In general, IoT(Internet of things) designate the intelligence technologies and services which interact all necessity information between human and things, things and thing and things and systems with all things connecting through the internet based. The smart home in present of IoT environment fuses the daily supplies/equipment which needs to use for the private life with the internet of things that is the fruit of the converged business through all most private consumption related in vastly. The concept of smart home has been built around early 2000s due to the spread of high speed internet and advanced of smart electronics and internet, furthermore influencing by the enhancement of wireless network and smart devices, it is advanced as a smart home within the internet of things environment. Smart home service inside the house which most closely implemented with personal life is being developed and advanced in various forms. These developments may exert a positive effect, but if it does not resolve the security issues for the smart home service, then it may cause a big plague of privacy and personal life.

The purposes of this study were to identify customer expectation, perception and satisfaction of foodservice quality to analyze the influencing factors on foodservice quality and finally to provide basic information for the improvement of foodservice quality. A survey of 4 factory foodservices was undertaken and detailed information was collected from 675 respondents. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS package program for descriptive analysis, t-test and one-way ANOVA. Male had higher scores than female in perceptions of foods and services, and the differences were statistically significant. As analysis of expectation, perception and satisfaction result of age, expectation and perception were statistically significant, and mostly expectation and perception increased according as age increased. Expectation and perception showed statistical differences by marital status. Married people had higher scores in expectation and perception of food and service than single. According to family type, respondents living alone showed lower scores in expectation and perception of food and service than those living with family or relatives. Conversely, living alone had high expectation on service. As analysis of work type, office workers showed higher scores of service expectation, food and service perception than production workers. As education level increased, food and service expectation and perception increased mostly. As analysis of work post, food and service expectation and perception increased as work post raised. Meanwhile, married people had higher scores in service quality of satisfaction than single. Result of the study can be summarized as follows the analysis of expectation, perception and satisfaction of foodservice quality, the Quadrant of food and service quality expectation and perception according to demographic variables. Expectation, perception and satisfaction scores of foodservice attributes according to work type. The distribution of attributes with satisfyingly significant difference in grid.

Purposes: The purposes of this study were to evaluate parent satisfaction with inpatient hospital services in children's hospitals and to identify variables related to parent satisfaction. Method: A descriptive correlation study was conducted. Parents of 165 children who were inpatients in two children's hospitals participated in the study. Data were collected using structured questionnaire at the time of discharge. For statistical analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis were used. Results: The highest parent satisfaction domain was nursing service, and the lowest parent satisfaction domain was hospital service and accommodations. Parents were less likely to be satisfied with hospital facilities, equipment, noise and cleaning and less likely to be satisfied with the lack of information they received and with the lack of communication with health care professionals. Parents with longer length of stay and with older children reported higher satisfaction than their counterparts. Moreover, parent satisfaction was related to their intention to revisit and related to intention to recommend this surveyed hospital over others. Conclusions: Efforts to improve parent satisfaction in children's hospital service and accommodation are needed to improve the quality of health care. Communication by health care professionals with parents and a partnership between parents and health care professionals are necessary to improve quality of care.

The purposes of this study were to assess the nutrition service importance and performance level in views of industrial employees and to explore the ways to improve the nutrition service quality. A survey of industrial foodservice operations scatterly located in Korea was undertaken and detailed information was collected from each, including surveys of 1,002 industrial employees. Statistical data analysis was using SAS PC 6.04 for descriptive analysis, t-test, and analysis of variance. The whole industrial employees assessed the importance and performance of the dieticians' role on nutrition service as '4.03' and '3.32' out of 5 respectively, which suggests that the industrial nutrition service needs to be improved. The variables which received higher scores than the average mean were safe meal provision, sanitation management and equipment & facilities management, whereas the score of individual nutrition counselling was low compared to other variables of nutrition service. Dietician's performance level scored by industrial employees was statistically correlated with the effect of industrial foodservice(p<0.01). The groups who scored low performance were characterized by labor work, experience with less than 10 years, single, aged below 29 years old, and female.

Currently, as part of the ICT Smart City, the company is building C-ITS(Cooperative-Intelligent Transport Systems) for solving urban traffic problems. In order to realize autonomous driving service with C-ITS, the role of advanced road infrastructure is important. In addition to the study of mid- to long-term C-ITS and autonomous driving services, it is necessary to present more realistic solutions for road traffic safety in the short term. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a highway accident detection alarm system that can detect and analyze traffic flow and risk information, which are essential information of C-ITS, based on IoT guard rail and provide immediate alarm and remote control. Intelligent IoT guard rail is expected to be used as an intelligent advanced road infrastructure that provides data at actual road sites that are required by C-ITS and self-driving services in the long term.

The medical environment, combined with IT technology, is changing the paradigm for medical services from treatment to prevention. In particular, as ICT convergence digital healthcare technology is applied to hospital medical systems, infrastructure technologies such as big data, Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence are being used in conjunction with the cloud. In particular, as medical services are used with IT devices, the quality of medical services is increasingly improving to make them easier for users to access. Medical institutions seeking to incorporate IoT services into cloud health care environment services are trying to reduce hospital operating costs and improve service quality, but have not yet been fully supported. In this paper, a patient information collection model from hospital IoT system, which has established a cloud environment, is proposed. The proposed model prevents third parties from illegally eavesdropping and interfering with patients' biometric information through IoT devices attached to the patient's body at hospitals in cloud environments that have established hospital IoT systems. The proposed model allows clinicians to analyze patients' disease information so that they can collect and treat diseases associated with their eating habits through IoT devices. The analyzed disease information minimizes hospital work to facilitate the handling of prescriptions and care according to the patient's degree of illness.

This study purposed to discover whether or not academic libraries reflect these changing roles. We selected K University as the research target and surveyed user satisfaction of materials, staff services, facilities, electronic devices, media, and so on. The research findings are as follows: 1) the frequency of library visits of University K was on the high side, 2) the primary purpose of using the academic library was associated with learning or reading, therefore, the most used library spaces were related to that, 3) the most used library materials were 'general books', the most unused were 'reference books', 4) the most preferred way to obtain needed materials when failing to find wanted materials was 'Contact librarian'. A similar phenomenon occurred in terms of facility use, 5) university K's users were usually satisfied with the loan policy, 6) the rate of users who don't know whether there is user education was very high, the rate of users who have no experience with user education was extremely low. These research findings can be referenced by library management to improve libraries' service quality and take advantage of complex spatial configurations.

Mobile IP has been designed only to maintain communications as they move from place to place, so it doesn't guarantee Quality of Service (QoS). QoS in mobile IP is important to provide multimedia and real-time applications services in mobile environment, and it is closely related to handoff delay. Therefore, handoff delay problem is actively studied to guarantee QoS as a main issue in mobile IP research area. In this paper, we suggest SNMP Information-based routing that adds keyword management method to Information-based routing in active network in order to resolve such a problem, and then suggest QoS controlled handoff based on SNMP Information-based routing. After modeling of suggested method and existing handoff method, simulations are carried out with NS -2 for performance evaluation. The results of simulations show the some improvement on handoff delay, and therefore on QoS improvement.

In the centralized cloud controlled environment, the decision-making and monitoring play crucial role where in the host controller (HC) manages the resources across hosts in data center (DC). HC does virtual machine (VM) and physical hosts management. The VM management includes VM creation, monitoring, and migration. If HC down, the services hosted by various hosts in DC can't be accessed outside the DC. Decentralized VM management avoids centralized failure by considering one of the hosts from DC as HC that helps in maintaining DC in running state. Each host in DC has many VM's with the threshold limit beyond which it can't provide service. To maintain threshold, the host's in DC does VM migration across various hosts. The data in migration is in the form of plaintext, the intruder can analyze packet movement and can control hosts traffic. The incorporation of security mechanism on hosts in DC helps protecting data in migration. This paper discusses an approach for dynamic HC selection, VM selection and secure VM migration over cloud environment.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of behavior attitude and subjective norm on food festival behavior intention of married women living in Ulsan area. The data were analyed with PASW 18.0 using reliability analysis, frequency analysis, paired T-test, T-test, correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, First, married women had a slightly higher passive behavior intention than aggressive behavior intentions on food festivals. Second, the more the experience of past food festivals, the higher the economic level, the higher the housewife's housewives, the higher the food festival behavior intention. Third, the behavioral intention of food festival increased with higher behavioral attitude and subjective norms. Fourth, subjective norms were the most influential variable for the behavioral intention of married women. Next, the behavior attitude for food festival was found.
