The military's morale is a serious threat in terms of defense posture and protection of national security and the nation's right to survival, as it has led to losses in talented manpower, weakened fighting spirit, damaged troop confidence, and reduced work efficiency and morale. Under these circumstances, a stronger defense posture and maximum morale among the troops should be followed by a thorough diagnosis and results on the factors affecting the military's morale. Professional soldiers often travel to work because of the special nature of their jobs. Among the problems associated with these characteristics is child education. Frequent shifts of military sites are intended to be made based on the analysis of the overall state of the military service education system, such as moving frequently with family members or separating with the family due to issues related to children's education.

Kwan-gyongdo is a pictorial presentation of a $s{\bar{u}}tra$ that teaches the Buddhist way for a person to be reincarnated in the paradise of $Amit{\bar{a}}bha$ Buddha. It consists of a preface (Kwan-gyong sobun pyonsangdo) and 16 scenes of $S{\bar{a}}kyamuni$ preaching. The preface, a painting illustrating the motivation behind the production of tile kwan-gyongdo, illustrates the "Legend of King $Aj{\bar{a}}tasatru$", a tragic story in which the prince of India's Magadha kingdom murders his father, the king, to usurp the throne. The 16 subsequent scenes show $S{\bar{a}}kyamuni$ teaching the distressed queen how a person can be reborn in paradise through meditation and praying. In the kwan-gyongdo in the Mogao Cave No. 17 in Dunhuang, China, painted during the Tang dynasty (618-907), the preface and the 16 scenes are presented in one painting, whereas they are presented in two paintings in those painted in Korea during the Koryo period (918-1392). The difference is attributed to the stylistic disparity of the two periods. Despite the temporal gap between the Koryo paintings and the Mogao Cave paintings, a comparison of the two can show the characteristic development of kwan-gyongdo. Kwan-gyongdo of the Koryo period do not have the "enmity created in the previous life" scene featuring a heavenly figure and a hare, a result that shows the influence of the Tang school that deleted the scene. The scene of $S{\bar{a}}kyamuni$ preaching on the Mountain of Spirit is included in kwan-gyongdo of both the Koryo period and the Mogao Cave, but the scene of $S{\bar{a}}kyamuni$ emerging from the earth to the Magadha palace is not included in Koryo kwan-gyongdo. Kwan-gyongdo of Koryo are generally a simpler but more faithful rendering of the $s{\bar{u}}tra$.

This study discussed implications of the increase of single person households (SH) for high-tech industries especially focusing on artificial intelligence (AI) adopted products, based on critically reviewing the past researches on their characteristics including consumption trends; the improvement of AI technology; and its market potentiality in various industries. According to the results, SH spent more time with others like friends and neighbors more than couples. Younger people increasingly chose to live alone by their own free will for achieving their goals. 'Living alone' or 'going solo' is not thought negatively any more, but as a new market power in the future. Considering their value oriented consumption behaviors based on spirit of independence and individualism, they will need high-tech products more like AI adopted products than others because of their advantages for the value of single life. Thus, the rapid progress of AI technology is predicted to bring them satisfaction of their wants and it is suggested to prepare for the market segmentation of SH as AI end-users.

Recently, policies of metropolitan councils and primary local governments are diversely developing for the creation of child friendly cities. This study attempts to deal with implications that discussions on child friendly cities, which are recently becoming issues of local communities, have as a form of universal welfare on dimensions of child welfare along with discussions of the direction to which those implications can be applied. For this, this study was conducted largely in three parts. First, it observes the contents of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child which is the spirit and basic foundation of child friendly cities and through this, it examines child welfare paradigms as a universal form of welfare and second, it observes the historical origin of child friendly cities that have modern significance along with the main characteristics of child friendly cities, and third, it explores methods with which to apply locality based community resource connections that currently exist to policies of child friendly cities.

This study aimed to investigate the level of community spirits of residence college freshmen, and the differences in community spirits by life satisfactions of residence college, majors, and family, which were the most intimate interaction objects, under the current circumstance where the importance of the community spirits were emphasized. As the results, the total level of freshmen's community spirits were a bit high with 3.66 of average score. As the results of difference analyses on the level of community spirits by the life satisfaction of family, major and residence college, the students who answered that their life satisfaction by family became lower, and who answered their major and residence college life satisfaction became higher were showed the higher community spirits level. On the bases of those research results, the researcher suggested several alternatives to cultivate community spirits of freshmen in residence college with the concepts of spontaneity and creativity in psychodrama.

The aim of this study was to reveal the modern succession and reinterpretation of brand identity through the case of Balenciaga design presented by Demna Gvasalia through a review of the literature, design collection, and design review analysis. The design collection analysis was conducted from 2016 F/W to 2020 F/W, when Demna Gvasalia commenced responsibility for the Balenciaga collection. A total of 12 articles from overseas fashion magazines and newspapers were analyzed. A modern reinterpretation of Demna Gvasalia's Balenciaga design is as follows. First, he introduced luxury mode to reflect a sense of the times and introduced luxury street looks based on street and sports sensibilities, showing various styles without specific concepts. Second, by sharing universal sensibilities based on pragmatism, he proposed an easy-to-wear outfit for daily life to demonstrate the everydayness of fashion. Third, as a new exploration of traditional structural beauty, the design of Cristobal Balenciaga was reinterpreted through the conversion of items, overlapping outfits, and the introduction of high-tech technologies. Fourth, by taking a conceptual approach to fashion, he has renewed the spirit of experimentation and modernity shown by Cristobal Balenciaga. Fifth, with the presentation of a new icon, new styles of sneakers such as Triple S and Speed Runner are presented as new icons. He inherited the original mindset and creative approach of the house's founder, Cristobal Balenciaga, and reinterpreted it from a contemporary street sensibility and pragmatic perspective.

This study, as primary research that examines the communication characteristics of the library and the perception of librarians in order to make public libraries a communication space, surveyed the perception of librarians in public libraries and made an attempt to devise activation measures for the communication spaces of the library. As a result, the communication characteristics of the library were derived to be locality, community spirit, and interactivity. In addition, the perception survey found that librarians have positive remarks about the communication spaces of the library. As it shows a high degree of awareness, the library should focus on ways to revitalize communication. First, the direction of communication must be set in order to fulfill library's new role in communication and exchange. Second, it is desirable for the library to free itself from being a quiet space and recreate it as a space for communication. Third, the library needs to exchange and connect with organizations, groups, and gatherings of the community. Fourth, it seems necessary for the library to provide support for the users' independent and voluntary communication and operation of the community.

This paper aims to reveal the background and issues of the current reform proposals for social insurance in Germany and to draw their implications for Korea. The essence of the German social insurance crisis is that of normality of industrial society on which it has been based, revealing itself by the dual crisis of finance and dualization. Reform proposals are regarded as diverse responses to the crisis of the normality within individual social insurance schemes. They are searching for transforming health insurance into citizen's insurance, pension insurance into various alternatives including all worker's insurance and citizen's pension, unemployment insurance into employment insurance. One of the commonalities of the them is that they attempt to reconstruct the old normality. However, due to the economic recovery, the historical experiences of improving social insurance, and high satisfaction, they are expected to struggle with the gradual improvements rather than radical shift from their tradition. In Korea, where the maturity of social insurance is low, it is necessary to mark the crisis faced by German social insurance as a teacher. We need to go back to the fundamental spirit of social policy and redraw the blue prints of social policy by opening minds to plentiful alternatives in the eyes of normality reconstruction.

With a view to dealing with various problems in our times, it is necessary to reinterpret and reconstruct the educational tradition with the spirit of wen-gu-zhi-xin(溫故知新), and plan and apply the educational program according to the developmental level of students of school grade. The purpose of this study is to develop and review the effectiveness of the wen-gu-zhi-xin program for enhancing community capacity as a virtuous citizen and reinforcing resilience of students in middle school. The order of discussion runs as follows. First, we discussed resilience and mental health which is a meaningful topic of character education. And then, we proposed developmental approach of wen-gu-zhi-xin program and verified its effectiveness.

This thesis studied about the expression of the conflict in DongraeYaroo. Study perspective was time and passion. Time refers to a change in the time to move to the current from the past. As in the study was the change in the phase and values of the characters occurred. Passion is an act which is scheduled departing from the spirit moves the body. And the emotions move the human heart. And it was associated with the inner values that determine the ethical life. DongraeYaroo should ever criticize feudal era and values through the conflict with the changes in time. Through conflict with the realism tendencies and passions were melodramatic tendencies. DongraeYaroo is a folk masques of realism and melodramatic nature complex. DongraeYaroo has a part that is causing the conflict with the contents of the passion associated with the character's sexual desire is elsewhere. There are also distorted passions and inde normal expression of tragic passion passions that lead to death.
