퇴직연금은 노후소득 보장체계중 하나이다. 한국은 2016년부터 종업원 수 300인 이상 기업의 경우 의무적으로 퇴직연금을 도입하도록 되어있어 대기업의 퇴직연금 도입비율은 높은 편이나 중소기업의 도입비율은 매우 낮다. 본 연구는 중소기업 퇴직연금 도입의사에 영향을 주는 재무적속성이 무엇인지 살펴봄으로써 정부의 퇴직연금 도입 유도 정책 수립에 방향을 제시해 보고자 한다. 분석결과, 재무적속성중 매출액순이익률은 양(+)의 방향, 자기자본비율은 음(-)의 방향으로 중소기업 퇴직연금 도입의사에 영향을 주는 유의미한 요소로 밝혀졌다. 이에 따라 중소기업 퇴직연금 도입 활성화를 위해 매출액순이익률과 자기자본비율을 우선적으로 고려한 퇴직연금 도입유도 정책 실시가 필요함을 본 연구는 시사하고 있다.

This paper investigates the quality determinants in the consulting service for small and medium sized company. The results of the analysis show that the quality dimension is composed of two factors, consulting skills and interaction, and consulting skills are composed of understanding, expertise, and reliability. Also, this paper examines how the quality factors affect customer satisfaction and loyalty using a structural equation model. The result shows that all consulting skills affect customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. The consulting results have an effect on customer satisfaction but have no direct influence on customer loyalty.

본 연구는 대학생의 중소기업 취업에 대한 인식을 확인하고 개선방안을 마련하고자 충북지역 대학생을 대상으로 조사를 진행하였다. 특히 기존 설문 중심의 일자리 인식 조사에 그치지 않고 서술형 문항에 대한 비정형 데이터를 수집하여 텍스트마이닝을 통해 중소기업 일자리에 대한 인식을 파악하였다. 분석 결과 중소기업 일자리에 대해서 다양한 업무경험, 낮은 취업 경쟁률 등에 대해서는 긍정적 평가가 있는 반면 급여, 업무, 복지 등에서 대체로 부정적 인식이 여전히 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 상황에서 대학생의 중소기업 취업에 대한 인식을 개선하기 위해서는 '정보'가 필요하다는 것을 중심어 도출을 통해 확인할 수 있었는데, 이는 대학생들이 중소기업 취업 관련 정보를 충분히 제공 받지 못하는 현실이 반영된 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 향후 예산 지원 중심의 중소기업일자리 정책에서 정보 미스매치 해소하는 해결 방안을 우선적으로 마련할 필요가 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose supply chain management efficiency by analyzing moderating effect on the training support project in small and midium-sized enterprise. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using multi?regression analysis. The measurement tools used for this study were divided into three dimensions such as personal characteristics, supportive environment and training effect. Results: The results of this study are as follows; first, it was found that the effects of personal characteristics and supportive environment were significant on training effect. Second, significant differences were found between supply chain management active group and inactive group. Third, moderating effect of supply chain manage efficiency was found between variables. Conclusion: SME supporting project in training program needs supply chain management efficiency for training effect. Supply chain management needs to be promoted in SMEs not only for performance but also for their workplace learning and learning culture.

With the globalization of economy, industries are facing increasingly greater challenges. Business integration, both internally and externally, is undoubtedly an important topic. However, how does an enterprise create its own value will be the key to an enterprise's success in the future. Therefore, this study bases on the evaluation of company value to assess the key factors and competitive strategies of an enterprise. Yet, only with stable enterprise performance can the company value be correctly evaluated. This will be an important issue for enterprise performance and business strategy. Subject of this study are mainly small and medium-sized (enterprises (SMEs). Model construction for SME value assessment is established through the system dynamics approach. Scholars' opinions on literature validation and application of Delphi Method are explored through literature review on local and foreign studies, in order to compile the relevant perspectives and indices for enterprise value creation. Hence model construction of the value creation system is established, and the correlation between the perspectives and related factors is explored to understand the overall dynamics model of SMEs' value creation system. Consequently, a research method based on the system dynamics perspective is provided for the study of enterprise value creation is provided, as policy reference for improvement of decision-making and value creation.

In the contemporary era of smart tourism, travelers face more accommodation options than ever before. The rapid expansions of alternative accommodation sector are partially owing to the growth of electronic commerce and the rise of online intermediary platforms. Online travel agencies serve as a critical distribution channel for tourism sectors, and the significance is further increased for small and micro entrepreneurs whose direct communication channels are scarce. Considering the holistic process of customer experience started with a third-party online intermediary, this study explores basic and extended attributes of small and medium-sized alternative accommodation where the comparative value is created. In order to achieve the objective, a research design was developed to synthesize the qualitative evidence. The synthesis encompasses both theoretical and practical perspectives, from a systematic review and opinions of academic professionals to an in-depth interview with an industry expert and the current practices of online travel agencies. This study suggests that the sources of value creation for alternative accommodation are not always consistent with those of the traditional. Accounting for the temporal and spatial dynamics in customer experience, the findings of this study provide insights on the comparative value of alternative accommodation, to both academic and industry audiences.

Currently, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are accounting for about 98% of the total number of enterprises in Vietnam. Each year, SMEs create over one million new jobs, utilize up to 51% of the labor force in the society, and contribute more than 40% of GDP to the country. The study aims to analyze factors affecting the management competency of directors in small and medium enterprises in Vietnam. To achieve these research objectives, quantitative and qualitative methods were used concurrently. 300 questionnaires were sent out, but only 276 were collected and used for the quantitative analysis through SPSS 20.0 software. Cronbach's Alpha, EFA, and regression were used to further confirm the research findings. The research findings show that all four proposed factors have impacts on the management competency of SME directors, among which enterprise features and specific policies for entrepreneur development in the locality have the strongest impacts, followed by personal features and business environment. The findings of this study suggest that managers need to focus on factors affecting the management competency of directors. This paper also provides new insight into the management competency of directors. Based on the findings, some recommendations are given for SMEs to improve management competency.

본 연구에서는 중소기업청의 정책자금지원 사업을 도와 줄 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 정책자금을 단계적으로 지원하기 위해서는 필수적으로 이질 차원 스키마를 채택해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 단계적 정책금융을 지원하도록 하는 FREQUENCY 차원테이블을 작성한 것이다. 또한 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 크기를 측정할 모델을 작성하였는데, 이 모델은 매출액, 고용인력, 기술보유, 매출액 영업이익률, 부채 비율, 유동비율의 6가지 기업크기 측정지표로 구성되어 있다. FREQUENCY 차원을 포함한 3개 차원과 기업크기 측정모델을 사용하여 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축한 것이다. 아울러 이렇게 구축한 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 이용하여 2004년~2007년 간 기 시행된 중소기업 정책자금 지원사업의 적정성을 평가해 보고 있다.

Purpose: This study empirically studied the effects of the perceived value of education and training on SME cooperative on job performance. Research design, data and methodology: From November 7 to 9, 2022, a survey was conducted targeting members and executives of SME cooperatives in their 20s and 60s across the country, and a total of 217 people were used for the final analysis. Verification of the research model was performed using SPSS & AMOS. Frequency analysis was conducted to examine the sample characteristics. Results: First, perceived value (functional value, service performance value, emotional value, convenience value) did not have a significant effect on organizational commitment. Second, perceived value (functional value, service performance value, emotional value, convenience value) were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment. Fourth, organizational commitment was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job performance. Fifth, job satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job performance. Conclusions: These results suggest that the perceived value of SME cooperative education and training can affect organizational commitment and job performance through job satisfaction, so it is necessary to strengthen online education and training to meet the emotional response of training subjects along.

In the software industry of Korean Small and Medium-sized Enterprise(SME)s, the development process is often not mature. This may lead to failures in quality control and output management. As a result, the quality of the software can be degraded. To solve the problem, the software visualization technique, which is from the National IT Industry Promotion Agency Software Engineering Center can be applied. We have experienced with mentoring not only the visualization of software development process, but also various visualization process of SMEs. However, the existing software visualization method was difficult to install environment and its time cost was high. This paper proposes a software visualization environment through a cloud service along with a case of building a software visualization environment. We expect that this method will make it easier to build a visualization environment and improve the quality of SME software.
