Cultural tourism product that has its theme of Taekwondo which is the representative traditional martial arts of Korea possessing over 50 million people doing Taekwondo worldwide has high marketability and usefulness. By this, the researcher is trying to implement design development expecting transition to new perception on the cultural product by qualitative growth of productivity quality, popularization of crafted products, comsumer oriented product development by deciding cultural product production fit for Taekwondo concept based on the participation of tourism activity of Taekwondo institute by visitors and tourists of Taekwondo institute. Firstly, storybook containing spirit and story of Taekwondo, secondly general rack for pencils or candles, thirdly mini memo in universal price which is practical and sophisticated. With the perception of necessity and possibility to use Taekwondo-related cultural tourist product, by aggressively using the product as the souvenir of Muju Taekwondo institute to promote Taekwondo, we hope that the product will help to create value, which differs from existing cultural tourist products.

The purpose of this study is to consider debates the reorganization of administrative districts and to investigate the role of maps in this debate during the early stage of French Revolution. For this, firstly, we examined the argument of reformers who attempted to change the administration system of the Old Regime. We found that physiocrats proposed map use for their attempt to reform this system. Secondly, we considered the debate on the theme of the new division of the kingdom on the basis of speeches or interventions delivered to the National Assembly. Robert de Hesseln's map, itself influenced by the geometric spirit shown by the map of Cassini, played an crucial role in the utopian ideas of revolutionaries who would divide France in administrative units of equal size geometric grid. Thirdly, the deputies decided the number and boundary of department on the basis of Hennequin's map. The final cut which resulted in very tense negotiations with local leaders was irregular polygons modeled on patterns of economic relations, and elements of relief and historical tradition. Fourthly, new administrative divisions are plotted on the map of Cassini and presented to the National Assembly. And it was declared as a new administrative division of France.

This study is to observe the correlation between user properties and user behavior on the mobile game, one of the most prominent digital contents with the most mutual interaction. Among various factors affecting on behaviors of game users, the user properties itself was accentuated, and the effect of individual and psychological quality on the use of game was evaluated. The user properties were mainly categorized into five factors of "interpersonal relationship", "level of game skill", "inclination of innovation", "self-esteem", and "competitive spirit", and the use behavior of game was categorized mainly into two types - quantitative behavior of "amount of use (time of use, consumption cost)" and qualitative behavior of "perceived satisfaction level (perceived enjoyment, perceived service quality, and perceived price)". As a result of study, in general, as the user quality subjected in this study is stronger, the amount of use and satisfaction level are higher. This study is to observe what type of user qualities leads to the more use, consumption, and satisfaction level of game contents to contribute to the study about the use of conventional digital contents and heavy use.

This article is focused on the agglomeration and decline factors of the footwear industries in Busan metropolitan area from the industrial cluster point of perspective. For the research, 'the components and network of industrial cluster model' are presented which is restructured of M. Porter's cluster model. Moreover, this research have examined the agglomeration and decline process of the footwear industries in Busan area and conducted a survey targeting footwear enterprises in Busan area. In the late 1980's, the footwear industries in Busan area formed the largest footwear industrial cluster in the world. However, the industrial cluster started to decline from early 1990's and now it is reduced in to 1/10 size of the past. The growth factors of Busan footwear industrial cluster include cheap and plentiful labours, penetration of OEM production, entrepreneur spirit, human resources network, government's support and so on. Moreover, the agglomeration of relative companies also created high competitiveness in this cluster. The decay factors are pointed out sudden rise of labour cost, shortage of factory site, rise of land price, alteration of government policy, international relocation of footwear production and growth of overseas industrial cluster. Busan footwear industrial cluster nowadays has declined in its size, but it is the only footwear industrial cluster in Korea.

Following the previous works on the natural frequency of heaving circular cylinder, i.e. Lee and Lee (2013) and Kim and Lee (2013), an investigation of the same spirit on the 2-dimensional cylinder of Lewis form has been conducted. As before, the natural frequency is defined as that corresponding to the local maximum of the MCFR (Modulus of Complex Frequency Response), which is given by the equation of motion in the frequency domain analysis. Hydrodynamic coefficients were found by using the Ursell-Tasai method, and numerical results for them were obtained up to much higher frequencies than before, for which the method was known as numerically unstable in the past. For a wide range of H, the beam-draft ratio, and ${\sigma}$, the sectional area coefficient, including their practical ranges for a ship, results for the natural frequency were computed and presented in this work. Two approximate values for the natural frequency, one proposed by Lee (2008) and another one by the damped harmonic oscillator, were also compared with the current results, and for most cases it was observed that the current result is between the two values. Our numerical results showed that the values of the local maximum of MCFR as well as the natural frequencye increase as ${\sigma}$ increases while H decreases. At present, extension of the present finding to the 3-dimensional ship via the approximate theory like the strip method looks promising.

In this study, we have looked into how factors of 'entrepreneurship' and 'entrepreneurship education satisfaction' affect the 'entrepreneurial intentions'. Regarding how entrepreneurship affects the entrepreneurial intentions, this study was intended to verify the mediating effect(s) of 'entrepreneurship education satisfaction'. Was a survey of the startup classes of K university students take to achieve the objects of the present study, the result of th empirical relationship between th variables is as follows. This study shows that the achievement needs and risk taking of the entrepreneurship have meaningful (+) effect on the entrepreneurial intentions, And also 'entrepreneurship education satisfaction' is positively mediating 'the achievement needs' and 'the risk taking', but not applied to ambiguity acceptance of entrepreneurship. This study implies that growing confidence and entrepreneurial spirit through entrepreneurship expert education have positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. For this study, we have conducted a survey targeting the students who take a class of entrepreneurship in K institute of Technology.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of cooperative thinking and communication ability through gamified VR contents. For the experiment, we designed the Forum VR content using gamification approach and validated its effectiveness with a survey tool. The experiment was answered after 63 elementary school students played the Forum VR content. According to the survey results, Forum VR content has positive effects on the development of collaborative spirit and communication skills of elementary school students. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to study the systematic and technical measures to spread VR contents at educational sites, and to differentiate them according to the characteristics of the curriculum for connecting various educational topics and VR contents.

This study is an analytical study on textbooks of , which was first presented in the 2015 revised high school mathematics curriculum. The textbook has a very high educational significance in that it is the first textbook developed for students majoring in economics. Analyzing whether these textbooks faithfully follow the spirit of the curriculum is an essential study for nurturing creative and convergent human beings and for personal self-realization. Therefore, in this study, a consistency analysis was conducted to determine whether the textbook fits the textbook development direction suggested by the curriculum developer and is appropriate for the state-approved mathematics curriculum. As a result of analysis, the contents of the textbook did not partially meet these criteria and lacked consistency. In conclusion, it is necessary to prepare more thorough standards for the examination and recognition of high school elective courses in the future.

Volunteer fire department is a private firefighting organization which is set up in Seoul, metropolitan cities, city/eup/myeon to assist firefighting service. It actively participates in prevention and aid of various disasters as well as in fire prevention/extinguishment to protect people's lives and property and to promote regional development. In short, it is a nonpaid, voluntary, private service organization; it is composed of residents in the area who have spirit of service and sacrifice, wish to join, and work in their own occupation while assisting firefighting work. Yet, voluntary fire department of such nobility and sincerity has not been vitalized, and accordingly, studies regarding this issue have been conducted in firefighting organizations and academia. Therefore, purposes of this research are 1) to analyze issues of current situation through looking at basic training for new volunteer firefighter, unification of power to appoint and dismiss captain and crews of the volunteer fire department, volunteer fire firefighters with a few good people, and vitalization of female volunteer firefighters; and 2) to propose vitalization measures based on the findings above.

The catchment management experiences of the Evian natural mineral water (NMW) bottling company were reviewed. Evian is among the leading brands of bottled NMW in France, exporting worldwide and becoming a role model for companies in many countries due to its long-term experiences in sustainably managing NMW source areas. Experiences of bottled water companies in France show that they are incessantly moving forward with proactive and advanced ideas to meet environmental challenges. For business sustainability, companies are dedicated to improving their environmental performance through effective and planned resource management. Evian has been working with the local community in a spirit of co-ownership to invent and preserve the water resource and fulfill its ambition of sustainable industrial functioning. The partnership aims to balance the protection of the NMW resource and sustainable agricultural development within the catchment.
