모 기업과 협력사간 구매 SCM 구축 및 변화관리 수행에 따른 도입 성과분석

  • 오늘의 기업은 내부 조직, 업무 프로세스, 정보기술 측면에서 많은 문제점을 가지고 있고, 대외적인 기업 환경이 수시로 바뀌는 등 어려운 상황에 직면하고 있다. 이런 내부적인 문제를 해결하고, 외부 환경변화에 신속하게 대응할 뿐만 아니라 전사적 자원을 체계적으로 관리하고, 경영을 효율화하기 위하여 ERP 를 도입하고 있다. 이러한 도입 목적을 달성하기 위하여 모기업은 2004년 부터 협력사 경영관리력 향상 및 협력사와의 구매 SCM(Supply Chain Management) 연계를 통한 협업체계 구축을 목표로 협력사의 ERP 구축 및 5대 구축 자금 및 전문 인력을 지원하였다. 또한 시스템구축 지원 뿐만이 아니라 시스템 활용도 제고 활동을 위하여 ERP구축 및 SCM 연계가 완료된 업체를 대상으로 변화관리 컨설팅을 지원하였으며, 매년 정기적인 정보화평가를 수행하여, 문제점을 파악하고 문제점을 제거하기 위한 활동을 수행하게 되었다. 이와 같은 변화관리 컨설팅을 통한 시스템 활용도 제고활동이 정보시스템 전체에 미치는 영향 및 성과가 지대함을 인식하게 되었고, 이에 본 논문에서는 ERP 및 구매 SCM 시스템 구축 후 운영 안정화 및 변화관리 활동을 주요 연구대상으로 하여 변화관리 수행방안 및 수행내용, 변화관리 활동을 통한 성과에 대하여 중점적으로 연구하였다.

The Factors Affecting on The Implementation of Supply Chain Management System (공급사슬관리시스템의 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구)

  • This paper aimed to analyze the factors affecting on the implementation of supply chain management (SCM) system of manufacturing company in Korea. For preparation of the data for this research, the Internet-based questionnaires with 5 Likert's scale were performed to the 125 manufacturing companies in Korea. The affecting factors on the implementation of SCM system were crystallized through factor analysis methods. And the correlations between factors were analyzed with structural equation model (SEM). The factors affecting on the implementation of SCM system are company's IT-competence and relationship with supply chains. This paper could contribute to show the guideline for the successful implementation of SCM system to the korean manufacturing company.

  • CJ GLS Co. builds successfully Warehouse Management Systme (WMS), Customer Service & Support System(CSS), and Delivery Management System using RFID. This study tris to find out the effectiveness in CJ case. RFID, the core technology of Ubiquitous network, is now implied in our policy by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Energy. To support the study, examples from Korea and other countries using RFID system were introduced. Examples include the definition and features of RFID and the current applications of RFID. CJ GLS Co. used RFID to build the Integrated Logistics Management System effectively. The study analyzed the background of why to use this system, the goals and objectives of system building and the effectiveness of system building. In conclusion, the future of RFID and SCM was presented.

  • RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)를 이용하면 제품에 대한 실시간 파악이 가능하다. RFID는 IT 산업의 대안으로 평가되고 있고, 생산물류 뿐만 아니라 SCM의 재고를 관리하는 데에 있어서도 재고통재 및 관리를 효율적으로 할 수 있다. 또한 품질보증의 기능을 하고 제품에 대한 로트 추적이나 생산과정을 파악할 수 있어 문제점에 대한 재발방지 및 개선에 대한 역할이 가능해 진다. 실시간으로 재고를 통제 및 관리함으로써 보다 효율적인 생산지시 시스템을 구축할 수 있다. 이외에도 IE분야인 공정관리, 작업관리, 설비관리, 유통관리, 유통관리 등에도 적용이 가능하며, 재해의 위험요소를 원천적으로 방지하는 RFID 안전시스템에도 적용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 RFID의 적용 및 활동방안 대해 연구를 통해 새로운 기술환경에서 IE 및 산업안전 분야 등에 활용하고 역할과 책임을 다하고자 하기 위함이다.

  • Nuclear power is one of energy sources which has the safety and economic feasibility in supply. However, due to the recent disaster in Fukushima, Japan, the safety issue of nuclear power is now come to the fore again. For example, Germany and Italy they cancel some projects on nuclear power launching. In South Korea also, a lot of safety concerns are discussed and small and big accidents occur. Thus, this study suggests the supply chain management system based on RFID to improve safety and efficiency at the same time.

  • Joining the WTO in 2001, China became a number of the global economic system. China succeeded in vying to host Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and World Expo 2010 Shanghai. It is China's honor and opportunity to have high economic growth in the coming future. In 2007, the total cost of public logistics decreased by 18.2% than 2006 to 4540.6 billion RMB, accounting for 18.4% of the GDP. So, China logistics is a huge industry and a growing market full of charm. The statistic ratios of China's logistics and growth trends show us it is an important issue to build and run an effective logistics system. However, research on China's logistics systems and supply chain is lacked. This study is focus on the logistic location strategy in China including the study of factories and warehouses geographic strategy concerned with SCM. The core of this study is to propose a New Multi-Facilities Location Decision Model. This study banded the revised gravity center, the standard single facility location decision model(Gravity Center Model) and the transportation model into a new Multi-Facilities Location Decision Model. In addition, this study suggested the gravity center of population, the gravity center of each industry, the location decision graded-list of each industry of china using the gravity center model and the revised gravity center model. The new Multi-Facilities Location Decision Model proposed in this study can be used to solve the location decision problem of more than two facilities. And it can be used in the fields such as the location decision of production facility and service facility, the location of distribution and logistics, the location of broadcast and satellite communications, the location of wireless communication tower and so on.

  • It is noteworthy that EIS Consulting Method by ISP based on ERP Linkage Type for Large Scale Enterprise Associate Company. In this thesis, IT Strategy plan and methodology are suggested in order to solve the several problems including standardization on implementation of EIS Introduction and operation between large-small enterprise. Integration of business and information technical is made by Business management group's continuous IT concern and future information strategy. Also this paper proposes ISP Planning method (environment analysis, present analysis, IT analysis, target IT plan etc..), EIS Construction (based ERP Real data/time). In addition to, we suggest to use electron industry model and LCD/LED field in this system.

Comparative Analysis on the Consumer behavior for Internet and TV Home Shopping (인터넷과 TV홈쇼핑의 소비자 행동 특성 비교 분석)

  • 인터넷 전자상거래와 TV홈쇼핑 상품 구매가 활성화됨에 따라 인터넷 쇼핑몰과 TV홈쇼핑의 소비자 행동특정을 비교 분석하여 두 집단간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이자 있는지 분석하고 이에 대한 마케팅 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 교차분석 및 T-검정 등을 활용한 통계분석 결과 인터넷 상품구매와 TV 홈쇼핑을 각각 선호하는 두 집단간에 정보수집 등 사전준비 요인, 제품에 대한 편리성 및 서비스 요인 인터넷 사용 환경 풍의 요인에서 두 집단간에 통계적으로 유의적인 차이가 존재하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 인터넷 전자상거래나 TV 홈쇼핑 업체들은 두 집단간의 이러한 차이 특성을 충분히 고려하여 인터넷 또는 TV 홈쇼핑 마케팅 전략을 운영하여야 할 것이다. 특히 소비자들의 통신판매 제품에 대한 관심이 높아져가 것을 감안하여 대 고객 관계마케팅(CRM)시스템 부문 강화, '상품배송' 면에서 비용 절감과 고객 만족을 위한 SCM 구축방안 개발에 주력하여야 할 것이다.

  • Recently, interests for SRM have been increasing rapidly to automate the whole processes of supply chain from sourcing to procurement and improve the whole efficiency of supply chain by strategically managing the relationship with external partners (suppliers). The national procurement service of Korea is trying to build new paradigms by introducing SRM for improving the competitiveness of national public procurement service. For this, a new assessment model for evaluating and selecting suppliers with fairness and objectivity should be developed. In this paper, we propose a new SRM solution including a model that evaluates and grades of suppliers' capabilities of performing the contracts. We also explain the innovation of national public procurement system through this SRM solution.

  • The Manifestation Consolidation System(MFCS) has made a peat contribution to effective improvement of distribution industry. To save distribution expenses and the time needed to record reports, more simplified system is being used for which overlapped or unnecessary transmitted items in taking care of goods are decreased. To become a center of Asian distribution information, our country has to prepare for the base of the MFCS and use it effectively Therefore, for an effective management of the MFCS, this study examines a procedure that takes care of goods in the MFCS, presents a future-model of the MFCS, and analyses classification of tasks relating to export and import and titles of electronic documents. In conclusion, this study aims at presenting an interpretative base of the MFCS in a practical viewpoint rather than presenting its technical direction.
