude, practice of safety meeting before and after doing work, communication between management and employees and among drivers, traffic managers and infrastructure maintenance workers, safety reporting practice, safety and performance appraisal, effectiveness of safety audit, safety training, work place arrangement, incidents and accidents investigation, and safety knowledge management.

Internet has being grown explosively in recent years, hence it becomes easy to search and access information. But it is happening frequently to access illegally into the systems and data, there are many damage caused by them. So, it is very important that we construct security plan for the systems and data. It is not exception on school network being diffused to all schools. But, we have weakness about security to manage server and network safely. So it is causing much anxieties. In this paper, we searched security points make sure of safety of school network, and developed security audit agent helping management of security. Through simple registration process, this agent is able to audit basic and important security problems about not only server systems but also pc systems, and notify to administrator automatically. It is expected to provide efficiency in managing school network.

An acceptable proximity assessment collision probability is widely considered to be less than $10^{-4}$ in maritime traffic safety audit schemes. In the 1970s, Fujii, Macduff and colleagues introduced various models for collision probability of aberrancy in the community. Although existing studies ensured acceptable proximity collision probability, around $10^{-4}$, they were constrained by assumptions. A lack of support for the proximity probability criterion has been investigated in this study for practical use. The appropriate proximity probability for different size vessels in both straight and curved lanes has been analyzed based on GICOMS data. As a result, reasonable proximity collision probabilities were determined for various vessel traffic conditions. Accordingly, necessary improvements in the maritime traffic system have been suggested in consideration for various maritime traffic situations and conditions.

The research presents the implementation and improvement strategies of scientific methodologies and techniques in the audit criteria of KS certification. The paper discusses the establishment of management strategy and quality policy by the alignment of BSC or policy deployment, the effective handling methodologies of control plan based on SPC, and the traceability of calibration uncertainty and MSA, etc.
