해상작전 수행의 성패는 서로간의 신속하고 정확한 의사전달과 원활한 통신망 구축이 우선되어야 한다. 군의 주통신망인 위성은 적의 전파교란 및 고정 안테나의 취약점으로 예비 통신망 구축이 반드시 필요하다. 따라서 군은 작전 통신망을 음성위주에서 문자 기반의 무선 통신망으로 전환하여 왔다. 본 논문에서는 현재 해군에서 운용중인 전술데이터링크(Link-11)의 주 통신방식인 Roll Call을 기본으로 하여 개선된 통신방식을 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 기존 방식과 성능을 비교한 결과 제안된 통신방식(Selective Broadcasting)은 단위 프레임별 전송 소요시간이 Roll Call 대비 4.3배, Round Robin & Broadcasting 대비 6.3배 단축됨을 확인하였으며, 직접적인 수신율이 높을수록 소요시간은 최대 1.6배 단축됨을 입증하였다.

본 연구는 국회의 기명투표 분석에 적용될 수 있는 베이즈 방법론을 사용하여 지난 18대 국회에서 처리된 2,389개의 법안에 대한 표결기록을 분석하였다. 기명투표 분석은 의정연구에 관련된 이론적 가설의 실증적 검증을 위한 기초 데이터를 제공하는 경우가 많아 정치학 연구 전반의 발전을 위해 매우 중요한 의미를 가진다. 기명투표 분석에 있어 베이즈 방법론은 기존의 빈도주의적 방법론을 적용할 때 발생할 수 있는 통계적 문제들에 대한 훌륭한 대안을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 Clinton 등 (2004)가 제안한 베이지언 방법론을 적용, 18대 국회에서 처리된 모든 법안에 대한 표결기록을 분석하여 개별 의원들의 최대선호점(ideal points)과 신뢰구간을 추정했다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법론의 유용성 을 보여주기 위해 시범적으로 두 가지 경우에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 하나는 널리 알려진 세 개의 의원 소모임의 최대선호점을 살펴봄으로써 한국 의회 내에 유의미한 표결성향의 스펙트럼이 존재하는지를 살펴보았다. 다른 하나는 제안된 방법론을 활용하여 어떻게 이론적 가설의 검증이 이루어질 수 있는지를 보여주기 위해 18대 국회의 '중간축'과 '몸싸움 방지축'의 위치와 두 중추적 위치에 해당할 가능성이 높은 의원들이 누구인지를 살펴보았다.

본 논문에서는 기숙사 업무의 효율성과 사생들의 편리성을 향상시키기 위한 모바일 기반의 웹 서비스 시스템을 개발하였다. 전통적인 기숙사 업무 중 가장 전통적인 업무는 사생들의 점호와 관련된 출결 관리 업무이다. 기존의 수작업 관리 체제에서는 임원이 점호를 확인 후 엑셀 등의 자료 관리 프로그램에 자료를 입력하는 등 전산화에 많은 시간이 소요되고 특정 조건에 따른 조회 업무 처리 등이 불편하였다. 본 논문에서는 기숙사 업무 중 점호 업무를 모바일 웹 기반으로 개발하여 서비스함으로 사생들에게는 편리성을 제공하고 업무 처리에는 효율성을 높일 수 있도록 하였다.

This paper describes the wireless communication test environment for the Link-K system and shows the performance analysis of multiple access protocols. The test environment consists of data generator, modem, radio sets, attenuators, and antennas. In case of both CSMA and Roll-Call protocols, throughput performance and delay are measured. And test results are analyzed. The test results would be used for communication performance analysis and network design of Link-K system.

During the Pre-service Inspection for Wolsong Unit 3&4 in 1997/1998 respectively, 17 Distorted Roll Transition indications(over expanded beyond tubesheet secondary face) were identified at the Unit 4 (S/G B, D). Six(6) tubes out of these tubes were plugged in 1998. However the first Periodic Inspection identified additional 110 indications in 1999 and 2000. The additionally identified 110 indication call, not reported at the Pre-service Inspection, are; 2 Not-Finally-Expanded-Tubes and 108 Distorted Roll Transition tubes. Design limit of each Steam Generator tube Plugging is 6.4%. Plugging was performed by the Steam Generator manufacturer under the warranty. When Distorted Roll Transition indications were first identified on the Unit 4 in 1998 the degree of Over-expansion was measured using an inner dial-gage to make the disposition of Nonconformance report. 2 Not-Finally-Expanded-Tubes were plugged and 10 tubes out of 108 Distorted Roll Transition Tubes were also plugged as a preventive measure.

A convolution neural networks (CNNs) has demonstrated outstanding performance compared to other algorithms in the field of face recognition. Regarding the over-fitting problem of CNN, researchers have proposed a residual network to ease the training for recognition accuracy improvement. In this study, a novel face recognition model based on game theory for call-over in the classroom was proposed. In the proposed scheme, an image with multiple faces was used as input, and the residual network identified each face with a confidence score to form a list of student identities. Face tracking of the same identity or low confidence were determined to be the optimisation objective, with the game participants set formed from the student identity list. Game theory optimises the authentication strategy according to the confidence value and identity set to improve recognition accuracy. We observed that there exists an optimal mapping relation between face and identity to avoid multiple faces associated with one identity in the proposed scheme and that the proposed game-based scheme can reduce the error rate, as compared to the existing schemes with deeper neural network.

Today, the research to examine a fact that interaction between the air and the fluid free surface affects the steady state flow and air. We proved the interaction between vortex pairs and free surface on each condition that is created by the end of delta wings. Another purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of surface active material which call change the surface tension and we must consider when we refer to turbulent flow on surface tension. Therefore, this research examined the growth process of vortex pairs on condition of clean, contaminated free surface and wall after we made vortex pairs through counter rotating flaps. The results of this study suggest that vortex pairs in clean free surface rise safely but the vortex pairs in contaminated free surface and rigid, no slip is made secondary vortex or rebounding. However the secondary vortex in rigid, no slip is stronger than before. and we can find the vortex shape which roll up more completely. However, these will disappear by the effect of wall.

모바일 기기의 보급 및 활용이 급증함에 따라 대학에서도 주요 학생 서비스들을 모바일 기기를 기반으로 제공하고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 본 논문에서는 비교적 엄격한 학생 관리가 요구되는 기숙형 고등학교 및 대학 기숙사 업무를 효율적으로 지원하고 관생들에게는 편리한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 모바일 웹 기반의 기숙사 업무 지원 서비스 시스템을 설계 및 구현 하였다. 제안 시스템은 첫째, 업무 관리 측면에서는 모바일 웹 및 전통적인 웹 기반의 관리 환경을 제공하여 점호, 외박 처리 등의 업무 처리 효율성을 높였다. 둘째, 관생 서비스 측면에서 모바일 웹 기반의 환경을 제공하여 웹에 접근 할 수 있는 환경에서는 항시 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 하여 서비스 수혜자의 만족도를 높였다. 제안 시스템은 250명 규모의 남자 대학생 기숙사를 대상으로 한 학기 동안 운영되었으며 관생을 통한 설문 조사를 통해 그 유용성을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 '치유의 숲'이라고 하는 공간 내에서 통합 의학적 헬스 케어, 산림치유 프로그램의 진행과 보완대체요법을 적용한 치유활동을 실현하고 발전시키는 데 있다. 이에 핵심적 역할을 담당할 가칭 '산림치유 지도사' 전문 인력을 양성하기 위해서 다양한 항목의 치유프로그램을 개발하여 보급해야 한다. 이를 위해 치유활동을 담당할 산림치유 지도사가 양성되어야 할 것이다. 이에 산림학 분야의 관련 깊은 교수 및 전문가들과 보건의료 및 보완대체요법 관련 전문가 20명을 대상으로 델파이 검사방법을 통해 교육과정에 대한 의견을 수렴하였다. 전문적인 산림학 및 의학 기초지식과 치유능력을 갖춘 산림치유 지도사를 양성하기 위한 교육대상, 이수범위, 자격취득과정, 교육목표와 교육과정 및 운영안을 만들었으며, 이를 바탕으로 교육방법과 평가방법을 만들었다.
