There are SW engineering absence that cause the SW quality and Productivity Increase problems during software development project. Are exist necessity awareness of SW engineering growth and professional SW engineering manpower education. This paper define the SW Engineering standard Curriculum that establishment continuous growth and suggest guide manpower practical use guide. When performing the projects, we can suggest for SW Engineering professionals acquisition and standard to solve them by using Standard Curriculum for Software Engineering, which can strengthen manpower capacity the organization SW Engineering. This research provides solution of SW Process Curriculum about SW Development Process and SW Quality.

Recently, as IT convergence has seen rapid growth the role and scope of software has been extended. many software companies are trying to improve the software quality and project outcome using software process improvement approach to cope with increasing software demands and software quality. Although software process improvement is difficult task which requires a lot of cost and time, there is still insufficient objective evidence on business benefits by its deployment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between software process improvement and software project productivity. That is, we investigated whether there is difference in software development productivity depends on software engineering level using statistical methods. We found that the software development productivity is different across the software engineering levels and the higher software engineering level can lead to improved software development productivity.

SW 기업들이 SW 프로세스 개선(Software Process Improvement; SPI)을 개선하기 위해 많은 관심과 노력을 투입해 왔음에도 불구하고, 이런 SW 프로세스 개선 활동이 풀질, 비용, 납기준수에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대한 구체적인 자료들이 부족한 편이다. 사례를 기반으로 하는 기존 연구의 결과는 대기업을 대상으로 특정 방법론의 효과성에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SW 프로세스 개선활동들에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히기 위해 국내 SW 개발 조직의 프로젝트 관리자를 대상으로 SW 프로세스의 이행과 프로젝트 비용에 대한 데이터를 수집하였다. 이를 기반으로 SW 프로세스 개선 모델이 제시하고 있는 가정사항인 SW 프로세스 능력수준이 높으면 프로젝트 성과가 좋은지를 분석하였다.

SW 품질비용은 좋은 품질의 소프트웨어를 만들기 위한 경제적 상충관계(trade-off)를 이해하는데 도움을 주는 유용한 도구이다. 일반적으로 제조업 분야에서 많이 활용되고 있는 품질비용을 소프트웨어 분야에 적용하는 것은 SW품질을 높이는 좋은 방안이지만 불행하게도 이제까지 별로 관심을 받지 못했다. 본 논문에서는 SW품질을 활용하기 위한 판단근거(rationale)와 구성요소를 살펴보고, 국내 SW개발 프로젝트를 대상으로 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 국내 SW개발 프로젝트의 품질비용구조를 살펴보고, SW공학수준에 따른 품질비용의 차이를 통계기법을 통해 살펴보았다. 분석결과, SW공학수준에 따라 투입되는 품질비용의 차이가 있고, 공학수준이 높을수록 적게 투입되는 것으로 나타나고 있다.

National qualification system for SW engineering is intended to be mechanisms to assure the competence of SW professionals. Qualification system for SW engineering can be categorized as national qualification, nationally certified private qualification, and private qualifications. In this paper, we present a summary report of needs analysis for new national qualification systems, based on the survey from human resource department managers of IT companies in IT service, package SW and embedded SW industry. The survey results show that SW qualification system is appropriate for evaluation and career management, but does not provide up-to-date information concerning the technology assessment and change. Based on the result form needs analysis, we suggest the SW specialist and embedded SW specialist as new licenses in national qualification system. In addition, we also propose SW quality management engineer, systems management engineer, IT Protect management engineer, network management engineer and SW architect engineer, as new nationally certified private qualifications.

The purpose of this study is to describe the SW Convergence education class applying the Novel Engineering teaching method during the creative experiential activity time. We developed a SW convergence education program for a patriotism class applying Novel Engineering, a new educational method instead of writing and drawing. Through this lesson program, students can improve their problem-solving ability based on their computational thinking and enhance their love spirit about country. Students read a book that tells the story of patriot, writes the historical scene presented in the book through scenarios through Re-enactment, and implements the simulation situation using Lego WeDo 2.0. The results of this study based on the analysis of the data on the questionnaire showed that there is a significant students' change through the SW convergence education program for patriotism class. In the future, we will expand the scope to more various grades and subjects so that we can generalize the effectiveness of SW convergence education applying Novel Engineering.

SW 개발 프로젝트 시, SW 품질 및 생산성 향상에 저해 되는 SW공학 가이드 부재가 존재한다. 그 중에서 SW공학 발전과 전문 SW공학 인력 양성의 필요성 인식이 존재하고 있다. SW공학 인력의 역량과 전문성을 강화시킬 수 있는 지속적 성장 체계 확립과 인력 활용 가이드 제시를 위하여 본 논문에서는 SW공학 표준 커리큘럼 개발을 소개한다. 프로젝트 수행 시 SW공학 표준 커리큘럼은 SW공학 전문 인력 확보를 위한 기준을 제시 하여, 조직 SW 공학 역량 강화를 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SW 프로세스 분야 표준 교육과정을 소개하고자 한다.

최근 SW 개발 분야로의 인력 수요가 늘어나면서 SW개발 역량을 키우기 위한 학습 프로그램에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있다. 특히 취업률은 대학의 중요한 평가 지표이므로 취업률을 높일 수 있는 SW 개발자 양성 프로그램에 대학들의 관심이 높은 것이 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 SW개발 직무에 종사하고 있는 재직자들을 대상으로 자신들의 개발 역량 향상에 효과적이었던 프로그램들에 대한 설문 조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 분석해보았다. 이 연구 결과는 대학들이 향후 취업 역량을 갖춘 SW개발자 양성 체계를 갖추는데 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대된다.

From the recent, an big issue of the internet attack is DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service). Some government agencies and companies will buy Anti-DDoS SW for protect their their network system form DDoS attack. But We don't have any objective valuation standard of Anti-DDoS SW. So When you try to buy an Anti-DDoS SW, you can get only subjective Anti-DDoS SW information which from Anti-DDoS SW vender. Anti-DDoS SW market is getting bigger, so market needs objective valuation standard of Anti-DDoS SW for a fair evaluation. In this paper, we describe a part of Anti-DDoS SW performance tests in valuation standard of Anti-DDoS SW.
