현재 ERP는 대부분 전통적인 기능 수행에 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 그러나 최근의 경영환경은 인터넷(internet)과 이를 기반으로 하는 전자상거래의 비약적 발전에 기인하여 e-비즈니스화를 추진하면서 제휴기관과의 관계증진, 고객관계의 혁신적 개선은 물론 조직내부의 업무프로세스의 획기적 개선을 통한 경쟁력 강화를 적극적으로 전개하고 있다. 한편 ERP는 SCM과 CRM 및 SEM(Strategic Enterprise Management)등으로 기능을 확대해감에 따라 21세기의 ERP는 e-비즈니스의 전략적 도구로 발전해 갈 것이다. 이를 위한 도구로 에이전트의 역할을 제안한다.

The inventory level of concurrent spare parts (CSP) has a significant impact on the availability of a weapon system. A failure rate function might be of particular importance in deciding the CSP inventory level. We developed a CSP optimization model which provides a compromise between purchase costs and shortage costs on the basis of the Weibull and the exponential failure rate functions, assuming that a failure occurs according to the (non-) homogeneous Poisson process. Computational experiments using the data obtained from the Korean Navy identified that, throughout the initial provisioning period, the optimization model using the exponential failure rate tended to overestimate the optimal CSP level, leading to higher purchase costs than the one using the Weibull failure rate. A Pareto optimality was conducted to find an optimal combination of these two failure rate functions as input parameters to the model, and this provides a practical solution for logistics managers.

Surface complex models(SCMs)은 최근 흡착모델링에 대한 관심사가 부각되면서 수질(표면수, 지하수)오염에 대한 영향을 예측하고 흡착결과를 파악하는데 많은 주목을 받고 있다. SCMs의 흡착모델의 하나인 diffuse double layer model(DDLM)은 특정조건에서 Gouy-Chapman 이론을 바탕으로 설명하고 있지만, 실제와는 상당한 차이를 보인다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존의 자료를 바탕으로 TiO$_2$/용매(수용액/ 물-에탄올(1:1))간의 거리를 추정해 감에 따라, 각 실험적 변수에 따른 electrical double layer(EDL)의 흡착형태의 변화를 알아보았다. 또한, cosolvent가 존재할때, 흡착모델 형태의 변화와 흡착결과에 대한 영향에 대해 알아보았다.

RFID technologies have attracted a lot of attention in recent years because of their cost/time-effectiveness in large-scale logistics, supply chain management (SCM) and other various potential applications. One of the most important issues of the RFID-based systems is how quickly tags can be identified. Tag collision arbitration plays a more critical role in determining the system performance especially for passive tag-based ones where tag collisions are dealt with rather than prevented. We present a novel tag collision arbitration protocol called Optimum Frame-Slotted Aloha (OFSA). The protocol has been designed to achieve time-optimal efficiency in tag identification through an analytic study of tag identification delay and tag number estimation. Results from our analysis and extensive simulations demonstrate that OFSA outperforms other collision arbitration protocols. Also, unlike most prior anti-collision protocols, it does not require any modification to the current standards and architectures facilitating the rollout of RFID systems.

XML은 표준화와 운영체제 중립적이라는 특성 때문에 전자상거래에서 중요한 위치를 차지하며, 이미 많은 전자상거래 시스템에서 이용하고 있다. B2B 전자상거래분야를 위해서는 기업간 비즈니스에 대한 업무 규칙과 절차가 표준화되어야 한다. 그러나 기업들이 표준화 된 XML 문서를 사용하는 것이 아니라 기업의 실정에 맞게 시스템을 구축하여 기업간 XML 문서 전달을 하고 있어, 이에 따라 많은 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 요구를 기반으로 많은 조직과 기업에서는 XML을 기반으로 하는 전자상거래 표준화 작업을 프레임워크 형태로 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 B2B 전자상거래에서 차세대 기술로 부각되고 있는 XML을 이용하여 공급체인을 위한 XML 중개자 프레임웍과 JMS를 이용하여 재고로 가지고 있는 수량이 적으면, 수량 요청 메시지를 전송하는 B2B 전자상거래의 공급체인을 관리할 수 있는 통합적인 프레임웍을 구현하였다. 본 메시징 시스템을 SCM에 적용하여 효율적으로 이용할 수 있을 것이다.

RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)기술은 초소형 IC 칩에 식별정보를 입력하고 무선주파수를 이용하여 사물, 동물, 사람 등을 인식, 추적, 관리할 수 있는 기술로서 미래 유비쿼터스 환경의 핵심 기술로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 를 기반으로 한 개별상품의 라이프사이클을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 통합시스템 설계를 제안한다. 제안되는 통합 시스템은 개별상품의 라이프사이클(제조/물류/유통) 단계에서의 상품 Traceability와 Visibility를 제공하는 EPCglobal 네트워크 기반의 물류(유통), 금융 정보 통합 시스템으로서, 상품 정보 및 이력 데이터를 실시간으로 제공함으로써 Digital Manufacturing과 RTE(Real Time Enterprise)의 인프라를 제공하고, 기존 레거시 시스템(ERP, CRM, SCM)과의 효과적인 정보공유를 가능하게 할 것이다.

For the B2B e-commerce and SCM (Supply Chain Management), standardization of electronic catalogue that contains product and business data is important. Especially, standardization of hierarchies that is required for categorization, and standardization of product properties are difficult and costly to maintain. The ability of searching for items and data in databases is critical for successful e-commerce system. This paper introduces the data dictionary of PUB (ISO 13584) part 42 which can establish the standard of product data. The method is applied to develop the data dictionary of automotive parts.

From middle of 90's, SCM had emphasized the importance of connection of all companies which participate to a market, and outsourcing has emphasizes the slim structure of companies for pursing cost reduction and service improvement. But outsourcing as '2-1=1' and integration as '1+1=2' not adapt to the advanced market but return to the former state. Besides, it is impossible of subcontractors and logistics companies to execute these strategies which are win-win strategy and outsourcing. So many logistics companies have sharp competition in price recently. Therefore logistics companies have increased the need for a profitable business model and strategy. This paper researches the limitations of logistics market and redefines the role of logistics through the evolution of logistics. Also this paper proposes new role(Logister) and structure(Velcro structure) for not maker-oriented logistics but market-oriented logistics. The introductory case study will help to understand 2 terms(logister and velcro structure).

This paper proposes an alternate time-switched space-frequency block coding transmission technique for single-carrier modulation with frequency domain equalization. There are two antennas in the transmitter but it still has only a baseband and RF and a switch that alternates between the antennas at every symbol timing. Alternating transmit symbols result in zeros which make maximal ratio receive combining possible in the receiver. Simulation results show that it has better performance than the traditional algorithm at the expense of one additional antenna.

The firms aim to acquire services and costs advantage from logistics outsourcing strategy. But it is very important to select optimum service provider. A checklist of the criteria for the evaluation of service providers follows : service quality, low cost, logistics information system, service network, financial stability, investments in plant and equipment, management attitude and lookout for the future strategic fit, cultural and psychological barriers etc. Also, a 8-step implement of logistics outsourcing strategy will be of help for maximizing benefits of logistics outsourcing. It follows : 1-step : logistics environment analysis, 2-step : check service provider availability, 3-step : logistics outsourcing determinant analysis, 4-step : select of optimum service provider, 5-step : contract with optimum service provider, 6-step : identify of remaining barriers, 7-step : performance of logistics outsourcing, 8-step : evaluation.
