These days, it is essential that a business-class hotel provide customers with Internet service. So the most hotels have been installing facilities actively for Internet service. Businessmen also want to use Internet service level to their own office or home in hotel room. But now TV and VoD(partial) based-on CATV in hotel is supplied, and the additional network are installed for Internet service. The existing TV also must be replaced to HDTV within 2 or 3 years. The objective of this paper is to implement the next generation hotel multimedia service system using xDSL technology, VLAN mapping technology, and QoS technology. This system can provide each room in hotel with high-quality video service and Internet service simultaneously, and can also supply Internet access service using wireless LAN for the Places, such as lobby, conference room, and coffee shop in hotel. Therefore, this system can create the new market in hotel multimedia service field by connecting xDSL technology to VLAN mapping technology for charging and QoS technology for video stream transmission.

본 논문에서는 무선망과 신호처리 기술의 발달과 1GHz급 이상의 고성능 모바일 장치의 등장에 따라 현재의 모바일 음성 서비스 품질과 확연히 차별화된 서비스를 제공하기 위해 3GPP에서 논의중인 EVS 코덱의 기술적 특성 및 최간 표준화 동향에 대해 기술한다. 3GPP에서는 지난 3월, 2년간의 논의를 거쳐 4G 모바일과 같은 EPS 시스템에서 차별화된 새로운 증감음성 품질의 서비스 제공이 필수적이라는 판단 하에 EVS 코덱 표준의 개발을 시작하였다. 현재 EVS 코덱 표준화를 위해 세부적인 가능과 성능 목표에 대해 협의를 진행중이며 표준의 완료 계획시점인 2012년 상반기경, 4G/LTE에서는 광대역 수준의 음성서비스에 비해 신호대역폭이 2배가 확장된 슈퍼와이드밴드급의 증감음성 서비스가 제공될 것으로 전망한다.

Differentiated Service is an IP QoS ensuring method based on packet marking that allows packets to be prioritized according to user requirements. During the time of congestion, more low priority packets are dropped than high priority packets. Different policy models are used to determine how to mark the packet. This paper investigated the performance of Differentiated Service using time sliding window with 3 color marking (TSW3CM). Simulation results using NS-2 showed that Differentiated Service can provide the quality of service requirements.

Due to the intense competition and low switching cost, to find out which factors will significantly impact on user's continuance intention is very important for mobile instant messaging (IM) practitioners. In this study, we adopted network externalities and perceived service quality as independent variables based on the definition of mobile IM service. Network externalities also include direct externalities (referent network size) and indirect externalities (perceived complementarity). The result of this study shows that referent network size has a critical influence on perceived usefulness and perceived complementarity has a critical influence on perceived enjoyment; perceived service quality, as we expected, has significantly impact on not only customer's satisfaction but also perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. Meanwhile, both perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment have directly critical influences on customer's continuance intention.

최근 스마트폰, 태블릿등과 같은 모바일 인터넷 기기들이 폭증함에 따라 Bluetooth 또는 WiFi P2P와 같은 기존 단말 간 통신 기술에 비해 넓은 전송 범위와 높은 QoS (Quality of Service)를 보장할 수 있는, 새로운 근접 서비스 기반(Proximity-based service)의 단말 간 (Device-to-device: D2D) 통신 기술에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 D2D 기술을 이용한 서비스 및 해당 서비스를 위한 요구사항들과 이를 지원하기 위한 요소기술들, 그리고 IEEE와 3GPP에서 활발히 진행되고 있는 D2D 통신 기술의 표준화 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

Internet is becoming more common with increasing cloud services have been spreading rapidly. A SLA is agreements between service providers and customers of service providers is how to ensure quality of service. SLA in cloud computing environments from the perspective of the IT service providers to customer satisfaction increase for service quality, it will need to differentiate between competing carriers QoS guarantees with SLA is a very important factor. However, the study of SLA in the cloud is staying in its infancy. In this paper, SLA indices for cloud services defining and use them SLA Management System for QoS guarantee has been implemented. The proposed system using monitoring-based migration policy an open source-based cloud computing platform which Cluster Nodes load distribution of virtual machines assigned to their availability, response time, throughput analysis of what affects and is compared with existing cloud.

This research focuses on the effect of consumer's innovativeness and the trust in other domain affecting the intention to use mobile payment services. The result of this paper reveals that consumer's innovativeness has both a direct impact on the intention to use mobile payment services and a indirect impact. Relative advantage and image play a mediating role between consumer's innovativeness and the intention to use mobile payment services. Moreover, the study reveals that the trust in other domain not only directly affects on the intention to use mobile payment services but also indirectly affects by mediating relative advantage, image, and perceived risk. This study indicated that a customer's established trust in other domain influences his or her trust in mobile payment services. Electronic payment service providers should consider that the trust-building process encompasses other domain as well as mobile relationships. And electronic payment firms should do their best to reduce customers' perceptions of risk.

As the trend of the Web is changing toward 'Web 2.0', OpenAPIs, Web 2.0's core technology, are used in many web sites. In the past, services in websites are used in its own, but recently it is possible to use services in other websites by using OpenAPI. In u-GIS many vendors also can provide combined service by using OpenAPI. There are already lots of OpenAPIs and the numer of OpenAPI increases very fast. So it is difficult to find a service that we want to use, and also difficult to find services for mashup. In this paper, we developed retrieval methods for OpenAPIs and mashup capable services based on similarity. First we define the integrated service information model to cover various protocols of OpenAPI, then developed a retrieval methods based on it. By implementing system according these methods by using relational database and JSP, we prove that the system can provide an ranked result sets based on similarity, OpenAPI's integration retrieval results and mashup capable service retrieval results.

본 연구는 대전광역시의 응급의료서비스 취약지를 도출하고 취약지역의 보건학적 특성 및 응급의료서비스 취약여부와의 관련성을 분석하여 응급의료 관련 정책의 의사결정에 유용한 기초자료로 제공하기 위한 연구이다. 응급의료서비스 취약지 도출은 Arc GIS의 공간분석 방법 중 가중분석(Cost Weighted distance) 방법으로 응급의료센터로부터의 접근성 분석을 하였으며, 응급의료서비스 취약지의 보건학적 특성 및 응급의료서비스 취약여부와의 관련성은 SPSS 17.0을 이용하여 비모수 t-검정 및 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구지역의 응급의료기관 분포는 동구와 유성구, 대덕구는 지정된 응급의료센터가 없으나 서구와 중구는 응급의료센터가 2개소 이상 위치하고 있어 응급의료기관 분포가 편중되어 있으며, GIS를 활용하여 응급의료센터와의 접근성 분석을 수행한 결과, 대전광역시 자치구별 전체 면적 대비 응급의료서비스 취약지의 비율이 높은 자치구는 동구가 41.2%로 가장 높았다. GIS를 활용하여 행정동별 응급의료서비스 취약지를 분석한 결과, 대덕구 신탄진동, 동구 대청동과 산내동, 유성구 구즉동과 노은2동, 서구 기성동, 중구 산성동으로 나타났으며, 응급의료서비스 취약지 중 기성동, 대청동이 노인 인구밀도가 높게 나타났다. 응급의료서비스 취약여부에 따른 보건학적 특성별 차이를 분석한 결과, 국민기초생활수급권자, 장애인등록자, 농업인구 비율의 평균은 취약지가 비취약지에 비해 높았으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.01). 응급의료서비스 취약여부를 종속변수로 하고 지역별 보건학적 특성을 독립변수로 하여 로지스틱 회귀분석을 시행한 결과, 농업인구 비율과 국민기초생활수급권자 비율이 높았으며 이는 통계적으로 유의하여 응급의료서비스 취약여부를 설명할 수 있는 변수인 것으로 나타났다(p<0.01, p<0.05). 이상의 결과를 종합하면 대전광역시 5개 자치구의 행정동 중 응급의료서비스 접근 불평등지역이 도출되었고 이러한 지역은 보건학적 특성 중 농업인구 비율과 국민기초생활수급권자의 비율이 높았으며 이는 통계적으로 유의하여 응급의료서비스 취약여부와 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 효율적인 응급의료 자원 분배를 위해서는 GIS를 활용한 의사결정이 필요하며, 응급의료서비스 이용의 형평성을 증진시키기 위해서 응급의료서비스의 사각지대에 놓여있는 지역의 보건학적 특성을 고려한 정책이 시행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

The Terrestrial DTV service compliant with ATSC has been advancing for years. In KBA(Korean Broadcasters Association), a multi-channel service was broadcasted on air during the period of the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany with the various type of MMS(Multi Mode Service) using MPEG-2 encoding method. MMS Service can provides not only one HD channel but also serveral additional services within 6MHz bandwidth. Using digital video compression technology(MPEG-2), many various programs such as HDTV, SDTV, Audio and Data are able to be transmitted within the same bandwidth. From November 2009, KBS has been preparing an advanced MMS service, 'Korea-View' which has both methods of encoding, MPEG-2 and H.264 that is compliant ATSC mobile standard, A/153. Korea-View is a kind of multi-channel broadcast service to provide one HD and 3 SD programs with the bandwidth of 6MHz. Terrestrial multi-channel service is required to focuse on expanding viewer service. Such Terrestrial multi-channel services will contribute to transferring to digital broadcasting and to extending the viewers' welfare. Due to advances in digital technology, Pay-TV channels has increased to hundreds. Even though digital switchover is being proceeded, terrestrial broadcasters have been unable to deliver multi-channel services. In this paper, technical features and differences of MMS and Koreaview will be analyzed regarding terrestrial multi-channel broadcasting services, and the politic direction will be proposed in accordance with introduction of future service.
