졸겔법에 의한 $CaO-P_2O_5-SiO_2$계 미세분말의 수화 및 강도특성 (Properties of Hydration and Strength of Sol-gol Derived Fine Particle in the System $CaO-P_2O_5-SiO_2$)

  • In this study, gel powder which had relatively high hydration reactivity in CaO and P2O5 rich composition of CaO-P2O5-SiO2-H2O system was prepared by sol-gel process and its hydrated specimen was manufactured. The it was investigated to appropriate calcination temperature in sol-gel process which hydrated specimen of gel powder have proven to strength and the effect of factors influenced strength in hydration process. The major product of before and after hydration reaction was hydroxyapatite, and crystalline phase of C-S-H was already formed during gelation process. After hydration reaction of pressed specimen, crystalline phase of C-S-P-H was formed. It was hydrated product of silicocarnotite (5CaO.P2O5.SiO2). Gel phases of C-S-H and C-S-P-H occured as a result of partial substitution of amorphous silica by P2O5 was formed. The strength of hydrated hardened body is developed by strong bonding and bridging between the gel phases of C-S-H or C-S-P-H and the crystalline products such as hydroxyapatite, Ca(OH)2 C-S-H and C-S-P-H. In addition, the ultrafine gel powder have an great effect on increase of hydration reaction.

펜톤반응에서 pH의 변화에 따른 superoxide radical (${O_2}^-$.)의 생성 (The Rate of Superoxide Radical (${O_2}^-$.) Production in Normal Fenton's Reagent at Different pHs)

  • 전통적인 펜톤반응에서 Superoxide radical (${O_2}^-$.)에 의한 사염화탄소의 환원반응을 조사하였으며 과산화수소의 농도구배와 pH의 변화에 따른 ${O_2}^-$.의 생성률을 측정하였다. 펜톤반응에서 1-헥산올의 분해율은 pH가 증가함에 따라 90% (pH3) 에서 5% (pH5) 급격하게 감소한 반면 사염화탄소의 분해율은 pH가 증가함에 따라서 증가하였다. 이러한 결과는 펜톤반응이 Hydroxyl radical (${O_2}^-$.)의 산화반응과 ${O_2}^-$.의 환원반응이 공존하는 반응임을 보이는 결과이다. ${O_2}^-$.의 생성률은 pH 11에서 $H_2$O$_2$의 농도가 29.4mM에서 294mM로 증가함에 따라 (45.3$\pm$7.8) X $10^{-6}$ M/s에서 (151.0$\pm$26.2) X $10^{v}$ / M/s로 증가하였으며 294mM의 H$_2$$O_2$에서 pH가 7에서 11로 증가함에 따라 (22.1$\pm$3.8) x $10^{-6}$ / M/s에서 (151.0$\pm$26.2) x $10^{-6}$ M/s 증가하였다. 이러한 결과는 ${O_2}^-$.의 환원력을 적용한 펜톤반응이 넓은 pH영역에서 적용될 수 있음을 나타내는 결과이다. 특별히 토양내 흡착력이 약하고 지하수내에 쉽게 용해될 수 있으며 독성 및 발암성물질로 알려진 사염화탄소와 같은 염소계 유기화합물의 제거에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

TTAB 용액에서 p-브로모페놀의 가용화와 TTAB의 미셀화와의 상관관계에 대한 연구 (Relationship between the Micellization of TTAB and the Solubilization of p-Bromophenol in TTAB Solution)

  • TTAB(tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide)의 미셀화와 그 용액에서 p-브로모페놀의 가용화 현상을 UV-vis 분광광도법을 이용하여 동시에 연구하였다. 열역학적 연구를 위해 온도의 변화가 가용화와 미셀화에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 그 결과 p-브로모페놀의 가용화에 대한 ${\Delta}G_s{^o}$${\Delta}H_s{^o}$ 값은 측정범위 내에서 모두 음의 값을 그리고 ${\Delta}S_s{^o}$ 값은 양의 값을 나타내었다. 그러나 TTAB의 미셀화에 대한 ${\Delta}G_m{^o}$ 값은 모두 음의 값을 그리고 ${\Delta}H_m{^o}$${\Delta}S_m{^o}$ 값은 모두 양의 값을 나타내었다. 또한 p-브로모페놀의 가용화와 TTAB의 미셀화에 미치는 n-부탄올과 NaCl의 효과를 조사하였으며, 두 현상의 상관관계에 대해서 조사하였다. 이러한 결과들로부터 p-브로모페놀이 미셀의 어느 부분에 가용화되는지를 확인할 수 있었다.

돼지지방, 올리브유 및 대두유를 첨가한 분쇄돈육의 품질 및 기호성 (Quality and Sensory Score of Ground Pork Meats on the Addition of Pork Fat, Olive Oil and Soybean Oil)

  • 본 연구는 돼지지방, 올리브유 및 대두유를 첨가한 분쇄돈육의 품질 및 기호성을 검토하기 위하여 돼지지방을 첨가한 분쇄돈육(GP-P), 올리브유를 첨가한 분쇄돈육(GP-O) 및 대두유를 첨가한 분쇄돈육(GP-S) 등 세 종류의 분쇄육을 제조하고 일반성분, 표면색깔, 지방산 조성, 보수력, pH, VBN 함량, TBARS값 및 순위법에 의한 기호성을 측정하였다. 수분, 조단백질, 조지방 및 조회분 함량은 GP-P, GP-O 및 GP-S 사이에 통계적 유의성이 없었다. $L^{*}$(명도), $a^{*}$(적색도) 및 $b^{*}$(황색도)값은 GP-P가 GP-O 및 GP-S보다 유의하게 높았다(p<0.05). 가장 많이 함유된 포화지방산은 palmitic acid로서 GP-P(24.384%)가 GP-O(15.611%) 및 GP-S(14.423%)보다 유의하게 높았다(p<0.05). 불포화지방산의 경우 GP-P(43.773%)및 GP-O(65.040%)는 oleic acid가 가장 많았으며, GP-S는 linoleic acid(40.762%)가 가장 많이 함유되어 있었다. 보수력은 GP-P가 GP-O 및 GP-S보다 높았으며, pH는 GP-S가 GP-P및 GP-O보다 높았고, VBN 함량 및 TBARS값은 GP-P가 GP-O및 GP-S보다 유의하게 높았다(p<0.05).가열하지 않은 분쇄돈육의 색깔은 GP-O 및 GP-S가 GP-P보다 우수하였으나(p<0.05), 향기는 시료들 사이에 통계적 유의성이 없었다. 가열 분쇄육의 경우, 향기는 시료들 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 맛, 조직감 및 전체적인 기호성은 GP-S가 가장 우수하였고(p<0.05), 다즙성은 GP-O 및 GP-S가 GP-P보다 우수하였다(p<0.05).

Effect of Functional Rehabilitation Exercise for Correct Posture on Physical Balance and Physical Factors

  • Purpose: This study attempted to investigate the effect of functional rehabilitation exercise for posture correction on physical strength factors and physical balance. Research design, data, and methodology: It consisted of 40 experimental groups that applied functional rehabilitation exercises to 80 people with posture imbalance and 40 comparative groups that performed general exercises, and was conducted four times a week, once for 40 minutes, and for 12 weeks. Results: D.S. (p<.o1) among F.M.S., a moving assessment. It increased significantly from the dictionary, and H.S. (p<.o5). I.L(p<.o5). S.M(p<.o5). A.S.L.R(p<.o5). T.S.P(p<.o01). It was confirmed that R.S. (p<.o5) decreased more after than before. In other words, Functional rehabilitation exercise was effective in improving physical balance. PAPS flexibility (bending forward) (p<.o1). Muscle strength (grip strength test) (p<.o1). Quickness (long jump) (p<.o1). Functional rehabilitation exercise was found to be effective in muscle strength, agility, and flexibility, but not in cardiopulmonary endurance. Pain: Based on the NRS scale (1-10 points). The experimental that there was a significant interaction between the groups.(F=38.583, P=.000). In the comparative group, there was no significant difference in the pre-post, and it was found that the pain level in the experimental group decreased after the pre-post (p<.001). Conclusion: As a result of the above study, it was confirmed that functional rehabilitation exercise improves physical strength factors and physical balance ability, and also affects physical pain reduction due to physical imbalance.

  • The aminolysis of diphenyl thiophosphinic chloride (2) with substituted anilines in acetonitrile at 55.0 oC is investigated kinetically. Kinetic results yield large Hammett ρX (ρnuc = ?3.97) and Bronsted βX (βnuc = 1.40) values. A concerted mechanism involving a partial frontside nucleophilic attack through a hydrogen-bonded, four-center type transition state is proposed on the basis of the primary normal kinetic isotope effects (kH/kD = 1.0-1.1) with deuterated aniline (XC6H4ND2) nucleophiles. The natural bond order charges on P and the degrees of distortion of 42 compounds: chlorophosphates [(R1O)(R2O)P(=O)Cl], chlorothiophosphates [(R1O)(R2O)P(=S)Cl], phosphonochloridates [(R1O)R2P(=O)Cl], phosphonochlorothioates [(R1O)R2P(=S)Cl], chlorophosphinates [R1R2P(=O)Cl], and chlorothiophosphinates [R1R2P(=S)Cl] are calculated at the B3LYP/ 6-311+G(d,p) level in the gas phase.

  • Advanced Real-Time Satellite Simulator(ARTSS) has been developed to support the telemetry, tracking and command operations of the ETRI satellite control system and to provide satellite engineers a more powerful and informative satellite simulations tool on the desktop. To provide extensive simulation functions for a communication satellite system in the pre-operational and operational missions, ARTSS uses a geosynchronous orbit(GEO) satellite model consisting of the attitude and orbit control subsystem, the power subsystem, the thermal subsystem, the telemetry, command and ranging subsystem, and the communications payload subsystem. In this paper, the system features and functions are presented and the satellite subsystem models are explained in detail.

  • 완효성 비료로서 METAP이 수도의 생육 수량 및 그 구성요소에 미치는 영향을 검토하고 그 효과를 단비와 비교하고자 농촌진흥청산하 3개작물시험장과 7개 농촌진흥원에서 동일한 설계하에서 일련의 시험을 실시하였다. METAP의 효과는 토양의 물리, 화학적 성질, 시용시기, 기상조건, 품종 및 재배법에 따라서도 다른 것 같으며 각 시험장에서 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 사질토에서 METAP의 시용은 수수를 증가시켜 수량이 증가하였으며 분시가 전량기비시용보다 효과가 좋았다. 그러나 해성토, 배수불량한 토양 및 비옥한 토양에서는 단비시용과 차이가 없었다. 2. 등숙에 요하는 온도가 높고, 조식에서 다수성인 품종(통일)을 비식하고 출수전후에 일조가 부족하고 온도가 낮으면 METAP시용이 등숙률 향상이나 1,000 입중을 증가시키지 못한다.

  • To increase detection sensitivity for multi-DDT residues (o,p-/p,p-DDT, o,p-/p,p-DDE, o,o-/o,p-DDD) analysis, a highly selective sample clean-up method was introduced prior to GC/MS analysis using immunoaffinity column. The immunoaffinity matrix was prepared by coupling IgG fraction of DDT antiserum to cyanogens bromide activated Sepharose 4B. Three DDT antisera (DDA-1, DDHP-2, DDCP-3) were test for affinity column ligand that obtained by imunizing respective DDT immunogen to rabbits, and IgG was purified using protein A affinity purification.   • Magnetic Resonance Imaging for patients with metallic implant has poor image quality, and signal loss and artifacts including distortion can occur. The purpose of this study is to carry out a comparative evaluation on high receive bandwidth(hiBW), O-MAR, O-MAR XD to reduce artifacts in knee implant. To take MRI, 3.0T scanner and dual-source radiofrequency transmission were used. O-MAR XD technique's strong option showed a significant difference (p<0.001) with O-MAR XD technique's weak option, O-MAR and hiBW excluding the medium option. O-MAR XD's medium option had a significant difference (p<0.01) with O-MAR XD's weak, O-MAR and hiBW. O-MAR XD technique's weak option had a significant difference (p<0.01) with O-MAR XD's strong and medium options, O-MAR and hiBW. O-MAR technique had a significant difference (p<0.001) with strong, medium, weak options of O-MAR XD technique except for hiBW. HiBW had a significant difference (p<0.001) with strong, medium and weak options of O-MAR XD technique except for O-MAR. The results showed that O-MAR XD technique was more useful for MRI scan for patients with knee replacement surgery than traditional techniques such as hiBW or O-MAR, and susceptibility artifacts decreased more when O-MAR XD technique's strong or medium option was applied. Based on the results above, it is considered that it will be possible to acquire images whose susceptibility artifacts were highly decreased by using O-MAR XD technique's strong or medium option when conducting MRI for artificial knee joint and it will be helpful for checking and monitoring patients with knee joint replacement.
