GIS기법을 이용한 농촌지역의 토지이용에 따른 경관유형 분석 (Analysis of Landscape According to Land Use at Rural Area in Korea Using GIS Application)

  • 우리나라 농촌경관의 공간지표를 설정하기 위해 383 개 "리"와 "동"의 토지이용현황과 지형조건을 GIS기법으로 분석하여, 토지이용 형태에 따라 농촌, 자연, 도시형으로 구분하였고, 이를 다시 공간유형을 기본으로 하여 산악지역(MA), 산촌마을지역(MV), 개발산촌마을지역(DM), 평야지 농업지역(PA), 개발평야지마을지역(DP), 집촌지역(UA)의 6가지 유형으로 분류하였다. 조건불리지역에서는 농업적 토지이용 중에서 논으로 사용하는 비율이 과수원이나 밭으로 사용하는 비율보다 낮았는데, 다른 유형에서는 오히려 1.5배 높았다. 산촌형 지역(MA, MV, DM)에서는 자연적 토지이용 중 산림이 75%이상이었으나, 평야지형 지역(PA, DP)에서는 수계의 비율이 산림보다 2배 이상 높았다. 특히 평야지형 지역에서 경지정리된 논의 비율이 경지정리되지 않은 논의 비율에 비해 월등히 높았다는 것도 특기할 만하다. 도시적 토지이용 중에서 공업시설과 가축사육시설의 비율은 MV, DM, DP에서 약 20%였는데 이러한 시설들이 개발 농촌지역에 주로 분포하고 있음을 말해준다. 6가지 유형에 따른 경사도의 상대적 비율에서는 MA에서 E와 F등급의 급경사가 상당히 많았고, PA, DP, UA에서는 반대로 A와 B등급의 완만한 경사가 75% 이상이었으며, MV와 DM에서는 다른 유형들에 비해 6가지 경사등급이 비교적 균등하게 분포하였다. 지형분포를 살펴보면, MA에서 월등히 많은 고지대가 분포하였다. 이상과 같이 농업, 자연, 도시의 3가지 경관에 대해 토지이용현황을 6가지 유형으로 분류하였고 이 방법이 농촌 지역을 관리하는데 유용함을 보였다. 지속적 농업과 어메니티를 개발하는 방법들을 농촌경관유형에 따라 적절히 적용하여야 할 것이다. 본 실험은 포화수분상태에서 두개의 서로 다른 토양의 흡착가능장소에 대한 흡착능과 경쟁에 따른 Cd, Pb, 그리고 Cr 이온의 이동성을 조사하였다. 이 조사를 위하여 수용성상태로 단일, 이중, 삼중의 중금속 조합을 이용하였다. 두개의 토양시료는 밭토양의 지표면으로부터 20 cm 이내에서 채취한 토양을 사용하였다. 그리고 공극수량에 따른 출현과 용출곡선을 중금속용액과 치환용 K 이온용액을 가하여 각각의 곡선이 최대와 최소치에 이은 시점까지 조사하였다. 조사 결과 출현과 용출곡선은 대칭을 이루지 않았으며 용액상태로 존재하는 중금속이온의 종류가 증가됨에 따라 용출곡선의 미행이 증가되었을 뿐만 아니라 공극수량도 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 그리고 출현과 용출곡선을 기준하여 곡선의 위와 아래의 면적을 비교하여 본 결과 출현 후 K에 의한 용출면적은 상대적으로 작아 K에 의한 중금속 탈착은 작은 것으로 조사되었는데 이는 중금속이온이 가지는 전기음성도 차이에 기인한 것으로 추정되었다. 결론적으로 토양내에서 중금속이온의 이동은 토양내에서 존재하는 중금속이온의 종류가 2개 이상 존재하는 한 토양의 물리적 비평형과 용액상태의 화학적평형이 중금속이온 이동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 추정하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a land use planning model (LUPM) which can be applied to development of rural villages considering their spatial expansion. The LUPM finds out and allocates the new built site required for the improvement of existing villages. in the development of LUPM, CA (cellular automata) and land suitability analysis methods were applied combinedly. The model uses basically numerical data of CIS based on grid data. Agglomerated settlement, as a type of village for simulation, was adopted. Probability of land use change for optimizing development area was calculated by the six criteria: slope. drainage characteristic, direction of slope, as absolute suitability of grid itself, distance from road. distance from stream and distance from the village center, as relative probability by neighborhood cells. Weighting values of these criteria were quantified by AHP (analytic hierarchy process) method, which is one of MCE(multi-criteria evaluation) method. The algorithm of the model was verified by three example villages: an isolation village, a village with horizontal road, and a village with nodal point of cross road

  • The purpose of this study is to apply land use planning model (LUPM) to a test village. The LUPM was tested to Uhang village, Ucheon-myeon, Gangwon-do, and its parameters calibrated by land use data from 1973 to 1980. When two test cases were considered of its extended built areas of 10,600㎡ from 1980 to 1985 and 51,300㎡ from 1985 to 1992, there was good similarities between simulated and observed results with R$^2$ being more than 0.95. Land use transfer patterns to residential use could be very similarly simulated from LUPM when comparing the observed patterns, so, LUPM can be applied to the comprehensive simulation of land use change due to the village growth.

정밀수치정보를 이용한 도시중심에서 거리별 농지손실 및 도시화과정의 토지전용 특성 분석 - 일본의 대표적 도시주변지역을 중심으로 - (Analysis of Land Conversion Characteristics in Process of Farmland Loss and Urbanization by Distance from Center of City Using Detailed Digital Land Use - With Representative Big Cities and Their Fringe Areas in Japan -)

  • As a pre-step research to make land-use planning in the region level, this study aims to analyze some probability pattern representing transition probabilities from farmland to others using the sequential detailed digital land-use maps. Kinki and Chubu regions of Japan, which have Osaka and Nagoya cities as their center places respectively, were selected as test regions in this study. The 10m grid land-use maps for four time series at every 5 year from 1977 to 1992 were used. In this study, the regions were divided into three sub-areas 10km, 20km, and 30km according to distance from center cities, respectively. The correlation coefficient (CC) between sub-areas with same distance in the two regions was calculated to analyze whether or not the two regions have common points in the pattern of land-use conversion probability from farmland to other types. The probability distribution of the converted areas which were moved to the urbanized area (residential, commercial, industrial, road, park and public facility areas) was about $40{\sim}70%$ for both all periods and sub-areas. According to distance from city centers, the probability moved to the urbanized area was about 60% at 10km area, and 40% at the 30km area, which means that the values we decreased gradually, while in the case moved to the forest and the etc areas, the values were increased slightly. The CC analysis from the paddy field and the dry field to the others separately showed that there is high correlation in the probability pattern between the two regions.

농업경영체 등록정보와 공간데이터를 활용한 밭 이용 방안 연구: 전라남도 무안군·해남군을 중심으로 (A Study on the Upland Use Plans Using Farm Manager Registration Information and Spatial Data)

  • Food consumption pattern changes, including a decrease in rice consumption and increasing demand for fresh vegetables, along with declining food self-sufficiency rate, more importance is being placed on agricultural industry within Korea. Taking these changes into consideration, there is an increasing necessity for managing upland fields on agricultural sector to revitalize agricultural land use. Therefore, in this study, upland use type was classified into agricultural economic, environmental conservation, and rural social frames. The purpose of this study was to suggest upland use plan with farm manager registration information and spatial data. As results of this analysis, the mean area of agricultural economic frame in Haenam (16.47 ha) was found to be wider than Muan (3.17 ha), and scale improvement zones (54 zones) were located in only Haenam. In case of environmental conservation frame, there's no zone of scenic agriculture land in both study areas, but landuse transition zones were located in Muan (278 zones) and Haenam (604 zones). Agro-healing zones of rural social frame were 1,018 zones in Muan and 1,588 zones in Haenam and kitchen garden sites were 342 zones in Muan and 370 zones in Haenam. These results could be used when we establish the plan of an agricultural infrastructure project or select places for a collaborative agricultural land use project.

GIS-CA 기법을 이용한 도시확산 지역의 공간적 모의 (Spatial Simulation of Urban Expansion Area using GIS and CA Technologies)

  • The purpose or this study is to simulate spatially the urban expansion phenomena with a cellular automata (CA) technique using GIS. A study area, Suwon city, was selected for test of model verification and application with the classified land-use maps of three data years: 1986, 1996, and 2000. The urbanized potential maps were generated with seven criteria of one geographic factor (slope of land), and six accessibility factors (time distances from city, national road, Seoul, station, and built-up boundary), considering their weighting values, which were optimized by WSM (weighted scenario method for intensity order) combined a ranking method and a AHP technique. The optimized weighting values at the urban expansion between 1986 and 1996 were applied to verify the CA model for the other expansion between 1996 and 2000. The results of model application showed that urban sprawl phenomena of the urban expansion toward rural area can be simulated spatially and temporally with several boundary conditions considering various scenarios for the criteria and parameters of the model. Ultimately, this study can contribute to reference data for land-use planning of urban fringe areas.

고해상도 영상을 이용한 농경지 지도 작성 및 토지이용 변화 분석 (Farmland Use Mapping Using High Resolution Images and Land Use Change Analysis)

  • 급격한 토지이용의 변화가 진행되고 있는 수도권 인근의 고양시, 남양주시, 용인시를 대상으로 고해상도 영상과 수치지도를 활용하여 논, 밭, 시설재배지, 과수원의 면적과 형상, 이용 현황을 파악하기 위한 농경지 지도를 작성하여 기존 수치지도와 비교한 결과 기존 수치지도에 비해 농경지의 이용 현황을 보다 세부적으로 정확하게 분류할 수 있었다. 또한, 농경지 지도와 수치 지적도의 농경지 부분을 중첩하여 '07년 토지이용도로 갱신하고 '99년에 작성된 토지이용도와 비교한 결과 3개 시 모두 조사기간 동안 논 면적이 3,000~5,000 ha 정도 크게 감소한 것으로 나타났으며, 밭과 과수원도 논과 함께 주거지로 전용되면서 감소하는 추세였다. 그러나 집약적인 재배가 가능하여 고소득이 기대되고 다른 지목으로 변경이 용이한 시설재배지의 경우에는 면적이 비슷하거나 증가한 경향을 보였다. 향후 고해상도 영상을 활용한 농경지 지도의 확대 구축과 이를 활용한 토지이용도 제작은 토양 조사 등 각종 조사 사업의 최신 자료로 활용 될 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 정확한 경지면적 산출을 통해 농업통계 및 농업정책 자료로써 효율적인 경지관리에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • For formulation of the rational land us2 plan in regional base, it is a basic and prior condition to categorize total planning area into some functional subregions by purposely-selected indicators. As one of quantitive approaches to the areal categorization in rural area, Principal Component Analysis(PCA) was introduced and testified its applicability through a case study on Sunheungdistrict(called as myun in Korea) area, Youngpoong-county, Kyungbuk-province, Korea. Areal analysis by PCA was carried out on rurality and urbanity of parish-level area(ri in Korea) respectively. By use of PCA analysis results, classifying matrix was made through categorization of both index scores. Among 18 ri's of the case study area, 12 was classified as rural-dominated areas, 2 as urban- dominated areas, and reamaining 3 as intermediate areas.

산업용지 수요예측 및 산업단지 입지선정에 관한 연구 - 안성시를 사례로 - (A Study on the Forecast of Industrial Land Demand and the Location Decision of Industrial Complexes - In Case of Anseong City)

  • This study aims to build a model dealing with the location decision of new manufacturing firms and their land demand. The model is composed with 1) the binary logit model structure identifying a future probability of manufacturing firms to locate in a city and their land demand; and 2) the land use suitability of the land demand. The model was empirically tested in the case of Anseong City. We used establishment-level data for the manufacturing industry from the Report on Mining and Manufacturing Survey. 48 industry groups were scrutinized to find the location probability in the city and their land demand via logit model with the dependent variables: number of employment, land capital, building capital, total products, and value-added for a new industry since 2001. It is forecasted that the future land areas (to 2025) for the manufacturing industries in the city are $5.94km^2$ and additional land demand for clustering the existing industries scattered over the city is $2.lkm^2$. Five industrial complex locations were identified through the land use suitability analysis.

지역경제 활성화를 위한 문 닫은 학교 활용 방안 (Utilization of Abolished School Planning for Reinvigorating the Rural Economy)

  • The aim of this study is to make abolished school utilized to be served for promotion of off-farm incomes, vitality of agriculture and rural communities' economic, i.e. directly related in inhabitants' income. The methods of this study was to classify the types of utilization via analysis of abolished school data base which served by Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development. Moreover, we tried to derive problems of management and the existing system via interview survey of the nation's best 100 executives who utilize abolished school and present active factors of abolished school utilization and improvement directions. Then, we classified types of the idle agricultural land utilization into categories and selected the survey site which were the best on the idle agricultural land. Then, we suggests utilization and improvement directions to the use and management of idle agricultural land for increasing inhabitants' income, vitality of agriculture and rural communities' economic.
