최근 소셜 네트워크 서비스 사용자들은 게시글을 통해 사회적 이슈 및 관심 콘텐츠들에 대한 자신의 감정을 적극적으로 표현하고 공유한다. 그 결과 소셜 네트워크에서의 개인 및 특정 집단의 감정 공유는 빠르게 확산된다. 그러므로 사용자들의 게시글에 대한 감정 분석 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그렇지만 다양한 감정이 포함된 게시글에 대한 감정 분석 연구가 미흡하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 해시태그와 이미지를 이용한 인스타그램 게시글의 대표 감정 분석 방법을 제안한다. 이를 통해 사용자 게시글에 포함된 다종의 리소스를 활용하여 다중의 감정으로부터 대표 감정을 추출할 수 있으며 66.4%의 정확도와 81.7%의 재현율로 기존 방법보다 감정 분류 성능 향상을 보인다.

Cyberbullying has become a severe issue and brought a powerful impact on the cyber world. Due to the low cost and fast spreading of news, social media has become a tool that helps spread insult, offensive, and hate messages or opinions in a community. Detecting cyberbullying from social media is an intriguing research topic because it is vital for law enforcement agencies to witness how social media broadcast hate messages. Twitter is one of the famous social media and a platform for users to tell stories, give views, express feelings, and even spread news, whether true or false. Hence, it becomes an excellent resource for sentiment analysis. This paper aims to detect cyberbully threats based on Naïve Bayes, support vector machine (SVM), and k-nearest neighbour (k-NN) classifier model. Sentiment analysis will be applied based on people's opinions on social media and distribute polarity to them as positive, neutral, or negative. The accuracy for each classifier will be evaluated.

The study aimed to identify the impact of the application of technical equipment for infrastructure to achieve the quality of e-learning for students in the faculties at Northern Border University, in Arar city. The study applied the analytical survey study method. To achieve the study purpose, the researcher prepared a study tool which is a questionnaire to measure the impact o of applying technical instrument for the infrastructure to achieve the quality of e-learning for students. The study sample size reached (218) students from both groups from the university faculties in Arar city. The results of the study revealed a tendency in the study sample's responses to the availability of the majority of the questionnaire criteria significantly. This indicates the positive impact of the application of technical equipment on the infrastructure to achieve the application quality of e-learning at Northern Border University, the study recommended the following: The need to pay attention to measuring the quality of electronic courses every two years in addition to the need to adjust the quality standards of e-content provided through e-learning platforms. Also, there is the gradual application of e-learning at the university in addition to spreading the culture of e-learning quality among all groups of the university community. Also, it is necessary to direct them towards benefiting from the advantages of e-learning that observes quality standards.

Background: Parthenium hysterophorus L. (Asteraceae; hereafter Parthenium) is an invasive alien species of global significance because of its' negative ecological and socioeconomic impacts. This species is spreading rapidly from lowland Tarai to Middle Mountain regions in Nepal. In the present study, we analyzed the impacts of Parthenium on plant community composition including their soil seedbank in subtropical grasslands located in central Nepal. Data was collected in a 10 m long transects passing through areas of high (> 90% cover), medium (40%-60%) and low (< 10%) levels of Parthenium cover using a plot of 1 m². Altogether, we sampled 90 plots in 30 transects. Seedling emergence method was used to estimate soil seedbank density in the soil samples (0-10 cm depth) collected from the plots with high Parthenium cover. Results: There was no significant difference in the plant species richness at different levels of Parthenium invasion whereas there was a significant change in the species composition of above ground flora due to Parthenium invasion. There was also a significant difference in species composition between soil seedbank and aboveground flora in the highly invaded plots. Parthenium was the most dominant in soil seedbank, contributing 65% to the total soil seedbank. Conclusions: Our study suggests that Parthenium has considerable negative impact on the native grassland flora, and the dominance of Parthenium in the soil seedbank means there is a challenge for its management. It also suggests the need of monitoring the soil seedbank dynamics while managing Parthenium weed.

평범하게 보이는 놀이에도 심장한 의미가 있을 수 있다. 유진 핑크(Fink, 1960)는 이런 가정을 전제로 놀이의 외피인 오락성을 넘어 놀이의 속살인 참된 의미를 발견하기 위해 '놀이세계'의 근원적 구조를 통찰해 놀이를 재미(delight), 의미(meaning), 공동체(community), 규칙(rules), 도구(equipment)라는 5개 요소로 해부하는 연구모형을 확립했다. 본 연구에서는 이 분석모델을 적용하여 2019년 스타로 떠오른 공영 방송 EBS의 신생 캐릭터 '펭수'의 놀이 구조를 출연 영상물, 퍼포먼스, 기사 등 모든 텍스트를 연구대상으로 선정해 내용분석을 하였다. 분석결과 펭수의 놀이세계는 놀이 원형의 5가지 요소를 짜임새 있게 갖춰 놀이로서의 체계성과 완결성이 두드러졌다. 수용자들을 놀이의 장으로 잘 흡인하여 성공한 캐릭터가 된 것이다. 구성요소 중 재미는 우스꽝스런 외양과 돌발성·파격성이 돋보는 행동, 의미는 권위주의 타파와 자존감·활력의 제고, 공동체는 오프·온 라인과 아날로그·디지털을 넘나드는 멀티 플랫폼 이용자들, 규칙은 펭수의 콘셉트를 자아를 지닌 어린 이방인으로 설정해 신분 비공개하기, 도구는 펭수 캐릭터 그 자체와 그가 시시각각 선보인 언술(言術)로 각각 나타났다. 펭수는 '자아인형'으로서 그간 이런 놀이요소를 정교하게 결합시킨 다소 과장되고 자극적인 퍼포먼스를 통해 불확실성과 불안감으로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있는 청년층 등 모든 사회 구성원들에게 격려와 위로, 조언과 안내, 배려와 용서, 성찰과 해탈이란 긍정적인 의미를 적잖이 전파하는 사회적 순기능을 한 것으로 분석되었다.

Pumasi and Cooperative Child Care Sharing have had positive results among participants and show possibilities of spreading out to the community in general. However, performance was not proved where it is clarified, and the experience of 23 local Healthy Family Support Centers have that ran the demonstration project were unable to be collected. It is the point of time when the initial backing up is important but the centers do not have the systematic support. Therefore, this research presents an effective management plan through qualitative research involving Pumasi participants and person in charge. The operation strategies by the stage of the project were as follows: First, in the beginning stage, the person in charge establishes the target and vision of the project. Second, when comprising the Pumasi team, it was necessary to consider their characteristics according to the team organization subjects. Third, it is necessary to extend the turn-off time and provide many programs so that the various populations can participate. Fourth, in the advertising step, word of mouth and individual contact needs to be utilized. Fifth, in a medium or small city or an urban-rural complex area, the person in charge should support the participants' Pumasi activities. Sixth, various programs such as a passive and active parent education program and Pumasi education program for the leader needs to be provided for the activation of Pumasi activities. Lastly, a cooperative child care sharing location needs to be constructed by the duality system of the base space and outer space. In this location, the inside play space for the children is essential.

본 연구는 일제강점기 미남장로교 간호선교사인 엘리자베스 쉐핑 (Elizabeth J. Shepping, R. N. 한국명: 서서평, 1880~1934)의 간호선교활동을 간호학의 관점에서 정리하고 일제 강점기 한국여성의 삶과 한국간호의 역사적 사실을 살펴보고자 하였다. 쉐핑의 간호선교는 주로 광주 제중병원, 군산 구암예수병원, 세브란스병원을 중심으로 환자간호와 소외된 한센환자를 방문하여 헌신적인 간호활동을 전개하였고 질병예방을 위한 지역사회 보건간호활동을 펼쳐나갔다. 또한 억압되었던 여성의 인권을 회복시키기 위해 여성교육과 간호사 양성에 힘썼고, 인간의 영혼구원을 위해 복음사역에 최선을 다하였다. 또한, 일제의 압제에 눌려있는 한국을 세계무대에 올려놓기 위해 조선간호부회를 창립하였다. 성공이 아니라 섬김'이라는 좌우명에 기초한 쉐핑의 삶은 전인적 돌봄의 간호선교였다.

Much effort has been exerted to analyze online texts and understand how empirical results can help improve sales performance. In this research, we aim to extend this stream of research by decomposing online texts based on text sources, namely, companies and consumers. To be specific, we investigate how online texts driven by companies differ from those generated by consumers, and the extent to which both types of online texts have different effects on online sales. We obtained sales data from one of the biggest game publishers and merged them with online texts provided by companies using news articles and those created by consumers in user communities. The empirical analyses yield the following findings. Word visualization and topic analyses show that firms and consumers generate different contexts. Specifically, companies spread word to promote their own events whereas consumers produce online words to share winning strategies. Moreover, online sales are influenced by consumer-generated community topics whereas firm-driven topics in news articles have little to no effect. These findings suggest that companies should focus more on online texts generated by consumers rather than spreading their own words. Moreover, online sales strategies should take advantage of specific topics that have been proven to increase online sales. In particular, these findings give startup companies and small business owners in variety of industries the advantage when they use the online channel for distribution and as a marketing platform.

The definition of Crime Indictable Upon Complaint (CIC) is crimes which can be prosecuted only with complaints from the victim or his/her direct parents. Sex crimes are the representative examples, rapes and indecent assaults. According to the research referenced in this paper, 74% of sex crimes which had been penalized based on Republic of Korea (ROK) Criminal Code amounts rape and indecent assault are CIC. However, only 20% of perpetrators were confined, and the rest received non-confinement or non-prosecution determination. The review of criminal history checks reveals that 67% of the perpetrators had criminal histories and 39% of them had more than three documented offenses. The CIC was established in order to protect the victim's rights and dignity, respecting the victim's opinion regarding the incident. All kinds of sex crimes then should have been the CIC, but those crimes such as Injury Resulting from Rape, Special Rape, Rape by Special Modus Operandi, Sexual Assault among Relatives and Domestic Violence which have to guarantee the opinion of the victims are prescribed as non-CIC. We therefore conclude that the CIC should be abolished. The abolition of CIC will play an important role in crime prevention because severe penalties for sex crimes will be imposed on the perpetrators. In addition, it will help the sex crime victims retrieve their dignity by spreading recognition widely through the community that sexual assault is not only a social assault but an infringement against human rights.

Iksan city is planning to construct a waste incinerator on the site of about $110,000\textrm{m}^2$ in size that will be selected from a public bid(Oct.~Nov.2002)in the wake of expiration by June 2003 of use for Hamyeol fill-up ground. Science it has usually been difficult to find sites for filling-up or incinerating facilities owing to NIMBY phenomenon, it is badly requested to employ up-to-date technology for processing wastes without environmental pollution. The conflicts between the administrative authorities and community people with regard to construction of incineration facilities, fill-up ground and facilities for waste processing or recycling are not the matters of just today but are increasingly deepening and spreading countrywide. There seems to be no prospect for these conflicts to be amicably settled through dialogues. They rather become a social disease inflicting the whole country like an epidemic. It is therefore believed to be necessary to introduce measures to design and build environment-friendly facilities that may be accepted by residents as not abominable ones but be used as amusing place while they watch the daily operation of them as watchdogs. Iksan city's plan to construct environment-friendly waste incineration facilities of pyrolysis type without chimney has undergone the process of public hearings and explanatory gatherings from every class of Iksan citizens to get consensus but is still delayed due mainly to be the failure of inducing foreign investments. Pyrolysis technology has two advantages ; first, environment-friendly due to less emission of second pollutants ; second, production of by-products highly valuable as resources. It Is known that Germany has recently begun installation and operation of pyrolysis facility urban wastes, an evidence indicating that pyrolysis method will be widely applied to cope with the tightened regulation to preserve environment worldwide.
