소셜네트워크의 등장은 기업 환경에도 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 초기의 기업 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)는 자사 고객들과의 커뮤니케이션 채널로 활용되었지만, 최근의 기업 SNS는 자사내의 조직강화 수단으로 인식되기 시작하고 있다. 직원들의 수평적인 아이디어 뱅크와 인맥 형성(Human networks)을 위해서 많은 기업들이 SNS 활용을 시도하고 있다. 기업 SNS의 활용도가 높아지기 위해서는 Anywhere, Anytime 접근 환경이 지원되어야 한다. 기존 SNS 활용도를 폭발적으로 증가시킨 스마트폰과 같은 모바일 단말 지원도 기업 SNS에서도 이루어져야 한다. 그러나, 모바일 단말은 PC와 같은 기존 사용자 환경에 비해서 보안적으로 많은 취약점을 갖고 있다. 이 논문에서는 기업 SNS에모바일 단말 활용 시 대두될 수 있는 보안 취약성을 점검하고, 그에 대한 대응책을 제시한다.

본 연구는 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS) 의 만족에 어떠한 서비스 품질 요인이 영향을 주는지에 대해서 연구하였다. 웹 2.0의 확대로 커뮤니티에 대한 고객 수요가 확대되면서 나타난 개념인 SNS(Social Network Service) 시장이 급성장 하였다. 이에 대한 서비스 품절 요인을 측정하기 위하여 SNS 사용자를 대상으로 설문 연구를 진행하였다 연구결과 접속성, 충족성, 사용 용이성, 유희성 및 안정성 등 5개 요인 중 충족성, 사용 용이성 및 유희성은 서비스 만족에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났지만 접속성과 안정성을 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

As social media penetrates more deeply into people's everyday lives, social commerce (a type of commerce that combines SNS features and possibility for commercial transactions) has enjoyed unprecedented growth. Shopping on Facebook is a representative example of social commerce platform that allows consumers to interact with other users, exchange information and purchase products without leaving a Facebook page. Social commerce presents great opportunities for marketers in terms of leveraging social aspects of shopping experience. It also offers a large potential for Korean companies to reach various target markets, as well as establish their presence abroad. Yet, acceptance of social commerce as a legitimate shopping channel has been slow, and consumers are still hesitant to shop via Facebook. This study draws on uses and gratification theory and the concept of perceived risk to examine how different motives for SNS use and the associated types of perceived risks can affect the purchase intention on the platform. Empirical data from 288 young users of Facebook were analyzed. Findings identified two main motives for SNS use: information-related motive and communication-related motive. Information-related motive significantly affected the intention to shop on Facebook, whereas communication-related motive did not have any significant influence. Risks associated with shopping via Facebook included delivery risk, security risk, social risk and economic risk. Overall, consumers perceived a higher level of security and social risk associated with shopping on Facebook. However, only social risk had a significant negative influence on the purchase intention. Awareness and previous experience of buying via social commerce platform positively affected consumers' purchase intention.

SNS 빅데이터 분석은 소셜 미디어에서 생성되는 빅데이터로부터 숨겨진 가치를 찾아내는 것을 의미한다. 본고는 해양수산 분야의 국민적 관심사를 파악하기 위해 24개 키워드를 도출하여 SNS 빅데이터 분석을 실시하였다. 언급량이 많은 키워드는 수산물, 해운, 독도 순이었으며, 해양정책, 해양안보 등 국민적 관심사가 적은 키워드는 상대적으로 언급량이 미미했다. 매체별 언급량은 정부가 주도하는 분야는 뉴스에, 민간이 주도하거나 국민생활 연관성이 큰 경우는 블로그와 트위터에 많았다. 따라서 해양수산 정책 수립 시 SNS 빅데이터 분석을 활용해 국민적 관심사를 반영하고, 특히 부정적인 요인을 해소하는데 역점을 두어야 한다. 또한 매체별로 언급량이 다르므로 차별화된 홍보방안을 마련할 필요가 있다.

The study aimed to investigate the impact of social networks safety (SNS) on the marketing information quality (MIQ) during the COVID-19 pandemic in Saudi Arabia. The study examines the statistical differences in social networks safety SNS and marketing information quality MIQ according to the demographics such as age, sex, income, and education. For this study purpose, information security and privacy are two components of social networks safety. The research materials are website resources, regular books, journals, and articles. The population includes all Saudi users of social networks. The figures show that active users of the social network reached 25 Million in 2020. The snowball method was used and sample size is 500 respondents and the questionnaire is the tool for the data collection. The Structural Equation Modelling SEM technique is used. Convergent Validity, Discriminate Validity, and Multicollinearity are the main assumptions of structural equation modeling SEM. The findings show the high positive impact of SNS networks safety on MIQ and the statistical differences in such variables refer to education. Finally, the study presents a set of future suggestions to enhance the safety of social networks in Saudi Arabia.

Text mining (TM) is most widely used to process the various unstructured text documents and process the data present in the various domains. The other name for text mining is text classification. This domain is most popular in many domains such as movie reviews, product reviews on various E-commerce websites, sentiment analysis, topic modeling and cyber bullying on social media messages. Cyber-bullying is the type of abusing someone with the insulting language. Personal abusing, sexual harassment, other types of abusing come under cyber-bullying. Several existing systems are developed to detect the bullying words based on their situation in the social networking sites (SNS). SNS becomes platform for bully someone. In this paper, An Enhanced text mining approach is developed by using Ensemble Algorithm (ETMA) to solve several problems in traditional algorithms and improve the accuracy, processing time and quality of the result. ETMA is the algorithm used to analyze the bullying text within the social networking sites (SNS) such as facebook, twitter etc. The ETMA is applied on synthetic dataset collected from various data a source which consists of 5k messages belongs to bullying and non-bullying. The performance is analyzed by showing Precision, Recall, F1-Score and Accuracy.

최근 빠르게 대중화된 스마트폰은 이제 생활 필수요소로서 우리의 삶 속 깊숙이 자리 잡고 있으며, 다양한 기능을 제공하는 애플리케이션(앱)은 쇼핑, 뱅킹, SNS, 게임 등 풍부한 서비스는 물론 효율적인 업무 수행을 위한 스마트워크 모바일 오피스 등의 영역으로 확산되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 스마트폰 앱은 앱스토어라 불리는 애플리케이션 마켓에서 쉽게 다운로드가 가능한 반면 개발자들 또한 쉽게 업로드 할 수 있어 많은 보안 위협이 존재하고 있다. 따라서 작전용 앱은 민간 앱과 동일하게 인터넷 기반의 상용 앱스토어를 통해 배포할 경우 각종 보안위협에 노출될 수밖에 없다. 이러한 현실을 극복하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 군내 스마트기기에서 사용할 군용 앱 개발 배포 시 보안 점검 및 각종 위해 요인의 사전 차단이 통합적으로 수행 가능한, 군전용 밀리터리 앱스토어와 앱 보안성 검증시스템의 구축 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 spring framework와 각 SNS들의 API를 활용한 각 플랫폼들을 한 사이트에 연동하여 사용자들이 손쉽게 관리하기 위하여 진행하였다. SNS 통합 플랫폼에서의 중요한 요소는 사용자들의 SNS 관리 시간을 단축시키는 것인데 이를 위해 플랫폼들의 게시물들을 한 곳에서 게시, 수정, 삭제 그리고 여러 플랫폼에 게시물을 동시에 업로드하는 기능과 게시물들을 필터링하는 기능을 제공하였다. 이를 통해 사용자의 편의성은 올라가며 더 효율적으로 게시물들을 관리하여 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다.

전문대학의 프로그래밍 수업에서 시험효과를 이용하여 학습자의 집중도를 높이고 긴장감을 유발하며 학업 성취도를 높일 수 있는 실시간 학업성취도 테스트와 피드백 방안을 제안한다. SNS와 간단한 필기구를 활용한 시험으로 교수자는 수업 전과 후의 학습자의 성취도의 변화를 쉽게 파악하며 학습자는 실시간으로 SNS를 통해 피드백을 받을 수 있다.

현재 소셜 네트워크 서비스 사용자는 자신의 정보를 보호하기 위하여 정보 노출 수준의 설정을 하고 이를 통하여 프라이버시 노출을 방지한다. 하지만 소셜 네트워크가 정보의 공유를 지향함에 따라 정보 노출 수준 설정만을 통해서는 프라이버시를 보호하기 어렵다. 이러한 정보 노출 수준 설정은 자신이 보유하고 있는 정보에 관해서만 접근제어가 가능하지만, 친구에서 친구로 공유된 자신의 정보 같은 경우에는 정보 노출에 대한 제어가 불가능하거나 제한적이다. 프라이버시 보호를 위해서는 자신이 생성한 정보는 자신이 보유하고 있지 않더라도 다른 사용자들의 접근을 제어할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 공개키 인증서 시스템을 통하여 자신이 생성한 정보에 대해서는 직접적으로 보유하고 있지 않더라도 접근을 제어할 수 있는 보안 모델을 제안한다.
