Supply Chain Management(SCM) system is a critical investment that can affect future competitiveness and performance of a company. Selection of a right SCM system is one of the critical issues. This paper provides the characteristic factors of SCM system selection and the SCM system evaluation and selection model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The proposed model can systematically construct the objectives of SCM system selection to support the business goals. A empirical example demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed model and the model can help a company to make better decision-making in selecting SCM system.

An optimal selection problem of SCM system is one of the critical issues for the company's competitiveness and performance under global economy. This paper presents a hierarchy model consisted of characteristic factors for introducing SCM system and an AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) based decision-making model for SCM system evaluation and selection. The proposed model can systematically construct the objectives of SCM system selection to meet the business goals. This paper focuses on selecting an optimal SCM system considering both all decision factors and sub-decision factors of a hierarchy model. Especially, the benefit/cost analysis is applied to choose SCM system. A case study shows the feasibility of the proposed model and the model can help a company to make better decision-making in the SCM system selection problem.

A empirical example demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed model and the model can help a company to make better decision-making in the SCM system selection problem.

본 연구논문에서는 공군 군수지원체계에 대한 SCM 도입방안 제시를 목적으로 한다. 이것을 제시하기에 앞서 이해를 돕기 위해 SCM의 개념과 관련기법들을 살펴보고, SCM을 바탕으로 군수개혁에 성공한 미국의 사례를 분석하였다. 공군 군수지원체계 중에서 중요하다고 판단되는 항공기 수리부속에 대한 수송체계와 보급정보체계 측면에서 SCM 도입방안을 제시하였다. 공군은 첨단정보통신기술을 기반으로 하며, 저비용, 고효율의 혁신적인 군수지원체계를 구축함으로써 완벽한 임무지원능력을 배양할 수 있게 될 것이다.

As the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Information Age, companies are in the state of infinite competition due to the rapidly changing technological environment and fierce competition. In this situation companies are making efforts to gain the competitive advantage by introducing information systems. Supply Chain Management (SCM) is considered a method to gain a competitive edge in rapid change. In fact, companies that already have introduced the SCM system are achieving company renovation with positive effects such as increase of sales stock reduction on-time delivery cost reduction and improved efficiency. This study was started to investigate the resistance that occurs in introducing the SCM system for small and medium-sized manufacturing industries that have not yet introduced the SCM system despite the importance of the SCM system, and to check the effect on the intention of the introduction. As the result of this study, the first is that the company has the higher technological innovation, the more positive the effect on Relative advantage Compatibility Perceived risk, Complexity. Second, The compatibility of the SCM system was rejected in innovation resistance, but it is adopted with the highest impact in the introduction intention. In addition, the mediating effect of innovation resistance was also rejected, confirming that if the SCM system is compatible for the company, it doesn't affect the resistance and is the biggest factor to consider in the introduction of the SCM system. Third, the perceived risk of the SCM system doesn't directly affect the intention to introduce, but has an indirect effect when mediation innovation resistance.

본 연구의 목적은 SCM을 도입한 기업들의 정성적, 정량적 성과를 분석하고자 함이다. 본 연구모형의 검증을 위해 SCM을 도입하여 실행한지 1년 이상 되는 기업에 500부의 설문지를 배포하였고, 그 중 유효한 153부가 회수되어 연구에 사용되었다. 본 연구에서는, SCM 성과영향요인들을 도출하여, 이들 간의 상호영향관계 모형화를 통해, SCM 성과에 미치는 영향을 조망하고, SCM 도입으로 인한 기업의 재무비율 차이를 분석하였다. 본 연구결과를 하면 다음과 같다. 변화관리는 정보시스템 품질과 SCM 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 정보시스템 품질 역시, SCM 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, SCM 도입 후 재무비율은 유의한 차이를 나타내었으며, 재고회전율, 투자수익률, 자산수익율은 증가하였고, 매출액 대비 인건비는 감소하였다.

본 논문에서는 SCM(Spatial Channel Model)채널과 그것의 확장 모형인 SCME(Spatial Channel Model Extended)채널 모형의 차이를 비교하고, MIMO 시스템 레벨 성능에 미치는 영향을 모의실험을 통해 살펴본다. 모의실험은 SCM과 SCME채널 모형을 이용했을 때의 사용자의 개수 변화와 Drifting Time의 변화에 따른 시스템레벨 성능의 변화를 관찰하기 위해 수행한다. Mid-path에 대한 영향으로 SCME 채널 모형이 SCM채널 모형보다 채널 이득의 변화가 크기 때문에 사용자의 변화에 따른 시스템 레벨 성능은 SCME채널이 더 좋다. 그리고, SCM 채널 모형보다 SCME채널 모형이 Drifting영향으로 인해 채널의 변화가 더 크기 때문에 이 영향에 의한 시스템레벨 성능이 SCME의 경우 역시 더 좋아진다.

포스코는 지난 4년 연속 세계 최고의 경쟁력을 가진 철강기업으로 뽑혔다. 포스코의 성공은 기술혁신과 함께 수많은 협력업체와 고객과의 파트너십에 기인한다. 특히 협력업체와의 파트너십은 효과적인 공급망관리(SCM)를 기반으로 한다. ERP시스템이 표준화된 영업관리를 지원해 주지만 예외사항과 변동으로 이어지는 환경의 변화에는 효과적이지 못하다. SCM 첨단계획수립기능(APS)는 이런 예외적인 사항에 대한 강력한 대응을 가능하게 한다. 본 연구에서는 포스코가 운영 중인 APS의 구조와 성과에 대한 사례를 살펴보았다. 더불어 SCM과 관련된 업무를 담당하는 구성원들에 대한 설문조사를 통해 정보공유, 협업, 협력업체에 대한 인센티브, SCM 성과 등에 대한 인지정도를 연구모형을 통해 분석을 시도하였다. 사례연구 및 통계적 분석결과가 시사하는 몇 가지 함의도 제시하였다.

Supply chain management can be defined as an information system that connects the inside and outside of a company. Its purpose is to systematically and strategically manage the flow of information, resources and services to improve the long-term performance of the entire organization, including individual companies connected to the supply chain, and the quality of service provided to customers. The ultimate goal of SCM is to create synergy through organic integration of supply and demand based on cooperation and collaboration with stakeholders in the supply chain. This study is based on the hypothesis that the company's management performance will improve as the level of SCM improves. Most of the previous studies dealt with the relationship between corporate performance and SCM in the IT area. In this study, research was conducted through human capacity with IT system. The causal relationship was demonstrated, and there was a difference in the perception of the results of this study depending on whether or not smart factories were consulted in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. There is a need to examine the links between management's value chain and its causal relationship.

기업에서는 그동안 업무효율의 증진을 통한 경쟁력 강화라는 목표를 이루기 위해서 저비용고효율 구조의 생산시스템을 지향하기 위하여 생산성 제고를 위한 최적화된 공급자와의 관계를 구축하기 위하여 활발히 공급사슬 관리시스템을 구축하고 있다. 이와 같은 공급사슬관리시스템은 기존에 구축하여 운영 중인 전사적자원관리시스템을 기반으로 구축되고 있어서, 위의 두가지 정보시스템들의 연관 관계를 연구하는 것은 공급사슬관리시스템의 성공적인 운영을 위해서 필요하다고 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이미 구축되어 운용되고 있는 전사적자원관리시스템에 대한 활용도와 성숙도가 공급사슬관리시스템의 구축과 활용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 기업의 전사적자원관리시스템의 활용수준에 따른 공급사슬관리시스템의 구축의도가 어떻게 달라지는지 실증연구를 실시하여, 효과적인 SCM시스템 구축에 대한 방향을 설정하는데 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
