Fabrication and investigation of composite made of graphite, SiC, mullite and aluminum as the additive are the aim of this project. Aluminum acts as an anti-oxidant. SiC is a non-metallic anti-oxidant that increases composite strength. Different compositions with influent percents of aluminum have been selected to determine product specifications by XRD, SEM and STA methods. Results show that the composition of 40wt% graphite-20% SiC- 20% mullite-20% aluminum is a more robust and occurs at elevated temperatures than other graphite combustion composites.

대규모 병원정보시스템 프로젝트가 계획 대비 지연되는 경우가 종종 발생하고 있다. 따라서 프로젝트 관리 측면에서 일정 지연을 촉발하는 원인을 검토하고 지연 유발 요인들 간 인과관계 분석이 필요하다. 본 연구는 근거이론 방법론을 활용하여 병원정보시스템 개발 프로젝트 사례에 대한 일정 지연 요인을 발견하고 이들 간의 인과관계를 파악하고자 한다. 연구 결과, '비현실적 일정 수립'은 도미노 현상과 같이 전반적인 일정 지연에 영향을 미치고, '기존 시스템 분석 미흡'은 분석 품질의 저하를 야기하는 반면 '서브시스템 통합 인터페이스 부실'은 설계 품질의 저하로 이어졌다. 본 연구는 학술적인 측면에서 프로젝트 지연에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾아내고 지연 요인들 간의 인과 관계를 분석하였으며, 실무적 관점에서는 System Integration (SI) 기업, 병원, 프로젝트 관리자 입장에서 프로젝트 일정 지연을 최소화할 수 있는 방안을 제시한 점에 의의가 있다.

Previously, we have identified 14 putative downstream target genes of Hoxc8 homeoprotein in F9 murine embryonic teratocarcinoma cells through proteomics analysis. Among those, we tested a possibility of a DNA-k type molecular chaperone, Grp78, as a direct downstream target of Hoxc8, by cloning a 2.4 kb upstream region of murine Grp78 into a reporter plasmid and by testing if Hoxc8 can regulate its expression. We observed that Hoxc8 proteins could transactivate the reporter gene, which was affected by small interference RNAs (siRNAs) against to Hoxc8, suggesting that Grp78 is a novel downstream target of Hoxc8 in vivo.

아웃소싱 방식의 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트(SI 프로젝트)는 참여인력들의 만족도가 매우 낮은 것으로 알려져 있다. 이로 인해 잦은 전직과 이직, 프로젝트 참여 기피 등의 고질적인 문제가 발생하고, 프로젝트 성패에도 악영향을 미치고 있다. 참여인력들의 만족도 향상을 위해서는 프로젝트 참여만족도를 결정하는 요인들의 명확한 규명을 통한 개선이 필요하다. 프로젝트 참여만족도는 직무만족도의 일종으로 볼 수 있다. 선행연구에 의하면, 직무만족도는 직무특성과 무관한 급여, 보상, 명성 등의 일반 요인과 직무특성에 기인한 특화요인에 의하여 결정된다. 본 연구에서는 현업에서 프로젝트 참여만족도 측정에 널리 사용되는 PMI 설문에 기초하여, 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트의 특성에 기인하는 특화요인으로, 프로젝트 이행약정, 업무량과 업무시간, 프로젝트 통제, 조직내 의사소통, 조직간 의사소통, 방법론(프로세스) 영향도의 6가지 요인에 대하여 확인하고, 프로젝트 참여만족도 결정요인으로 적합한가에 대하여 66개 프로젝트에 참여한 390명의 데이터를 통해 검증했다. 연구 결과, 6개의 결정요인은 모두 프로젝트 참여만족도를 결정하는 요인으로 볼 수 있었다. 즉, 프로젝트 참여 인력들의 만족도는 프로젝트 이행약정과 프로젝트 통제, 의사소통, 프로젝트 방법론 등에 민감하게 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 벤더 사(社) 참여인력 들의 만족도는 단순히 많은 업무량과 강한 업무강도 보다는 무리한 프로젝트 이행약정과 계획의 잦은 변경 및 불합리한 프로젝트 통제에 의하여 더욱 저해되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 참여자들의 프로젝트 참여 만족도를 신장시키고, 궁극적으로 프로젝트의 성과를 높이기 위해서는 단편적인 처방과 개선에서 벗어나 프로젝트 이행약정을 비롯한 프로젝트 특화요인들에 대한 종합적인 접근과 해결책이 필요할 것이다.

Korea has relied on top down development method, in which companies, research and education institutions move into the industrial complexes established by the government. However, to improve local competitiveness, the paradigm is shifting from the government initiated industrial complex to the clusters based on the cooperative network of the region. Representative case is 'Samcheok-si Fire & Emergency industry cluster construction project' that begun in 2007. AHP technique analysis results on first-stage showed that priority was on policy and network elements, and the results of second-stage analysis show that priority was on Policy incentives to internationalize the cluster and strengthen link,. Cluster branding, Sharing of organizational culture to cope with changes in environment, Creation of group learning culture. The subject of this research is limited to Samcheok-si's the Fire and Emergency Industry cluster formation project. Therefore, the research area and standard should be expanded to increase generality in further researches.

In order to accomplish large-size information systems successfully, one of the most improtant factor is the system integration(SI) of individual software projects which consist of the systems. A developer of each project should consider aspects of SI through the development cycle, and a manager of the entire system should manage, control, and evaluate each from a SI point of view. In this research, management models for the system managers, development models for the developers of unit projects, and standardized output documents for the management and evaluation purpose are presented based on the SI concepts.

Due to the global business environments and severe competitions, SMEs have carried out IS projects for their competitive advantages. However, numerous organizations have faced with difficulties in the IS project management such as large amounts of IT expenses and uncertainties in project implementations. Thus, this study is intended to discover critical risk factors in the IS project management. To achieve this research goal, we have mailed questionnaires to SMEs and SI companies that experienced IS project failures and 63 usual data were collected. The result of analysis with step wise regression showed that 6 factors are related with IS project failures. The study contributes to the literature in two ways. First, this paper empirically identifies IS risk factors for SME manufactures. Second, this research result can be utilized as a checklist for the successful IS implementations. Limitations and future research topics are also discussed.

Regarding project management, many organizations have developed and distributed general project management knowledge systems, and application fields use the knowledge systems to apply the process suitable for characteristics of a project. This study suggests project management process models to apply to system integration projects. This system integration project management process model is composed of six top processes of initiation, preparation for contract, planning, implementation management, coordination and control, and termination and transfer. The five processes are re-divided into 25 bottom processes. These processes are expressed as input, control, output, and mechanism by using the IDEF0 model. For this model development, it has chosen the items which constituted a process through a questionnaire of experts.

MDD/MDA which recently raising its head is technology that increase software development productivity through automatic transformation form higer abstract model into lower abstract model, or from model to code. This paper analyzes the effect on productivity by measuring Function Point per MM(man-month) in a software development project which performed in CBD methodology, and introduce the method of applying MDD/MDA technology in the project.

세계 SW시장은 급성장하고 있지만, 국내시장이 글로벌 강국에 영향을 주기에는 많이 부족하다. 인터넷 속도 1위국임에도 SW성장이 더딘 이유는 무엇일까? 그것은 국내 SW산업발전의 기반이 마련되지 않았기 때문이다. 이로써 정부는 SW중심사회를 선언하여 각 분야의 정책을 준비하였는데 공공부문 SW분할발주 제도를 IT프로젝트에 적용하려는 움직임이 있어 전체 SW산업의 약 30%를 차지하는 공공부문을 중심으로 SW분할발주 제도 시행시 예상되는 SI프로젝트 문제점 및 개선방안을 연구하고자 한다. SW분할발주 제도는 기획~설계와 개발~구현 단계로 구분됨에 따라 SI프로젝트에 적용함에 있어 문제가 발생될 수 있다. 그러므로 프로젝트와 분리 분할발주, 선진사례 및 분할발주 유관산업 프로젝트 사례를 분석하였으며 제도적, 기술적, 관리적 관점에서 개선방안을 도출하였다. 본 논문은 IT프로젝트에 종사하는 이들의 SW제값받기 및 환경개선을 기대하고 SW분할발주의 제도 시행 전 공급자와 수요자가 인식해야 하는 문제점에 대한 해결방안을 제공하여 SW산업과 SI프로젝트의 경쟁력을 강화하는 체계 형성의 방향을 제시한다.
