IT convergence services, as the main stream of the digital age, are currently on their way to include the concept of Software as a Service (SaaS), where IT products and services are integrated as one. In particular, the recently introduced web-service-based SaaS is expected to be a more developed SaaS model. This new model provides greater influence on clients' job performances than its previous models, such as application service providers and the web-native phase. However, the effects of technology maturity on task performance have been overlooked in adoption and performance studies. Accordingly, this study introduces SaaS technology maturity as the exogenous technological characteristic influencing job performance. This study also examines the relationships among various SaaS-related performances according to the different levels of SaaS maturity. Results suggest that applying innovative technologies (such as SaaS), particularly when the technology reaches a certain level of maturity, is more helpful for managers in improving task-technology fit and job performance. This study makes an academic contribution by establishing and validating a performance model empirically with SaaS technology maturity perspectives.

지상파 디지털방송의 표준인 ATSC 서비스가 진화하고 있다. 한국방송협회(KBA)는 2006년 독일 FIFA 월드컵방송 기간 동안 MPEG-2 압축방식을 사용한 지상파 다채널방송인 MMS(Multi Mode Service)를 시험 방송하였다. MMS는 하나의 HD채널을 제공하면서 6MHz 대역 내에서 다양한 부가서비스를 제공한다. 비디오 압축 기술(MPEG-2)을 사용하여 HDTV, SDTV, Audio 뿐만 아니라 Data신호를 전송할 수 있다. 지난 2009년 11월, KBS는 MMS서비스보다 진화한 코리아뷰(KoreaView)를 제안하였다. 코리아뷰의 압축방식은 MPEG-2와 H.264를 혼합한 방식으로 미국의 모바일방송 표준(A/153)과 동일한 방식이다. 코리아뷰는 다채널방송서비스로 6MHz대역 내에서 HD와 3개의 SD프로그램을 제공한다. 지상파 방송의 다채널 서비스는 시청자서비스 확대에 주목할 필요가 있다. 또한 지상파 방송의 다채널 서비스는 디지털 전환을 촉진시키고 시청자들의 선택권을 확대시킨다. 디지털기술의 발전으로 유료방송 채널은 수백 개로 증가하고 있다. 그러나 지상파 방송은 디지털 전환이 추진되고 있지만 다채널 서비스를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 지상파 다채널 서비스인 MMS와 코리아뷰의 기술적 특징과 차이를 분석하고, 향후 서비스 도입에 따른 정책적 방향을 제시하였다.

Although many swine farms continuously vaccinated to sow to prevent Porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED), PED has occurred annually in swine herds in Jeonbuk province, Korea. In the present study, the small intestine and feces samples from 17 farms where severe watery diarrhea and death of newborn piglets occurred in 2019 were collected, amplified by RT-PCR and determined the complete nucleotide sequences of the spike (S) glycoprotein genes of nine Jeonbuk PEDV isolates. The spike (S) glycoprotein is an important determinant for molecular characterization and genetic relationship of PEDV. These nine complete S gene isolates were compared with other PEDV reference strains to identify the molecular diversity, phylogenetic relationships and antigenicity analysis. 9 field strains share 98.5~100% homologies with each other at the nucleotide sequence level and 97.3~100% homologies with each other at the amino acid level. The nine Jeonbuk PEDV isolates were classified into G2b group including a genetic specific signal, S-indels (insertion and deletion of S gene). In addition, comparisons the neutralizing epitopes of S gene between 9 field strains and domestic vaccine strains of Korea mutated 12-15 amino acids with SM-98-1 (G1a group) and mutated 0-3 amino acids with QIAP1401 (G2b group). Therefore, the development of G2b-based live vaccines will have to be expedited to ensure effective prevention of endemic PED in Korea. In addition, we will need to be prepared with periodic updates of preventive vaccines based on the PEDV variants for the re-emergence of a virulent strain.

세계적으로 개인과 사회의 안전에 대한 관심은 1970년대 후반과 1980년대 초반에 점점 늘어난 국제적 테러와 국내 폭력 범죄들 때문에 나날이 깊어져가고 있다. 특히, 지난 2001년 9.11 테라를 기점으로 경호산업은 전 세계적으로 급속하게 성장하고 있다. 그에 따라 우리나라 보안 서비스의 수요와 공급 또한 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 그 중 요인 경호서비스 보다는 시설 경호서비스가 더욱 활발해지고 있는 추세이다. 현재 우리나라 대부분의 경호${\cdot}$경비업체 역시 시설경비를 주로하고 있다. 이처럼 기계장비, 시스템 등 시설서비스 품질의 중요성이 대두되고 있음에도 불구하고 정작 경호${\cdot}$경비학 연구 영역에서는 서비스 품질과 고객 만족의 관계에 대한 연구가 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 경호${\cdot}$경비업체의 시설서비스를 이용하는 고객에 있어 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 서비스 품질이 고객의 만족도에 미치는 차이점을 비교${\cdot}$분석하고 서비스 품질이 고객만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 우리나라의 경호${\cdot}$경비업체의 앞으로의 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 경호${\cdot}$경비업체 서비스 품질이 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 어떠한 영향을 미치는가. 둘째, 경호${\cdot}$경비업체의 사회인구학적 특성에 대한 고객만족에 미치는 영향. 셋째, 서비스의 품질이 고객만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가.

Salmonella Typhimurium is a virulent pathogen for human and animal. We studied serotypes, biochemical characteristics, and antimicrobial resistance of S. Typhimurium isolated from diseased pigs in Gyeongbuk province over 1998 to 2008. One hundred sixteen isolates were identified as S. Typhimurium by biochemical characteristics and serotypes from 90 farms. The biochemical characteristics of S. Typhimurium isolates was production of $H_2S$, indole-negative, fermentation of mannitol, dulcitol, sorbitol, inositol, rhamnose, and maltose, and ornithine decarboxylase. At antimicrobial susceptibility test, the majority of isolates were highly susceptible to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, cefepime, ciprofloxacin, while were highly resistant streptomycin, cephalothin, enrofloxacin, nalidixic acid, apramycin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline. The isolates were divided into 65 resistant patterns and 47 of the isolates were shown as a DT104 ASSSuT resistant phenotype.

The purpose of this study was to examine a path analysis of perceived service quality, store image, alternative store attraction, consumer satisfaction and switching barrier perception on store loyalty in apparel product purchasing. The questionnaire was administered to 450 women shopped in a department store in Gwang-ju during September, 12-26, 2002. Data collected from 384 women were analyzed by using frequency, multiple regression analysis, path analysis by SPSS for WIN program. The results were as follows ; First, the switching barrier perception, consumer satisfaction, perceived service quality, store image significantly influenced store loyalty. Second, the consumer satisfaction, perceived service quality, store image, alternative store's attraction significantly influenced switching barrier perception. Third, the perceived service quality, store image, alternative store's attraction significantly influenced consumer satisfaction. Fourth, the perceived service quality, store image, alternative store's attraction had indirect effects on store loyalty mediated by consumer satisfaction and switching barrier perception. The consumer satisfaction had indirect effects on store loyalty mediated by switching barrier perception. In short, perceived service quality, store image, alternative store's attraction influenced on store loyalty mediated by consumer satisfaction and switching perception.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate Pre-service early childhood teachers' perceptions and roles regarding young children's free play time. Methods: The study utilized the photovoice method and involved 21 pre-service early childhood teachers who expressed interest in participating. Participants were enrolled in an infants teaching methodology class in B city. The study involved four virtual meetings conducted via untact teams, and the automatic recordings of these meetings were transcribed for analysis. Results: The results revealed that pre-service early childhood teachers recognized young children's free play time as a period to enjoy full freedom, develop as the main agent of their lives, and express their imagination. Furthermore, pre-service early childhood teachers perceived their roles during young children's free play time as a specialist infant observer, a connector between play and learning, and a versatile supporter. Conclusion/Implications: The findings suggest the need for a systematic curriculum to provide pre-service early childhood teachers with a balanced perspective and awareness of the meaning of free play and teacher roles. The study highlights the importance of expanding pre-practice courses for observation of play and field-oriented curriculum for incumbent teachers.

Objectives: This study intends to analyze the relationship between medical service experience and subjective health awareness by using data from Panel Study of Worker's Compensation Insurance(PSWCI). Methods: Tte χ2-test was performed to investigate subjective health awareness and medical service experience relevance. Logistic analysis was performed to analyze the influencinge factors. Results: The subjective health awareness scored "bad" in"'lack treatment period" compared to "adequate treatment period" in medical service experience (OR = 2.603 [95% CI = 1.666-2.555]). Conclusions: To improve the subjective health awareness of patients with industrial accidents, the industrial accident compensation and medical care approval system should be improved, and long-term industrial accident insurance policies should be developed to accommodate direct and indirect medical services.

사무실 관리 서비스 플랫폼은 사무실 센서 장치, G/DSCL(Gateway/Device Service Capability Layer), NSCL(Network Service Capability Layer), NA(Network Application)로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 사무실 관리 서비스에 적합한 게이트웨이 리소스트리와 서비스 시나리오를 설계하고, 지능형 기능 모델링을 통해서 사무실 관리 서비스가 운영 될 수 있음을 보인다.

Fowl typhoid (FT) is a septicemic disease caused by Salmonella gallinarum. The purpose of this study was to investigate the antimicrobial resistance and pulsed -field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) patterns of S gallinarum isolated from broiler. During 1999 to 2004, there was isolated a total of 26 strains in liver and spleen. The biochemical characteristics of S gallinarum isolates was nonmotile, no production of $H_2S$, glucose gas, non-fermented rhamnose, indole-negative, fermentation of dulcitol, mannitol, maltose, and ornithine decarboxylase. At antimicrobial susceptibility, all of isolates were susceptible to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, amikacin, neomycin, kanamycin, and cephalothin. Twenty-six isolates were divided into 19 resistant patterns and 6 strains was 8-multi-drug resistance. PFGE of Xba I restriction fragments of S gallinarum isolates was 22 patterns.
