In the success of an IT project, the role of S/W developer in carrying out the project is critical and crucial. However, compared to its importance, there is only a few studies on the role of human resources in software engineering field, mainly focusing on technology. Based on regulatory focus theory, this study examines how the effect of technology recency on developer's intention to participate in the IT project changes depending on the regulatory focus of the software developer. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that there is a difference in the effect of technology recency on project participation intention according to the condition of developer's regulatory focus. This study is meaningful because it extends regulatory focus theory to software engineering field and made theoretical contribution to the research field of behavioral software engineering. In practical, it was possible to suggest a way to improve the intention of the developer to participate in the project, by understanding the software developer in the IT project, considering the software developer propensity and project characteristics.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of linguistic activity on young children's Creativity by applying an linguistic activity, one of the major realm of Project Spectrum, to experimental group. The following research task was established for this study. What effect does the linguistic activity through Project Spectrum on children's Creativity? The participants of this study were 80 of 5-year-old young children in two groups. They were divided and assigned into two groups, an experimental group(26 boys and 14 girls) and a control group(22 boys and 18 girls). While the experimental group was engaged in the Project Spectrums linguistic activities for 15 weeks, the control group was engaged in kindergarten curriculum linguistic activities. It was revealed that Creativity through Project Spectrum of experimental group had much influence on children's linguistic ability than control group in every field (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) by developing and applying detailed criteria for Creativity for this study.

최근 S/W관련 산업계에서는 조직의 프로세스 개선 요구가 증대되고 있다. 이는 수준 높은 소프트웨어의 품질과 개발, 유지 보수 비용의 최소화, 제품 출하시간의 단축을 위하여 소프트웨어 프로세스에 대한 예측, 통재 가능성을 증가시키기 위함이다. 따라서 SPICE / CMM와 같은 표준을 사용하여 조직의 프로세스 능력 수준을 평가하고 수준향상을 꾀하고, 기업이 최고도의 높은수준에 도달하기 위해서는 조직의 비젼에 대응한 정량적인 모델에 의한 프로젝트 관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 목표기반 (GQM) 방법을 도입하여 소프트 웨어 프로세스 개선 (SPI)을 추진하고, 경험공장(EF)를 구축하는 기반이 되는 프로젝트 정보 구축 모델을 설계하고 이 과정의 방법론과 모델을 UML로 표현하여 검증하고, 사례연구를 통한 모델의 신뢰성을 확인하고자 한다. 목표기반 방법을 사용하여 조직의 목표를 도출해 내고, 구축된 조직의 목표를 SPA에서 나온 개선사항에 프로젝트의 목표로 투영하여 조직전체의 프로세스가 조직의 목표에 맞추어 나아감으로서, 조직의 프로세스 개선과 최적화를 성취할 수 있게 한다.

최근 컴퓨터의 활용이 급증함에 따라 수 많은 소프트웨어가 등장하게 되었고, 이에 따라 소프트웨어의 품질을 보증하고 향상시키기 위한 기술 개발의 필요성은 국가간 경쟁력의 증대, 급격한 기술의 발전, 품질 인식의 확산 등으로 인하여 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 선진국에서는 이미 품질 향상을 위한 연구를 활발히 하고 있으며, 특히 소프트웨어를 개발하고 관리하는 프로세스를 효율적으로 개선하기 위한 소프트웨어 프로세스 심사 기술을 개발하여 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 이에 따라 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선 노력을 지원해 줄 수 있는 자동화 도구에 대한 필요가 증가하게 되어, 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스를 개선하기 위한 절차 및 개선 프로젝트를 추적, 관리하여 소프트웨어의 품질향상을 지원할 수 있는 도구를 제안하고자 한다.

소프트웨어 개발은 복잡도가 높고 가시성 확보가 어려워 전략적으로 접근해야 한다. 일반 개발 프로젝트에서 개발 전략은 특정 개발 모델과 프로젝트 관리 기법을 사용하겠다는 것이 주류를 이루고 있다. 이러한 방법은 각 개발 단계에서 업무를 진행하는 프로젝트 참여자가 프로젝트 전체를 보지 못하고 각자의 전문 분야만을 국지적으로 개발하여 초기에 의도된 대로 개발되지 않는 결과를 초래하는 경우가 다반사여서 개발 전략으로서의 역할을 적절히 수행하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 리스크 기반의 개발 전략을 제시한다. 개발 프로젝트 전체는 물론 개발의 각 단계 별로 전략이 존재할 수 있으며, 전사 차원과 프로젝트 차원의 전략이 존재한다. 분석한 리스크 레벨에 차등적으로 개발 리소스를 할당하고, 개발 기법을 사용하고, 리뷰 및 검증 활동을 진행하여 제한된 개발 리소스를 합리적이고 적절하게 사용하여 개발하고, 개발 과정을 모니터링 및 제어하는 접근법이다. 이미 개발의 일부인 테스팅 분야에서는 리스크 기반 테스팅 전략이라는 이름으로 활용하여 직간접적인 효과를 보고 있으며, 같은 개념을 개발 전체로 확장하여 개발 전략으로 체계화하여 제시한다.

최근 성인들 중에서도 취미로 가지고 노는 장난감 즉 '키덜트 장난감'의 관심도가 증가하는 추세이다. 그 중에서도 높은 매출 상승세를 보이는 RC카와 VR은 지속적으로 시장규모를 성장시키기 위해서 추가적인 콘텐츠가 필요하다고 판단된다. 그러므로 본 프로젝트는 두 아이템을 융합하여 차별적 콘텐츠가 있는 RC카 개발을 목표로 한다. VR기기 영상을 보면서 컨트롤러로 RC카를 조종하는 구성이며, 특징적인 콘텐츠로는 OpenCV 컴퓨터비전 알고리즘을 활용하여, 트랙내의 차선, 표지판 등을 인식하고 안전주행 점수를 평가하는 Score모드가 있다. 결론적으로 RC카와 VR을 동시 활용하는 것이 특징인 본 프로젝트는 높은 H/W 독립성, 확장성을 가지며, S/W적으로는 혼합현실적 요소를 체험할 수 있다. 나아가 사회적인 의미로 여러 세대가 함께하는 유익한 놀이 콘텐츠의 활성화를 기대할 수 있다.

This paper presents the methods to acquire the Safety Certificate from Independent Safety Assessment based on the IEC standard62279 which is commonly applied to railway system for Automatic Train Control(ATC) system in accordance with Urban Maglev project. This also shows approach methods and relative activities for project life- cycle to accomplish and ensure the system requirements of ATC system, RAMS and S/W quality activities. Furthermore, the key tasks conducted with ISA are noted in detail. These kind of activities for software quality of ATC system to obtain S afety Certificate could be a CASE model to improve the quality of domestic railway system and products, and also contribute to the growth of railway business and toward the achievement of overseas' railway signaling markets.

Many companies has led to the damage case being leaked to personal information by taking cyber attack. Also, planned hacking cases continues to increase for the purpose of acquiring monetary gain or causing social disruption induction, etc. Approximately 75% of the Web site attacks exploit the vulnerability of the application. Major security issue is to strengthen the S/W development security according to the legal basis. The members of the project team is the fact that the lack of recognition of application development security. In addition, passive response and security validation/testing, etc. throughout the SDLC to the entire area is insufficient. Therefore, rework due to the belated discovery of a defect has occurs. In this paper, we examine the case of the project step-by-step security activities by performing IT services companies. And, through this, we present security measures that can be applied to the step-wise real-world projects.
