ATM 망에서의 가상경로 설계 (Virtual path design in ATM network)

  • 단일 트래픽 클래스에 대해서 ATM DCS로만 구성되는 초기의 가상경로 설계 연구에서 복수의 트래픽 클래스를 갖으며 각 트래픽 클래스에 대해서는 가상경로 집합이나 양종단이 주어지지 않은 일반 망구조 상황에서의 가상경로망 설계 연구가 요구된다. 본 논문은 복수 트래픽 클래스와 일반 망구조 상황에서의 가상경로망 설계를 위한 모형을 제시한다. 설계 모형은 특별한 형태의 최적화 문제로 표현되는 데 이를 효과적으로 해결하기 위해 최근에 개발된 SQA법[3, 4]을 적용하여 최적 가상경로를 설계한다. 실제 수치예에 대해서 제시한 가상경로망 설계 모형과 해법을 적용하며 그 결과를 소개한다.

CQI 활동 후 사후관리 체계 조사연구 (A study on the follow-up management system of Continuous Quality Improvement activity)

  • This study was conducted to determine whether follow-up management is carried out continuously following CQI activity and to analyze the factors behind the success and failure of follow-up management. Past presentations from 1994-1999 of CQI coordinators and lecturers from various institutions who presented at The Korean Society of Quality Assurance in Health Care(KoSQA) on the conditions of follow-up management in each institution were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows; Since the number of subjects on CQI increased each year at symposiums, this has expanded to all medical institutions. Although medical institutions usually conduct 11-20 subjects on CQI per year, there were many such occasions where more than 31 subjects were conducted. Moreover, institutions with less than 800 beds have come up with more projects than those with more than 800 beds, thus 23.3% of these institutions had at least 1 person involved in 4 projects. This had created an overload of responsibilities for specific persons' involvement, prompting them to incline toward formalities in their work rather than substantial activities. Among the projects presented at the symposiums, 51.7% demonstrated that follow-up management could be carried out. In particular, 55.3% of the projects from provincial regions could carry out follow-up management compared to 48.8% in Seoul. Moreover, it was demonstrated that 80% of the projects from institutions with 600-799 beds carried out follow-up management most effectively. With regards to previous presentations, the older they were, it was found that follow-up management could not be effectively carried out. Some institutions that responded that follow-up management was carried out effectively in their institutions were found to have conducted follow-up management without any inspection strategies or the appropriate tools. CQI activities were executed and terminated with no consistency and team members had no real concern for it. The most important factors that contribute to an effective follow-up management are the need for concern and interest from the directors of the hospitals, from the relevant departments and team members in addition to the role of the supervising department, follow-up management through management of target goals, consistency in tasks along with communication between all team members. The biggest problems were perceived to be overload of work due to accumulation of proposed projects in addition to lack of awareness pertaining to follow-up management. CQI is beneficial for all staff for the improvement of the mind and business administration and thus it is believed to be desirable. To carry out follow-up management effectively, leadership, analysis and application of information, follow-up management and planning, as well as quality management are perceived to be essential, on the other hand, the results showed a significant difference. To prevent CQI activities from becoming just an activity, the basic system should be reconstructed and augmented based on the problems derived from the results of this study. Moreover, we hope this study will be used as reference material that would encourage the administration of follow-up management after CQI activities in most hospitals. Furthermore, various studies on follow-up management should be conducted for CQI activities in the future.

시각적 피드백 스쿼트가 슬개대퇴 통증 증후군이 있는 성인의 대퇴사두근 각에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Visual Feedback Squat on Q-angle with Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome)

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of visual feedback squat exercise on the young adults with Patellofemoral pain syndrome. Methods: The subjects of this study were 22 female and 8 male who were equally and randomly allocated to a visual feedback exercise group (VSEG), an experimental group, and squat exercise group (SEG), a control group. Both did so for 30 minutes three times per week over a six-week period. Using Dartfish, their static Q-angle (SQA) and dynamic Q-angle (DQA) were evaluated. Results: The static Q-angle was significantly reduced in both groups of VSEG and SEG and in the comparison of difference values before and after exercise between groups, VSEG had more significant effect than SEG but in the comparison of the effects of dynamic Q-angle both VSEG and SEG had significant effects and in the comparison of difference values before and after exercise between groups, VSEG had more significant effect than SEG. Conclusion: Visual feedback squat exercise may be applied as a method to correct the lower extremity alignment with PFPS.

군수품의 고품질 확보를 위한 개발 품질보증 적용사례 연구 (A Case Study on Application of R&D Quality Assurance to Secure High Quality for Military Supplies)

  • Purpose: This study is in order to secure high quality of military supplies, it is important to secure design quality in the development phase. I will review how to establish a quality assurance system in the development phase based on the author's seminar presentation contents and application example of Hanwha Systems Co., Ltd. Methods: To guarantee design quality in the development phase, in 2002, quality assurance system that is adequate for SQA(Software Quality Assurance)'s requirements of CMM(Capability Maturity Model) was conduct. In 2009, based on the CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) Level 5, there has been continuous and reenforced quality assurance activities. Results: By suggesting the construction and a case study on application of R&D quality assurance, it would be helpful for companies aiming to construct or enhance quality assurance system. Conclusion: To secure high quality for military supplies, a development QA system should be established to secure quality in the development phase. In addition, Total life cycle QA system for development, mass production and operation phase should be reestablished.

  • 인간-객체 상호작용 탐지는 객체 탐지와 상호작용 인식을 함께 풀어야하는 분야로 탐지 모델의 학습을 위해서 많은 데이터를 필요로 한다. 현재 공개된 데이터셋은 규모가 부족하여 데이터 증강 기법에 대한 요구가 커지고 있으나, 대부분의 연구에서 기존의 객체 탐지, 이미지 분할분야에서 활용하는 증강 기법을 활용하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인간-객체 상호작용 탐지 분야에서 활용하는 데이터셋의 특성을 파악하고, 이를 통해 인간-객체 상호작용 탐지 모델 성능 향상에 효과적인 데이터 증강 기법을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 증강 기법에 대한 검증을 위하여 실험 환경을 구축하고, 기존의 학습 모델에 적용하여 증강 기법을 적용할 경우에 탐지 모델의 성능 향상이 가능함을 확인하였다.

e-Navigation 소프트웨어 품질 보증 및 인간중심설계 가이드라인의 실무 적용을 위한 국제표준 조사 및 분석 (Survey and Analysis of International Standards for Practical Apply to Guideline on Software Quality Assurance and Human-Centred Design for e-Navigation)

  • e-navigation은 IMO에서 시작된 전략으로, 2018년부터 본격적으로 전략 이행을 하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 e-navigation의 구현 및 개발을 위한 소프트웨어 품질보증 및 인간중심 설계 가이드라인의 개발이 진행되어 왔다. 2015년 6월, 이 가이드라인은 IMO MSC 95차 위원회에서 승인 후 회람문서로 등재되었다. 이 가이드라인의 실질적인 적용을 위해 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 품질 보증과 인간중심설계에 공통으로 적용되는 사용성 평가 관점의 국제 표준에 대해 조사하고 분석하였다. 이 결과는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어가 결합된 e-navigation 장비의 개발을 위한 실무 적용 지침에 반영될 계획이다.
