건설 및 엔지니어링 산업군에 속하는 기업들의 협력업체에 대한 아웃소싱과 협업이 급증함에 따라 다층구조의 공급망이 등장하게 되었다. 공급망 전체의 성과를 극대화하기 위해서는 1차 및 2차 이하의 협력업체와의 지속적인 통합이 요구된다. 본 연구는 사급거래 환경에서 실제 가공 서비스를 제공하는 2차 협력업체를 중심으로 성과와 장기적인 거래의지에 영향을 미치는 선행요인 분석이 주된 목적이다. 자산 특유성, 신뢰, 정보공유와 협업 등을 선행 요인으로 설정하고, 철근가공서비스를 제공하는 사급거래 2차 협력업체들로부터 설문조사를 실시하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 자산 특유성, 신뢰, 정보공유와 협업 등은 거래의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치지만, 신뢰는 5% 유의 수준에서도 성과에는 별다른 영향을 미치지 않는다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그 외 분석결과에 대한 시사점도 함께 제시하였다.

The current challenge with which most shipyards are faced is to reduce the design time and the time-to-delivery benefits of new information technologies such as ERP, APS, and SCM system. These technologies should integrate the information that flows in the enterprise wide activities. First of all we should maintain control of ship design and product data such as bill of material, product structure, drawing, 30 modeling and manufacturing information for the integration. The product data management (POM) system copes with these requirements. All the product data is stored in POM database and vaults in a structured manner and all the changes of product data are monitored, controlled and recorded. This study discusses how POM system can be implemented in shipyard. The procedure is surveyed to apply a POM system for the ship design data management. This study also presents several examples in order to make a practical guidance for ship POM implementation. Proposed studies can be useful for shipyards planning to adopt POM systems in enterprise wide manner.

Generally, because individual agricultural product possesses its own distinctive characteristics and shows different characteristics at each stage of the agricultural supply chain, it is necessary to develop a proper enterprise architecture for managing information system. In this paper, we propose an enterprise architecture based on RFID/USN technology that can be used as a reference enterprise architecture for u-IT application in the agriculture sectors, which is called the u-Farm enterprise architecture with taking heterogeneous characteristics of agricultural products into account for. In addition, we also developed the RFID/USN middleware platform as a core infrastructure technology. Fo evaluation of the performance of the proposed u-Farm architecture and the RFID/USN middleware platform, the field-trial evaluation at the apple Agricultural Processing Center (APC) has been executed and the results shows that the proposed architecture and platform perform well in terms of information integration over the whole SCM process from the farming stage to delivering statge to the customers. It is expected that the proposed u-Farm enterprise architecture can be utilized as a standard information architecture, and the RFID/USN middleware platform can be a infrastructure platform for future u-IT based information technology applications and services in the agricultural environment.

현재의 우리나라 전자 관련 산업 분야 중 대기업과 협력 관계에 있는 협력 업체의 IT 협업 수준이 주로 생산 현장과 관련 있는 ERP나 GROUPWARE을 중심으로 초기 단계의 적용 및 활용 수준에 머무르고 있을 뿐만 아니라 새로운 시스템 도입 및 산업계의 변화를 적시에 반영시키지 못하는 단점이 있었다. 지속적인 전자 분야 산업 발전에 따라 보다 정확한 세부 분야별 생산성 및 매출액 등의 데이터 활용이 경영 활동에 필요하다. 또한 적극적인 GROBAL 경쟁 체제에서의 경쟁 우위 확보를 위하여 현행 시스템의 고도화 뿐만 아니라 생산, 재무 데이타의 의미있는 연계를 통하여 EIS 등의 솔루션을 집중 도입하여, 경영 의사 결정을 효율적이고 신속하게 함으로서 국제적인 경쟁 체계와도 시장 선도형 기업군으로 성장 할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 국내외 전자 산업대 중소 협력 업체 간의 협업 체계 중심의 현행 시스템을 대상으로 ISP 기법을 적용하여 장단점을 분석한 후, 새로운 공통의 시스템 구축을 위한 상생 혁신 프로그램 도입을 제안한다.

본 연구에서는 공급체인의 위험관리 요인(인지, 평가, 전략), 공급체인의 파트너십 요인(신뢰, 협력), 그리고 공급체인 사업성과(유연성, 민첩성) 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하였다. 이를 위해서 공급체인 위험관리를 수행하고 있는 105개 기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였고, 구조방정식모형 (Structural equation model)으로 실증분석을 하였다. 먼저 공급제안의 위험관리의 요인을 선행변수로 두고 공급체인 파트너십의 요인을 매개변수로 설정하였다. 기업의 사업성과 요인과 함께 연구모형에 포함시켜 실증분석을 한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 공급체인의 위험관리 요인은 기업의 사업성과 요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 공급체인의 위험관리 요인은 공급체인의 파트너십 요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 공급체인의 파트너십 요인은 기업의 사업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 공급체인 위험관리 요인은 파트너십 요인을 통하여 사업성과를 향상시키는 결과를 도출할 수 있으며, 기업에서는 공급체인의 위험관리 요인과 파트너십 요인을 모두 고려하여 경쟁우위를 향상시켜 기업의 이익을 극대화할 수 있는 노력을 해야 한다는 것을 나타낸다. 본 연구는 공급체인의 위험관리, 파트너십, 사업성과 간의 관계에 대한 연구결과를 도출하였고, 향후 공급체인 위험관리의 효과적인 실행을 고려한 연구가 진행되어야 하겠다.
