스마트 기기 활용 설계 기반 STEAM 프로그램이 과학 흥미도와 융합인재소양에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of the Design Based STEAM Program Utilizing Smart Device for Interest in Science and STEAM Literacy)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of interest in science and STEAM Literacy through the use of the design based STEAM program utilizing Smart Device for elementary students. For the purpose of this study, a teaching plan and worksheet for students using STEAM Programs was developed and applied. The results of this study are as follows: First, the improvement in the interest in science score has statistically meaningful difference(p<.05). Second, the change in students^{\backprime} STEAM Literacy by applying the design based STEAM program utilizing Smart Device has statistically meaningful difference (p<.05). Third, according to the analysis of a questionnaire used to evaluate the program, students had a positive perception of the STEAM program and gained higher level of satisfaction about the lesson. Therefore, design based STEAM Program utilizing Smart Device applied in this study might be useful to improve STEAM Literacy, and can be expected to improve interest in science and should be widely applied to Science education.

  • 스마트 기기 사용의 증가는 많은 사회적 변화를 가져왔다. 특히 교육에서는 보다 높은 학습효과를 위하여 스마트 기기 적용을 연구하여 왔다. 그러나 인문교양은 전통적인 교육 패턴 뿐만 아니라 과목이 가지는 특성 때문에 정보통신에 적용하기가 매우 어려운 분야였다. 본 연구에서는 인문교양 과목을 디지털 방송에 적용하고 그 효과를 증대시키기 위한 방안을 제시하려 한다. 이를 위하여 인문교양의 스마트 콘텐츠 제작 및 연계 방안을 제시하고, 그 실효성을 위하여 디지털 방송에 적용하는 방안에 대한 설문을 통해 적용 가능성을 제시하고자 한다.

A New Policy of Spatial Development of Kazakhstan on the Principles of Inclusiveness and Smart Specialization

  • The aim of this study is theoretical and methodological justification of formation of a new policy of spatial development of Kazakhstan's economy, which is based on the principles of inclusiveness and smart specialization. Unlike previous research, the scientific significance of the obtained results consists in the conceptual justification of the basic theoretical concepts; spatial development, covering issues of concentration, specialization, and location of production. In this study, we used scientific methods: conceptual approach involves studying various concepts of spatial development on the principle of inclusive growth and smart specialization; economic analysis allows conducting a brief assessment of the economic status of regions for a certain period; structured approach involves to the formation of new policy of spatial development. Based on this research we conclude that most successful regions have formed based on principles of inclusiveness and smart specialization, which increases opportunities for well-functioning synergistic mechanism in the field of advanced technologies with subsequent access to global markets.

IPA를 이용한 스마트러닝 품질관리 요인분석 (Analysis of the Factors Influencing Quality Assurance of Smart Learning using IPA)

  • 스마트러닝 품질은 전통적인 교육보다 복잡하고 다양한 요인으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 스마트러닝 품질을 콘텐츠, 시스템, 서비스측면에서 살펴보고 문헌연구와 표적집단면접법(FGI)에 의해서 스마트러닝 품질요인을 분류하였다. 설문조사는 리커트식 5점 척도에 의하여 사용자들이 품질요인의 만족도와 중요도를 상대적으로 평가하도록 하였다. 설문지는 39문항으로 구성하였으며 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 8부를 제외하고 112부가 최종분석을 위하여 활용되었다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 통계적으로 분석되었으며, 실증적 검증을 위해서 중요도-만족도 분석이 활용되었다.

BSSSQS: A Blockchain-Based Smart and Secured Scheme for Question Sharing in the Smart Education System

  • In this study, we present a new scheme for smart education utilizing the concept of a blockchain for question sharing. A two-phase encryption technique for encrypting question papers (QSPs) is proposed. In the first phase, QSPs are encrypted using a timestamp, and in the second phase, previously encrypted QSPs are encrypted again using a timestamp, salt hash, and hash from the previous QSPs. These encrypted QSPs are stored in a blockchain along with a smart contract that helps the user to unlock the selected QSP. An algorithm is also proposed for selecting a QSP for the exam that randomly picks a QSP. Moreover, a timestamp-based lock is imposed on the scheme so that no one can decrypt the QSP before the allowed time. Security analysis is conducted to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed scheme against different attacks. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is demonstrated through implementation, and the superiority of the proposed scheme over existing schemes is proven through a comparative study based on different features.

Short-Term Photovoltaic Power Generation Forecasting Based on Environmental Factors and GA-SVM

  • Considering the volatility, intermittent and random of photovoltaic (PV) generation systems, accurate forecasting of PV power output is important for the grid scheduling and energy management. In order to improve the accuracy of short-term power forecasting of PV systems, this paper proposes a prediction model based on environmental factors and support vector machine optimized by genetic algorithm (GA-SVM). In order to improve the prediction accuracy of this model, weather conditions are divided into three types, and the gray correlation coefficient algorithm is used to find out a similar day of the predicted day. To avoid parameters optimization into local optima, this paper uses genetic algorithm to optimize SVM parameters. Example verification shows that the prediction accuracy in three types of weather will remain at between 10% -15% and the short-term PV power forecasting model proposed is effective and promising.

  • The increasing penetration of distributed energy resources on the distribution networks have brought a number of technical impacts where voltage and thermal variations have been identified as the dominant effects. Active network management in distribution networks aims to integrate distributed energy resources with flexible network management so that distributed energy resources are organized to make better use of existing capacity and infrastructure. This paper propose active solutions which aims to solve the voltage and thermal issues in a distributed manner utilizing a collaborative approach. The proposed algorithms have been fully tested on a distribution network with distributed generation units.

  • The energy density, power density and ohm resistance of battery change significantly as results of battery aging, which lead to decrease in the accuracy of the equivalent model. A parameter identification method of the equivale6nt circuit model with 3 R-C branches based on the test database of battery life cycle is proposed in this paper. This database is built on the basis of experiments such as updating of available capacity, charging and discharging tests at different rates and relaxation characteristics tests. It can realize regular update and calibration of key parameters like SOH, so as to ensure the reliability of parameters identified. Taking SOH, SOC and T as independent variables, lookup table method is adopted to set initial value for the parameter matrix. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the validity of the model, the least square method based on variable forgetting factor is adopted for optimizing to complete the identification of equivalent model parameters. By comparing the simulation data with measured data for charging and discharging experiments of Li-ion battery, the effectiveness of the full life cycle database and the model are verified.

  • 학교 행사나 취업정보, 진학정보, 주요학사일정 등 중요한 정보를 현재는 가정통신문만을 통하여 정보를 전달 받기 때문에 일부 정보의 사각지대가 발생하고 있었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 사물인터넷 기반 스마트 교육에 대한 자료조사를 바탕으로 유무선 네트워크에서 P2P방식의 사물인터넷 기술을 접목 전자보드 프로토타입을 설계하였다. 각 교실에서 학교 행사 등 필요한 정보를 교무실에서 실시간으로 자료를 받아 교실에서 공유 받을 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 전자보드 사용 방법을 잘 알지 못해도 누구나 손쉽게 이용할 수 있기 때문에 사물인터넷 기반 스마트교육용 전자보드 프로토타입을 설계 하고자 한다.

스마트 교육을 활용한 팀 기반 문제 중심 학습의 효과: 고위험 신생아 간호를 중심으로 (Effects of Team-based Problem-based Learning Combined with Smart Education: A Focus on High-risk Newborn Care)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the effects of team-based problem-based learning combined with smart education among nursing students. Methods: A quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group, pre-posttest design was used. The experimental group (n=36) received problem-based learning combined with smart education and lectures 7 times over the course of 7 weeks (100 minutes weekly). Control group (n=34) only received instructor-centered lectures 7 times over the course of 7 weeks (100 minutes weekly). Data were analyzed using the $x^2$ test, the Fisher exact test, and the independent t-test with SPSS for Windows version 21.0. Results: After the intervention, the experimental group reported increased learning motivation (t=2.70, p=.009), problem-solving ability (t=2.25, p=.028), academic self-efficacy (t=4.76, p<.001), self-learning ability (t=2.78, p<.001), and leadership (t=2.78, p=.007) relative to the control group. Conclusion: Team-based problem-based learning combined with smart education and lectures was found to be an effective approach for increasing the learning motivation, problem-solving ability, academic self-efficacy, self-learning ability, and leadership of nursing students.
