The purpose of this study is to examine validity to Soeum scales by QSCC II. For this study, the objects are 336 patients who were made a diagnosis of Soeumin and 422 patients of other constitutions in Oriental Medicine & Western Medicine Cooperative Health Examination Center KyungHee University Medical Center. A systematic analysis has been made and the results are as follows. 1. We made a frequency analysis in 758 examinees' questions and concluded that 35 questions, among which 30 questions were existing and 5 were new, had statistical significance in making a diagnosis of Soeumin by more than 10% in comparison with answer frequency of other constitutions. 2. Because confidence coefficient of 0.8011 revised Soeum scales(35) rises up as compared with that of 0.6319 existing Soeum scales(51), I think revised Soeum scales reflect trait of Soeumin well and it is liable to shorten question time by controling questions. 3. Soeumin's discrimination probability in Soeumin was 55.4% by QSCCII, but that rises up to 64.3% by discriminant function made by revised Soeum scales. So there is statistical significance in discriminant function. 4. When questions in QSCCII are divided into body-spirit(體形氣像), looks-attitude(容貌詞氣), temper- talent(性質才幹), continuous mind(恒心), avarice(心慾), physiological symptoms(生理的 證) and pathological symptoms(病理的 證), response frequency and constitution discrimination probability falls in questions about avarice and pathological symptoms.

Xu-lao(虛勞) is deficient disease which is weak body and spirit. It occurs many symptoms, for example lack of appetite, dizziness, involuntary emission of semen, wet dream, back and chest pain, night sweat, cough and so on. In oriental medicine, xu-lao(虛勞) is well-known disease and can be treated easily. In general, xu-lao (虛勞) patiences like to be treated by oriental medical doctors. In spite of improving food, house and clothes, xu-lao(虛勞) is on the increase by fatty foods and stress. In most of these cases, the cooperations of heart and kidney are hurted. On Fang-you-ge-bian(脈證方藥合編) which is the famous prescription book in Korea, gu-an-xin-shen-wan(古庵心腎丸) and Jiu-yuan-xin-shen-wan(究原心腎丸) are used well and have good effects in these cases. Gu-an-xin-shen-wan(古庵心腎丸) can treat white hair, palpitation, involuntary emission of semen, amblyopia, buzzing in the ears, backache and so on. Jiu-yuan-xin-shen-wan(究原心腎丸) can treat lack of appetite, dizziness, involuntary emission of semen, wet dream, back and chest pain, diseased sweat, cough, coldness of hands and feet, and so on. The symptoms of Gu-an-xin-shen-wan(古庵心腎丸) are similar with those of Jiu-yuan-xin-shen-wan(究原心腎丸). But, it is very important that Gu-an-xin-shen-wan(古庵心腎丸) can be used in cases of hot deficient disease but Jiu-yuan-xin-shen-wan(究原心腎丸) can be used in cases of cold deficient disease.

본 연구는 드라마 <절정>(2011)을 통해서 드라마에서 시 텍스트가 삽입되는 방식과 시인의 표상화 방식을 검토한다. 이 드라마는 시인이자 독립 운동가였던 이육사를 중심인물로 내세우고, 그의 생애를 따라가는 서사 구조를 택하고 있다. 드라마는 시인의 생에서 가장 극적인 순간에 그의 시를 환상적인 이미지와 함께 삽입함으로써 드라마의 서정성과 영상미를 극대화한다. 시와 함께 제시되는 이미지는 이육사의 치열한 고난을 극대화하는 한편으로, 시를 이 고난의 결정체로 그려낸다. 이로써 드라마 <절정>은 이육사의 시를 활용함으로써 중심인물 이육사의 내면세계를 영상으로 형상화한다. 이육사의 시를 이미지와 함께 활용하여 시의 아름다움과 곧은 정신세계를 지닌 시인의 표상화를 동시에 꾀하는 것이다. 이는 시인이자 독립 운동가였던 이육사를 행동하는 지식인으로서 균형감 있게 그려낸 결과이다. 드라마 <절정>은 영상을 통하여 시와 시인의 표상화를 진정성 있게 수행한 주요한 텍스트이다.

본 연구는 과학영재들이 미래의 과학자로서 성공적인 삶을 영위하고, 높은 성취를 달성하기 위해 길러주어야 할 핵심역량에 대해 과학영재 학생들과 교원들을 대상으로 인식을 조사하였다. 이를 위해 과학영재 학교에서 요구되는 16가지 핵심역량 항목을 도출하고 각 항목에 대해 중요도와 학생의 현재수준을 비교 분석하여 핵심역량에 대한 교육적 요구도를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 핵심역량 수준에 대해 교사는 사고력을 가장 높게 평가하였지만 학생들은 연구 및 탐구능력을 가장 높게 인식하였다. 그리고 교사는 협동능력을 가장 낮게 평가하였지만 학생들은 자기효능감을 낮게 평가하였다. 둘째, 교사들은 자기주도적 학습태도, 사고력, 교과에 대한 흥미, 학습동기가 과학영재 들에게 길러주어야 할 중요한 역량으로 지각하였으며, 자기조절능력, 협동정신, 자기주도적 학습태도에 대한 교육적 요구 수준이 높은 것으로 인식하였다. 끝으로 과학영재에게 요구되는 핵심역량기반교육에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was intended to analyze mechanical beauty of the art style represented on the second half of the 20th century fashion. From the early 20th century, when the mechanical civilization began to develop in full scale, various distinctive styles of art began to emerge by the denial of the traditional artistic style, which is said to be an inevitable consequence fo the 20th century's spirit. That is, the diversified styles of modern art, which has developed in line with the rapid growth of civilizations, experienced environmental pollution, non-humanization and un-individualization. Those phenomena became mental anguish for artists and designers, they have come to meet with changes, by their efforts to find new way. SO, the mechanical beauty is becoming a very important factor arts. Especially, the collage of the Cubism have used as art techniques of positive mechanical beauty. And in the transition from Dada to Surrealism, the objects provided an important harmony, suggesting that all things, even those achieved by chance or presented in new associations or radical dissociations, could be said to have meaning. Pop Art that expressed daily living of spending culture in the post industrial society, scaled up the induction of mass media which was much more realistic than Dada or Surrealism. According to the results of this study, the second half of the 20th century fashion has generated mechanical beauty was examined and plundered by modern art styles. The mechanical beauty of modern art was represented in the modern fashion as the positive and negative formativeness. Above all, the best way that the fashion design should take in the future, is in the search of ways how to restore humanity that was lost due to use of machine, how t develop its merits and how to harmonized with mechanical civilization.

This study is to analysis on movie costume including the personal characters, social influences and situational effects of the main heroines among the expressions of clothing through the movie, "Gone with the Wind" produced by the MGM Company in America in 1939 with the collapse of the social classes through the American Civil War as its setting. The range of this study is to look into the images of cinema costumes like the colors and silhouette related to the roles based on the movie. According to this study, first, we can see the changing process from crinoline to bustle styles by historical invastigations into clothing styles rather than the images of roles in the aspect of silhouette Scarlet of hanghty and challenging character is shawn in X-type silhouette mainly using capped sleeves and laces and Mellany of obedient and generous character, compared with Scarlet, is showing less detail effects, and is expressed in A-type silhouette of modesty and maturity. Second, there are remarkable differences of colors and details in which starlet who had the pioneer spirit used the vivid tones like red, green and black, and white laces and blades as an accent while Mellany who was considerate and soft used the dark tones like black and blue, and white and blue lace shawls And third, in images, Scarlet who was very positive in sociai activities is expressed as a elegance and romantic images in the sophisticated and modern styles but Mellany who was a good and steady housewife was shown as a elegance image in the mannish styles.

In 2009, two national universities were integrated into one and the following was newly named Gangneung- Wonju National University. Therefore, this university requires consolidation and promotion of UI(University Identity) as a college brand in order to secure and enhance its competitiveness. The purpose of this study was to design and develop campus-wear, ultimately, it can be used as a part of the Gangeung-Wonju University's UIP policy. A qualitative approach of searching==incorporating books, dissertations, and web-based information==was taken to investigate theoretical backgrounds. The campus-wears were collected from the selected universities in Korea and abroad for the distinct design development. The result of the research are as follows. The concept for the design planning was "wit, exciting & challenge for campus life". The developed UI had focused on expressing positive images of the University. Six items were chosen for the campus-wear design. The goal was to demonstrate practicality and fashion trend. The color arrangement primarily focused on the University's official color and pursued a bright, breeze look. The detailed techniques used for the actual production were printing, embroidery, and accessories. The UI products may not only instill the members of the university with the spirit and pride by strengthening the sense of belonging, but also create a synergistic effect in education by boosting the university promotion and by newly establishing standing as the integrated university.

The main objective of this study aims at analyzing the national roles of fisheries in the global economy from the constitutional view point. Globalization provides general firms and businessmen with great opportunities that allow them to be able to plan and operate their business strategies beyond the national boundaries. WTO and FTA negotiations must be important facilitators of such globalization. However, Korean primary industries like fisheries under comparative disadvantage have a high probability that there may have to be the trade-offs between the primary and the industrial sector to maximize national benefits in the process of bilateral and/or multilateral international trade deals. Since, moreover, fishermen face strong binding constraints under which they hardly carry out fishing operations standing aloof from national boarders, they have to manage fishing businesses within their own national territory, to maintain and develop fisheries culture, and to explore their own destiny for themselves. Because of such reasons, the constitution imposes upon the State the duty to support and develop fisheries and fishing villages. Considering its article and spirit associated with fisheries(i.e. article 123), it seems unnecessary at this point in time that Korean society makes debates over national consensus for supporting fisheries. The reason is because the explicit provisions of the constitution do not allow their arbitrary interpretation depending upon interests or policy situations. However, where national support to the particular sector could not meet the expected social value system, there would be a great deal of chance to invite serious societal debates over such national commitment to the fisheries. Therefore, whether using it efficiently and realizing the socially expected policy goals must be a responsibility of both fisheries administration and fishing industries.

본 연구는 서울시에 있는 대학교의 재학생 178명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 중소기업가의 정신에 근거한 서번트리더십에 활용할 수 있는 자료를 마련하기 위해 이 연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중소기업 인적자원인 대학생들의 서번트리더십과 대인관계의 관계가 정적인 관계로 나타났다. 이는 중소기업 인적자원으로 준비하는 대학생들의 서번트리더십이 높을수록 대인관계도 높아진다는 것이다. 둘째, 대학생의 공감대형성이 만족감에 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 비전제시가 이해성에 대해서는 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 스트레스 해소가 개방성에 대해서는 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 도덕성이 의사소통과 개방성에서는 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 통찰력이 만족감과 이해성에 대해서는 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims at exploring the nature of the traditional Korean wines brewed throughout the Southern Region of Korea-Chulla-do, Kyungsang-do and Cheju-do describing their varieties and brewing methods and also comparing the similarities and differences of their features. When compared with the wines produced in the Central Region, the Southern varieties are very fastidious and complex in their brewing methods, which in turn show a wide range of diversity. First of all, all the 29 kinds of wines investigated, not a single one shows any resemblance to any one of the remaining, each exhibiting peculiar and particular characteristic features of its own. Especially, the distilling methods demonstrate very complex processes. Secondly, the majority of the Southern spirits are made from grains, added with fragrant flavor of pine tree, wormwood, chrysanthemum leaves and other medicine herbs such as Chinese matrimony vine and tankui. Thirdly, they are brewed with yeast made from wheat into kodupap(steamed rice) type of spirits, emerging as in the form of blended liquor. Fourthly, in brewing, different fermenting temperature and duration are required. Typewise, the temperature required for the basic spirit is $15{\sim}20^{\circ}C\;or\;25{\sim}30^{\circ}C$ : in the case of blended secondarily fermented liquor, from the minimum of $0{\sim}5^{\circ}C$ to the maximum of $75{\sim}80^{\circ}C$. The brewing duration is $3{\sim}5$ days for the basic spirits. In some cases, from the minimum of 3 days to the maximum of 100 days are consumed for fermenting. Fifthly, the wine extraction gadgets are yongsu (wine strainer), the sieve, filter paper, Korean traditional paper, the utilization of which implies that the brewers endeavor to observe and preserve the traditional and indigenous methods of wine making.
