지역농협의 금융서비스 품질결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determination Factors of Service QualitY for Local Nong-Hyup.)

  • 본 연구는 금융시장의 환경변화에 따라 어려움을 겪고 있는 지역농협이, 농협 금융서비스에 대한 고객의 욕구를 파악하고 추후 고객지향의 다양한 전략구사나 서비스를 개선하는데 도움이 될 목적으로 이루어지게 되었다. 연구는 이론고찰과 실증분석을 통해 이루어졌다. 먼저 "서비스"와 "서비스 품질"에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 본 연구의 모형을 도출하였다. 연구모형에서 제시한 연구내용을 분석하기 위해 농협 금융서비스를 이용하는 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문결과를 분석하기 위해 SPSS Win 10을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, t-test, 회귀분석, 교차분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 지역농협의 금융 서비스 품질결정요인으로 신뢰성, 공감성, 유형성, 편의성이라는 요인이 추출되었고, 이들 요인에 대한 기대서비스와 지각서비스에 차이가 있는 가에 대한 분석 결과 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 모든 요인에 대한 변수의 (지각수준 - 기대수준) 값이 마이너스로 나타나 기대수준 보다 지각수준이 낮음을 알 수 있다. 또한 서비스 품질 결정요인들이 고객만족에 영향을 미치는가에 대한 분석 결과, 편의성을 제외한 신뢰성, 공감성, 유형성 요인들이 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 특히 공감성, 유형성, 신뢰성 순으로 회귀계수의 크기가 나타나 공감성이 고객만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스 품질 결정요인들이 재구매에 영향을 미치는가를 알아본 결과 신뢰성, 공감성, 유형성, 편의성 요인 모두 재 구매에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 4개 요인 중 공감성의 회귀계수가 가장 크게 나타났고 이어 신뢰성, 편의성, 유형성의 순으로 나타나 재구매에도 공감성 요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 지역농협 금융 서비스에 대한 고객의 만족/불만족과 재구매와의 관계를 분석했는데 두 변수사이에 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

우리나라 대학(大學)에 있어서의 학생보건관리(學生保健管理) 및 의료보험제도(醫療保險制度)에 관(關)한 실태(實態) 조사(調査) 연구(硏究) (A Study on Health Administration Status and Medicare Insurance Program in Universities and Colleges in Korea)

  • The status of health administration and medicare insurance program of 58 universities and colleges of 4-year course was studyed in 1971 and the following results were obtained; 1. The average number of students of 30 universities was $4,800{\pm}2,600$ and that of 36 colleges was $780{\pm}620$. 2. The types of health service facilities for the students varied widely according to the institutions, from an elaborate one, university health center, to a poor one, first aid room. 3. Thirty-six out of 58 institutions had some sort of health service facilities, either health center or health service room. And 14 out of 36 institutions had elaborate health service facilities such as university health center or student health center 4. The number of full time staff of the health center and that of the health service room were 2 to more than 10 and 0 to 3 respectively. 5. The range of student health service fee varied widely according to the institutions from \50 to \550 per student, per semester. The average cost of student health service fee at the institutions with health centers was $\300{\pm}150$ and that with health service rooms was $\200{\pm}150$ per student, per semester. 6. Utility rate of the student health service facilities at the institutions with health centers and with health service rooms were 1,200 to 1,400 and 3,900 to 4,100 per 1,000 students per year. 7. There was an obvious increasing tendency of tuberculosis prevalence rate in the students. 8. The institutions which had appointed hospitals for student medicare were 24; where the reduction rate of medical expenses for students varied from 10 to 50 per cent. 9. Students medicare insurance program was adopted by six universities which accomodated more than 2,000 students. 10. The range of student medicare insurance fee varied widely according to the institutions from \140 to \800 per student per year. Each of the six universities which had adopted the insurance program had each own's special regulations to apply for pay claims.

중소기업에 적용된 ERP 서비스에서의 서비스 품질과 시스템 수용 및 상관성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Service Quality, System Acceptance and Relationship in the ERP Services to SMEs)

  • The quality of service in ERP services is a key issue in innovating the ERP performance as an IT service for corporations. Currently, most of the research works for this area are based on the existing quality models such as SERVQUAL, which are said not to measure service quality properly. Also, it does not consider the factor of the system acceptance, which is thought to be closely related to the quality of service in this type of IT services. Therefore, a research model is required, which can address the issues related to the ERP service quality measurements. In this paper, new research models have been proposed, and empirical data obtained from SME's ERP users have been applied to the proposed model to analyze the causal relationship between quality factors and to identify the most suitable quality measures. Also, the relationship between the service quality and the system acceptance was analyzed using a combined model. The results show that factors such as productivity and convenience affects the quality mostly and that the most appropriate measure for the service quality of ERP service is satisfaction. Also, for the system acceptance, the ease-of-use is the main factor. And, the service quality and system acceptance shows a strong correlation. This means that, in order to enhance the quality of ERP services, the service provider needs to provide customers with productivity-enhanced user-friendly IT services and active product support. The work of this research can help to improve the service quality and the user acceptance of ERP services and to lead further research works in this area.

  • Distributed Denial of service attack is one of the major threats nowadays especially to the government infrastructure that give huge impact to the reputation and interrupt the services and resource. Our survey start with brief introduction about DDoS attacks, we illustrate the trends and incident happened at government from various countries. We then provide an extensive literature review on the existing research about implication, types of attacks and initiative to defence against the DDoS attacks. Our discussion aims to identify the trends in DDoS attacks, in depth impact of DDoS attacks to government infrastructure, classification of attacks and techniques against the attacks. And we will use for a fire fight safety and management.

고객(顧客)이 임의수(任意數)의 Server 를 원하는 M/M/s system 의 개산법(槪算法) (An approximation of the M/M/s system where customers demand random number of servers)

  • In the case of numerical implementation, the exact solution method for the M/M/s system where customers demand multiple server use [2] reveals limitations, if a system has large number of servers or types of customers. This is due to the huge matrices involved in the course of the calculations. This paper offers an approximation scheme for such cases. Capitalizing the characteristics of the service rate curve of the system, this method approximates the service rate as a piecewise linear function. With the service rates obtained from the linear function for each number of customers n (n=0. 1. 2,$\cdots$), ${\mu}(n)$, steady-state probabilities and measures of performance are found treating this system as an ordinary M/M/s system. This scheme performs well when the traffic intensity of a system is below about 0.8. Some numerical examples are presented.

환자와 간호사의 개인적 특성과 간호서비스 질이 병원 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 비교연구 (A Comparative Study of how Subjects' Characteristics and Nursing Service Quality Influence on Hospital Revisiting Intent between Patients and Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to examine how subjects' characteristics and nursing service quality influence hospital revisiting intent, to compare perceptions of patients with those of nurses, Method: The questionnaire was developed and distributed to 300 patients and nurses at six general hospitals in a provincial city, Korea, For data analysis, the SPSS/PC program was used. Result: The nursing service quality's scores of patients is 3.61, that of nurses is 3.77, and there is a significant difference. The hospital revisiting intent's score of patients is 4.84, that of nurses is 4.61, and there are no significant differences. In subjects' characteristics, patients perceive that the hospital is the only different factor, and place hospital revisiting intent at $3.6\%$. Nurses perceive that education level and position are different factors, and place hospital revisiting intent at $3.3\%$. In nursing service quality, patients perceive that 2 attributes explain hospital revisiting intent at $17.8\%$ and 2 factors explain it at $16.5\%$; whereas, nurses perceive that 2 attributes explain hospital revisiting intent at $15.3\%$ and 3 factors explain it at $12.2\%$. Conclusion: There are perception gaps between consumers and providers. So nursing and hospital managers must recognize these facts and provide various marketing strategies to overcome them.

  • 웹 서비스 사이트들의 급속한 증가에 따라 수많은 유사 웹 서비스들 중에서 최적의 서비스를 찾는 방법이 문제가 되고 있다. 매치메이커는 주어진 질의에 적합한 서비스 사이트를 찾아주는 일종의 에이전트 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 분산 시각 미디어 검색 프레임워크인 HERMES를 위한 매치메이커를 제안하고, QoS를 기반으로 결과 서비스 사이트의 순위를 부여하는 방법을 설명한다. 또한 실험을 통해 제안 방법의 유용성과 정확성을 보인다.

  • This study analyzed the process of information service and its factors in the cognitive viewpoint. And developed a conceptual model to help in developing future information systems and services. The results of this study were summarized as follows : 1) The paradigm of information user study is changing from the system-centered to the user-centered one. 2) The researchers describe the user's internal cognitive process as the starting point of the information service. 3) The user's personal cognitive process influence the process of the information service over. And the focus is a microscopic one including the factors of the perception and recognition of the stimulus, remembering and searching information, reasoning the rules, recognition of the patterns, formalization of the concepts, etc. 4) The information librarian performs the role as a knowledge/ information system interface, and his knowledge structure reflects the organization of that knowledge/information system. 5) The information librarians can perform their role as information specialists actively and offensively. And the performance of the librarians can be measured on the scales of the su n.0, pplying capability of relevant information and the client satisfaction.

중소기업의 정보화지원정책에 관한 연구 (A Study for Governmental Support to Building Information Systems of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises)

  • SME's(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) have limited resources to build information systems on their own. They do not have effective information systems and not utilize e-business technology enough. The government thus have provided various supports for SME's IT developments. However, those supports do not seem so effective that SME's can operate appropriate information systems and do e-business well. The objective of this study is to develop conceptual policies for the government. We suggest an integrated government support which consists of three core stratigies: one-stop service center, outsourcing of public service, and triggering strategy. In order for the government support to be effective, the government should serve SME's needs continuously and professionally.

닭 도체에서 분리한 Salmonella spp의 특성 분석 (Characteristics of Salmonella spp isolated from poultry carcasses)

  • Salmonella infections cause the diseases in poultry and some zoonotic Salmonella can be transmitted to human through poultry products, resulting in food-borne disease. This study was conducted to obtain some useful information for the control of salmonellosis in human. Twenty four Salmonella spp were isolated from poultry carcasses, and they were examined with several methods such as serotyping, antimicrobial resistance test and random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) to identify their characteristics. In serotyping test of 24 strains S enteritidis was 17 (70.8%), followed by S schwarzengrund 3 (12.5%), untyped strain 4 (16.7%). In the results of antimicrobial resistance test, 23 (95.8%) isolates were resistant to at least one antimicrobial agent, generating eight different resistance patterns. In RAPD analysis using URP-6 primer to differentiate Salmonella isolates within a serotype, 4 serogroups were divided into 10 RAPD types: 5 types in S enteritidis, 2 types in S schwarzengrund and 3 types in the remainder.
