  • First known female of the sac spider Clubiona zacharovi Mikhailov, 1991 is described from Korea. This is a rare species inhabiting in the plant litter or under the stone in mountain sites.

  • It is an important research area in Integrated Pest Management System to estimate the pest density within plants, because the artificial controls such as spraying pesticides or biological enemies depend on the information of pest density. This paper studies the population density distribution of two-spotted spider mite in glasshouse roses. As the data were collected repeatedly on the same subject, Subject-Specific and Population Averaged approaches are used and compared.

  • 본 논문은 PDP(Plasma Display Panel)용 전원 공급 회로 및 구동 회로에 관한 것으로써, 기존의 분리되어 있는 전원 공급 회로와 구동 회로를 통합한 새로운 방식의 PDP용 전원-구동 통합 회로를 제안한다. 제안 회로는 유지 전원부의 전력전달 기능과 X, Y 구동부의 전력회수 기능을 하나의 전력 변환 회로만으로 가능하게 하는 장점이 있다. 최종적으로 제안 회로의 이론적 분석 및 우수성을 검증하기 위해 42" HD PDP를 위한 시작품을 제작하여 고찰된 실험결과를 제시한다.

  • In this study, a die set for enclosed die forging is developed and it is applied to precision forging of bevel gears and spiders. The enclosed die forging die set is introduced in detail together with the enclosed die forging. A target mechanical press and a model product are selected and various engineering technologies are applied for detail design of the enclosed die forging die set. Several precision forgings are manufactured by the developed die set. The enclosed die forging die set as well as the precision forging processes are developed under intensive industry-university cooperation.

  • Ultrastructure of the poison secreting organ in the spiders, Agelena limbata Thorell and Nephila clavata L. Koch were studied using scanning and transmission electron microscopes. The venom glands located its secretory sac portion in cephalothorax and excretory duct in the fang of chelicera are one pair of simple alveolar glands composed of three kinds of basic tissues-outer spiral musculature, middle myoepithelium and inner glandular epithelium. The muscle cells of the venom gland junctioned with the motor nerve endings at neuromuscular contact area are composed of smooth muscle fibers, whereas the myoepithelial cells between the musculature and inner glandular epithelium have compact collagenous fibers within the cytoplasm. The glandular epithelial cells which arranged along the concentrical location are subdivided into basal light cells and apical dark cells according to electron densities of their cytoplasms.

  • From the past to the future, the great nature has been long standing good text and has never been behind the fashion. All problems of human being had been occured and been solved by 'Lives' and the biological chemistry ststem which are inside the nature. They say that "Ecology is the applications of biological shape in man made system design." We should find out the basic principles of nature and apply to the necessity of study. Biology, Ecology, and the other relational theory of design have abundant sources of idea in which designers can take new policy and creativities. When designers design new products they should consider socialogy and psychological circumstances that are related to them, and should find out various possibilities trying to contact biological systems and ecological systems which are chosen in the nature. The seed of ash samara can be applied to firehydrant for mountain on fire and application of the spider's web can lead to the device for road work. As soon as possible, we should find out the methods introducing the nautre which supplies infinite sources of idea to the basic theory of design.of design.

  • 고출력 펨토초 레이저 기술은 커렌즈 모드록킹 기술, Ti:sapphire 이득매질의 개발, chirped pulse amplification (CPA) 등의 도움으로 1980년대 후반부터 급속히 발전해 왔다. 생성된 펨토초 펄스의 시간적 특성을 정확히 알아내기 위한 방법들도 많이 연구되어 주파수 분해 괌게이팅(FROG)이나 주파수위상 간섭계(SPIDER) 등의 방법들이 기존의 자체상관계를 대체하게 되었다. 극초단 레이저 펄스는 넓은 스펙트럼을 갖고 첨두출력이 높기 때문에 매질이나 광학계를 지나면서 군지연분산, 자체위상변조 등의 효과에 의한 시간적 위상변화가 쉽게 생긴다.   • 깔때기거미屬(Coras)은 1898年에 E. Simon이 創設한 이래, 北美洲에서 約 15種, 極東地域에서 다음 3種이 記載되었다. 卽 C. insidiosus(L. Koch, 1877) 日本 C. luctuosus(L. Koch, 1877) 日本 $\\cdot$ 中國(\ulcorner) C.plancyi(Simon, 1880) 日本 $\\cdot$ 中國 本屬은 Coelotes 屬과 매우 닮아서, 그 사이에 뚜렷한 區分을 지우기란 困難하며, 따라서 種의 所屬에도 적지않은 混亂을 招來하고 있다. 本屬은 종래에는 Ageleidae의 Ageleninae에 所屬시켜 왔으나 最近에 Lehtinen(1967)은 이것을 F.O. Pickard-Cambridge(1893)가 設定한 Coelotinae로 옮겼는데 이것은 매우 타당한 處事라 하겠다. 韓國産 Coras 屬에 對해서는 白(1942, 1962, 1967), 白 $\\cdot$ 金(1956) 및 南宮(1964) 等이 日本과 共通種인 Coras insidiosus를 報告한바 있다. 그러나 이번 調査에서 이것은 Coelotes songminjae Paik et Yaginuma, 1969의 synonym으로 밝혀졌으므로 우리 나라의 spider fauna에서 除外하기로 했다. 한편 筆者 所藏의 標本을 整理한 結果 새로히 1韓國未記錄種 과 1新種을 얻었기에 이에 記載하는 바이다. 韓國未記錄種 Coras luctuosus (L.
