  • In Micro injection process, it is needed to the technique of making micro die, Rapid Thermal Pressing (RTP) and other techniques. Those techniques are independent. But the mutual connected system of techniques is needed. The target of this paper is the design of micro mold and the development of the entire micro injection techniques for functional polymer.

WAVE/DSRC 개발 플랫폼을 이용한 서비스 어플리케이션 구현 (Service Application Implementation using WAVE/DSRC Development Platform)

  • 현재 국내 사용중인 DSRC 방식은 단거리 무선 통신으로 다양한 ITS 서비스를 제공함에 있어 한계가 있었다. 그래서, 자체 개발로 WAVE 기술을 적용하여 만든 WAVE/DSRC 복합 무선 플랫폼으로 데이터 전송 속도를 개선하였고 전송 범위도 크게 확대하였다. 이에 대한 개략적인 H/W 및 S/W에 대해 본문에 정리를 하였다. 그리고 본 논문에서는 ITS 서비스와 연관된 BSM, SPAT, MAP, 도로영상정보 등 다양한 서비스를 구현하였으며 기 개발한 WAVE/DSRC 복합 무선 플랫폼을 활용하여 실제 필드에서의 환경을 고려한 시나리오를 바탕으로 여러 가지 테스트를 진행하였다. 실제 필드에서의 이러한 에뮬레이션 과정을 통해 우리는 WAVE/DSRC 복합 무선 플랫폼의 우수성을 다시 한번 검증할 수 있었고, 실제 현장 운영에서 개발 서비스의 유용성과 가능성을 예측할 수 있었다.

  • Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) have gained experience with Helicopter Vibration Health Monitoring (VHM) System technology with the help of UK GKN-WHL. GKN-WHL have had many years of experience with the research and development of vibration analysis techniques to improve the health monitoring of helicopter transmissions. This activity was targeted at transmission rig testing at first, but the techniques have been progressively developed where they are now used as a part of integrated Health and Usage Monitoring (HUM) systems on many types of in-service and new helicopters. The technique development process has been considerably aided by an ever expanding database of transmission monitoring experience from both the rig testing and aircraft operations. This experience covers a wide range of failure types from naturally occurring faults to crack propagation studies and covering a wide range of transmission configurations. Primarily based on accelerometer signals GKN-WHL's vibration analysis methods have also been applied to a variety of other sensor types. The transition from an experimental environment to operational VHM systems has been a lengthy process, there being a need to demonstrate technique reliability as well as effectiveness to both regulatory (Airworthiness Authority) and commercial organizations. Another important feature of this process has been the development of close relationships with a number of VHM system hardware and software suppliers. Such an experienced GKN-WHL provides various raw vibration data which was acquired from transmission ground test rig and allow KARI to develop it's own analysis program. KARI made a program and then analyzed the data to coma pre with the results of GKN-WHL. The KARI's results both time domain signals and statistical values show comparable to GKN's.

Agile 방법론을 이용한 S/W개발 프로세스 및 성숙도 측정 (Measurement of S/W Development Processes and Maturity using Agile Methodologies)

  • 최근 애자일 개발프로세스가 생산성 증대효과, 품질향상, 고객만족 등의 효용성이 입증되면서 프로젝트 추진 시 방법론 선택에 있어 전문가들에게 많은 관심을 갖게 되었다. 시대적 요구와 사용자 요구에 부응하기 위한 방법론 선정과 관련해서, 본 논문에서는 제품 기반의 Cross functional team의 문제점을 해결하고자 제안된 방법론이 Feature Team 모델이며, 이 모델이 Cross functional team을 조직하고, 이 팀이 결과물(프로덕트) 단위가 아니라, 기능단위로 여러 프로덕트에 걸쳐서 개발을 진행하는 모델이라는 점에 대해 조사하였으며, 가치-주도형 애자일 기법을 통해 계획-기반형 모델과 차이점을 제시하였다. Agile 성숙도 측정기준을 검토하였으며, PRINCE2 Agile Health-check 항목 연구를 통해 Agile 기법이 프로젝트 착수단계의 요구사항은 확정 본이 아닌 언제라도 변경될 수 있다는 것을 전제를 해서 객관적인 평가를 받는 방법에 대해 연구하고 프로젝트 팀 구성에 대해 향후 발전방향을 제시하였다.

가변직경을 갖는 자동차용 카울크로스바의 복합인발공정 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Combined Drawing Process for Automotive Cowl Cross Bar with Variable Diameters)

  • The cowl cross bar of an automobile is a frame component that is installed inside the cockpit module to provide a guide surface, to which functional components for electricity and air condition are attached. In the recent years, the geometries of cowl cross bars are getting more complex in order to meet the demands of a wide variety of embedded functional components and the reduced weight of frame parts with enhanced mechanical and noise/vibration characteristics. There for, welding processes between tubes with different diameters are widely conducted while the welded parts are experiencing various problems such as undermined appearance, low production efficiency and poor mechanical characteristics. Therefore, this paper seeks to develop an one-piece forming process which eliminate welding process for the cowl cross bar by applying the tube drawing process. However, it was predicted that a conventional tube drawing can not be applied directly to the current part since the area reduction ratio of the drawing process reaches 51.7% which exceeds the general limiting value. Therefore, in this study, a combined drawing process which adds a compressive force to a tensile force of the conventional drawing process was proposed and 2-stage drawing process was designed by using CAE analyses. In addition, drawing tryouts were carried out by using the manufactured combined drawing machine in order to verify the designed process.

1-Piece 알루미늄 도어 인너 냉간-열간 복합 성형공정 개발 (Development of the Hybrid Cold-Hot Stamping Process for the 1-Piece Aluminum Door Inner Part)

  • Aluminum alloy sheet is being applied to automobiles continuously for the purpose of reducing car body weight. However, due to low formability, there's a limit to application of products with a deep forming depth such as door inner parts. Therefore, the difficult-to-form parts are mainly segmented formed then joined together, which is also disadvantageous as it increases the cost of manufacturing. This study proposes a hybrid cold-hot stamping method for the 1-piece door inner part to reduce cost. To design the stamping process, numerical simulation method is established by using the temperature-dependent mechanical properties of AA6016. The formability according to the hybrid cold-hot stamping method is evaluated using numerical analysis. The suitability of the proposed stamping method is then verified through the stamping tryout.

전자빔 증착법으로 이축배향된 Ni-3%W 기판 위에 높은 증착률로 제조된 $CeO_2$ 완충층에 대한 연구 (A study on $CeO_2$ buffer layer on biaxially textured Ni-3%W substrate deposited by electron beam evaporation with high deposition rate)

  • [ $CeO_2$ ]has been widely used for single buffer layer of coated conductor because of superior chemical and structural compatibility with $ReBa_2Cu_3O_{7-{\delta}}$(Re=Y, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy, Ho, etc.). But, the surface of $CeO_2$ layer showed cracks because of the large difference in thermal expansion coefficient between metal substrate and deposited $CeO_2$ layer, when thickness of $CeO_2$ layer exceeds 100 nm on the biaxially textured Ni-3%W substrate. The deposition rate has been limited to be less than 6 $\AA$/sec in order to get a good epitaxy. In this research, we deposited $CeO_2$ single buffer layers on biaxially textured Ni-3%W substrate with 2-step process such as thin nucleation layer(>10 nm) with low deposition rate(3 $\AA$/sec) and thick homo epitaxial layer(>240 nm) with high deposition rate(30 $\AA$/sec). Effect of deposition temperature on degree of texture development was tested. Thick homo epitaxial $CeO_2$ layer with good texture without crack was obtained at $600^{\circ}C$, which has ${\Delta}{\phi}$ value of $6.2^{\circ}$, ${\Delta}{\omega}$ value of $4.3^{\circ}$ and average surface roughness(Ra) of 7.2 nm within $10{\mu}m{\times}10{\mu}m$ area. This result shows the possibility of preparing advanced Ni substrate with simplified architecture of single $CeO_2$ layer for low cost coated conductor.

러시아와 우크라이나의 액체로켓엔진 개발 동향 (Trend in the Developments of Liquid Rocket Engine In Russia and Ukraine)

  • 본 논문은 케로신 액체로켓엔진에서 세계 최고의 기술력을 갖고 있는 러시아와 우크라이나의 액체로켓 엔진 개발과정 및 동향을 살펴보았다. 구소련에서는 1960년대에 closed cycle을 채택하여 엔진의 연소압과 비추력을 최대한 높이는데 주력하였다. 그러나 1990년대 이후 경제적으로 어려워지면서 새로운 엔진개발에 드는 비용을 최소화하고 있으며, 이를 위하여 유사업종의 업체 간의 합병을 진행했고, 새로운 엔진개발에 기존의 부품을 최대한 사용하거나 시험-개선과정의 합리화를 통하여 시험엔진개수와 시험횟수를 줄이고 있다. 또한 국제 협력을 통하여 우주발사체시장에서 상업용 로켓을 위한 엔진 납품을 증가시키고 있다. 더불어 3성분이나 메탄 엔진 등 차세대 엔진 개발에도 주력하여 액체로켓엔진의 선두주자로서의 지위를 유지하려는 노력이 계속되고 있다.

Dieless CNC Forming 을 위한 CAD/CAM 시스템 개발 (Development of CAD/CAM system for dieless CNC forming)

  • The sheet parts are formed with dies conventionally. But this conventional forming process is not suited to small volume and varied production for the reason of high cost. For the solution of this problem, a new forming process, which is called CNC incremental sheet forming, is being introduced. This process can form sheet parts without die, and is very well suited to small volume and varied production in space flight and automobile. In this paper, dieless CNC forming system based on a machining center is developed. A special device to grasp and pull the blank sheet built in the machining center and tool path generation S/W from STL file of 3-D model are developed. Several sheet parts are incrementally formed to verify the effectiveness of the developed system.
