SNS planning through analysis of office workers SNS use (직장인의 SNS 사용 분석을 통한 SNS 기획)

  • After platform changed from PC-based internet to mobile, SNS became new interactive media which relaces face-to-face interaction. the SNS users have already begun to recognize SNS as daily necessity. SNS market has been subdivided. In other words, SNS has entered into a period of vertical SNS that focus on contents and specific target. Therefore, It is necessary to analyze users for SNS planners. For this reason, analyzing why office workers who have the most powerful purchasing power use SNS is meaningful for SNS planners. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the reasons for using SNS of office workers by studying relationship among office workers' stress, social support, self-expression and the use of SNS. As a result, the use of SNS has a significantly positive correlation with social support and self-expression. The self-expression in the SNS is not associated with stress, but rather it is the characteristics of the office workers. However the social support in the SNS affects to stress.

An Exploration of Sub-account Management Behavior of SNS Users (SNS 사용자의 서브계정 관리행동에 대한 탐색)

  • Purpose This study is to phenomenologically discover key antecedents and outcomes of behavioral process of SNS users who have multiple SNS sub-accounts. Unlike previous studies that focused on user behavior in the context of a specific SNS platform, this study attempts to describe how and why individual manages their multiple sub-accounts across a variety of SNS platforms. Design/methodology/approach By applying the grounded theory methodology (GTM) to elucidate the unique behavior in SNS platforms, this study has conducted in-depth interview with 14 respondents who handle multiple accounts across the SNS platforms. As a results of analyzing the interview manuscripts, this study has extracted 47 concepts, 10 sub-categories and 6 main categories by conducting open coding, axis coding, and selective coding. Findings By analyzing interview data, this study has derived main categories such as account management, impression management, self-categorization, authority to determine the relationship, digital shadow work, and portfolio SNS accounts from qualitative interview data. This study has also conducted a process analysis that represents how main categories could be inter-related. Based on findings, this study provides a new phenomenological perspective to understand the behavioral process of SNS users' sub-account usage experience.

  • 최근 유무선 통신기술의 발달에 힘입어 정보소통의 주요 방식이 기존의 이메일에서 SNS로 변화되어 가고 있다. 이와함께 신속한 정보전달 및 원할한 협업이 기업의 경쟁력을 향상시키는 중요 요소로 인식됨에 따라, 영상회의 솔루션이 기업의 가치를 상승시키는 서비스로 주목받고 있다. 그러나 기존의 SNS의 경우, 일상적인 정보의 공유에 초점이 맞추어져 있어 전문지식의 공유 및 협업이 요구되는 전문가형 SNS로 활용하기에는 다소 미흡한점이 있다. 또한 영상회의의 경우, 특정 하드웨어 또는 소프트웨어를 설치하여야만 영상회의 솔루션을 활용할 수 있다는 문제점이 존재한다. 따라서 전문가를 위한 SNS개발을 위해서 본 연구에서는 SNS플랫폼 기반의 영상세미나 시스템을 설계한다. 설계하는 시스템은 Java Media Framework 및 소켓통신을 활용하여 영상세미나 시스템을 구축하고 아울러 Java Web Start의 형태로 SNS플랫폼 상에서 동작할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 이를통해 전문가를 위한 효율적인 정보공유 및 원할한 협업을 지원하며, SNS 플랫폼 기반으로 동작하기 때문에 기존 영상시스템을 활용하는데 발생하는 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.

  • This study is to analyze trends and relational structures in the energy sector related to renewable energy. For this reason, in this study, we focused on big data including SNS data. SNS utilizes the Instagram platform to collect renewable energy hash tags and use them as a word embedding method for big data analysis and social network analysis, and based on the results derived from this research, it will be used for the development of the renewable energy industry. It is expected that it can be utilized.

  • 최근 SNS가 급속히 성장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 불특정 다수가 아닌 한 명을 대상으로 하는 안드로이드 기반 SNS 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 제안한 폐쇄형 SNS는 상대방 번호를 입력해 단 한명만 지정할 수 있는 어플리케이션이다. D-day기능을 이용한 기념일 관리와 사진 공유 관리가 가능하며 Wish List를 통해 상대방의 관심사도 알 수 있는 등 다양한 커뮤니케이션이 가능하다.

  • According to the rapid growth of the number of SNS(Social Networking Service) applications based on Android OS, the importance of its security is also raised. Especially, many applications using KaKaoTalk platform has been released in these days, and these are top ranked in the relative markets. However, security issues on SNS applications have not been resolved clearly. Therefore, it is crucial to provide means to cope with the security threats posed by code-segment modification in the development stage of Android OS based SNS applications. In this paper, we analyze the security threats by modifying SNS application code segments and suggest effective security techniques.

  • This study introduces an effective marketing strategy for fashion SMEs and small designer brands utilizing Instagram as a social networking platform. The research compared the impact of two information delivery types (native advertisements vs. live streaming after native ads) and two types of promotional messages (scarcity vs. price discount) on SNS consumption value, and product attitude toward fashion designer brands. The study involved surveying 251 Korean women aged 25-55 with experience in buying designer products and using SNS. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 and Process Macro v3.5. Results indicated that both native advertisements and live streaming enhance economic and social values in SNS consumption. Live streaming with price discount messages generates higher perceived SNS consumption values compared to scarcity messages. Consumers showed a more favorable attitude toward designer brand products when watching the live streaming of price discount messages rather than scarcity messages. The findings emphasize that the broadcast host actively induced participation to reveal viewers' social presence through comments or emphasized discount messages such as ultra-special prices during live streaming on Instagram.

  • This study involves an experiment aimed to reveal the communicative effects by different types of visual expressions in SNS advertisements. This study analyzes consumers' dynamic responses to vicarious emotional experiences and the creative rhetorical expressions of networking media platforms through experiments that sample university students. The vicarious emotional experiences of networking media platforms have a significant effect on the consumers' subsequent reactions. The greater the vicarious emotional experiences are, the more positive this effect is. There is a significant interactive effect between consumers' vicarious emotional experiences and the rhetorical creative types of targeted media.

  • Purpose Social networking service (SNS) platforms employ distinct networking strategies to meet the varying needs of their users, resulting in divergent sets of technological functionalities offered by each platform. Consequently, unique features on various SNSs give rise to distinct social issues. Moreover, the available technical coping mechanisms for users vary significantly across platforms. Design/methodology/approach Therefore, this study analyzes the factors affecting technical coping intention based on technical functions of SNSs for users exposed to cybercrime, such as sexual harassment. We divide coping intention into active and passive coping intention. Furthermore, this research focuses on trust as an antecedent of coping intention and verifies how human and system-like trust affects two coping intentions in different directions. Findings Findings reveal that system-like trust significantly affects both active and passive coping intention as a belief in whether the technology will work properly. However, in the case of human-like trust, trust in the platform provider was found to negatively affect passive coping, which is considered unsocialized behavior on SNS platforms. Therefore, both human-like and system-like trust for the platform must be appropriately applied to cope with the problem while activating the platform.

  • Mobile SNS is a new paradigm of the communication. These days, mobile services communicate with server by client applications. TALK or PUSH provide services using TCP/IP software in operation system through massage or data by socket. Thus, SNS and mobile convergence are necessary and new service is constructed using platform of SNS. In this paper, we design and implement TALK and PUSH services between clients by location based SNS using the socket type.
