공공도서관 SNS 마케팅 효과 연구: 중국 공공도서관에서 위챗 공식계정을 이용하여 (A Study on the Effects of Public Library SNS Marketing: Using WeChat Official Accounts in Chinese Public Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 중국 공공도서관의 위챗 공식계정을 이용한 마케팅이 도서관에 대한 인식 및 이용자 충성도에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 중국 공공도서관 위챗 공식계정을 구독한 이용자와 구독하지 않은 이용자의 심층 인터뷰를 통해 연구 가능성을 탐색하고 설문지를 개발하였다. 이를 기반으로 중국 6개 지역의 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 그 결과 공식계정 운영특성은 중국 공공도서관에 대한 인식과 이용자 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 SNS를 활용한 중국 공공도서관 마케팅이 이용자의 도서관 이용목적, 공공도서관 인식 및 이용자 충성도에 어떠한 영향이 있는지 검증하였고 SNS 유형 중에 위챗 공식계정을 다루었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

외식 프랜차이즈 기업의 SNS 마케팅 활동이 소비자 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (Impacts of Food-Service Franchise's SNS Marketing Activities on Customer Behavior Intention)

  • Purpose - Many companies use the Internet to conduct their business to maintain and acquire their customers. SNS is used as a site where users can create profiles, build personal networks, and then share and exchange information with others. Not only do people use SNS for their self-promotion, but they also promote their services by creating SNS pages. SNS is recognized as a medium for implementing effective advertising strategies and is being used as an important means of promoting the company. Therefore, in this study, we investigate the effect of SNS marketing characteristics of restaurant franchise firms on utilitarian value and hedonic value and examine their effects on purchase intention. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected from 20s-60s respondents who have used SNS for restaurant visit using Google survey. A total of 159 responses were collected and used for final analysis. Smart PLS 3.0 was used for the hypothesis test. Results - As a result of an analysis, it was shown that the influence of the playfulness and affordability of information on the utilitarian value had a significant positive effect. Interaction and up-to-date did not have a positive effect on utilitarian value. Interaction, affordability, and up-to-date have no significant positive effects on hedonic value. The playfulness of information has a positive effect on the hedonic value. Both utilitarian value and hedonic value had positive effects on purchase intention. Conclusions - The findings of this study suggest that the SNS marketers of restaurant franchisors should focus on the playfulness, affordability, and up-to-date rather than the interactivity of SNS. In marketing through SNS, the act of presenting the basis of information and enhancing the provision of information through objective criteria makes it possible to experience the practical value of information. It is necessary to develop differentiated contents which cause customers interest and fun and to induce many customers' purchase intent by providing objective and realistic information. In order to increase the customers' repurchase intentions toward the food service business, customers should maximize the hedonic value and practical value felt through information. It should also focus on providing information that customers are receptive to, rather than providing prompt information.

  • 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)를 활용하여 다양한 커뮤니티활동 및 정보 공유와 인적 네트워크를 형성해 나가는 일들이 많아지고 있다. 마케팅 관점에서 SNS는 기업과 소비자의 새로운 의사소통의 창이며 비즈니스의 새로운 기회이다. 그리하여 많은 기업들이 SNS를 이용한 마케팅 활동을 펼치고 있다. H. A. Simon은 의사결정을 위한 자료수집의 어려움을 시간과 비용의 한계 때문에 모든 정보를 수집할 수 없으므로 제한된 합리성(bounded rationality) 내에서 의사결정을 하는 것이 효율적이라고 하였다. 이때, 정보제공 자 또는 정보에 대한 신뢰가 있다면 고객은 빠르게 의사결정을 할 수 있을 것이며, 자신의 선택에 대한 만족도가 높아질 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 SNS를 활용한 기업의 마케팅에서 고객의 신뢰가 어떻게 작용하는지 매개모형에서 신뢰라는 조건이 어떻게 작용하는지 살펴보고 이를 실증함으로써, 이론적으로는 좀 더 엄격한 매개된 조절효과에 대한 실증방법론을 도입하는 것이며, 실무적으로는 SNS 정보 품질이 성과변수, 즉 고객 만족 및 충성도에 미치는 직 간접적인 효과에 신뢰의 역할을 재조명하는 것이다. 이로써 이 결과를 이용하는 기업이 SNS를 이용하여 마케팅 전략을 수립할 때 필요한 전략적 도구가 되고자 한다.

The Effect of Message Construal Level, Temporal Distance and Consumer's SNS Self-efficacy on Consumers' Attitude Toward SNS Fashion Advertisements

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the construal level and temporal distance of a message and consumer's Social Network Service (SNS) self-efficacy on consumers' attitudes toward SNS fashion advertising. This study employed a 2 (message configuration: high construal level/low construal level) ${\times}$ 2 (temporal distance: distant future/near future) ${\times}$ 2 (SNS self-efficacy: high/low) between-subject factorial design. The survey was conducted on Facebook users in their twenties (N=216). The results are as follows: First, attitude toward SNS fashion advertising and purchase intention was higher when the message construal level was lower and when the temporal distance was closer. Second, no interactions between temporal distance and message construal level for attitude toward SNS advertising and purchase intention were found in this study. However, interactions between temporal distance and SNS self-efficacy for attitude toward SNS advertising and purchase intention were found. When the SNS self-efficacy was high, message with the low construal level reacted significantly positive in terms of attitude toward the ad as well as purchase intention. It is expected that this study will provide insight for apparel makers or retailers to use SNS as a new advertising media for fashion marketing. Practical implications and limitations are discussed.

SNS 구전정보특성이 외식제품의 신뢰와 구매의도 및 구전의도에 미치는 영향: 사회적 자본의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effects of SNS WOM Information Characteristics on Trust, Purchase Intention and WOM Intention: Focusing on the Moderating Effects of Social Capital)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of SNS WOM information characteristics on trust, purchase intention and WOM intention with regards to food products. In addition, the moderating role of social capital was also examined between SNS WOM information characteristics and trust of food products. This survey was conducted on those who used SNS from 13th to 27th on October, 2016 in Seoul and Kyonggi area, using convenience sampling method. A total of 380 responses were collected, of which 365 were used for analysis after excluding responses containing missing data. The results from this study are as follows. First, it was found that neutrality than consensus of SNS WOM information characteristics had a greater effect on the trust of food products. Second, only bonding capital was found to moderate the relationships between consensus of SNS WOM information characteristics and trust of food products. Third, trust of food products significantly impacted purchase intention and WOM intention of food products. These findings intend to propose the effective marketing strategy on the SNS to executives or marketers of food companies.

SNS 여성 이용자의 신체불만족과 식이장애에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구: 대상화이론과 사회비교이론을 중심으로 (A Study on the Factors Influencing the Body Dissatisfaction and Eating Disorders of Female Social Network Service Users: Focusing on Objectification theory and Social Comparison theory)

  • The study investigated the effects of SNS usage on 20s and 30s female SNS users' internalization of thin body, body surveillance, appearance upper comparison, body dissatisfaction and eating disorders based on objectification theory and social comparison theory. The study examined differences on SNS usage and body image variables between high and low groups of SNS envy and self-compassion. Social Network Service (SNS) is used as a contemporary marketing tool for brands and companies. It also influences the body image of female SNS users. The survey used an online survey company for female SNS users in their 20s and 30s to analyze the effect of SNS usage. The results showed that SNS usage significantly impacted the internalization of a thin body, body surveillance and appearance upper comparison. The internalization of thin body also had a significant impact on body surveillance and appearance upper comparison. Appearance upper comparison positively affected body dissatisfaction and eating disorders. Finally, the group with higher SNS envy showed higher SNS usage, internalization of thin body, body surveillance, appearance upper comparison, body dissatisfaction and eating disorders. The group with higher self-compassion showed opposite results. This study provided a theoretical expansion for a SNS and female body image study with objectification theory and social comparison theory. It also suggests positive SNS marketing strategies use for brands. Lastly, this study emphasized the importance of the proper use of SNS to protect the body image of SNS users.

SNS 사용자의 이용습관과 감정적 요인 관점에서 기업 SNS 계정의 지속적 사용의도에 관한 연구 (Continuous Use of Corporate SNS Accounts from a Habit and Emotional Perspective)

  • Since social network service (SNS) has been widely used as a effective way for people to connect and communication with each other, the use of corporate SNS account also has increased. However, compared to a private SNS account, only few people have a continuous relationship with their corporate SNS account because the use of corporate SNS account tends to be one-time and temporary activity whenever the users just need events and information. Given the psychological side effects of using SNS, the relative lack of empirical studies on the impacts of emotional factor in SNS prevents the deeper understanding of the intention to continuous using corporate SNS account. Therefore, this study aims to explore key determinants of the intension to continuous using the corporate SNS account from a habit and emotional perspective. To bridge research gap, we attempt to divide emotional factor into the following 5 factors based on Mehrabian and Russell model (1974): intimacy, enjoyment (positive factor), privacy concern, anxiety (negative factor), arousal (arousal factor) and (dominant factor). The basic model is proposed to explore the effects of habit and emotional factors on the intension to continuous using the corporate SNS account. We then examine how the effects of habit and emotional factors differ depending on social media types (e.g., facebook and twitter). The results indicates that habit is related to emotional factors, and each emotional factor differently influences the intension to continuous using the corporate SNS account. The results also confirm that the effects of the habit and emotional factors on the intension to continuous using the corporate SNS account differ according to social media types. This study provides practical and useful guidance and the strategic marketing insight for managers in maintaining and improving the intension to continuous using the corporate SNS account.

Effects of Positive Characteristics of SNS on Use Satisfaction and Using Reluctant Intention: A Path Model for the Role of Trust and Value

  • This study was conducted to examine the effects of interactivity, entertainment and ease of use, which are positive characteristics of SNS, on SNS using satisfaction and using reluctant intention and the roles of perceived values and trust among users in the relationships among these variables, in order to find a clue to contribution to positive use and development of SNS. For this study, a survey was performed targeting normal people in Seoul and the metropolitan area and a total of 224 effective questionnaires were acquired. Then frequency analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation path analysis were carried out. As a result of analysis, interactivity and ease of use increased SNS using satisfaction and decreased using reluctant intention via trust and users' perceived values respectively. The result of analyzing the modification model showed that interactivity and entertainment directly increased SNS using satisfaction. These findings imply that SNS providers fully need to reflect the needs of consumers for interactivity, entertainment and ease of use for improving consumers' perceived values and trust. It is also concluded that consumers can enjoy positive SNS activities by increasing trust with SNS users through a positive understanding of interactivity and participation.

SNS 이용자 간 상호작용과 이용의도에 미치는 영향: 한·중 비교 (Effects of Interaction Factors on SNS User's Interaction and Use Intention: Comparison Between Korea and China)

  • 본 연구는 SNS 환경에서 이용자 간 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 한 중 젊은층 소비자 간에 어떤 차이점이 있는지를 분석하는데 주된 목적을 두었다. 분석결과 한국의 경우 기술적 요인 중 이용 용이성이, 중국은 사회적 요인 중 사회적 유대감이 이용자 간 상호작용에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이용자 간 상호작용이 이용의도에 미치는 영향은 한 중 소비자 간에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 향후 SNS 관련 연구나 실무적 차원에서 국가 간 차이를 고려한 마케팅전략의 차별화가 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

소비자의 SNS사용이 외식업체 방문의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Consumers on the Use of Social Networks and the Purpose of Visiting Restaurants)

  • 본 연구는 SNS 특성요인들이 사용자 만족과 소비자의 외식업체 방문의도에 영향을 미치는지를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 이를 위하여 기술수용모델을 근거로 외식 소비자의 SNS사용을 매개로 연구를 진행 하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 SNS의 사용 경험이 있는 대학생 172명을 대상으로 구조화된 자기기입식 설문을 하였다. 분석 방법으로는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 22.0을 사용하여 구조방정식모형 분석기법을 적용하였다. 연구결과 선행연구를 바탕으로 추출한 SNS 특성 요인 정보 제공성, 상호작용성, 유희성 중 정보제공성이 사용편리성에 유희성이 사용용이성에 영향을 미치지는 않았다. 그 외 요인들은 SNS사용을 통한 소비자 만족은 외식업체 방문의도에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 소비자가 지각하는 SNS 사용유용성과 사용편리성은 정확하고 커뮤니케이션 가능한 외식업체의 정보를 제공함으로써 고객의외식업체 방문의도에 영향을 미치며 나아가 고객 창출에 도움이 되는 마케팅 도구로 활용 가능 할 것이다. 향후 다양한 연령대의 조사가 이뤄져야 될 것이며 또한 외식업체가 SNS에 관여하는 정도와 소비자의 방문간 상관관계를 살펴봄으로써 외식업체의 SNS활동이 마케팅활동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 연구가 필요하리라 생각된다.
