In this paper, we propose a function and service of the Disaster Crisis Alert Management System that automatically analyzes the situation judgment criteria to issue a disaster crisis alert and a plan to operate in the National Disaster Management System(NDMS). In the event of a disaster, a crisis alert(interest-caution-alert-serious) is issued according to the crisis alert level. In order to automatically analyze and determine the crisis alert level, first, data collection, crisis alert level analysis, crisis alert level judgment, and disaster crisis alert management system that expresses the crisis alert level by spatial scale(province, city, district) were implemented. The crisis alert level was analyzed and expressed in two ways by applying the intelligent crisis alert level(determination of regional sensitivity, risk level, and crisis alert level) and the crisis alert standard of the crisis management manual(province-level standard setting). Second, standard metadata, linkage of situation information of target) and API standards for data provision are presented to jointly utilize data linkage and crisis alert data of the disaster and safety data sharing platform so that it can be operated within the NDMS.

The evolution of internet have opened the world of IPTV. With internet protocol, IPTV broadcasts contents stream. The IP protocol doesn't provide secure service due to IP characteristics. So, it is important to provide both connect and secure service. Conditional Access System and/or Digital Right Management are being used to protect IPTV contents. However, there exist restrictions in the view of security. In this paper, we analyse existing security technologies for IPTV and propose a novel method to enforce security efficiently. In the proposed method, OTP is used for encryption/decryption contents and CAS controls key for encryption/decryption and the right of user. With this scheme, it reduces the load of the system and provides more security.

To provide IPTV service over mobile networks, the mechanism that reduce packet loss and interrupt of multimedia service during the handover should be supported. Especially, buffering based mechanism is preferable for supporting IPTV services in the way of preserving streaming service using stored data and recovering non-received data after handover. But previous research doesn't consider the buffer allocation for applying various environments which can change handover time or end to end delay of relay node. This paper propose DBAHAJ mechanism that optimize buffer size of mobile nodes and relay node for supporting seamless IPTV service over mobile environments. Mobile node determines buffer size by checking handover time and maximum difference of sequence to keep playing video data. And multicast agent recovers packet loss during the handover by sending buffered data. By these two procedure, node supports seamless IPTV service on mobile networks. We confirm performance of this mechanism on NS-2 simulator.

Recently the importance of website becomes confident in realizing the long distance education (teleeducation) as web. The purpose of this research is evaluating the websites of cyber university and analyzes web usability and web accessibility and analyzes to suggest the good quality content and several personalized service. Also we tried to improve website quality and contribute the reliability of the long distance education with all these. For these we applied the of professor Hyung Nam Moon's SM-ABCDE website evaluation model and developed the check list suitable for cyber university and evaluated websites in the five views of Attraction, Business, Content, Design, Engineering. Totally Kyunghee Cyber University, Busan Digital University, Hanyang Cyber University is selected best in sequence. But every website doesn't keep the basic observation rule of the web accessibility.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경을 위해서는 그 구성 개체들 간의 의사소통이 원활히 이루어져야 한다. 이를 위한 중요한 기술 중 하나가 사람이 아닌, 컴퓨터가 데이터를 이해하고 직/간접적으로 처리할 수 있도록 하는 기술이며, 그래서 도입된 개념이 온톨로지(Ontology)이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 온톨로지을 기반으로 하는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경 하에서 서로 다른 온톨로지를 기반으로 하는 구성개체들이 원활하게 서로 이해하고 상호작용할 수 있도록 Ontology Mediator와 Ontology Bridging Service를 기반으로 하는 Bridge Ontology 생성 및 제공 기법을 제안하다.

MIDAS-III는 한국전자통신연구원에서 개발한 바다-DBMS의 저장 시스템이다. MIDAS-III는 대용량 멀티미디어 데이터서버의 저장 시스템으로 가능하도록 3차 저장장치를 부착하여 MIDAS-III/TS로 확장 구현되었다. 3차 저장장치를 관리하기 위하여, MIDAS-III/TS는 3차 저장장치 관리 볼륨을 새롭게 구성하였다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 MIDAS-III/TS의 구조와 확장 전 MIDAS-III의 고장 회복 유틸리티인 restart에 대해 살펴본다. 그리고, MIDAS-III/TS의 고장 회복 유틸리티인 restart-t의 구현을 위하여 MIDAS-III가 3차 저장장치를 부착함에 따라 새롭게 발생할 수 있는 고장의 유형과 고장 회복에 있어서의 문제점에 대해 기술하고 회복 방법을 제시한다.

According to the statistics revealed by Bank of Korea on March, 2007, Internet banking transactions outnumbered face-to-face banking services in Korea. Internet banking is becoming essential in every financial service sectors. For people with disabilities, Internet banking is more meaningful because they do not need to visit the bank, thereby saving inconvenient trips. Governments in many countries are working on setting standards and laws on the web accessibility for people with disabilities. Korea government enacted Korea Disability Discrimination Act in 2007. This paper examined the web accessibility compliance of Internet banking sites. Twenty one Internet banking sites were selected from the list in the Korea Federation of Banks's Web sites. We examined four major checkpoints that are considered crucial among the fourteen checkpoints in "Internet Web Contents Accessibility Guidelines" which was amended by Ministry of the information and Communication in 2005. The results showed that all of the twenty one Internet banking sites didn't meet the four major checkpoint requirements. Moreover, only one banking site satisfied alt-text requirement that is considered the most fundamental among the checkpoints.

T Abstract This study investigates the influence of differential factors on learner satisfaction by field-independent learning style in e-learning. Most of data were collected from students. Participants were classified based on a learning style typology (field-independent/dependent) and, then, analyzed was the influence of key factors on learner satisfaction using multiple regression analysis. This study suggests that e-Learning service providers need to differentiate learners based on learning style in order to improve learner satisfaction. Specially, Field independent learners are more likely to be satisfied by the teacher's provide degree of joyful, degree of contents, degree of learning control pacing, ability of problem solving and consistency.

본 논문에서는 커넥티드 카 서비스의 사용자경험 디자인을 위한 평가 요인을 제안한다. 모바일 및 IoT기술의 발전과 더불어 자율주행 자동차에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있는 가운데 네트워크와의 연결을 통한 다양한 디지털서비스 제공 플랫폼 경쟁이 가속화되고 있다. 플랫폼 개발을 위한 기술적 연구는 빠르게 진행되고 있으나 실재 서비스 소비의 주체인 사용자 관점에서의 연구는 아직 미비하다. 경쟁이 가속화 될수록 커넥티드 카 구현 기술은 평중화될 것으로 예상되어 결국 커넥티드 카 서비스의 핵심 쟁점은 주행 중 서비스 사용자의 긍정적 경험이 될 것으로 예측된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 커넥티드 카에서 제공되는 기능과 이에 따른 주요 서비스 요인들을 살펴보고 자동차 구매에 영향을 미치는 사용자경험 요인을 도출하여 둘의 상관관계를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 앞으로 등장할 차세대 커넥티드 카 서비스 및 플랫폼의 사용자 경험평가 요인을 도출하고자 한다.

Recently, Smartphone is not only used as a communication medium, but also provide mobile service tool enabling game, internet surfing, DMB, navigation services, and so on. A lot of smartphone's applications are using for our daily lives. The purpose of this study was analyze affecting factors such as innovativeness, Self-Efficacy and Social-Influence on adoption behavior of smartphone application. This survey was carried out with university students. Data were obtained from 293 students who have smartphone. To Find difference among variables, exploratory factor analysis, t-test and multiple regression was carried out with collected data. Result shows that the distinction of sex is significantly difference in innovativeness and self-efficacy. And self-efficacy and social influence are significantly affect to smartpjone adoption. Therefore, self-efficacy and social influence are import consider factors to reconsider marketing strategy for smartphone business.
