1bit full adder have 3 input (including carry_in) and 2 outputs(Sum and Carry_out). Because of 1 bit full adder's propagation delay. We usually use 4-bit binary full adder with fast carry, 74LS283. The 74LS283 is positive logic circuit chip. But the logic function of binary adder is symmetrical, so it can be possible to use it not only positive logic but also the negative logic. This thesis use symmetrical property. such as $C_{i+1}(\bar{a_i}\bar{b_i}\bar{c_i})=C_{i+1}{\bar}(a_i,\;b_i,\;c_i)$ and $S_i(\bar{a_i}\bar{b_i}\bar{c_i})=\bar{S_i}(a_i,\;b_i,\;c_i)$. And prove this property with logic operation. Using these property, the 74LS283 adder is possile as the negation logic circuit. It's very useful to use the chip in negative logic. because many system chip is negative logic circuit. for example when we have negative logic chip with 74LS283. we don't need any not gate for 74LS283 input, and just use output of adder(74LS283) as the negation of original output.

We present far-ultraviolet (FUV) observations of comet C/2001 Q4 (NEAT) obtained with Far-ultraviolet Imaging Spectrograph (FIMS, also called SPEAR) around perihelion between 8 and 15 May 2004. Several important emission lines, including S I (1425, 1474 ${\AA}$), C I (1561, 1657 ${\AA}$), CO (1087.9, 1340-1680 ${\AA}$) were detected. Especially, the spectral features of CO are its electronic transitions belongings to the A-X, C-X systems. We also obtained radial profile of S I, C I, H I $Ly{\beta}$ with line fitting from central coma. The production rate of several spectral lines calculated from observed FUV photon flux. FUV spectral images of S I, C I, H I $Ly{\beta}$ emission lines were obtained.

This study was designed to determine the Internet game and smartphone usage status of senior elementary school students. Data were collected from 6 October 2018 to 30 September 2019, and 1618 subjects were analyzed using SPSS 18.0. As a result of the study, the I-GUESS rating was 6.1% in the high-risk group, and, the S-scale ratios were 10.1% for the potential-risk group and 0.8% for the high-risk group. Physical problems related to Internet games and using smartphones were experienced by 36.0% of the students, with eye fatigue being the highest at 20.4%. Emotional problems were found in 18.5% of the students, with anger being the highest at 6.8%. Social problems were experienced by 21.8% of the students, conflicts with parents being the highest at 10.3%. As a result of surveying the main content based on S-scale and I-GUESS, it was found that the higher the S-scale ratio and the I-GUESS rating, the more broadcast content was used. The correlation between I-GUESS rating and S-scale ratio showed that the higher the I-GUESS rating, the higher the S-scale ratio, and the higher the S-scale ratio, the higher the I-GUESS rating. Future research is necessary to develop an intervention program for elementary school students from a preventive perspective.

Background : IGF-I is an important mitogen in many types of malignancies. Tumors also express many IGF binding proteins, which modulate IGF action. The propose of this study was to evaluate the effect of IGF-I and IGFBP on cell proliferation in mouse lung cancer cells (3LL). Methods : The cellular proliferation of 3LL with the treatment of growth factors was evaluated using MTT assay. Western ligand blot was performed in order to determine whether 3LL cells secrete IGFBPs and we evaluated the effect of IGFBP on cellular proliferation. Results : The treatment of 3LL cells with IGF-I increased cellular proliferation in a serum free media. Western ligand blot of conditioned medium of 3LL with $^{125}I$-IGF-I demonstrated one single major band with an estimated molecular mass of 24 kDa. This band was identified as IGFBP-4 with immunoblot analysis using antisera. The addition of anti-IGFBP-4 antibody to abrogate the effect of IGFBP-4 resulted in increased cellular proliferation suggesting that IGFBP-4 inhibits cell growth. Conclusion : IGF-I increases cellular proliferation, however the secreted IGFBP-4 has an inhibitory function on cell growth in 3LL. These findings suggest that IGF-I and IGFBP are involved in the cell proliferation.

In this paper, we proposed the modified method of Metcalfe's law that is "Modfied law" in evaluating the network power for the measurement of combat effectiveness in C4I system. It is applied to JFOS-K (Joint Fire Operating System-Korea) C4I system that can connect KJCCS (Korea Joint Command and Control System) of Korea armed forces with JADOCS (Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System) of U.S. armed forces and achieve sensor to shooter system in real time in JCS (Joint Chiefs of Staff) level. The result of combat effectiveness using Modified law is compared to the one by C2 theory and found that both is similar. This study is meaningful because we improved the description level of reality in calculation of combat effectiveness in C4I system.

Objectives : This study is designed to evaluate correlation between the data of D.I.T,I examination in Bell's palsy and the improving period. Methods : This study researched into the clinical statistics for 50 patients who are in Bell's palsy and they are treated with oriental medical care of Dongshin university during 18months from January 1, 2005 to June 1, 2006. The data which examinated by D.I.T.I, are the thermal difference of normal and abnormal site of acupuncture int Gl4 BL2 GB3 S3 S4 S6 TE17 in Bell's palsy. Result : There was statistic significance between thermal difference of normal, abnormal site and the improving period. The period was shorter in normal thermal pattern than hypothermal pattern, hyperthermal pattern. Conclusion : According to the result, there was a statistic significance that more thermal difference and more difficult to recover in Bell's palsy.

A blend polymeric system composed of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA or PM) and polystyrene (PS) dissolved in chloroform was rheologically studied. The viscosities ${\eta}_{bl}$ of the blend system with various blending ratios ${\chi}$ changing from zero (pure PS solution) to unity (pure PMMA solution) were measured at $25{\circ}C$ as a function of shear rates ${\dot{s}}$ by using a Couette type viscometer. ${\eta}_{bl}$ at a given ${\dot{s}}$ decreased exponentially with ${\chi}$ reaching asymptotic constant value of ${\eta}_{bl}$ ; ${\eta}_{bl}$ at a given ${\chi}$ is greater at a smaller ${\dot{s}}$. These results are explained by using Ree-Erying's theory of viscosity, ${\eta}_{bl}=(x_1{\beta}_1/{\alpha}_1)_{b}_1＋ (x_2{\beta}_2/{\alpha}_2)_{bl}[sinh^{-1}{\beta}_2(bl) {\dot{s}}]/{\beta}_2(bl){\dot{s}}$. The Gibbs activation energy ${\Delta}G_i^\neq$(i = 2 for non-Newtonian units) entering into the intrinsic relaxation time ${\beta}$ is represented by a linear combination ${\Delta}G_i^\neq(bl) ={\chi}{\Delta}G_i^{\neq}_{iPM}+(1-{\chi}){\Delta}G_i^{\neq}_{iPS}$;the intrinsic shear modulus$[[\alpha}_i]^{-1}$ is also represented by $[{\alpha}_i(bl)]^{-1}={\chi}[{\alpha}_{iPM}]^{-1}+(1-{\chi})[{\alpha}_{iPS}]^{-1}$ and the fraction of area on a shear surface occupied by the ith flow units $x_i(bl)$ is similarly represented, i.e., $x_i(bl) = {\chi}x_{iPM}+(1-{\chi})x_{iPS}$. By using these ideas the Ree-Eyring equation was rewritten which explained the experimental results satisfactorily.

1. Objectives The purpose of this study was to objectively diagnose American male and female's production of two vowels /a, i/ by Sasang Constitution. 2. Methods It was analyzed the constitutional characteristics of the American adults voices with PSSC-2004. of 134 cases of vowels /a, i/ with a duration of $2.5{\sim}3$ seconds were inputted in PSSC-2004 and analyzed into 40 factors. 3. Results and Conclusions 1) APQ In the male group's production of vowel /a/, the Soyangin's APQ(l), APQ(3) and APQ(4) were significantly high compared with those of Taeumin and Soeumin. 2) Shimmer In the male group's production of vowel /a/, Soeumin's Octave1 Shimmer was significantly low compared with that of Taeumin and Soeumin. In the male group's production of vowel /i/, Soeumin's D-Shimmer was significantly low compared with that of Taeumin and Soeumin. In the female group's production of vowel /a/, the Soyangin's C-Shimmer was significantly high compared with that of Taeumin and Soeumin. 3) Octave In the male group's production of vowel /a/, the Soyangin's Octave3, Octave4, Octave5, Octave6 and Octave1 Ratio were significantly high compared with those of Taeumin and Soeumin. In the male group's production of vowels /a, i/, the Soyangin's Octave4 was significantly high compared with that of Taeumin and Soeumin. 4) Energy In the male group's production of vowel /a/, the Soyangin's Time Domain Total Sum /Time Domain Count, Freq Domain Total Sum /cnt(0), 0k-4k Total Sum, Dev., A(A#, C, E, D#, E, F#) tot E, and A(C,, D#, F#) Dev. were significantly high compared with those of Taeumin and Soeumin. In the male group's production of vowel /i/, the Soyangin's Time Domain Total Sum /Time Domain Count, Freq Domain Total Sum /cnt(0) and 0k-4k Total Sum, Dev. were significantly high compared with those of Taeumin and Soeumin. 5) Peak In the male group's production of vowels /a/ and /i/,, the Soyangin's Peak1 Ratio was significantly low compared with that of Taeumin and Soeumin. In the male group's production of vowels /a/ and /i/,, the Soyangin's Peak10 Ratio, Time Domain Peak Total/Total Energy Sum, Time Domain Peak Dev. and Total/Total Dev. Sum were significantly high compared with those of Taeumin and Soeumin. 6) It is necessary to expand the research of the acoustic analysis of American and Korean to other countries in the diagnosis of the Sasang Constitution by using the voice characteristics.

We studied two-photon-resonant three-photon ionization processes via 4D[channel #1] and 5S(channel #2] intermediate state of Na atom in a quartz ionization cell. For each channel. the bandwidth of ionization spectrum increased linearly with laser intensity and the ionization signal followed J3 dependence at low intensity. Compared with channel # 1 . ionization signal of channel #2 was enhanced by a factor of 20 - 25. The measured AC Stark shift factor of 3S - 4I) transition was $174\pm60MHz/MW/textrm{cm}^2$..

Second-order rate constants ($k_{OH^-}$) have been measured spectrophotometrically for reactions of Y-substituted phenyl phenyl thionocarbonates (4a-i) with $OH^-$ in 80 mol % $H_2O$/20 mol % DMSO at $25.0{\pm}0.1^{\circ}C$. The $k_{OH^-}$ values for the reactions of 4a-i have been compared with those reported previously for the corresponding reactions of Y-substituted phenyl phenyl carbonates (3a-i) to investigate the effect of changing the electrophilic center from C=O to C=S on reactivity and mechanism. Thionocarbonates 4a-i are less reactive than the corresponding carbonates 3a-i although 4a-i are expected to be more reactive than 3a-i. The Bronsted-type plot for reactions of 4a-i is linear with $\beta_{lg}$ = -0.33, a typical $\beta_{lg}$ value for reactions reported to proceed through a stepwise mechanism with formation of an intermediate being the rate-determining step (RDS). Furthermore, the Hammett plot correlated with $\sigma^o$ constants results in much better linearity than that correlated with $\sigma^-$ constants, indicating that expulsion of the leaving group is not advanced in the RDS. Thus, alkaline hydrolysis of 4a-i has been concluded to proceed through a stepwise mechanism with formation of an intermediate being RDS, which is in contrast to the forced concerted mechanism reported for the corresponding reactions of 3a-i. Enhanced stability of the intermediate upon modification of the electrophilic center from C=O to C=S has been concluded to be responsible for the contrasting mechanisms.
