주차 관리원에 의한 주차요금 징수체계가 경영효율이 낮고 부조리의 발생요인이 높아 기계화설비의 도입에 의한 주차요금징수 자동화시스템으로의 변환이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 단문 서비스(SMS ,Wireless Short Message Service)와 개인 휴대 정보 단말기(PDA : Personal Digital Assistant)를 이용하여 광역에 걸쳐 설치되어 있는 주차 관제용 기계화 설비를 원격으로 관리하며 최소의 주차 관리요원으로 넓은 주차시설의 효율적인 관리를 가능하게 하는 기계화설비에 대한 원격관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

본 연구에서는 단문메시지서비스(SMS, Short Message Service)를 이용하여 다수의 CDMA중계기의 운용 및 보수 유지관리를 위한 망관리 서버시스템 개발내용을 기술한다. 단문메시지서비스를 이용하여, 원격지의 이동통신용 중계기를 감시, 제어하기 위한 Client/Server환경의 망관리 (NMS, Network Management System)와 하위단 SMS단말기와의 통신을 이용한 망관리 운영센터(OMC, Operating and Maintenance Center) 구축에 관한 개발과정 및 절차, 설계결과들을 기술한다. 주요 감시제어 항목은 통신링크관리, 중계기 제원관리, 운용상태관리, 중계기 상태 감시 및 제어, 장애 이력 및 통계자료 조회 및 출력, 중계기 서버 통계 및 이력검색, 보고서 작성, MMI 기능, Alarm/Event 처리 등이 있어서 이는 향후 기타 네트워크 장비관리에도 범용적으로 이용이 가능하다.

Embedded system is used a lot in electric home appliances and home network equipment. However, this system is designed to operate by the system operator directly at home and operator could find out them only when he pays attention to the system in case event happens. In this paper, to improve above things, it designed to remote-control system anywhere in which internet access is possible as well as at home, and also it designed SMS(short message service) information transmission system to inform the errors to the operator when they happen. To design the system, development board(be included the Strong Arm), CDMA module, and electric door lock are used as hardware, and web browser, CGI(common gateway interface) programming, and C-language are used for implementation of software in embedded-linux platform.

1940년대에 등장한 신용카드는 현재 전세계적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 결재 수단이며 사용자 및 결재 금액이 꾸준히 증가하고 있지만 아직도 초기의 결재절차를 그대로 사용하고 있어 위조 등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 현재와 같은 일방적인 정보만을 가지고 결재가 이루지는 신용카드의 안전성을 높이기 위하여 본 논문에서는 휴대폰을 이용한 카드 사용자에 대한 인증 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 고객이 신용카드를 사용시에 신용카드사 거래승인 시스템에서는 이동통신사를 통하여 고객의 휴대폰으로 SMS 문자를 보내게 되고 이에 대해 응답 SMS 문자를 보냄으로써 사용자 인증을 수행하게 된다. 이러한 방법은 추가적인 하드웨어가 필요하지 않으며 적용이 용이하고 신용카드의 안전성을 높여 주게 될 것이다.

휴대전화가 대중에게 널리 보급됨에 따라, 단문 서비스(SMS)가 새로운 의사소통 수단으로 등장하고 있다. 단문 서비스는 가격이 저렴할 뿐 아니라 단문 메시지를 쉽게 저장할 수 있어 약속이나 일정 알림용으로 널리 사용된다. 본 논문은 단문 메시지로부터 일정 정보(시간과 장소)를 추출하여 자동으로 일정 관리 시스템에 등록하는 시스템을 개발한다. 단문 메시지는 짧고 간결하지만 비속어나 준말 등이 많이 사용된다. 이것이 일정 정보를 추출하는데 더욱 어렵게 한다. 또한 휴대전화에는 계산 능력과 저장 공간이 충분하지 못하므로 형태소 분석과 같은 일반적인 자연언어 처리 모듈을 그대로 사용하는 것은 다소 무리가 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 형태소 분석과 같이 복잡한 언어 처리 모듈을 사용하지 않고 기계학습 기반으로 일정 정보를 추출하고 추출된 정보를 휴대전화의 일정 관리 시스템에 등록한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 자동 일정 등록 시스템은 삼성전자 옴니아 휴대전화에 탑재되어 정상적으로 잘 동작함을 확인할 수 있었다.

By an explosive increase of proxy driving, customers require the quick and correct services of call center. But because most call centers have an unsystematic management system, grievance of customers is continually increasing. To solve these problem, we constructed a call center system of proxy driving that is based on CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) in this paper. The proposed system is constructed using CID (Caller Identify Display) terminal, SMS (Short Message Service) and call center management program etc. Customer service level could be improved through efficient customer management by using the proposed system. Also it could be convenient and easy to implement customer management, order management, staff management, SMS and settlement of accounts.

The KEPRI has been developing the medium/small scale Distribution Automation System(DAS) that adopts wireless transmission media for exchanging information between master and remote terminals. It was concluded that Short Message Service(SMS) of Personal Communication Service(PCS) was the best wireless transmission media for the medium/small scale DAS in the last year. However. we had problem that PCS had long transmission delay. Therefore. SMS phones will be substituted with Radio Link Protocol(RLP) modems having transmission delay less than 5 seconds. This paper describes wireless networks for DAS, practical experience.

본 논문에서는 교육현장에서 간편하게 활용할 수 있는 SMS를 이용한 모바일 퀴즈 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 즉각적으로 학생들에게는 퀴즈 결과에 대한 SMS 개별통보를, 교수자에게는 성적 통계를 제공한다. 실제 대학교육 현장에서의 시험운용을 통해, 본 시스템이, 학생들에게는 강의에 대한 흥미를 유발하고 몰입도를 높이며 교수자에게는 강의 수준을 즉각적으로 적절히 조절할 수 있는 교육 수단을 제공하여, 효과적인 교육도구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

We have designed an embedded controller for the control of a diesel generator using an embedded system. The generator is monitored and controlled remotely via the internet in real-time. The proposed digital controller is designed to handle precisely the distortions and noises of the signals emanating from the diesel generator, and enables abnormal operation of the diesel generator to be notified to the remote manager using the Short Message Service (SMS) of the Internet, which enables the appropriate personnel to take action by remote control according to the incoming messages.

이동전화 번호이동성 구현을 위한 망기능 규격은 ACQ 방식으로 이동전화 번호이동성 (Mobile Number Portability, MNP)을 2G 이동전화 상호간에 제공하기 위한 망의 기능구조 및 정보흐름을 규정한다. 본 논문에서는 번호이동성 요구사항에 따라, 소요되는 망기능 및 시스템 기능을 정의하고, 이들 기능간에 주고받는 정보를 규정한다. 본 논문은 번호이동성에 따른 SMS(Short Message Service)의 처리방법 또한 규정한다.
