Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the use of outcome-based observations within Assured Dairy Farm scheme (ADF), Soil Association Organic Standards (SA), and cross compliance (CC) farm assessment reports. Methods: A total of 449 ADF reports, 37 SA reports and 26 CC reports were analyzed and their objective comments categorized as either resource-based or outcome-based. Results: A mean of 61.0% of ADF questions were responded to with comments, in comparison to 25.0% of SA and, 21.0% of CC report questions. The SA and CC reports had significantly more outcome-based comments than the ADF (p<0.001). The assessors' tendency of choosing resource-based approach was revealed in the questionnaire results. Conclusion: Generally, the comments were comprehensive and contained professional judgements. Large numbers of comments provided in the ADF reports were mostly compliant and resource-based evidence, which serves as proof of assessment rather than aiding the certifying process. The inclusion of specific welfare outcome measures in the SA inspection likely increased the use of outcome-based comments in the reports, irrespective of whether the farm achieved compliance with a given standards. The CC scheme, on the other hand, focused on providing outcome-based evidence to justify noncompliant decisions.

According to historical records, Woon-Ju-Sa temple in Hwa-Soon, Chollanamdo, have had one thousand stone buddhas and one thousand stone pagodas, located south-west hill side of Woon-Ju-Sa is the Seven-Star-Stone(SSS). It consist of seven circular rocks with varying sizes that form a pattern similar to the constellation Ursa Major. SSS(Seven Star Stone) is an important astronomical remain because it might be one of the oldest records showing stellar brightness in Korea. We have compared the sizes of 888s with the magnitudes of stars of Ursa Major. It is found that the sizes of SSSs do roughly represent the magnitudes of Ursa Major stars in a way consistent with the magnitude scale used in Chun-Sang-Yul-Cha-Bun-Ya-Ji-Do(天象列次分野之圖) of Chosun.

This paper presents a simulated algorithm(SA) for the optimal reliability design problem of a series system with multiple component choices incorporated at each subsystem. The objective of the problem is to maximize the system reliability while satisfying some constraint on system budget. The problem is formulated as a nonlinear binary integer programming problem and characterized as an NP-hard problem. The SA algorithm is developed by introducing some solution-improvements methods. Numerical examples are tested and the results are compared. The results have demonstrated the efficiency and the effectiveness of the proposed SA algorithm.

1. Background and Purpose : ${\ulcorner}Dong\;Eui\;Sa\;Sang\;Sin\;Pyun{\lrcorner}$is the one of widely used medical books in the Sasang Constitucional Medicine Academy, but there was not enough study of the author. Through the research of the ${\ulcorner}Won\;Ji-Sang{\lrcorner}$, the Author, We highly intent to utilize the book ${\ulcorner}Dong\;Eui\;Sa\;Sang\;Sin\;Pyun{\lrcorner}$. 2. Methods : We arranged Won Ji-Sang's life style with investigation of the Won Yong-Sa(Won Ji-Sang's daughter), Survivors's verbal evidence and related books. 3. Results and Conclusion : 1) Won Ji-Sang's Childhood Name was "Ill Sang", Pseudonym was "Duck Pil", Pen Name was "Sung Am". He was born in "Bong Yang Myune, Je Chon Gune, Chung Buk" at 1885's June 1st of the lunar calendar and moved to "Yeo Ju Gune, Kyung Gi Do" at 1910's, and passed away in "Nae Sa Ree, Whung Chun Myune, Yeo Ju Gune, Kyung Gi Do" at 1962's June 2'nd of the lunar calender, when he was 78s. 2) The outline of philosophy of Won Ji-Sang's was based of "Wha Seo Doctrinal Faction's ideology", which was connected with Kim Pyong-Muk, Yu Jung-Kyo, Lee Gun-Won, Rue Rin-Suk. 3) ${\ulcorner}Dong\;Eui\;Sa\;Sang\;Sin\;Pyun{\lrcorner}$ was published in 1929's when Won Ji-Sang was 45s. However, we couldn't find out how Won Ji-Sang got to know Sasang Constitutional Medicine, and whether or not he had relation with Dong Mu Lee Je-Ma. 4) Won Ji-Sang's medical experience might be started before he was 45, and real medical treatment began when he was 66.

We investigate the device characteristics of the separated shorted-anode LIGBT (SSA-LIGBT), which suppresses effectively the negative differential resistance regime, by 2-dimensional numerical simulation. The SSA-LIGBT increases the pinch resistance by employing the highly resistive n-drift region as an electron conduction path instead of the lowly resistive n buffer region of the conventional SA-LIGBT. The negative differential resistance regime of the SSA-LIGBT is significantly suppressed as compared with that of the conventional SA-LIGBT. The SSA-LIGBT shows the lower forward voltage drop than that of the conventional SA-LIGBT.

In this study, effects of reducing white smoke at a heat exchange system for white smoke reduction were studied in the winter season. For this purpose, the heat transfer processes on the exhaust air were investigated by Solidworks. Five wave heat exchangers of air-to-air and air-to-water type were applied for the exhaust air heat recovery. The analytical condition of the exhaust air was fixed and the computational analysis was performed according to the change of SA(supply air) inlet velocities. In order to evaluate the performance of the heat exchange system for white smoke reduction, W(water)/SA recovered capacities and the temperature/absolute humidity reduction rate were calculated. As SA inlet velocity increased, the exit temperature and absolute humidity of the mixing zone were reduced by up to about $40^{\circ}C$ and 0.12kg/kg respectively. Also, W/SA recovered capacities increased linearly up to about 35%.

Output of arc welding power source can be evaluated dynamically and also statically through an arc simulator. The arc simulator is developed to simulate the arc load of short circuit and arc and return power to the line.
