저소득층의 주택유형 및 점유형태에 따른 주거만족도 영향요인 연구 (A Study on Factors Influencing Residential Satisfaction by Housing Type and Housing Tenure of Low-Income Households)

  • Using the 2013 Korea Housing Survey, this research analyzed factors influencing residential satisfaction of low-income households concerning the economic condition, satisfaction about interior and exterior environments in dwelling, recognition of housing welfare policy. The economic condition showed that if there are less living expenses and more ordinary income, it brought about more positive effects in the ownership of a detached house, row and multi-family house. Most variables about satisfaction with the interior environment in dwelling have a significant influence on a detached house, apartment, row and multi-family house. The following factors played a significant role: accessibility to commercial facilities, neighborhood relationship and natural environment in the satisfaction with the exterior environment in dwelling about most types. Specifically, from an institutional perspective of housing welfare policy, the effect of the housing expenses support and the intention about remodeling were factors influencing residential satisfaction in cheonsei and monthly rent, free of a detached house and free of an apartment. These results will utilize preliminary data to establish housing welfare policy for low-income households.

New Record of Two Apokeronopsis Species (Ciliophora: Urostylida: Pseudokeronopsidae) from Korea

  • The morphology of the two marine hypotrichous ciliates Apokeronopsis bergeri and A. ovalis, isolated from the Yellow Sea, Korea, are described based on live and protargol-impregnated specimens. It is the first time that these species have been recorded in Korea. In addition, the small subunit ribosomal RNA gene was sequenced for comparison with the public database. The genus Apokeronopsis has recently been established in the family Pseudokeronopsidae, and the two congeners of the Korean population share the following characteristics: one row of one or more buccal cirri; usually two frontoterminal cirri; midventral complex composed of two distinctly separated rows; one left and one right marginal row; number of transverse cirri, more than eight; absence of caudal cirri; two types of cortical granules. Apokeronopsis bergeri differs from A. ovalis primarily in body shape (fusiform vs. oval form), size (usually $260{\times}80{\mu}m$ vs. $160{\times}55{\mu}m$), type II cortical granules (oval vs. round shape; yellow-green vs. mostly colourless and only a few yellow-green in colour), and morphometric data (75-106 vs. 53-70 in adoral membranelles; 37-47 vs. 24-36 in frontal cirri; 9-15 vs. 1-2 in buccal cirri), as well as molecular data (2.87% of pairwise distance).

흙 수로에서 삼투손실에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Seepage Loss from Earth Canal)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the relation between seepage losses and flow section area in earth canals. Totally 77 seepage measurement was gained by ponded method and the tested canals belong to the irrigation area of Farmland Improvement Association in each province, Korea. The results obtained from this study may be used as a reasonable criteria for the estimation of canal seepage losses in the design of irrigation systems. Obtained results are summarized as follows: 1. Average seepage rates in each Soils is 14cm/day in ML, 6. 3cm/day in CL and 24.9 cm/day in SM. 2. Water depth and water surface width in eath canals have little influenced on the seepage rate, while the seepage losses was increased in proportion as the water surface width lengthens. 3. A formula of S=C.An defining a relationship between seepage losses and flow section was derieved as follows. ML:S=O. 35 VA 1.20 (m$^3$/day/m) CL:S=O. 13 VA 0.84 SM:s=O.67VA-1.56 4. The average seepage loss rates per 1km of canal are as followings. Measured Time ML CL SM 0-4 hrs 2.2% 0.6% 4.5% 4-2 4hrs 1.0% 0.15% 2.0% In above table we may obtain the following results. The first row is suitable for the canal having short delivery time of irrigation, while the second row for the canal having long delivery time.

매듭 결속과 비매듭 봉합나사를 이용한 관절경적 이열 회전근개 봉합술의 결과 (The Results of Arthroscopic Double-Row Rotator Cuff Repairs with Combined Knot-tying and Knotless Suture Anchors)

  • 목적: 관절경적 이열 회전근개 봉합술은 고정력을 향상시키며 건-골 사이의 접촉면을 증가시켜 임상적 및 해부학적 결과가 우수하다는 보고들이 많고 술기 또한 여러 방법이 시도되고 있다. 저자들은 매듭 결속과 비매듭 봉합구를 동시에 사용한 관절경적 이열 회전근개 봉합술의 기능적 결과 및 구조적 연속성에 대해 보고하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 2006년 3월부터 2007년 6월까지 회전근개 전층 파열로 진단받고 평균 6.5개월(5~11) 보존적 치료 후 관절경적 이열 봉합술을 시행한 환자 21예(남자 15예, 여자 6예; 평균 연령 55.6세; 48~67세)를 대상으로 하였다. 관절경하에서 측정된 파열부의 크기는 소파열이 2예, 중파열이 13예, 그리고 대파열이 6예로 평균 2.5cm(1.8~3.2)이었다. 수술술기상 내측은 매듭 결속 봉합나사를 이용한 수평 매트리스 봉합술, 외측 열은 생체흡수성 비매듭 봉합구를 이용한 단순봉합술을 시행하였다. 기능적 평가는 견관절 운동 범위, ASES, UCLA scale, 그리고 등속성 근력 평가로 하였으며, 술후봉합부의 연속성은 자기공명영상으로 판정하였다. 평균 추시 기간은 15개월(13~24)이었다. 결과: 최종 추시 결과 평균 임상적 결과 지수와 근력에 있어서 유의한 호전을 보였으며(p<0.01) 19예(90.1%)에서 치료결과에 만족하였다. 술후 평균 7개월째 자기공명영상을 통해 21예중 17예(81%)에서 건 치유를 확인하였다. 술전 파열의크기에 따른 술후 견관절 기능의 차이는 통계적 유의성은 없었으나(p<0.01) 6예 대파열의 경우 3예(50%)에서 봉합부의 재파열이 확인되었다. 결론: 회전근개 파열환자에서 매듭 결속과 비매듭 봉합구를 동시에 이용한 관절경하 이열 고정 봉합술로 양호한 임상적 및 해부학적 결과를 얻었다. 이는 개방적 봉합술이나 알려진 다른 형태의 관절경적 이열 봉합술과 유사한 결과이나 생역학적 연구와 장기적 추시가 필요하리라 판단된다.

평면유형 변화로 본 공영단독주택의 근대적 변용 (A Study on the Modern Transformation on Public Residential Houses through the Changes of Plan Types)

  • This study was conducted on the premise that plan types of the public residential houses proposed after the 1945 implicatively showed the developing process of the modern housing. The formal characteristics created through the developing process were analyzed in Micro-Historically. Moreover, by providing a new viewpoint on the changes of the residential houses that occurred around 1945, we tried to provide the fundamental research background for the research on the developing processes of the future housing cultures. The research pursued mainly on the major spaces that became the modern change indices of housing plan changes from the traditional housings in 1940s to the modern housings such as the master bedrooms(An-Bang), kitchen, the main floored-space(Maru), and the secondary bedroom (Kune-Bang). The major experimental subjects are the 87 public residential plan types designed and supplied by the Korea Housing Cooperation in between 1945 and 1970. The study synthesized the developing process of the public residential houses from the traditional residential houses in 1940s through modern situation and intrusion of foreign housing cultures. Following results were derived from the study: First, various and experimental housing plan types had been proposed as public residential houses since 1945. Among them, the plan having the main floored-space(Maru) were the representative type of public residential houses and various series of houses were constructed based on this type. Second, the main floored-space(Maru) type had continued building connection order of the R-M-R that were used in the traditional houses. On the other hand, with decomposition of connecting ring between the main floored-space(Maru) and the kitchen, rationalization of women circulations and introduction of family-centered spaces had been resolved the demands of modern society. It had greate effect on settlement of the current double-row Maru plan type. Third, in Korea most of plan types for the public residential houses were proposed in between 1945 and 1965. Forth, the location of kitchen and relation between Maru and the master bedroom were arranged visually on the corner and center of the rear row with the micro change characteristics of the public residential houses. In this process, the front row was similar with traditional residential houses but the rear row was differentiated and developed with expansion of Maru and Ondol rooms, increase of closet spaces, and introduction of kitchen that divided spaces for sleeping and eating.

K-Means Clustering 알고리즘과 헤도닉 모형을 활용한 서울시 연립·다세대 군집분류 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Clustering Method of Row and Multiplex Housing in Seoul Using K-Means Clustering Algorithm and Hedonic Model)

  • 최근 도심을 중심으로 연립 다세대의 거래가 활성화되고 직방, 다방등과 같은 플랫폼 서비스가 성장하고 있다. 연립 다세대는 수요 변화에 따른 시장 규모 확대와 함께 정보 비대칭으로 인해 사회적 문제가 발생 되는 등 부동산 정보의 사각지대이다. 또한, 서울특별시 또는 한국감정원에서 사용하는 5개 또는 25개의 권역 구분은 행정구역 내부를 중심으로 설정되었으며, 기존의 부동산 연구에서 사용되어 왔다. 이는 도시계획에 의한 권역구분이기 때문에 부동산 연구를 위한 권역 구분이 아니다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 연구를 토대로 향후 주택가 격추정에 있어 서울특별시의 공간구조를 재설정할 필요가 있다고 보았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 연립 다세대 실거래가 데이터를 기초로 하여 헤도닉 모형에 적용하였으며, 이를 K-Means Clustering 알고리즘을 사용해 서울특별시의 공간구조를 다시 군집하였다. 본 연구에서는 2014년 1월부터 2016년 12월까지 3년간 국토교통부의 서울시 연립 다세대 실거래가 데이터와 2016년 공시지가를 활용하였다. 실거래가 데이터에서 본 연구에서는 지하거래 제거, 면적당 가격 표준화 및 5이상 -5이하의 실거래 사례 제거와 같이 데이터 제거를 통한 데이터 전처리 작업을 수행하였다. 데이터전처리 후 고정된 초기값 설정으로 결정된 중심점이 매번 같은 결과로 나오게 K-means Clustering을 수행한 후 군집 별로 헤도닉 모형을 활용한 회귀분석을 하였으며, 코사인 유사도를 계산하여 유사성 분석을 진행하였다. 이에 본 연구의 결과는 모형 적합도가 평균 75% 이상으로, 헤도닉 모형에 사용된 변수는 유의미하였다. 즉, 기존 서울을 행정구역 25개 또는 5개의 권역으로 나뉘어 실거래가지수 등 부동산 가격 관련 통계지표를 작성하던 방식을 속성의 영향력이 유사한 영역을 묶어 16개의 구역으로 나누었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 K-Means Clustering 알고리즘에 실거래가 데이터로 헤도닉 모형을 활용하여 연립 다세대 실거래가를 기반으로 한 군집분류방법을 도출하였다. 또한, 학문적 실무적 시사점을 제시하였고, 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구 방향에 대해 제시하였다.

한국산(韓國産) 계란중(鷄卵中)의 수은(水銀)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Studies on Hg Contents in Korean Hen's Egg)

  • These experiments were designed to study the Hg contents in Korean Hens Egg by origin, kind, organ, and cooking methods. The following samples were studied. Place of origin Seoul (Legon) Su Woun (Legon) Pusan (Legon) Ulsan (Legon) Tae Gu (Legon) Kwang Ju (Legon) Seoul (New Hampson) Seoul (Native) No of sample 12 12 12 10 10 10 10 10 The following result were obtained. 1. The Hg contents of hen's egg of Seoul origin was 0.087 p.p.m., that of Ulsan origin was 0.077 p.p.m.. Its contents of Tae Gu, Kwang Ju origin were 0.052 p.p.m. and 0.048 p.p.m.. High contents of Hg showed in egg that produced in large cityies ana industrial area. 2. For the kind of egg, the Hg contents of Legon kind was 0.087 p.p.m and that of Native kind was 0.031 p.p.m.. Its contents of Legon kind was higher than that, of Native significantly. 3. By the organ of egg, the contents of Hg in egg yolk was 0.064 p.p.m. that showed 87 percent Hg contents of whole egg, and its value of egg white was 0.009 p.p.m.. 4. About cooking methods, the contents of Hg in parboiled egg was 0.007 p.p.m., that of fried egg was 0.015 p.p.m.. Especially the cooked eggs were significantly lower than row eggs in Hg contents.

Poor Correlation Between the New Statistical and the Old Empirical Algorithms for DNA Microarray Analysis

  • DNA microarray is currently the most prominent tool for investigating large-scale gene expression data. Different algorithms for measuring gene expression levels from scanned images of microarray experiments may significantly impact the following steps of functional genomic analyses. $Affymetrix^{(R)}$ recently introduced high-density microarrays and new statistical algorithms in Microarray Suit (MAS) version 5.0$^{(R)}$. Very high correlations (0.92 - 0.97) between the new algorithms and the old algorithms (MAS 4.0) across several species and conditions were reported. We found that the column-wise array correlations had a tendency to be much higher than the row-wise gene correlations, which may be much more meaningful in the following higher-order data analyses including clustering and pattern analyses. In this paper, not only the detailed comparison of the two sets of algorithms is illustrated, but the impact of the introducing new algorithms on the further clustering analysis of microarray data and of possible pitfalls in mixing the old and the new algorithms were also described.

콩모자익바이러스 계통의 포장전염 (Field Spread of Soy bean Mosaic Virus Strains)

  • 콩모자익바이러스(SMV) 7계통의 진딧물 전염여부를 시험한 결과 SMV 7계통 전부가 전염되었으며 SMV의 진딧물 전염에 의한 대두판별품종의 반응도 침액접종에 의하여 SMV 계통을 분류하였을 때의 반응과 일치하였다. 공시한 5종의 진딧물중에서 복숭아혹진딧물, 아카시아진딧물, Aphis citricola는 SMV 7계통을 모두 잘 전명시키는 매개충이었으나 옥수수테두리진딧물과 기장테두리진딧물은 SMV계통 G3을 전염시키지 못하는 경우도 있었다. 포장에서 SMV 계통 G2, G3, G6 및 G7을 22.5m 이랑의 1m 내에 심겨진 콩 품종 Williams에 접종한 후 80cm 떨어진 이랑의 1m내 Williams의 발병율을 조사하였다. 공시한 SMV 4계통중 6G의 전염율이 가장 높았고 조사기간에 채집된 206 마리의 진딧물중 A. citricola가 $68\%$로서 우점종이었다. Williams의 수량은 G2로 접종하였을 때 가장 낮았다.

Development of Optimized Headland Turning Mechanism on an Agricultural Robot for Korean Garlic Farms

  • Purpose: Conventional headland turning typically requires repeated forward and backward movements to move the farming equipment to the next row. This research focuses on developing an upland agricultural robot with an optimized headland turning mechanism that enables a $180^{\circ}$ turning positioning to the next row in one steering motion designed for a two-wheel steering, four-wheel drive agricultural robot named the HADA-bot. The proposed steering mechanism allows for faster turnings at each headland compared to those of the conventional steering system. Methods: The HADA-bot was designed with 1.7-m wide wheel tracks to travel along the furrows of a garlic bed, and a look-ahead path following algorithm was applied using a real-time kinematic global positioning system signal. Pivot turning tests focused primarily on accuracy regarding the turning radius for the next path matching, saving headland turning time, area, and effort. Results: Several test cases were performed by evaluating right and left turns on two different surfaces: concrete and soil, at three speeds: 1, 2, and 3 km/h. From the left and right side pivot turning results, the percentage of lateral deviation is within the acceptable range of 10% even on the soil surface. This U-turn scheme reduces 67% and 54% of the headland turning time, and 36% and 32% of the required headland area compared to a 50 hp tractor (ISEKI, TA5240, Ehime, Japan) and a riding-type cultivator (CFM-1200, Asia Technology, Deagu, Rep. Korea), respectively. Conclusion: The pivot turning trajectory on both soil and concrete surfaces achieved similar results within the typical operating speed range. Overall, these results prove that the pivot turning mechanism is suitable for improving conventional headland turning by reducing both turning radius and turning time.
