본 논문은 IPv6의 보급확산을 위해서 추진된 NCA의 IPv6 웹 포탈사이트 구축을 통해 정의된 시스템 아키텍처를 소개하며, S/W, 네트워크, 하드웨어의 실질적인 구축 사례를 제시한다. 그리고, 이와 같은 웹 서비스 제공을 통해 일반 이용자를 IPv4에서 IPv6로 유도할 수 있는 효과적인 서비스 정책과 시스템 구현 기술을 보여준다.

4S-Van is being developed in order to provide the spatial data rapidly and accurately. 4S-Van technique is a system for spatial data construction that is heart of 4S technique. Architecture of 4S-Van system consists of hardware integration part and post-processing part. Hardware part has GPS, INS, color CCD, camera, B/W CCD camera, infrared rays camera, and laser. Software part has GPS/INS integration algorithm, coordinate conversion, lens correction, camera orientation correction, and three dimension position production. In this paper, we suggest that adequate 4S-Van design is needed according to application environment from various test results.

This paper presents the results of a case study of a dispute for the damage of the right to sunshine between B and W Apartment Complex in the N city. Recently a number of disputes for the right to sunshine increase in urban areas because the residents' demand for pleasant residential environment is getting stronger. In particular, problems related to sunshine, which were not recognized during the construction, have come up to the surface over time as people's concern over residential environment is growing. According to a recent interpretation of the right to sunshine in urban areas, moreover, there have been a series of legal decisions starting that damage of the right to sunshine to neighboring apartments must be indemnified for even if the violating apartment was designed and constructed legitimately according to relevant construction laws applied when the building was constructed. Thus this study examined the effects and the scope of damage on the right to sunshine through a case study in order to provide basic materials necessary to rope with related civil affairs.

Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) is developing as a tool for environmentally sound and sustainable development in Korea. For more effective implementation of it, we try to apply Environmental Information System (EIS) to EIA process. EIS is composed of geographic and attribute data related to environment and Geographic Information System(GIS), and it will be applied to scoping, prediction, and alternative assessment, etc. in EIA. This study focuses on application of geographic data using GIS in suitability analysis of alternative assessment. We use TIN, buffering, and overlaying in GIS functions.

According as IT environment changes from client/server system to the open system based on web service technologies, the exchange of data and services between independent applications and service servers in web environment is observed Recently. In this points, it is necessary that Geographic Information Systems, Spatial Imagery Information Systems, Intelligent Transportation Systems, and Global Navigation Satellite Systems based on the location and geometry information are inter-related each other. But, the inter-relation of these systems is very difficult because of the closed system architecture, different information format, and the absence of interoperability technologies. In this Paper, we describe 4S integration system based web service technologies that accept the international standard as WFS, WCS, WRS of OGC (OpenGIS Consortium) and UDDI, SOAP, WSDL of W3C. In detail, we study the system architecture design and implementation of traffic information service, routing service, and tracing service. These services are consisting of the data schema based on XML and GML, various functions of each layered service, each server platform, and web server. Specially, we represent that GML is being applied to a wide range of location-based services, telematics, and intelligent transportation

This study is regarding Rural village renovation project that improve the poor residential environment of backward rural district in Korea and the quality of life of the rural area residents. Especially, by comparing the Kyungbuk, Yeungju, Juchi village's case which was progressed by MAFRA (Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs) in 2014 for the demonstration project with the successful case MELAP(Model project on the Effective Utilization of Rural Land through the activation of internal potential element) which is one of the Rural area Development Program in German Federal Ministry of Baden-$W{\ddot{u}}rttemberg$, this essay attempts to suggest the improvement Plan of Rural village renovation project which will be developed forward.

This paper investigates the topographic effects on wind characteristics over hilly terrain, based on wind data recorded at a number of meteorological stations in or near complex terrain. The multiply data sources allow a more detailed investigation of the flow field than is normally possible. Vertical profiles of mean and turbulent wind components from a Sodar profiler were presented and then modeled as functions of height and wind speed. The correlations between longitudinal and vertical wind components were discussed. The phenomena of flow separation and generation of vortices were observed. The distance-dependence of the topographic effects on gust factors was revealed subsequently. Furthermore, the canyon effect was identified and discussed based on the observations of wind at a saddle point between two mountain peaks. This study aims to further understanding of the characteristics of surface wind over rugged terrain. The presented results are expected to be useful for structural design, prevention of pollutant dispersion, and validation of CFD (computational fluid dynamics) models or techniques over complex terrains.

A low-order potential based boundary element method is applied for the prediction of the performance of flapped rudders as well as all-movable rudders in steady inflow. In order to obtain a reasonable solution at large angles of attack, the location of the trailing wake sheet is determined by aligning freely with the local flow. The effect of the wake sheet roll-up is also included with use of a high order panel method. The flow in the gap of a flapped rudder is modeled as Couette flow and its effect is introduced into the kinematic boundary conditions for flux at both the inlet and the outlet of the gap. In order to validate the present method, the method is applied for a series of rudders and the computational results on forces and moments are compared with experimental data. The effect of the gap size on the forces and moments is also presented.

The SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) is whooped up and many Organizations have considered the SOA as the next generation architecture. Due to misunderstanding of the SOA, they think that the CBD is not useful anymore and may be completely replaced by the SOA. In this paper, we presented the critical success factor, technology and successful construction methods of the CBD based SOA. So, we expect that this paper provides the guides for adopting and realizing the SOA.

디지털 홈이 구체화되면서 실내 환경조절, 방법, 가전기기 제어, 건강 모니터링 분야에서 센서 네트워크가 활용됨에 따라 이질적인 센서 네트워크간의 정보교환에 대한 요구가 증대하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 홈 환경에서 이질적인 센서 네트워크간 정보교환을 위한 메카니즘으로 홈 서버를 이용한 상호운영성 미들웨어 구조(Interoperable Middleware Architecture)를 제안한다. 이를 위하여, 홈 서버와 센서 네트워크 미들웨어 구조를 소개하고, 미들웨어가 상호운영성을 제공하기 위한 정보교환 메시지 포맷을 정의한다. 메시지 교환 양식은 XML 문서를 이용하고, 메시지 전송을 위한 프로토콜로 SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol)을 선정한다. 본 논문의 적절성을 검증하기 위하여 홈 환경에서 이종 센서 네트워크간 점보교환 사례연구를 실시하고 이를 통해 확장성과 유연성을 보유한 정보교환 메카니즘의 효과를 확인한다.
