This paper presents a new method for representing complex power system phenomena using 3-D computer graphics animation. The proposed method was tested on both the generator dynamics phenomena and subsynchronous resonance phenomena. It is anticipated that the proposed method would be helpful for the operator training as well as power system education.

KORAIL Human Resources Development Center' educational system is changed according to new start KORAIL. So, New master plan for will perform new vision POWER KORAIL 2010 is presented. 'C' Learning, 'W' Learning and 'E' Learning form the basis of these new methods and their principles have been applied ever since. These three independent yet interconnected learning axis were formed in order to achieve balance and harmony, realized in an integrated educational community. This model of education has become the foundation of our educational ideal at KORAIL's HRD Center. Innovative thinking and diligent scrutiny of educational applications and methods at the KORAIL HRD Center will bring about winning 'the war for talent'.

Diethyl ether soluble toxin produced by H. sativum had the characteristics of helmin­thosporal as based on UV, GC-MS, and chemical analysis, but was not a helminthosporaI. It was speculated that it was a polymer of helminthosporal. It stimulated the productions of reducing sugar in the barly endosperm like gibberellic acid, but acted in the responses on the barley roots and coleoptiles like gibberellic acid. It seemed to be involved in Foliar and Root rot diseases with host specificity, based on the analysis of linear regression.

정보통신 및 IT 기술의 획기적 발전으로 인해 오늘 날 우리가 접할 수 있는 정보는 그 양적 질적 측면 비약적인 성장을 거듭하고 있다. 또한 인터넷 보급의 활성화로 대부분의 사람들은 다양한 종류 및 형식으로 구성된 정보 속에서 지내고 있다. 특히 현재 웹 기반의 정보는 날이 갈수록 대량화 고수준화를 향해 내닫고 있다. 이에 반해 정보 소외계층의 한 부류로 인식되고 있는 시각장애 사용자들은 그들의 신체적 환경적 요인으로 인해 원하는 정보를 쉽게 획득하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 시각장애를 가진 사용자를 위한 효율적 웹 기반 교육 서비스 인터페이스 구현의 방법을 제시하는 것이 그 목적이다. 이에 현재 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 Screen Reader S/W의 기능적 고찰을 통해 시각장애를 가지고 있는 웹 사용자들에게 사용상의 편의 및 양적 및 질적 측면에서의 보다 나은 정보를 제공할 수 있는 웹 기반 교육 서비스의 인터페이스 구현 방법에 대한 연구를 실제 구현을 통한 그 만족도의 측정을 통해 알아보려 한다.

This study was undertaken to examine the profit efficiency and its determining factors, the investment opportunity, and the challenges of shea butter producers in the northern region of Ghana. The methods employed in this research were the Stochastic Profit Frontier (SPF) model, gain-cost and investment return analyses, as well as Kendall's W statistic using primary data collected from 120 purposively-selected respondents. Results from the analysis indicated that profit efficiency was positively influenced by sex, household size, marital status, educational level, transportation cost, store rent, and price of shea nut with a gain in profit efficiency of 58.5%. The investment analysis demonstrated a net gain per person of $8,077 equivalent to GH₵ 28,270 Ghanaian cedi (GH₵) using 2016 exchange rate (GH₵ 3.5 = $1). Among the challenges identified, the poor quality of shea nuts was the most prioritised challenge with 72.8% agreement among the respondents. Based on these findings, it was recommended that proper training and education, as well as improvement in shea nut quality, should be promoted to improve the profit efficiency of shea butter producers.

The libraries of the various learning institutes in the Yi Dynasty may be categorized into four types: 1) The Hyang-Gyo library(the public school libraries in rural districts) 2) The Sabu-Hankdang library (the public school libraries in the Capital) 3) The $S\bar{o}w\bar{o}n$ library (the libraries of private learning institutes) 4) The $Jyon-Gy\bar{o}ng-Gak$ library (the library of the Sung Kyun Kwan which was the highest learning institute in the Yi Dynasty) For the historical study of Korean libraries as well as its education and culture the Hyang-Gyo libraries hold an very important position, but undeservedly its study has been neglected. In this paper, the writer made an effort to grasp the various function of the Hyang-Gyo libraries with its historical background.

The study on Uredinales of Korea was initiated by P. Hennings in 1899. After that abundant works were done by Naohide Hiratsuka. And Seiya Ito, P. & H. Sydow, K. Nakata, S. Takimoto, A.L. Jaczewsk, V. L. Komarov, W.A. Tranzschel and others also engaged in the research on this field. Since 1956 the author has collected the specimen in South Korea, chiefly around Prov. Kangwon, among which are found 12 species 4 genera of rusts and 22 species of additional hosts all unrecorded from Korea. The author has described in the paper 220 species 32 genera 3 families of rusts in Korea, including those collected, by this author. This works, it must be added, owe much to the literatures of Dr. Naohide Hiratsuka, Prof. of Tokyo University of Education. The author express his hearty thanks to him.

To achieve advancements in hyper-connected networks, it is essential to establish a foundation for a robust and resilient infrastructure by comprehensively building integrated satellite, aerial, and ground networks, along with developing 5G & edge computing and low-orbit satellite communication technologies. This multi-faceted approach will ensure the successful integration of AI and hyper-connected networks, strengthening national defense and positioning nations at the forefront of technological advancements in warfare.

The main aim of this article is to present new fixed point results concerning existence of selection for a multivalued map on hyperconvex product space taking values on bounded, externally hyperconvex subsets under some appropriate hypothesis. Our results are significant extensions of some pioneering results in the literature, in particular M. A. Khamsi, W. A. Krik and Carlos Martinez Yanez, have proved the existence of single valued selection of a lipschitzian multi-valued map on hyperconvex space. Some suitable examples are also given to support and understand the applicability of our results.
